After service they damaged my car's arm rest, and stolen many thing from car.

Service center executive saying they are not responsible for any thing even arm rest damage.

Whom we should complaint, this kind of irresponsibility, this is not acceptable.. Customers should get justice..

Service center charge more then mrp for the spare parts.. Government should take action against this

    Volkswagen service outlet is unalble to provide any solution to concern raised of fogging at front glass, heavy moisture at ac vents, dashboard and rear windscreen fogging at the time of rain which is making the vehicle unfit to drive especially at evenings and at night, and despite visiting service centres twice they are unable to proivde any solution for the same.
    As discussed with service centre before and yesterday i. E 29/07/2017, its as per the tpi they had shared that fogging will occur and it can be reduced by operating with heat blower which is totally impractical in this season of summer and rain and even if the blower is being operated it is causing suffocation, and its never been heard about any model, make of any other car manufacture that this is the case in case of fogging the blower has to be operated despite all this the problem is still persisting and am uncomfortable to drive with this condition of fogging as it may cause any mis happening due to blurred vision caused by heavy fogging in that case who should be held responsible. And if it was the case it would have cleared or informed and or been given a disclaimer to me that at the time of rain car will cause fogging and it should not be driven in case of rain then i would have thought before purchasing a vehicle from volkswagen india

      I have a polo gt 1 year old and is been driven only 12000 km i had an issue in noise from front side n the pick up is not upto the mark
      I gave my car to broadway volkwagon faridabad and the executive name is mr sanjeevan first of all he was very rude in talking and clearly told me tha we cant resolve the issue u can get ur car do e at local mechanics
      If i had to deal up my work with local mechanics them what is the use of dervice centrw

        Almost took more than a month and still issue is not resolved. While servicing they have broken my ac vents.
        Its much more better to service a car in local garage instead of going to vw service centres.
        They charged me 15k approx while i received a message of 10k.
        Worst car washing ever seen anywhere.
        No response from workshop after dropping emails as if they dont care once the bill is paid.

          Hi there

          I brought vw ameo at highliner, audio system is very bad and raised the complaint to neha outbound call center, she said will revert within 2 hours on 27th afternoon, till now i have not received any call,

          Pls try to recruit some professional people, who will adhere to commitment also the vw audio system is very poor and pathetic... If you people can rectify the issue pls let me know, else i need to change the car audio or car itself..

            Hi i'm from hubli karnataka and i own volkswagen vento recently i was facing some problem in my car like major vibrating of steering at the speed of 100 kms so i left my car to the service centre dealer name kumar motor corporation and they told that they have to replace some steering parts for which i agreed but my problem is not solved even one percent even after spending 35, 000/-. I am not sure whether they have replaced the part or just cheated me and now when i told them about the problem they are not even responding to me i am totally disappointed by the service provided and i hope that my problem will be resolved atleast posting this in your page..

              I gave my vw polo for 40, 000 kms service at vw workshop, 43 east topsia, kolkata 700105 (Phone [protected]). I requested service advisor to fix abs lights that's constantly activated and that his workshop could not fix the priblem since last 2 years inspire of replacing all sensors at extra cost. This service centre accepted to solve the issue like before. They took 72 hrs 3 days to service a small car like polo and yet could not fix the problem but instead made sure to give me a highly inflated bill of rs 16, 483/- including spares cost of rs 3355/- for abs. After i took delivery of car i escaped from a fatal accident on account of faulty abs where the car tends to run faster before it slows down with typical abs activation. A good brand name is being ruined by vw-india, and this is a caution to german parent co. To select its indian dealers who has reputation in market.

              Similar problem, VW keeps changing the sensors at extra cost without finding the actual problem.Even after replacing sensors it keeps damaging again and again.they are not ready to find the root cause no matter how much ever the customer explain the details of the issue. @VW Please be wise enough to understand the issue first.

                Hello,

                I bought a volkswagen polo 2 years back with great hope in service, rather i received irresponsible and arrogant response from service engineers.

                I remember the day when i bought the car, the kind of attention which you receive at the sales department and the service department are of two different extents. No one bother much about the problems after they sell the car.

                My car had repeated problems with abs, service people check and say that the sensor is damanged and replaced 2 of them and within a span of 60 days and now without using the car for 3 days the abs error light is back, i took the car back to service center and this time they said its the 3rd sensor which is damanged which i have to pay and replace. The reason they gave for the damage is due to dust, water or if the wheel has jumped in any gutters which never happened. How can the sensors get damanged without even using the car? The response which i get from the service engineers is pathetic and they just try to give some stupid reasons for whatever happened. I understand that these are electronic devices and can get damanged but not in this case as these parts are not cheap ones and they dont get damanged just by sitting for three days. I'm tired and lost patience with talking to the customer care and will register a case for consumer fraudlent activities.

                  First of all want to mention volkswagen finance is the worst among all finance.
                  Please don't go for volkswagen car because later you are going to suffer a lot. I have taken loan from volkswagen finance for a new polo. During the first year everything was ok. But from the 2nd year the ecs were not deducted from my account even there was balance. Inform to volkswagen executive at surat. But he was not having any information except the same answer every time its handle from mumbai (Mr arnold volkswagen surat).
                  This guy is very interesting he don't have any information just taking the salary.
                  When the ecs was not deducted there collection agent come to my office and take the check. At the end for the year volkswagen send me a notice of penalty for ecs. I told i have inform this issue before but and paying the check regularly to collection agent.
                  Later i decided to close the loan by paying the remaining amount. I issued volkswagen a check for pre closer the later they inform me the check is return due to some signature issue. They told me please do payment through rtgs. I agreed and payed them pre closer amount online.
                  After 10 days they same cheque was deposit 4 times at a interval of time and it's was return and i have to pay penalty to sbi for depositing the cheque.
                  I inform volkswagen (Mr siddharth) but he was not having any information about that.
                  Finally review about volkswagen it is run by contract collection agent and third party which is handle by few employee.
                  They even don't know the importance of mail and verbal communication. The behavior of employees mention above was also rude. Overall not satisfied with volkswagen service.

                    Am having vw polo 2013 model i have driven 39000 now having sound like a jeep or like a bus. I can't drive it for a long time having headache by that. I asked them at the time i was buying several time. One of my friend old that sound will change after some years. But from showroom they said nothing will happen. So now i am in the stand at can't use it even it is volkswagen. Should have buyed maruthi 800 far better i think. Or replace it by petrol car.

                      Sir i have given my car for a service and paid ₹14000 but my car is showing same problem as it was never serviced. I compait about it to atrica service centre sector 62
                      New delhi they took my car for 2 day and charge me ₹600 for disel but there was nt a single drop disel showing in my fuel meter.
                      And again my car was showing same problem after one and now my car is nt taking starting.

                        My car is at vw metropolitan since 7/18. As per the, vw technician has visited them (Twice) to rectify the problem.
                        Does vw does not have that technical person who can rectify the problem in so many days? Please let me know how many more days will it require to get the problem resolved.

                        Please note - the problem in the car arised only after i sent the car for general check up. So for the fault which vw has done, i am suffering for these may days.

                        As soon as my car is repaired, i am going to sell it and switch to a different brand just due to pathetic after sales services of vw.
                        I shall never recommend anybody to buy a vw car.

                        I have already hired a lawyer and going to file a complaint in consumer court against vw for giving me a defective product and pathetic after sales services.

                          Hi team,

                          I am facing issues with my car when i left for service @ rajajinagar service center, without my knowledge in your service center software was upgraded & post service completion volkswagen polo performance is felt like driving a lorry on roads.

                          I am following with your service center to ractify the issue & none of the employee is interested to speak or accept the mistake or ractify the issue.

                          Volkswagen polo is fooling me from last four months, employee's are not ready to give any of senior contact details to speak or complain.

                            Sir i have vento automatic car in the i have purchased extra services warranty i have done 4 service in jaipur but we have follow same problem in car there is no satisfaction answer by the service manager and other they not solve the problem the engine is so many noise wariant types of noise came form the engine ist the worst car in this volkswagen segment and it's too many costly service i have recommended to friends and other don't buy volkswagen car

                              Help!

                              My car is lying at vw service center from past 6 months due to unavailabilty of parts.
                              The service center guys say that parts are yet to arrive. And the customer care executives are giving me typically well mugged standard answers.

                              I am tired writing mails/calls to customer care guys. They are not doing anything.

                              I believe my car would have become a rotten piece of # now, lying for so long at the service center.

                                premature failure of egr valve in vw vento @60000 km

                                Address: Pune, Maharashtra

                                Warning glow sign started flashing in may 201., took it to service, got it scanned and fixed but service centre conveyed that if the warning is back again then egr needs to replaced.
                                They added further that if it is not resolved then may have to repair or replace tourbo.

                                Car has clocked only 60, 000 km. It seems to be a premature failure, could be a manufacturing defect....

                                Now service advisor is say battery change and is chargeable but i say last service of my car while why not you say

                                  Hi. I purchased new ameo trendline petrol on oct 20, 2106. Within 1 week of my purchase i had placesd a complain of extreme high engine noise. The showroom sent a technician to test and they told me that since it's a new car we need to drive it for the engine to set. We already own a polo, duster, dzire but none of these have such high engine sound. This vehicle sound is worse than a diesel engine. When i had again complained the service...

                                  These guys are harassing me. Recently i went to this service center as there were some issues in my polo car. The warning indicators like wire and tap were glowing.
                                  They inspected the car and told me that the suspension needs to be changed along with some pipe and it will cost around 25k. I agreed to it. Then again they ringed
                                  Me and told me more issues and shot my bill from 25k inr to 53k inr. I was shocked and surprised but didn’t have any option and agreed to it. Now after getting my

                                    I own a volkswagen vento comfortline tdi - 2012 model (Diesel). The registration number is wb-02 aa 8929. It has run ~42k km and has been serviced regularly on time from the volkswagen service center at topsia, kolkata.

                                    Since january of 2017 i am facing repeated issues with the fuel injector. The first problem occurred on the morning of 27th jan, while i was travelling from bhubaneswar to kolkata. At about 300 km from kolkata, the car stuttered and started vibrating, and the rpm would not go above 2000. Did not find any road side assistance from volkswagen. So i had drive the whole distance at below 2000 rpm. After investigation at the topsia center, they informed me that the 4th injector from the left is out of order, so they need to replace the same. The total repair work cost me rs 23, 000. They also included the charges for checking all the injectors.

                                    On july 9th, 2017 the same problem recurred after about 5 months. This time when i took the car for repair they said, that the first injector is now out of order and i need to pay another 23000 to fix the same. Not only that, since the injector is not available i will have to wait 7 - 10 days for the injector to arrive.

                                    The service center could not give me any root cause of this problem. Nor did they make any effort to expedite the delivery or recognize the fact that it is unusual for such basic parts to be damaged so frequently. Need this addressed.
