My car polo 1.2 diesel highline stopped all of a sudden on 25th aug 2017 while travelling within noida. Towed it to viraj automobiles in sec 6 service station the same day.
Vw recommended that engine should be opened (Odo read at 92kms) and i approved it.
After opening engine, vw confirmed that pistons were found to be melted and need replacement along with other components and provided a quotation of approx. Rs. 1.3 lacs....

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my vento highline petrol vehicle. I had purchase the car in the month of april 2017 at downtown mumbai showroom and within 4 months i started facing issues with the acceleration of the car. I raised the issue with the downtown service dealer and they responded back that the issue is with the clutch plates.

They are not willing to replace the clutch plates under warranty and state...

I have purchased 2 polo diesel card in 2013. But by the end of just 2nd year, its started to cost heavily for maintenance. Last year apart from regular service of rs. 15000, i spent rs. 25000 for maintenance and this year the cost of maintenance goes beyond rs. 40000 + service 15000. It is highly costed car nobody shall purchase.

Besides, the authorized dealers are also cheating with customers by not bringing the real issues...

We change battery in 16 march 2016 now it will get stopped or not working it's company is exide they are giving 2year warranty for battery. But we called in service center they are not agree to change they are telling that car is having sterio that's why they are not changing the battery it's not a reason becoz all car is having sterio. I bought volkswagen vento tdi high line automatic in november 2015.
Surprisingly yesterday car did not start! I approached authorised dealer at bhopal and he did not respond yesterday. I called road side assistance number 6 times yesterday but after 3-4 rings it was disconnect every time.
Today dealer from bhopal called and said if battery is down then you have to pay 8, 000/- for the new battery!!

I purchased polo 1.2 manual highline in september 2015. My headlight was replaced in march 2017 due to headlight adjuster not working.in june 2017, the replaced headlight started accumulating fog. On visiting the workshop they said it's normal. But the fog did not go for 4-5 hours. Hi, i have purchased volkswagen vento in february 2016. I have faced gear box failure back to back.
1. Gear box failure with in hours after 15000km service. That time car was in service center for more than 30 days.

Below are the queries raised by me to the customer service of volkswagen. However there has not been any satisfactory response from them. The customer service assigns the ticket to the service centre team and they state this as product issue.
