We gave our car for regular service on 18th january 2018, in apple auto, whitefield. This is third time our ac was not working. It occurred first in may 2017. The service team was unable to find any resolution, they took nearly 15 days. They don't tell the customer about the progress.

This time the team told it will take 1 day, but on calling they extend it to monday, then calling on wednesday the team kept the phone on hold and then didnt picked.
We needed the car urgently.
I am fed up with the after sales service and its pathetic.

I want a strict action against them.

One of the worst services in these few year i has experienced with vidyut motor - sivajinagar, pune vw service centre. No body responds to customer technical queries and totally irresponsible behaviour. They dont bother about others time and issues.
Need volkswagen intervention in resolving the issue urgently. I own a polo petrol - trendline 2011 model. An proud customer till now and hope for a professional and customer satisfaction from your end.
Below is the summary which i think vw only can understand.
Issue : on 04th december 2017 i have given the vehicle for regular scheduled servicing in good condition without any issues to service centre and got it back on 11th of december 2017 after regular service and checkup. Same day i drove 4-5 km to my home and parked the car. Next morning on 12th december 2017 when i tried to start the car it cranked and after some vibration started while driving lost some speed and within half km of driving car broke down on the road. Got a yellow colour error signal of catalytic converter & ems.
After lots of foul commitments of sending a technician at site, i have to tow down the car to service centre. They told me it need to check and took the car on their possession.

After a long followup after 10 days they informed me there was a issue with engine speed sensor and need to be changed. Due to unavailability of stock they took 10 more days to correct the vehicle. After continuous followup they delivered the car on 30th december 2017. While driving back i found little bit excessive heating from bonnet area informed the same to the service adviser and he said its normal.
Now after almost 20 days again the car is not starting and broke down. When trying to start its cranking but not starting.

I am really disappointed about the low workmen ship at the time of servicing and pretty sure that has only lead to all these issues. Now also have a reliability issues for future fault finding with vidyut motor-pune.

Request you kindly suggest a solution for the same.

I bought volkswagen ameo comfortline diesel car in may 2017 reg no rj 23 cc 0540 chassis no mexb17600ht121294 engine no cwx158188. I got it checked (General check up 7500km) up by tanya cars service center jaipur and they reset service duration at 17500 km. Recently on 8 jan 18 it started giving excessive white smoke when i checked i found there was no coolent in it so i topped it up by castrol coolent, but smoke doesnt stopped so called roadside assistance, they took it to service center jaipur. The man at center told me for general service and they did it after that they told that it has problem with injector nozzle and they shouldhave replaced it as it was on warranty but they denied telling that its not manufacturing defect blaming deisel quality.

As i have option for deisel than to fill it up from fuel pump. And if it is not manufacturing defect then it should not be started all of sudden. Because i am filling deisel from same fuel pump. And behaviour of service center was so rude as i did a mistake by buying volkswagen car.

From my part service was due on 17500 in meter and i was bit late to take it to center as car ran 18000km, but this doesnt create issue in injector nozzle as it is not part of first service.

Hoping for better response from your side to make replacement as it is in warranty otherwise i will be left with no option then to go in consumer forum, which i dont want from my side as i trust a lot on volkswagen quality and their service

        Thanking you in advance

          Regarding my polo g. T:
          Colour: candy white
          Mileage - 26, 138kms.
My car was given for annual service on the 28th of july 2017 and i had informed them that there was a squeeking sound from the dash-board.

The service officer was mr. Usmaan shariff (Ph no. [protected]), i had called him on the 29th of july 2017, he mentioned that he was unable to detect what the problem was and why the sound was present. On monday, 31st of july 2017, he mentioned there was a problem with the "apron" of the car and he also mentioned that the part costed only rs.350 and that it was a minor job and the part would take three working days to arrive from volkswagen.

It was also mentioned to me by mr. Usmaan shraiff and the manager of m/s bangalore motors pvt ltd. That it was a "manufacturing defect" and they would repair the car free of cost. But the fact that it was a manufacturing defect disturbed me so i did my research and to my utter disappointment found that it was not a minor problem. I also found that if this part was to be replaced/welded, the resale value of my vehicle would be zero, as it would be considered as a damaged car. This defect could have also endangered the life of the occupants of the car in case of a calamity as it is an intergral structural member of the vehicle.

I further informed volkswagen customer care about what i found out. I registered a complaint and case details are as follows,

          Date :[protected]
          Case no : ccr93711
Dealership name : m/s volkswagen rajajinagar
          Dealership location : bangalore

I then received an email from volkswagen customer care requesting me to connect with the dealer partner "m/s volkswagen rajajinagar" relationship manager mrs. Usha s at [protected] which i promptly did on the 4th of august. She said that she would call and inform me about the progress on my complaint by saturday (5th august). As i had not received a call until monday (7th of august), i called her, and she has further requested for another day. I had requested them to send me an email regarding the actual issue and till date i have not received any email or call regarding this.

I am not willing to accept this vehicle back and i want a replacement of this car as i feel cheated that a car with a major manufacturing defect was sold to me by a renowned company like volkswagen..

Due to the inefficiency of their company, i do not have a car for the past 5months.

            Dear sir,

Our car vento, number wb06h 8733 bought in november, 2011 was sent for the annual servicing at the topsia service centre, kolkata on 14th of december, 2017. At this point there were no other problems of the car, otherwise it would have been highlighted and rectified. After servicing was done the car was brought back home. From the next day onwards there was an oil leakage underneath the car in the morning every day. After a couple of days of leakage we contacted the service station at topsia, kolkata. They advised us to send the car over to the service station.
We sent the car over and after checking for oil leakage the service personnel mr. Tapash said there was no problem and sent the car back. Again from the next day there was a slight leakage and there was a constant sound for the first hour when the car was driven. Now all these problems cropped up after the car was sent for servicing.
Again i contacted the service station and they told us to bring the car over. The car was sent on the 8th of january, 2018 afternoon and kept overnight to see what problem occurred in the morning. No one contacted me to inform me about the car. I contact the workshop several times and then one mr. Jayanta roy called me and informed me that after a thorough check up it was found that there was a crack in the water pump and due to that there was leakage of coolant and this seeped into some oil container and there was hence an oil leakage. The service personnel mr. Jayanta roy gave an estimate of rs. 22000/-. I talked to his senior mr. Tushar and he also said that the water pump has to be replaced. He offered a small discount of rs. 1000/-
I am sorry to state that there was utter and gross neglect on the part of the service personnel, as a result of which the car developed all these problems. None of this was there earlier otherwise the car would have been sent earlier to the service station. Also, when the car was sent for a check up of oil leakage the first time after servicing, it was a slip shod work and the problem was not resolved. This was entirely the fault of the service personnel handling the car, as a result of which i faced such harassment and had to send the car over again. The second time the check up was done the service personnel came up with a bill of rs. 22000/-.
This is utter harassment of a customer and the service personnel have not done their job properly. As a result of which i am saddled with a huge bill.

On complaining at customercare i received a complaint number as follows:

            Case no : ccr108818
            Vehicle registration no : wb06h8733
Name of the customer : mrs. Shampa chakraberty / mr. Debasish chakraberty
Dealership name : m/s volkswagen kolkata 2 (Topsia)
            Dealership location : kolkatta

Immediately after the above number was allotted i received a call from mr. Tushar of topsia service centre, kolkata where he threatened me that nothing will be done about my email, since the email has been sent to him for further action.
I think such intimidation is unbecoming of a senior professional like mr. Tushar. I feel harassed and threatened since i am a lady and it is highly unbecoming of mr. Tushar to talk to me in this manner.
Again an inflated estimation for damage done by the topsia service centre to my car was emailed to me amounting to rs. 24, 808.94 by mr jayanta roy, this time by increasing the amount by another rs. 2000/-! The fault lies with the service centre in damaging my car and i wish you to take this seriously, since i am a lady handling this matter and my husband is out of station.
I wish to state that i shall not bear any of the cost since the damage to the water pump was done by the service personnel.
I also wish to state that the mail talks falsely of me sending the car on the 9th of jan, 2018 whereas the service to the car was performed on the 14th of december, 2017 and after that the water pump developed some problem. The car was also sent to the workshop the week following 14th of december, 2017, which the mail fails to mention.
This is tantamount to serious harassment and as a customer i wish to state that if this matter is not resolved i shall have to take legal steps and the help of social media and the press which will further damage your reputation, which is already damaged worldwide because of reasons known best to you.

We have been subjected to a lot of harassment due to no fault of ours. We are unable to pay this bill and demand that the entire amount be paid by volkswagon.
We are also thinking of buying another car but from the service which we have received from volkswagon over the years we shall definitely not buy any from your brand. We would also not recommend any of our friends to buy volkswagon cars.
Please see that the entire work is done at no cost to us. We wish to receive a communication from your end in this matter at the earliest. Till then the car is lying with the service station.

I also wish to state that since the car which runs on diesel, is lying at the workshop since the 9th of jan, 2018, any further damage done to it or if the battery dies down, the cost for the same has to be bourne by the workshop.

            Thanking you,
            Yours faithfully,
Dr. Shampa chakraberty, wife of mr. Debasish chakraberty, owner of the car.

                Dear sir,

My vento rj 14 xc 4993 has gone for general check up after six month of purchase. There was some problem in opening of dicky (Boot space), which was rectified during service but when on that evening i came from office and saw a very small dip (Dent) on the top of it which i immediately informed to tanya person. He advised me to sent the snap and after receiving the snap the persons started to deny the incident and was telling that when car moves from workshop there was no dent. I told them that it is not visible when look casually since it is very small. They now started not to respond my call.in such situation i am surprised how i will send my car to this center in future.

This is a very bad experience in very first service. I am not at all expecting such a service from world's best car makers.
Please intervene into it and arrange for resolution of my grievances. I am attaching here the screenshots of discussion with tanya (Service provider) people for your reference.

I had taken my vento highline (Hr 26 bq 1645) to the vw hubli (Karnataka) showroom on[protected] with regard to a complaint of the epc sign showing up on the dial and also lot of vibration in the vehicle engine all of a sudden. Firstly, the service engineer took 3 days to revert to me mentioning that there is a probable wiring issue which he wasn't sure of. On asking if the vehicle would be fine post the wiring change the advisor says no sir not sure we might have to even change another part and to that my question was the same that will the car be fine post that and the advisor said maybe sir. I said how can you not be sure of what you are doing and also who bears the cost of the spares if the vehicle is still not repaired to which the vw advisor said that i (Customer) has to bear the charges.

This is a pathetic condition of service where-in the showroom service station is not sure of what the problem is, they want to do a trial and error testing service on my vehicle based on the expense of the customers money. Totally infair and also they mentioned a waiting period of 12-15 days per part. Can anyone help me with this unprofessional behavior of the company or should i take the brand to court? Need a revert on the same asap from concerned authorities.

                  Regards,
                  Ujwal sharma

My car vento went for annual servicing on the 14th of december, 2017. After the car came back from next day there was slight oil leakage. I contacted the workshop and they requested me to send the car back fro check up. I sent the car back and after checking up the service personnel said nothing was wrong and sent the car back. From next day again there was slight oil leakage. Again i contacted the workshop and sent the car back on the 8th of jan, 2018. The workshop checked the car thoroughly and said there was leakage in the water pump and verbally said that rs. 22000/- would be required to repair it.
I told them that firstly, the car developed problems after servicing hence the damage to the car was done at the time of servicing. Secondly, when the car was sent for the first time the service personnel did not check up the car properly. That was a gross error.
Thirdly, when they did check up the second time the car was sent, they placed a very very hefty bill on me. Now they have sent me a bill of even larger amount, rs. 24, 808.94!
I think they are harassing me since i am a lady and i am looking after the car in the absence of my husband who is out of station.
I feel that such behaviour will damage the goodwill of the company and myself and my husband will never recommend anyone to buy volkswagon.
I wish to state that the damage done by the topsia workshop, kolkata to my car be rectified free of cost by the workshop.
This is a consumer complaint which may be taken up by me in the consumer forum court.
It is also a case of harassment of a customer by a reputed company and may be quoted in the media too.
I wish to state that i shall be happy if my request of free repair of the defect is met.

I am Volkswagen Vento user from some time now. I bought this brand because I have heard so many good things about the Volkswagen Service and quality. But after few years of purchase I suddenly realised that it was a mistake which is now proving to be very costly. The following are the issues which I observed:

                      · The Turbo charger (Whole Assembly) of my car got broke and the cost for the same in your service centre is almost 1.6L which is dam high. As on date the total kilometres driven by me is almost 81K (I own this car from past 4.5yrs) Now I have read many articles on the Turbo charger part on the Internet and everywhere it was clearly given that these turbo chargers do not get easily damaged and they remain functional almost till the car is Alive/running. I have also read that they usually break down due to AirFilter/Oilfilter etc issues, Which ideally should not be the case as from my side I always did proper servicing of my car on time at your Outlet. Still I fail to understand that why my turbocharger got broke.

                      · The 2nd issue is that from the Air gauge (The Area where we check the quantity of Engine Oil) where usually some smoke comes has now started throwing some black Oil. When I checked on Internet and also consulted some of my mechanic friends they clearly told me that my car engine is having a back compressor.

All these issues in my car started coming after 5th June’17 when I submitted my car to your service centre for some Engine Software up gradation. I received multiple calls from your side that my Vento car is pending for some Engine Software up gradation after getting the up gradation all the above issues started appearing
                      or
The Volkswagen team did not Service my car properly resulting in the breakdown.

Tell me is it my fault that even after doing all the timely servicing and normal check-ups my car come up with all these issue. Before purchasing this car I heard very good things about the Volkswagen Vento Engine and it was said that your car engine lifeline is more than any other variants brands available in the market. These engines and other parts can run upto more than 2Lakhs Kilo meters if handled properly. Now where should I go and with whom should I contact. I am not a business man I am an office going middle class person who purchased this car for the comfort of mine and my family, Now it has become a burden and I don’t want to spend any more money on my car.

I have purchased vento in 2012 and i am facing the issue that repeatedly diesel is leaking from the injector pipe and spread all over the engine, its very risky for me and my family because i've noticed a diesel smell, so i decided to look under the hood, and found the engine cover had a large spot of sprayed on diesel under it as well as around the cover mount near all injectors.

                            Hi team

I had purchased volkswagen polo last year in august from p p automotives, panipat, haryana. My vehicle no. Is hr06ak2236.

But since starting i m getting problem with my car. After giving so many calls as well as reminders to p p automotives, i had not received any satisfactory solution for my problem. Now i hv no choice to file a case against you. As your representatives doesn't havee the manners to talk to their existing customers they think they are the head of the company and nobody can challenge them. According to them customer is a fool and they have the right to make fun of them by making wrong commitments and giving false commitment about the solution. I m following with them from the so many days but the thing i get is the false assurance.

                            Thanks®ards

We own a volkswagen vento 1.6 cr (Mt)-highline (Diesel) - 2011 registration. The registration number is kl01bb433. It has run ~72000km now and has been serviced regularly on time from the volkswagen service center at venpalavattom, trivandrum, kerala.

Since august of 2015 we are facing repeated issues with the fuel injector.
The first problem occurred in august 2015, while on a travel from thiruvala to trivandrum, suddenly coil warning lamp was on and mil warning lamp also glowed. After investigation at the venpalavattom centre, they informed us that the 2nd cylinder injector is out of order, so they need to replace the same.
The total repair work cost us rs.22, 035.

In december 2016, the same problem recurred.
This time when we took the car for repair they said, that the third injector is now out of order and we need to pay again around 21000 to fix the same.

In december 2017, the same problem recurred. When we were travelling from kottayam to trivandrum the glow plug warning lamp glowed when we were nearing kayamkulam.
Since towing would cost us more than 10k, we switched off the ac and drove at constant speed at 50km/hr. This time when we took the car for repair, i asked them to replace both the injectors left to be replaced, around 44k cost for fuel injector unit replacement.

This issue has caused us lot of tensions and inconvenience especially when we want to reach some place on time and also financial difficulty,
Since each time huge amount has to be paid as lumpsum
And it is unusual for such basic parts to be damaged so frequently.

Service center told the issue is due to fuel problem as the volkswagen had initially created the injector based on europe fuel standards and it caused issue in indian fuels. So for new volkswagen they have replaced it with injector based on indian fuel standards, meaning mistake is from volkswagen and we had to pay to rectify it. Service center told that this issue wont happen again once we replace the old ones.

                              Need this addressed.

                              GREETINGS FROM VOLKSWAGEN TRIVANDRUM

                              Dear Sir,

At the outset we would like to thank you very much for your patronage towards Volkswagen.

We consider it to be of a privilege service to you and look forward for a long lasting relation-ship. We thank you for being a part of this wonderful family and driving with us along this journey.

This has reference to your vehicle bearing Reg. No. KL01BB433, as you have raised a concern regarding injector failure, let me take the opportunity to bring into your knowledge that injector failure happens gradually, as it was affected previously it gradually affected all the injectors, as now all the 4 injectors are replaced no further failure will occur. Once the lines are affected it gradually leads to failure of the other part as it was replaced timely there will not be any more trouble.

Now the replaced parts are modified part which will not fail like the previous one.

Your vehicle is now on roadworthy condition. For any further assistance you can always get in touch with us.

Your kind understanding and cooperation on this matter is solicited.

Assuring you the best service always.

                              Best Regards... VolkswagenLogo.jpg

                              Hi All,

Let me first of all tell you Volkswagen Vento is not only the diesel engine I have driven or had which uses fuel injector. I have used diesel cars of Renault, Tata, Fiat none of them had shown any issue relating to injector.

And also its not the case of long running issue, if you go and check the complaints registered by people you will see it gone damaged within one year also.

This is not any normal part you change every now and then.

From you word "Now the replaced parts are modified part which will not fail like the previous one." it clearly states its a making issue. If you make a product in any country it has to made based on its environment and external factors.

Every car company who made such mistakes have brought back there vehicle and rectified there issues. That is the way company show his respect to the customer by accepting there mistake and not blaming the customer.

The money for all 4 injector cost me a lakh, to you it maybe nothing but for me it is. And it was not only the money that caused the issue the vehicle always got into trouble while I was traveling distant areas.

I used to encourage people to buy Volkswagen car, but what assurance I have now that it wont fail again as to you guys are saying "that injector failure happens gradually".

The other diesel cars I driven, I knew where might the issue may come. But here I always need to keep an alternative solution.

The finally, customers who had this issues kept silent or didn't gone to court only because of their courtesy. And you are misusing it to full extend.

I hope you consider the grievance of the customers, and do the needful.

                              Regards,
                              Tinju Philip
I am Mohan Kaliyaperumal working in Kuwait as an Engineer last 10 years. I had purchased Ameo Highline MT Plus, (Diesel) at KUN Capital Motors in Chennai on 09/09/2017 the Vehicle No. TN02 BK1216, Engine No; CWX163135, Chassis No; MEXD17601HT129512
I didn't drive my vehicle more than 3800 Kms from the date of purchase. First service was completed within1600 Kms without any complaint (only checked the oil top-up) on 07/04/2018 at KUN service center, Alandur, Chennai. Moreover i did not drive my vehicle more than 150Kms for each Trip past six months. When I had come second time to India and started my travel from Chennai for long trip with family on 18.04.18, not even crossed 60 Kms, vehicle was broke down with warning lamp glowing (Problem in fuel injector) and jerking. I called the toll free Number and they arranged and recovered my vehicle to nearby service center (KUN service center, Alandur, Chennai). In the beginning the local technician told me that the problem was filled by the new Diesel after that they had drained the Fuel (Diesel) thoroughly (45 liters) with tank cleaning and changed diesel. But they didn’t found the actual problem after thoroughly scanned. Meanwhile I send one complaint through email to customer.[protected]@volkswagen.co.in and registered one Case No;CCR116768 and CRM, service was replied that currently your vehicle fuel cleaning work is under progress and is expected to be delivered by 20-04-18 moreover I replied him that particularly don’t replace any spare parts in the engine components since it was covered only 1600 kms and the vehicle in warranty period so far from the date of purchase (completed only Six Months). After four days inspected by the Special Technician (from South region) He told that the problem was in Fuel injector of First cylinder moreover they had changed the fuel injector without charges exclude fuel and service.
I have realized all statement and issues from Volkswagen customer through Complaint cell the most of complaints last 7 years were replacement of Fuel injectors in all vehicles (Ameo, Polo &Vento) due to improper function of fuel injector accordance with Indian Diesel. The Volkswagen might be created the injector based on Europe fuel standards and it caused issue in Indian fuels. Therefore, when problem come to vehicle every service center in India is simply expressing to VW customer that problem in fuel. Moreover, your engineer and Technician have well known for the reason by fuel Injector only but why are they blaming and cheating of VW customer the reason by fuel only and the same fuel is also using to another Company vehicle without any complaint in engine component.
Why should VW customer unnecessary pay to Service center according to your business subterfuge? It isn’t small amount to VW customer almost 25K of each.
I had been to Kerala trip with my family after changed of the Fuel injector in my vehicle nearly 2000 Kms at most of hill location and after my trip handed over to service center as requested to be checked after one week. The test drive technician also checked & driven my vehicle and replied me that’s how the New vehicle looks like. When i asked him regarding noise of engine is coming inside the cabin and replied that it will more increase in future.
I would like to tell you that I have been driven so many vehicles each vehicle nearly 3000Kms like diesel model in India from 2006 (Indigo, Tiago, Swift, Brezza, Ertiga, S-cross, Xylo, Verito, XUV500, Innova, Honda City, Duster and Lodgy) and like petrol model in abroad (Camry. corolla, Duster, Pagero, Out lander, Lancer, KIA Sportage, Land cruiser) and I never faced like this issues in my experience.
I would like to tell you if my vehicle would be repaired in future (within 5 years) by the above mentioned details like problem in fuel injector with engine. Sorry to say I will not pay single penny due to your default design manufacturer exclude of others. This is for your kind information. If you are ignore and neglect this information I will take legal action with media and also consumer court.
(Note: when I was came to India for 26 days of vacation last month I lost my entire program due to your fault. Who will be compensated?)
Please don’t forward this information to Chennai branch for take any action because they are not right person in this regard.

Looking forward to your prompt reply

                              Regards,

Hi! This is sanjiv desai owing 'vw polo high line 2014 registration.
My car was serviced in nov 17 at vw mumbai north service centre and subsequently i started getting intermittent start-up problem. I had dropped the car at same service station to resolve the problem last week i. E end of dec and after two days of constant follow up from my end i was informed that no problem could be identified and i can take my car which i did after payment of @1800 inr still not sure for what? Because forget about solving the problem the service station couldn't even identify what was the problem. The problem continued through out last week and finally tha car came to no start situation yesterday.
Upon contacting the the same service station i. E vw mumbai north yesterday, first of all i was asked to take appointment and when i tried to get one i was told that 3days from today, also when i asked for at least car pickup as it was not starting at all i was told i will have to manage thorough towing and only on appointment date. As i insisted for immediate support i was told by the front desk that i would get a call back from senior represantative in 10mins which i am still awaiting.
Left with no option i had to get in touch with another vw service station i. E navi mumbai - nerul service station, who helped me arrange for car towing and my car was finally dropped for repairs at nerul service center late evening.
I feel cheated and ignored by vw mumbai north service station and as a result have lost faith in vw, will think 100 times before recommending vw to anybody.
Hopefully my complaint is taken seriously by vw india stake holders and appropriated action are taken immediately.

I gave my polo gt car for servicing at autobahn volkswagen service (Kurla west) and they returned me my car only washing. My car still indicates me the symbol of service required. The car was not smooth while driving. Gear shifting was hard. The new front bumper was not assembled correctly and the part just came out. Cruise control not working.
                                      Simply pathetic service experience.

                                        Hi,

I am neethi nithiya and i was a proud owner of vw polo for the past 5 years. I use to love my car and i have been recommending polo to my friends and family for so many years now.

However things have started to change lately!

I am having an extremely bad experience with the polo service. Unfortunately its a monopoly in coimbatore (Only one service center in coimbatore district). I. E., ramani volkswagen - kavundampalayam

I was travelling for a vacation during new year with my whole family and my vehicle started behaving strangely. It stopped in the middle of the road and i have to cancel my vacation and it was a struggle getting back home.

I visited ramani's service center yesterday morning to get it fixed. I was informed to leave the car as there might be a coolant leakage and it will take few days to fix this.in the evening, service engineer called me to inform that the coolant pump is gone and the leakage has damaged the timing belt too and it would cost around 25000 rs.

I was literally in shock, as there was no indication in the meter (About the temperature) and there was not even a single sign of any abnormalities. I couldn't imagine what would have been the situation if the timing chain broke.

I do all my service in your mentioned authorized dealer and i recently completed my 75000 kms service. I was not informed about any sign of this leakage in the service or no information was given about the change of coolant pump during this service.

I understand that it is required to change the coolant pump around 75000 kms, however i am not ready to accommodate the timing chain issue. As this is clearly a design issue or service issue, either the meter should have shown some indication or the service engineer could have alerted me.

I am looking for your support to resolve this dispute and i am not ready to get my car back until this is settled.

Vehicle number - tn 30 as 7140, the car is currently in the service center.
