Hi this govidaswamy from chennai.. I leave my vw vento for a body work shop after work finished they updated software for my car after that in 1.5 rpm it stops and raising and very knocking noise and white smoke they r telling some silly reasons... No other brand cars have like this problems. I don’t know what should i do... They r telling to change fuel injectors,, and it happens because of diesel filling.. Wat we getting fuel only we can use. We cannot buy fuel from germany.. Otherwise ur company should provide low cost of fuel injectors... Pls do something for us... Provide good technical support in india. Very very waste technical person in india they r telling a story of manufacturing the car...

    I mr bhausaheb chavan from kolhapur maharashtra give my ameo car mh-09-eg-5770 for accident repair works to unique automobiles (Kop) pvt ltd. It time of submit car, all car check by representative and give me repair order on 17th aug 17. After repair work done by them they call me on 24th aug and give my car. At time of taking car i observe that there is damage marks on left side back allow wheel. Which was not at time of my submission on 17th aug.

    I complaint about it to servile dept but they not ans properly and not accepted there mistake and mishandling car.
    And also not ready to give compensation about that

    So please take this issue seriously and do needful

    Waiting in time and good supervises as promises at time of purchase car

      I called the jubilee hilss branch for a test drive or polo gt automatic and scheduled a time for 130 pm. I received a missed call and message. Post my meeting exactly at 130 call this lady ms sandhya +[protected]. She said she called to reconfirm. I said we already fixed a time and date. Since u r next door if you can still come in 20 mins. She was rude and her ego didn't allow the car for a test drive. She lost a booking with 10 lacs! I don't really know how such people who have no patience and drive towards customer care are recruited! Anyways! Pls give her a warning and do not take any drastic action!

        I bought polo highline tdi in 2015 (Dl 10c bw 3640, chasis no - wvwl14609ft049861).

        I got the 1st service done from delhi west and immediately after the 1st service my problem started with the car. The battery of the car stopped working on the very next day of service.

        Post this windscreen of the car started to crack and i am informed that it is not damaged but is a manufacturing defect which will be covered under warranty. After receiving the car later i noticed that the windscreen could be opened from inside, on making a compliant i am informed that pasting was not done properly and hence this problem (Such a casual approach).

        My problem dis not end here, i purchased amc worth 25k and extended warranty worth 23k (Both from delhi west) hoping to keep my car in good condition throughout the time i use it.

        In may 17 i had sent my car for regular service (30k kms & apparently under amc), almost after a month in june 2017 my car started giving engine light signs with beep sound, i immediately approached delhi west service station and was informed that car needs to be checked for any leakage. (All my car services till date have been only from authorised workshop delhi west)

        In evening i am informed that car is ok and only 100 gms of oil and was to be topped up. Today my car is again in workshop (From last 17 days) after approx 3 months of checkup (At frontier gurgaon service station near aardee city), and have been informed that turbo, oil filter body and 1 more part has been damaged.

        From last 17 days there is a tussle going on between dehi west, froniter gurgaon and technical team of vw, i have no concrete response and the only response i have is "warranty claim has been rejected", because leakage had probably started in june 2017, which should have been detected then. As a result turbo and oil filter body have been damaged and hence will not be covered under warranty.

        I have been really struggling with vw service since 1st year of buying the car. Today i visited the workshop and had word with mr rajesh (Frontier service advisor) mr manu nayyar (Head delhi west) and mr manpreet (Vw warranty representative) and was given assurance that i will get a response by today, as expected only disappointment, no response from any of the three personnel.

        1) is it customers fault if the problem is not detected on visiting the workshop by technician or probably negligence on their part (As i undestand that for 100 gms of oil indicators will never come in car). Is volkswagen expecting the customer to find out that there is leakage in the car?

        2) for tussle between 2 workshops and vw warranty team and negligence on part of technicians, why should i bear the brunt?

        It is really disappointing to see such a poor customer service from vw. It has actually become a harassment for me, following up on daily basis for fault which has not been caused because of my fault but as a result of vws own team. I have been traveling on a daily basis from delhi to gurgaon for my work which is approx 90 kms (Up and down) from last 17 days and without the car and because still vw team is exchanging mails and trying to avoid warranty claims.

        If this was the case why are their authorised work shops (Who cannot determine if the car is working fine or not)?

        Why do these companies sell amcs if they do not have to honour it?

          Seriously disappointing from last 2 weeks my car in with mira road service center. On 10th of september 2017 my car key won't go in completely i had to get it towed at 2am from petrol pump. No one is answering the call at service center from yesterday. Due to heavy rainfall on 20th september 2017 water has entered my car i got to know through the service provider who is responsible for this? They can't even take proper care of costumber cars?

            I would like to inform that the navigation chip fitted in blaupunkt system in car got stolen when vehicle was sent to workshop for repair works.

            Inventory copy is silent on this item. Due to repeat problems vehicle was sent number of times to workshop. The vehicle was dropped on 19 august after attending painting work and again after fixing the problem of headlight. Subsequently again vehicle was picked and dropped for inspection of tyre bubble problem.

            It appears that someone has stolen the chip from system during working in workshop or pickup/drop. The incident of missing chip could be noted by me on 9th september when i wanted to use it and found system not working due to missing chip.
            The customer care representative of autobahn nerul workshop was informed on 9th september itself and requested to investigate and retrieve the chip. No action is taken so far and i am suffering for negligence of autobahn workshop at nerul. I am sick and tired of autobahn nerul workshop who have been providing unsatisfactory services all the time so far.

            Looking forward to your assistance and necessary action to retrieve the navigation chip to put it back in car system. Hope volkswagen customer care will do the needful.

I am at loss how the feedback has been given as resolved by autobahn wolksvagen navi mumbai without providing any solution of my stolen navigation chips at the service centre.

              Battery replacement under warranty. Seems battery not replaced. Nothing mentioned in the invoice. Negative terminal seems to be shiny due to be in opened state but the positive terminal has lots of dust that gives clear indications that battery is not replaced even the dust on nuts can be seen clearly in the pics attached. I want a new battery serial number and assurance that battery is really replaced or not. Because i have been told that battery is replaced and lot of warranty replacement papers have been asked to be signed by me.

              I have enclosed my original battery purchased bill also for your reference.

              I have just got an invoice of a wiper blades replacement. Nothing mentioned about the battery replacement. Kindly look into the matter seriously.

                I have vento car purchased on 28th jan-16

                I am now really tired now to mail volkswagen service department regarding issues for my car, first when purchased was cheated from your sales team, and they gave me old model without tell us anything about new model launching, 10 days after purchased company launched new model and all after i have to compromise on it,

                But now i have another issues from past two months, i was visited volkswagen service center in last week of july regarding noice issues in engine, they tell me its flywheel problem and will be in warranty but part not ready stock in company so wait for 15 day for it, after a too much calls they confirmed and put car after janmstmi festival, then i put my car on 21st august for that issues and complaint also about other noice problems in rough roads and also some body work, they give me time for 10-12 days, but they give me car after too much calls them regarding time period they give us on 7th september evening, but i checked next day problems not solved,

                So i visited service center again on 11th sept morning 9.30am, they told this was some other problems will check and call you after check up, but not recieved call from them so was called on 5.30 to service care executives at that time they told its steering rank problem and not replaced by warranty, i argued him just driven 24500kms and also regular servicing in volkswagen care, also purchased warranty of next two years, why not replaced in warranty,

                I have to said if 15-17 days after problems are same then what about volkswagen service center,
                I purchased car for best after sales but very disturbed having problems after sales,

                If just in one and half year i have to faced this problems then what meaning of warranty,

                I am writing here for solution of this warranty issues and also improve your service department for bring too much days for srvice and all after not satisfied,

                With regards to above details, i would like to clarify you that we have not damaged the steering rake from our side. If you would have taken a close look on my car & the way i maintain my car, you must have concluded that i have taken good care of my car. So i am trying to say that i have never damaged my car's parts, be it steering rake or other parts.

                Having said that, why should i bear the cost of replacing the steering rake? As a car owner, this types of problems should not be faced but it seems that i have made a mistake by opting for a volkswagen car.

                I have not been received satisfactory & timely response from the rajkot dealer of valkswagen regarding this complaint. They are just replying by mail as per i faced with service advisor that i already know it, they repying after just 30 minutes ago of your 48 hours given timings by mail only, if they already have to reply as per service advisor said then why they take time of 48 hous for reply, its really very rediculus to say there is no responsible person in rajkot, i would like to solve this matter amicably, but please see that

                  I am writing this mail in with reference to my vehicle polo 2012 tdi bearing registration number pb09q8007. On 15th of sep i visited vw dealership which is with lally motors as i met with some accident and front of my car is damaged so i went to mr balwinder singh from insuarance department and he simply refused to do my job as my insuarance is through some other agent and said you have a stamp of external agency and you are customer of swami automotives and we will not entertain you and complain about us anywhere as we don’t care moreover when asked about the part that is radiator carrier mr lalit from sales said the costing is 8500rs and when enquired from other authorized vw stores according to them the part is of 3300 only which clearly shows that they are duping customer and least concerned to retain them. Please check my vehicle record as every single service is from vw genuine workshop from past 5 years and this is what i m getting. I have been harassed by lally motors chd. I m surprised to see the customer service level is pathetic and does not belong to a brand like vw it seems like they are local mechanics and surveyors sitting over there. I hope you will look into the sensitivity of matter and will do the needful else i have to move to court and social media for the same

                    I have bought a new polo on sep 07 sep and met with a small accident on sep 13 and before the buying of the vehicle the sales representative and the staff was very active and they used to call me on daily basis to purchase the vehicle. But now when i am in a situation no one is attending the call, even if they don't have the facilities they can help me by contacting the other service centres. Because of some personal issues i have told them to complete the work in priority but now they are not helping me in this situation which i never expected from volkswagen which is an international company

                      I own a vw polo, the left headlight often messes up. When we switch on from dim to bright it doesn't work often, there's a loose connection, the bulb is all done there's only something wrong with the connection and when i asked in the vw service centre they say they can do nothing about it.                         Respected sir. Iam dr. Karpagavel having a vw jetta white colour and bought on oct 2014. My car is 2 years and 11 months old and 100000 done now. Since last month my ac compressor is not working and madurai vw - ramani motors, tamilnadu asking 89000 for replacing it with new one. I have not applied for extended warrenty and insurance done with united india company. Kindly help me to replace it in goodwill insurance and help me to replace it.                             Wish to take a ride risking your life, buy volkswagen. Pain pain and only pain i have witnessed by buying a volkswagen
                            Yes, all o[censored]s always believed german engg is the best, unfortunate in my case i found it to be worst. I have been sold a defective vehicle and now when i am fighting for my rights with vw, all the so called “representatives” have turned their back. Moreover the showroom which has sold the vehicle to us hasn’t even responded for 3 weeks now. I have been patient enough but looks like i have been taken for a ride and that too “a ride risking my life”

                            - as per your formal mail dated from vw, aug 16, 2017 the spare tyre needs to be chkd for pressure of psi 38 before delivering the vehicle to any customer. This will be a surprise to you that the vehicle that was delivered to us on oct 20, 2016 had the spare tyre without pressure. Last week i had traveled with my wife to wayand and when we stopped near ramnagara realizing that there was a puncture in the front left tyre, it was shocking to be when i opened my booth to take the spare tyre for replacement and found that it had no pressure. It was extremely disappointing to know that you guys haven’t even done the basic chk. Moreover we had to wait for almost 4 hrs at the early hrs of morning (Around 4am) to figure out the closest service station to get the spare tyre filled with air. Then comes the second shock of my life, the brand new spare tyre was defective and there has been air leakage from the rims. Is this what you call your delivery chks??? Sounds fabulous right?? Early morning 4am with my wife stranded on the road not knowing what to do was definitely not a good scene.
                            - i am taken by surprise the heights of carelessness at various levels in vw. Especially you call yourself “german engineering”, this is definitely not what the germans are known for…
                            - i have had the worst nightmare of my life getting issues sorted with the punctured vehicle, and had to ensure that i bring back the so called “brand new spare wheel” and show you guys the manufacturing defect. I walked for almost 6-7kms seeking for help and we felt extremely unsecured..
                            - this goes beyond the imaginations of any car user and i only feel blessed that we weren’t robbed or harmed in the early hours of that day otherwise anything could have happened to us.
                            - hence i have decided to take this in an international level if my concerns aren’t taken seriously and the needful is done..
                            - i hope you will not try to manipulate your records as that will definitely land you in trouble.. I have a record of all the papers and service reports and don’t even try to underestimate the concerns. The nightmare that i have gone through because of your sales & service failure could happen to any vw customer and i would definitely ensure that the people are aware what they are going for when they intend to buy a vw vehicle.
                            - i have been patient enough to hear from the showroom that i purchased the vehicle from and all that i have received from them is “ignorance” and to an extent rudeness. Hence out of frustration i had decided to leave the vehicle at the showroom to make them realize that they need to act responsibly and not try to run away from issues. When i reached the showroom and tried reaching the store manager he completely refused to take my call nor he responded anything positive. This added up to my frustration and i would like to declare here that if this ignorance continues, i will be forced to file a legal petition against “volkswagen palace cross”.
                            - the pictures and images of the defective tyre & dropping of my vehicle at the showroom is all attached with this mail fyr. If required i can also share the call records & sms to show you the numerous times that i have tried reaching volkswagen palace cross and their ignorant behavior towards me.
                            Volkswagen India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                            After the diesel gate modification, the vehicle started to clatter a lot and feel jerk in 2 and 3rd gear
                            There is a intermittent power loss.
                            Fedup by giving it for service it's 4th time I'm at service center.
                            No resolution still.

                              I have purchased a volkswagen vento from mumbai beating no mh48aw0121.
                              The car is just 4 months old and i face the problem of clutch flywheel. The part was not available for 4 weeks and after the same is available my car is with dealer for last 6 days and he has not repaired the car.

                              Previously when i purchased the car i had purchased the 2016 version. I paid the entire money. They kept the money and after 1 month they told that the car is faulty and i need to buy the new model for which i paid 1.2 lacs extra. I have to wait for 2 month for the delivery of my car after paying the entire money.

                              The dealer and the car company are just cheating the customer. So kindly help me to give my car back to them and get my entire money refunded.

                                My car polo 1.2 diesel highline stopped all of a sudden on 25th aug 2017 while travelling within noida. Towed it to viraj automobiles in sec 6 service station the same day.
                                Vw recommended that engine should be opened (Odo read at 92kms) and i approved it.
                                After opening engine, vw confirmed that pistons were found to be melted and need replacement along with other components and provided a quotation of approx. Rs. 1.3 lacs.
                                Upon asking reason what caused pistons to melt, answer was fuel adulteration.

                                I took sample of diesel from the tank in front of viraj engineers and got it checked with few petrol pumps.
                                Petrol pumps confirmed that diesel quality is checked by density of it and my sample diesel was of appropriate quality.

                                I went back to viraj asking on what basis they say fuel is adulterated, the answer was color - this is completely baseless theory which was rejected by petrol pumps.

                                Upon further arguments, viraj gladly asked me to take my vehicle to some other service center as they didn't want to argue anymore.

                                My only concern was that without knowing reason of piston melt, situation can happen again in future and i'll be asked to bear that cost as engine is out of warranty.

                                I have logged a complaint # ccr9666r which is yet to be looked into.

                                If it is manufacturing fault as viraj engineers confirmed that all parts like coolant, hoses, were found to be in working condition, shouldn't vw be repairing my vehicle free of cost.

I had purchase the car in the month of april 2017 at downtown mumbai showroom and within 4 months i started facing issues with the acceleration of the car. I raised the issue with the downtown service dealer and they responded back that the issue is with the clutch plates.

                                  They are not willing to replace the clutch plates under warranty and state...

                                  Hi, sorry to say but i suppose my hard earned money that i spent with the excitement is getting wasted. I purchased vento highline plus on 1st may'17.in this you guys have given light position sensor for headlights. This adjust the headlight focus as per weight which is very good. Unfortunately that got damaged in my car and over and above it, the most disheartening thing is that none of your service center knows how to fix it. It's been so many days now that i have been visiting the service center daily n nothing gets fixed. They don't know how it works, they don't know how to fix it. No information on spare part. I am feeling so helpless as to why i bought this car. No one is ready to take the ownership. I am requesting them to have a look on the new car and then help me out. But still, no revert. They are just trying to do jugaad. I am absolutely pissed off now. Can someone please help me on this. I will be really great ful.

                                    I have purchased 2 polo diesel card in 2013. But by the end of just 2nd year, its started to cost heavily for maintenance. Last year apart from regular service of rs. 15000, i spent rs. 25000 for maintenance and this year the cost of maintenance goes beyond rs. 40000 + service 15000. It is highly costed car nobody shall purchase.

                                    Besides, the authorized dealers are also cheating with customers by not bringing the real issues to the customers. And when the matter get worst, they raise a bill of huge amount. By the name o[censored]pdates and services they cheat customers.

                                    The product quality of volkswagen is also of cheaper quality. Compare to other brands it getting spoil earlier. And yes the, so called genuine parts, which are 4th time price of other companies are also of cheaper quality.

                                    So, my experience says that, nobody shall purchase volkswagen car, it is tooooo mmmuuucccchhh costly and poor quality car.

                                      I, anantha krishnan owner of volkswagen polo with reg no ka 03 mx 1931.

                                      I never seen such a worst service in my lifetime. This is my second car. Previous one was hyundai. From them i got very good service and response.

                                      There was an issue of its petrol sensor and ac getting cut by a rodent. From past two months (From july 10th 2017) it's with service center (Phoenix) of yours in kannur, kerala.

                                      They are making it delayed by excuses of it's parts unavailable and then the part didn't reach them yet. They promised to make it ready by 3 times. The final promisied date was yesterday (30th aug). When asked about it again with same excuses.

                                      Not all satisfied with the servicing system of yours in india. I did wait for a long i'm planning to take the legal help for the inconvenience caused to us by your company.
