The complaint submitted last week is not yet resolved. Even today in a phone conversation volkswagen vijayawada showroom service dept manger is unable to tell my cars delivery date. Still the problem is not identified and they have not taken steps to replace the gare box. It's a pity that a world reputed company has recruited such incapable staff because of which it's loosing it's stand in india. I cannot want for months together for the service and i deliberately want to know the delivery date so that i can plan for an alternate vehicle, definitely not volkswagen. Please do communicate regarding the delivery date.

    My car dl 14 cd 1057 is in delhi east service center from last 3 month, they are not able to repair it and always they give me wrong commitment. No one from staff have been call me to update the status every time i have to call them and asked for the status.

    Now staff are not pic my phone call, i am really frustrate with this services. Please help me to get rid of this issue and make some urgent action on this against this service center.

    HR26CB7937 - after 4th service at Karnavati Ahmedabad vehicle has so many issues and no one can give proper response even workshop manager also don't want to meet us. They changed the software after that all problem occurs.

      We had purchased volkswagen tiguan highline from vidyut motors on 31st august 2017. We got the delivery on 21st september 2017. I have attached the invoice vw-vm/17-0317. Chassis no. Wvgh175nzja000017 and engine no. Crf200631. My regn of car no. Is mh14gh6910.. (I am attaching certificate of registration) i am sorry to inform after receiving the vehicle, i checked and came to know the wiper had some defect, for which i visited the showroom of vidyut motors, but i got negative response. I demanded an explanation regarding the same with the live demo but they refused and on the contrary they asked me to replace the complete set of wipers costing rs.2500/-
      I have purchased the vehicle costing rs. 36, 00, 000/-. This is the kind of service provided by the dealer. My association with volkswagen is from last 6 years and we have 4 polo cars in our family. I am looking forward for a defect free product and good maintenance from volkswagen.         I dr. Anuradha owing volkswagen vento ap16cx2772, purchased in guntur showroom had encountered a problem after starting the vehicle. I called the vijaywada servicestation for assistance and they told its the problem with the gare box and they tolled the car to the showroom. After a week they communicated that we have to changethe clutch plates and flywheel and the flywheel has to come from poland so it would take 10 days. After 1 months 4 days back they received it and replaced it but the problem is not rectified. Till today they have not identified the problem and they are waiting to receive the instructions through mail. After owing a 14 lakh worth car i have been toiling a month waiting for bus and auto to go to my work place which is 50km from my house. One hour back when i talked to mr. Vinay who is the service manager he is not able to tell me when he could deliver my car. I requested him to change the gear box when they are or able to identify the problem even after 1 month. But they are not ready to that as they have to follow the instructions sent via mail. Just because the the gear box is insured they are medling with each and every part of it, other wise they would have replaced it long back. When they can't identify the problem what's the fun in prolonging the issue for long. Moreover even after requesting them they are not ready to provide me an alternate vehicle and u know it's different travelling in a bus especially in villages where the roads are not proper. Apart from that i encounter lot of problems during my travel more specifically my backache. At this forum i cannot wait for long and want the vehicle to be repaired at the earliest. They have medled with the gearbox so much that i am sure it would be problematic once again. Insuring it cannot be the reason for not replacing it and making us suffer for so long. Therefore i want necessary action be taken at the earliest.

          I am aheart patient discharged from the military hospital on 27 sep 17.
          I had taken an appointment for servicing of my car at viduit motors, shivaji nagar, pune for 29 sep 17 after providing all details asked for like veh regn no, milage done (45000) etc.
          I had to arrange a driver to take the veh at the appointed time which i did.
          On reaching the service station in time, i was made to wait for 40 minutes on the pretext that the service advisor was yet to come.
          Finally when he arrived, he inspected te vehicle and requested me to wait in the office while he made ajob card.
          After a further wait of 15 minutes, he informs me that the oil filters are out of stock and that i should bring the car after 4/5 days.
          It has been a horrible experience wasting my time and surprises me no ends to learn that a basic spare like oil filter can go out of stock in a service station.
          The manager mr. Gaikwad promised me that he will call me and arrange to pick and drop the vehicle once the spares arrive.
          I am still waiting for his call!!!

            Sir,
            I (Shilpa medicare ltd) have given the car vento mh01ax7082 for minor repair and tier replacement on 26th of august to your mody auto corp pvt ltd mira bhayander road service center.
            Today we are on 4th of october and still there is no date given for delivery. I am also worried about the condition of car since it is lying there for more than 40 days.
            Please provide proper reply with immediate effect otherwise my company's legal department will send legal notice asking heavy penalty and dam rage.

              I was called up couple of times to bring my car to the showroom for some software update. I gave the car and took it back after a couple of hours. After some time of driving (30-35km) the car engine light started appearing due to which i handed over the car back to the showroom where i was told that it is due to some loose connection. I took back the car again and still the problem was persistent.

              After complaining about it going back to the showroom the third time we kept the car at the showroom itself for 2 days for them to rectify the issue. We got to know that there is some problem with the egr system of the car and need to be replaced. We were told that 60% of the payment will have to be made by us. The cost of the part being 45000.

              I will like to clear you on the point that this problem was not there before and happened only after giving the vehicle to the showroom for software update. So how is the customer liable for paying this amount. The explanation we got was that this function was hidden before and the dealership was different in 2016. Also the service team has changed now.

              I would like you to see into this matter urgently as it is causing me a lot of inconvenience. (Car is not with me). Also why we were not told about egr fault first two times. We were only informed about it on the third time we left the car there.

              I have contacted the volkswagen more than 3-4 times now, the issue is not resolved and the dealer is saying the car is with the customer which is not true.
              Volkswagen India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              Its 13th day today and my car is still with the service centre. There is no solution from the customer care or dealer.

              Highly dissatisfied with the turnaround. You say at your website the vehicle is roadworthy, its not after the update you are mentioning!(refer the screenshot)

                  Hello, i am prakash pandya, owns a volkswagen vento car. The barrial system (Ignition part) is not working since a week and the person at customer service centre is informing us that he had tried all over the country but unfortunetly the part is not available. Now this is just a # because i have to carry 2 person with me everyday just to push the car and that # guys are sitting over there under air-conditioner and saying "what can we do".
                  Now its too much because unless and until one will not take the steps against the company, no one will give their efforts. And make sure the steps are gonna viral over the worlds... Good luck.

The BARRIAL SYSTEM ( Ignition part ) is not working since a week and the person at Customer Service Centre is informing us that he had tried all over the country but unfortunetly the part is not available.                     Hello. I am gurtej bhatia owner of vw ameo diesel highline. Its the worst product launched by vw. I went to service center many time for the over heating but the technician said its not a falut, but every time my cars temprature goes to 95, 100, 105. Always they said that all the diesel ameo have same issue, and for suspension they do the same, please kindly revert on this.

                      I am kaushal vichare and have owned volkswagen vento in the year 2012, and till today have done all services on time at volkswagen authorised service center and till today havent met with an accident, eventhough a problem occured in my car and your company service advisor told me that there is problem in fuel high pressure pump and you have to replace it and its cost is around 80, 000/-.
                      So need explanation who will bear this cost.

                        Polo comfortline tn 04 ak 8451
                        Diesel pump not working. Car not starting. Dont know why this problem occurs in this model. Other cars of mine dont have this issue. Is this a manufacturing defect?

                        I had left for service on sunday and agreed to replace the full set and pay the amount required though the parts rate was varying each time and was expensive. Promised delivery on 28sep2017. Now they say parts not reached from pune. My holiday plan is spoiled because of this misscommunication and false promise. I have been following up daily myself and in last minute they cooly respond parts not arrived.
                        Why is that no service center has polo parts? Everytime customer has to wait this long for parts.?

                          Our vehicle polo bearing no: kl35f6383 was in your perumbavoor showroom since 30.0819 as the vehicle stopped suddenly. On 13.09.17 your representative informed us that they could not find any defect. We requested them to release the vehicle immediately with a confirmation that the reported complaint will not reoccur in the near future. They did not release the vehicle for reasons not known to us. On 23.09.17 we reported at perumbavoor showroom with a driver to collect the car. But we were informed that we have to pay rs.1500/- against fuel charges. We informed them that we are not aware of this as it is done without our approval and also we are inuring a cost of rs.1000/- day on account of arranging alternate vehicle and driver. However the showroom people refused to release the vehicle. Till date we have spent an amount of rs.28200/- due to the non release of vehicle. Now they are claiming other charges including demurage. By holding the car they are denying the beneficial use of the same by me.

                            My self Avinash, I am using Polo car since 5 n half year and it's running is 150, 500 km as of today.
                            I had given my car for 10th service today in your SO CALLED service station at Volkswagen showroom, Hubli.
                            But the thing is I couldn't get basic parts in your service station. If it was first time since my 10 services, I could never mind, but I visited your service 16 to 17 times for 10 services due to the same voice which I heard in every service that ' Sir parts are not in stock and we need a week time to get that part'.
                            For every service I spent Rs. 1500 extra for visiting to your service station.
                            And one more important thing that, today morning when I left my car for service, after that I visited your showroom at Hubli and decided to buy AMEO DSG vehicle and I was about to book vehicle in 2 to 3 days. But in noon when I got call from your service advisor saying that parts are unavailable, I changed my decision and decided not to buy your company even though cars are best in its class, because of worst condition I faced during last service.
                            Lastly I request you to take precautionary actions, so that your company vehicles should get good services at your workshop.

                              Hi this govidaswamy from chennai.. I leave my vw vento for a body work shop after work finished they updated software for my car after that in 1.5 rpm it stops and raising and very knocking noise and white smoke they r telling some silly reasons... No other brand cars have like this problems. I don’t know what should i do... They r telling to change fuel injectors,, and it happens because of diesel filling.. Wat we getting fuel only we can use. We cannot buy fuel from germany.. Otherwise ur company should provide low cost of fuel injectors... Pls do something for us... Provide good technical support in india. Very very waste technical person in india they r telling a story of manufacturing the car...

                                I mr bhausaheb chavan from kolhapur maharashtra give my ameo car mh-09-eg-5770 for accident repair works to unique automobiles (Kop) pvt ltd. It time of submit car, all car check by representative and give me repair order on 17th aug 17. After repair work done by them they call me on 24th aug and give my car. At time of taking car i observe that there is damage marks on left side back allow wheel. Which was not at time of my submission on 17th aug.

                                I complaint about it to servile dept but they not ans properly and not accepted there mistake and mishandling car.
                                And also not ready to give compensation about that

                                So please take this issue seriously and do needful

                                Waiting in time and good supervises as promises at time of purchase car

                                  I called the jubilee hilss branch for a test drive or polo gt automatic and scheduled a time for 130 pm. I received a missed call and message. Post my meeting exactly at 130 call this lady ms sandhya +[protected]. She said she called to reconfirm. I said we already fixed a time and date. Since u r next door if you can still come in 20 mins. She was rude and her ego didn't allow the car for a test drive. She lost a booking with 10 lacs! I don't really know how such people who have no patience and drive towards customer care are recruited! Anyways! Pls give her a warning and do not take any drastic action!

                                    I bought polo highline tdi in 2015 (Dl 10c bw 3640, chasis no - wvwl14609ft049861).

                                    I got the 1st service done from delhi west and immediately after the 1st service my problem started with the car. The battery of the car stopped working on the very next day of service.

                                    Post this windscreen of the car started to crack and i am informed that it is not damaged but is a manufacturing defect which will be covered under warranty. After receiving the car later i noticed that the windscreen could be opened from inside, on making a compliant i am informed that pasting was not done properly and hence this problem (Such a casual approach).

                                    My problem dis not end here, i purchased amc worth 25k and extended warranty worth 23k (Both from delhi west) hoping to keep my car in good condition throughout the time i use it.

                                    In may 17 i had sent my car for regular service (30k kms & apparently under amc), almost after a month in june 2017 my car started giving engine light signs with beep sound, i immediately approached delhi west service station and was informed that car needs to be checked for any leakage. (All my car services till date have been only from authorised workshop delhi west)

                                    In evening i am informed that car is ok and only 100 gms of oil and was to be topped up. Today my car is again in workshop (From last 17 days) after approx 3 months of checkup (At frontier gurgaon service station near aardee city), and have been informed that turbo, oil filter body and 1 more part has been damaged.

                                    From last 17 days there is a tussle going on between dehi west, froniter gurgaon and technical team of vw, i have no concrete response and the only response i have is "warranty claim has been rejected", because leakage had probably started in june 2017, which should have been detected then. As a result turbo and oil filter body have been damaged and hence will not be covered under warranty.

                                    I have been really struggling with vw service since 1st year of buying the car. Today i visited the workshop and had word with mr rajesh (Frontier service advisor) mr manu nayyar (Head delhi west) and mr manpreet (Vw warranty representative) and was given assurance that i will get a response by today, as expected only disappointment, no response from any of the three personnel.

                                    1) is it customers fault if the problem is not detected on visiting the workshop by technician or probably negligence on their part (As i undestand that for 100 gms of oil indicators will never come in car). Is volkswagen expecting the customer to find out that there is leakage in the car?

                                    2) for tussle between 2 workshops and vw warranty team and negligence on part of technicians, why should i bear the brunt?

                                    It is really disappointing to see such a poor customer service from vw. It has actually become a harassment for me, following up on daily basis for fault which has not been caused because of my fault but as a result of vws own team. I have been traveling on a daily basis from delhi to gurgaon for my work which is approx 90 kms (Up and down) from last 17 days and without the car and because still vw team is exchanging mails and trying to avoid warranty claims.

                                    If this was the case why are their authorised work shops (Who cannot determine if the car is working fine or not)?

                                    Why do these companies sell amcs if they do not have to honour it?

                                      Seriously disappointing from last 2 weeks my car in with mira road service center. On 10th of september 2017 my car key won't go in completely i had to get it towed at 2am from petrol pump. No one is answering the call at service center from yesterday. Due to heavy rainfall on 20th september 2017 water has entered my car i got to know through the service provider who is responsible for this? They can't even take proper care of costumber cars?

                                        I would like to inform that the navigation chip fitted in blaupunkt system in car got stolen when vehicle was sent to workshop for repair works.

                                        Inventory copy is silent on this item. Due to repeat problems vehicle was sent number of times to workshop. The vehicle was dropped on 19 august after attending painting work and again after fixing the problem of headlight. Subsequently again vehicle was picked and dropped for inspection of tyre bubble problem.

                                        It appears that someone has stolen the chip from system during working in workshop or pickup/drop. The incident of missing chip could be noted by me on 9th september when i wanted to use it and found system not working due to missing chip.
                                        The customer care representative of autobahn nerul workshop was informed on 9th september itself and requested to investigate and retrieve the chip. No action is taken so far and i am suffering for negligence of autobahn workshop at nerul. I am sick and tired of autobahn nerul workshop who have been providing unsatisfactory services all the time so far.

                                        Looking forward to your assistance and necessary action to retrieve the navigation chip to put it back in car system. Hope volkswagen customer care will do the needful.

I am at loss how the feedback has been given as resolved by autobahn wolksvagen navi mumbai without providing any solution of my stolen navigation chips at the service centre.
