Dear sir,

On the 9th of september my volkswagen car polo no:- mh15 dc9230, was delivered to :-

Dealer name - m/s volkswagen thane

Dealer address - plot no. 1, mohan mill compound, ghodbunder road

Now it has been over 45 days and they have still not repaired my vehicle. They have also still not confirmed the delivery date of my car.

I have also registered a complaint with the volkswagen customer care and details is as below :-

    I was bought a polo All Star on 6/6/2017 on that day I was reached at 9 am at showroom, but at 7 pm I got delivery of car I was hand over the draft of loan on 5/6/2017, after two month's suddenly found that the car's one place was repainted, I said to dealership Automark Motors Pvt. Ltd. Gujarat. regarding this, but after 20 days they replied me that there is an expense of rs.3950/- in this car & they offered me 30% discount in that. I was said them that I am not beggar & I have Nil Dep Insurance than why will I expect discount from them. My problem is that you was done a fraud with me, I said them to supply me the fresh car for which I was paid, the AGM of Volkswagen & also Agm Service from Dealer was accepted that the cause was not done by me & offered me to replace the door but I am not ready for the same. I was refused their offer after that yet I was not get any favourable reply from them.

      Dear sir, on 12th september i met with an accident in rewari (Hr) i went your vw workshop near me in gurgaon sec 18 on 14th of september my car car demaged from behind & person there assure me to give my car in a 1 month or 45 days but its more than a month & still they are replying me "awaiting of parts". I have only 1 car sir and i use to go to my work everyday by drive 80km & from last 10 days im asking the date when they will give my car but they are not giving me satisfied ans also nt giving me date.. Im facing too many problem in lack of vehical.. Please help me!! I want my car asap sir, thank you

          My polo tsi 2013 underwent its 4th annual service on 19th oct 2017 at 21591 km.
          The estimate was for ₹7500 approximately. I sent my driver to collect the car from the service centre and was given a bill for ₹15055.

          I received no call informing me of the additional charges or about additional work that needed to be done. I had requested inspection of the front suspension for a noise that seemed to come from the right wheel, but i was not told if the suspension was inspected or repaired. Instead the brakes, which were all right, were removed and replaced. The suspension noise persists.
          Perhaps brake removal/reassembly is part of regular service.

          I was given an un-asked-for bottle of windshield cleaner (I now have 3 half-full bottles of windshield cleaner with me) and a bottle (Again nearly empty) of 'multipurpose additive' for ₹1477, the purpose of which is unclear to me.
          Apparently a software update was carried out but i am kept in the dark about what it was for or if any error codes were found.

          I believe an owner or customer deserves to be informed of and consent obtained for all service and maintenance procedures done or planned for his vehicle.

            volkswagen jetta clutch problem

            I had given my volkswagon jetta (Model 2011 dec) new model to evm motors kochi
            Kerala state on 09 oct 2017. The vehicle had developed a clutch problem (Manual gear).
            After inspection they informed the entire clutch assembly has to be changed which would cost rs 46000 (Plate, disc, bearing).
            What i fail to understand is how this vehicle which has run only 29315 kms can develop a clutch problem. The vehicle is still with...

            My polo which is bound to be serviced in a week has been lying with the service centre since one month and deliberate delays without furnishing any appropriate information about my car is kept with the service centre and no further action has been tasked out. Repeated lies i have witnessed and unsatisfied with the quality of work done. This is my request to the concern department to take a strict note of it otherwise i will lodge a complaint in the consumer trubunal of the misleads i have faced.               I bought the vw polo in 2014 from volkswagen deccan hyderabad. Yesterday i had given it for servicing but they applied a software update and some mechanical changes without my prior approval. Now my engine is making excessive noise and the performance has gone down. Big shame i feel cheated. Any job done on my car should have prior approval.
              This is not expected from a company like volkswagen. I don't think i will ever be buying a vehicle from them again nor will i advise anyone else to do so.

                Sir/madam,
                I purchased volkswagen polo from phoenix cars india pvt. Ltd., thrissur, kerala on january 2015 and i did all your services in time till now and run 36000 kms. To my complaint regarding the abs sensor which was replaced once, i got a reply that vw is not willing to do any thing with this and the dealer will give 10% discount on labour and 5% discount is spares. Vw is a upper class vehicle and polo is intended as a second vehicle to them but in india it as a primary vehicle to middle class. Abs sensor problem is a common issue with vw and it is clear from the customer complaints. We the middile class will not be able to spent an amount every month for these problems. I had requested you to waive the amount remitted my me and clear the sensor problem at your risk. If this is the way i will be forced to report this issue in social medias or take legal action.

                    I have purchased a vento tsi during the end of december 2016. The registration number of the car is ka-09-mc-6511. The car was making some sound while applying the brakes. The car was due for the first free checkup and i took the vehicle to your authorised service centre m/s. Kpr cars, at mysore and while leaving the while told them about the problem. They attended to the problem and i found that no sound was coming. I was satisfied with the service and i have given them the highest ratings under all the parameters. However, after a few days again the same sound developed and this time it was making much more sound. Therefore, i took my car again to m/s. Kpr cars on 13.10.2017. This time my experience was pretty bad. After parking my car inside the premises i waited for about 15 minutes for someone to attend but no one came. Then i went to the office and a lady there attended to me. I told her that i am waiting for some service adviser to attend to me and she requested one mr. Raghavendra to attend to me. I told him about the problem and after a few minutes he sent a person and asked me to go with him for a test drive. After the drive that person confirmed that there is some sound. The service advisers told me that they will attend to the problem and let me know. So i left my vehicle and returned.in the afternoon i received a phone call from mr. Raghavendra informing that some components in the brake drum have worn out and needs to be replaced and it will cost me about rs.9000/-. He also told me that the components are not available in the stock and it will take a few days to receive the same. I told him that my vehicle is still under the warranty period.in reply he told me that these components are not covered under the warranty and i have to pay for it. I told him that i am not agreeable for making the payment. I argued that the vehicle has not even done 6000 kms and how can the component wear out? He said it happens very rarely. I told him that if the manufacturer has used sub-standard components i do not want to pay for it and also told him that i will go to the consumer forum if it is not replaced free of cost. Then he told me that he will have a discussion with his general manager and will come back to me.in the evening he called me and said that they have referred the matter to the head office and will inform me in the morning.in the morning i did not receive any call. So i called him at around 11.30 am and he told me that the car is ready. He also said that he will get the car washed and deliver it to me in the afternoon at around 3.30 pm. I went in the afternoon and he told me that it will take a few minutes and asked me to wait. I thought during the waiting time i can have a look at your newly launched tiguan. When i went to the showroom in the same premises and told them that i want to have a look at the tiguan i was told that the vehicle is in the service area and i can have a look there. No one took the effort of taking me to the service area and showing me the vehicle. So i dropped the idea of seeing the vehicle.
                    After a wait of about half an hour i was informed that the vehicle is ready. I was billed only for the wash. I asked mr. Raghavendra whether they have replaced the components? (I was sure that they wouldn’t have because i was informed earlier that the components are not in the stock. If he had told me that it has been replaced, i would have argued on it). He said that they removed the brake drum cleaned it thoroughly and fitted it. They have taken a test drive and found that the there is no problem now.
                    Now the following questions have arisen in my mind:
                    1. If the defect could be rectified just by cleaning the components; why was told that the components needs to be replaced? Where they trying to fool me?
                    2. Have they given me some temporary solution to see that i don’t go to the consumer forum?
                    3. When the service centre is trying to cheat me when the vehicle is under warranty period, after the warranty they can unnecessarily ask for replacement of the components whenever we take the vehicle for service. Can we trust this dealership?
                    4. Whether the company is really having any control over their dealers?
                    I request you to take up the matter with m/s. Kpr cars and find out the facts. It is very important that you take up the matter because the reputation of volks wagen is at stake because of the act of the dealership.
                    I also request you to revert immediately with your comments on my observations. If the components are really defective and needs to be replaced, please ask them to replace it free of cost.

                      Volkswagen india — why the stepney tyre different size than the other four wheels. What rubbish is this i can't drive car with 3 tyres of 15"radius and 1 of 14" worst brand ever. I am not able to drive my car because of this and now i have to change all my other tyres because of this stupidity by the company. Who will take responsibility of my safety while driving a car with different radius tyres. Do you think customers are fool. Also within 2 years my fuel pump was to replaced two times and the new pump was very expensive. I was a very loyal customer of volkswagen and always suggested others to buy but now i'll never ever repeat it. You lost a loyal customer.

                        I am owning volkswagen vento tsi dsg with reg no; kl 02 ay 8763 from '2016 september' onwards and very much satisfied with the drive quality.
                        I did a general check up at 7500 kms!!!
                        When completed my first year of ownership, i registered for service at d company service station at umayanaloor, kollam.
                        I got appointment in d morning at 8 45 (Tym given by dem). I reachd der n met mr. Finny, service advisor. He advisd me to do vinyl flooring for d better appearance n cleanliness. I had also pointed out sound from my window glass and shock absorb sound.
                        He was very positive and told i wud get back my car dat day evening.
                        Before evening, i got a col saying dat d service bay is full for alignment n wheel balancing. All other jobs were completed including vinyl flooring, but as i wantd wheel alingment n balancing also to b done, i thot of taking back d car d next day!
                        Next day morning at 10:30, i reached der, waited for d car for approx 40 mnts, n bought d car with
                        1. Unwashed 'tyres, wheel cup, edges n gaps in d car body n fabric seating'.
                        2. Imperfectly n carelessly done vinyl flooring (Which made me depressed cz it spoiled my car for rs.4000)
                        3. Sharp knife cut patterns in d dash board.
                        4. Window sound same as before while opening n closing.
                        5. Same shock absorb imperfection.
                        6. An extra sound to b heard while driving (Train lik).
                        7. Wheel alingment n balancing was not done (D main i wanted n d reason for which i postpond to next day)
                        When i pointed out d above, d service advisor with highly positive attitude tuk my car back and re-cleaned my car (Point 1) and rectified d window sound (Point 4)
                        Iam highly disappointed with d careless attitude from a reputed car company service station and willingly pardoned.
                        Coming back home only, i noticed d side bulging of d tyre, which may erupt during driving, highly dangerous situation!
                        I coled mr. Finny, and informed d same.
                        He coled me back n forwardd a number of tyre dealer (Jk tyres) to col and to approach him. When i coled jacob tyres, kollam (Dealer of jk tyres), they insisted me to come der with d car to see d tyre.
                        Aftr inspecting d tyre, they informed me dat they are ready to sent it to d company if i provide dem d same tyre.
                        I informed it to mr. Finny, and he told me to do d same and to drive with stepney tyre. (Which is of a different size).
                        Iam in a highly confused situation as what to do with d stepney tyre of different size, which myt affect d car's alingment n stability if drived throughout.
                        I don't know what tym it wud take to get my tyre back.

                        Anyways iam higly depressed with d attitude of d volkswagen service station, kollam.
                        Cars will only becum perfect when d service support from d company will be the best.

                          Worst service facility by volkswagen. I got my vento (Rj 01 cb 9819). I paid rs 20000 for its service in ajmer volkswagen showroom. There was hitting and leakage problem. They told me that it is all right now and there will be no problem. But today again there is same problem. Engine heated and car is not working.
                          You are known for your good customer relations. But due to fault on your service provider's part, my car damaged. They are again charging me rs 20000.
                          I am requesting you to solve this problem or i will be forced to take legal action.

                            I purchased volkswagen polo from phoenix cars india pvt. Ltd., thrissur, kerala on january 2015 and i did all your services in time till now and run 36000 kms. A few week back i had a vibration for my car when i apply break and had a abs alert on 02.10.2017. My car was given to evm volkswagen, maradu, cochin, kerala and they told that the complaint was with break drum and sri. Ansu (Adviser) telephoned and told to collect...

                            Very worst after sales in india is volkswagen... Please dnt go for vw cars especially in chennai at abra and kun volkswagen... Surely a big loss is waiting on the other hand i[censored] buy any cars in this showrooms and for that cars service... The sevice advisor doesnt know anything about the cars and packages regarding the warranty and other claims simply making notes on complaint thats it... Amc is the annual maintenance contract it cost ₹60000 (Which includes 4years oil service and rsa& warranty while buying my ameo... After 6 months i leave my car for service the abra and kun volkswagen doesnt know anythinh about this amc then for what reason the amc is sold to me... Nearly one week the service manager ramesh, sudhakar in kun alandur simply giving me a promise daily that the work will get complete today... Amc is provided by vw not by the showroom so in this case they are full responsible to clear this issue but 6 days over still my car is in the service center without any use... Is this cheating people or lacking in training service managers...
                            The sales person from abra motor doesnt know anything about amc

                            Then for what *? The vw selling amc...

                            So whoever is reading this please believe 100%... I[censored] have really interested in buying vw please stop that dream and go for maruthi or toyota or hyundai...
                            This vw will surely makes you worry especially after sales...

                            And that too u have to spend atleast two hour to leave your car for service and two hour to take your car from service center the service advisors will test your patience at kun alandur...

                              Hi, i sent my car vw vento highline to east delhi dealership for service which is covered under amc and this car is serviced previously under amc on regular basis and car is just driven 15500 kms and now i asked the dealer for the 4th amc service and car was not having any issues and surprisingly i received a call from delaer person about that sr we were supposed to deliver your car to you in the evening but suddenly a alarm cam and it is related to third injector and we have to replace it.
                              Now tell what is this if the car was fine and not having any issues why the dealer is asking about the 3rd injector replacement.
                              As all are aware vw boast about its quality that you can service your once in a year or after every15000 kms then tell me how my car which is run on 15500 kms in last 4 years is having such a issue suddenly and that too at the dealer end. Is this the vw new trick to earn money through their dealers and are harrassing the customers. I have told to dealer that you took my car in good condition then deliver my car in good condition only as i will not pay anything to you. As every one is aware of the vw scandal of the fuel emission, now i think it is something which is related to that faulty system.

                                I had visited your udaipur workshop on 5th october for repair/replacement of clutch plate but the same was not in your stock. (Please refer to attachment for estimate given to me on 5th)

                                I was assured that it will come in 4-5 days from aurangabad.

                                However i very much regret to inform you that till date the same has not even been despatched from aurangavad as informed to me today..

                                This is a very serious issue as your company does not keep spares at udaipur nor at you rmain location at aurangabad.

                                My car is standing idle in the festive season for want of spares. Such a big company not able to provide spares is very disappointing to say the least.

                                Request you to please do the needful immediately so that my festive season is not spoiled

                                  While buying my vw ameo, i purchased a amc pack which is 60000km/4 yrs maintenance... It includes 4 years oil service cost for every 15k/year... But now while i gone for service vw kun alandur... The service adviser does'nt know anything about amc and even the service manager too... They kept my vehicle for nearly one week and they are telling a reason that they should get a approval from related department to service this vehicle under amc... Cheating directly by the way of amc... Please dont purchase volkswagen cars coz the after sales is very worst... Maintenance is thrice times higher than maruthi and toyota and hyundai... So please dnt buy vw and if you buy vw the please avoid purchasing additional packs like amc, 24x7 road assistance and others... For name sake they are adding while buying... But defenitely you will feel for it if you buy that...

                                    Mh 12, gk 1708 - annunal service carried out from vidyut motors pune

                                    In between the service the glass of door was not working - due to one part was damaged, which was working when i delivered the car for servicing.

                                    Since three weeks the part is not available with vidyut motors, pune
                                    No phone call from them i called more than eight calls.

                                    Kindly look in to the matter urgently
