My car has been giving me some or the issues since I have purchased. Most of the problems remain unresolved or not upto my satisfaction even after Sending the car to the workshop multiple times. Now after the 3rd service the car comes back with most of the issues unresolved, foes to the workshop again and this time the car's battery has stopped functioning. I am not sure how is that possible unless there was a manufacturing defect of has been mixed up with some other battery at the workshop as the car has been running on a daily basis. Request you to help me with a solution as I had invested in all possible protection plans like extended warranty, RSA, AMC at the time of purchase and still there isn't anything to take care of the problem. Hoping to hear a positive response soon so that I can continue to trust Volkswagen as a brand going forward as well.

This is just the starting of your problems with Volkswagen at later stages you will be surprised that they will make you run your vehicle with defective parts and will be waiting to give to you a high value quotation for repairs and change of engine after they the vehicle and then they will ask you to sell off your car and cheat some person ahead of you i ONCE USE TO TRUST THIS BRAND AND THEIR VEHICLES BUT NOT ANY MORE LEARNT IT THE HARD WAY WITH EXPERIENCE

Yours is not an isolated complain regarding negligence and unprofessional and indifferent attitude of Volkswagen it starts right from the senior level management. The company thinks just because its a big cooperate brand and none o[censored]s Indians would waste time to take them to task they behave in this manner and provide us with substandard products poor cheat service I am having proof of their cheating and fraud committed toward me. They have given to me a vehicle with defective parts which they neglected or could not detect or did not change on purpose so that my car could be ruined to a state of beyond reasonable and viable responsible financial repairs Since last six months my vehicle is lying with their service center and there is not a word of response in spite of sending them legal notice. They cannot reply as they know what fraud they have committed

How rightfully in other countries put their MD behind bars for cheating here the process is long but I am filing case against Volkswagen as I have enough evidence to prove their fraud and cheating.

Support from Indian citizens like you who can quote their similar experiences would be a real added advantage just a few minutes of your time to teach these MNC a lesson. Please feel free to contact me as your comments will help us to get justice in the courts.

    Dear Team,

    We had booked Ameo Highline Petrol Model car in name of Saurav Anand

    I am very disappointed by the service / sales provided by your Volkswagen World Class Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. Delhi. I booked the car on the promise that they will delivered my car on Tuesday 22/03/2017.

    On dated 21/03/2017 I had given all the documents to Mr. Hemant for Finance from Volkswagen Finance but till date there is no result.As Mr. Hemant told me that there is 48 hour maximum TAT for the Finance. As 3 days over and still he want one more days for Finance.

    Today morning Mr. Hemant share my all documents to HDFC bank without my permission. If any thing happened to me who is responsible for the same and How he dare to share my documents to any other company. Is this is the culture of Volkswagen??

    Today at evening when I visited World Class Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Ajay Thakur scared me and the language he talked was too much rough. He don't have manner how to talk with Customer such a disgusting employee of your company.
    Due to Mr. Hemant and Mr. Ajay Thakur's Behaviour I dont want to take this Ameo car and his false commitment.

    Request you to please beware of the people and do needful action against the same and Another Request you to please share the Finance details of Loan status of the file.

      Vidyut motors pune has gave me a foulty and manufacture damage n bogus pice of jetta 2.0 tdi automatic in 2015/28/dec we complaint many more times but our showrooms sales manager talk with us in filthy language. So can you the company giving us satisfieng and replace the damage n bogus pice..
      Because we suffring from mentaly n physically and we loss also my bussiness because of the damage pice that given by ur delar of pune showroom vidyut motors that your company directed and give order to vidyut motors of pune to replace my car and give us another pice of jetta 2.0tdi automatic..

        Hi team,

        I have approached this team before also but there was no major resolution.
        Anyway, I am trying my hand one more time.
        I reside in saket area of New Delhi . My car which is blue colour polo diesel (DL 3C BW 3484) is at Badarpur frontier workshop of Volkswagen since Saturday i.e 18th march 2017.
        The problem with my car was that I was not able to start it, and for the same I have left my car there.

        First of all nobody is following up regarding what is going on. I am calling them everyday like 5-6 times and the reply I get is that they are unable to identify what is the problem .
        Neither they are giving me any time line nor they are providing me with any other resolution . The contact person is Harish Bisht[protected] at the workshop.

        I am fully aware that Volkwagen is highly irresponsible but I still thought things would have changed but of course Volkswagen being Volkswagen things haven't changed .

        Can anybody tell me what should I do now.

        In case the authorised workshop is not able to resolve it what is the next step for me .

        I hope somebody would come back to me on this .

          Respected sir,

          Kindly attention

          Before one year my car show leakage from of one sparking plug i immediately visited to your service center located at jammu that is above 300km far from my home they take one week to rectify it but after fifteen days it show the leakage under tapper cover then i contact the service center they had told me we have opened service center in your city (srinagar) when i visited there and discussed with them they assured me it is a minor problem it will rectified in few hours but again i faced the same problem . then after few months one of my good friend told me that you visit lally motors India pvt ltd ludhiana.
          on 6 jan 17 i visited lally motors for servicing for radiator fan, oil leakage and suspension,
          the service advisory inspected the car and give estimate of rs 26482.48/- and give delivery date 7/1/17 and on 7/1/17 he send another estimate of rs 41015.46/= when i inquire on the phone he told it needs also repair to disk break, disk break etc and assured the delivery will be after two day and i spend three in hotel because the service center is 600km far from my home then after three days when i visited to service center they told few spare parts are not available in store so we have bring them from company and advised me to return home and we will update you. After that i buy plan ticket around rs 9000/= and return back to home.on 14/1/17 i got another estimate form vwcare of rs 76691.11+taxes when i contact the service advisory he told there are some more spare parts needed and he assured your car will run smoothly next 5 year.
          finally 18/2/17 i got delivery of my car jk01R 8141 but there was some noise when i told them they assured me it go smooth with in one or two day then i paid the bill of Rs 79009/=.+ to and fro charges 350000/= but day by day the noise increases, oil leakage as it, radiator fan continuously running and lot of problems added then i contacted to your lally motors they said bring the car back to service center but unfortunately car is not in that position to run 600kms (srinagar-ludhana) . believe me it is very had to run 20 km from my office to home.
          In this connection i am requesting you that please inquire the matter and solve my problem as early as possible.

            Dear concerned,

            My car no is wb03k5365 polo. This is extremely disheartening to see a brand like yours mis-selling insurance to existing customers. I have always bought car insurance from volkswagen itself not referring to any individual insurance companies for quotes because i had trust in the brand till the time i bought my car from you.

            This year the below mentioned lady has contacted me for policy renewal with a quote greater than last year. I have given the cheque and the policy was issued. Today i get a call for inspection of my vehicle which i have never done earlier. When enquired, i understood that my last years policy was a normal policy by sbi and this year it was changed to bumper to bumper. I clearly remember the sales girl pitching me last year from vokswagen has clearly told me that it was a bumper to bumper insurance for which i paid a price of 13873 as asked to sbi. So the mis selling was continuing since last year. Had my vehicle gone through any calamity, i would not have got the insurance benefit at all.

            Excellently this year also my policy gets issued before inspection of my vehicle without my consent.

            Pls answer me :

            1. How was my policy issued without inspection?
            2. How did the policy got issued without my consent for inspection?
            3. Why was last year’s policy sold to me as bumper to bumper with an equal amount of premium like this year while it was a normal policy? Then is trusting volkswagen wrong on our part?

            If anything happens to my car in between all this issues i will hold you responsible for all the wrong doings that you are doing on account of insurance to the customer. You will provide all service and replacements free of cost in case of any damage happening out of any calamity till you give a satisfactory reply to my complaint.

              I am Shripal Jain from Surat.i have given cross polo car for claim in surat at Udhna office. I have given car on 27/2/2017 and than said that you will get ur car in 7 days if part available.if not than it will take 10 to 15 days.i came on 11 /3 /17 here manager Tatum lax said that you will get ur car on 15/3/17.but I didn't get after again I came on 17/3/17 around 5 pm and again he said that now you will get ur car on 20/3/2017. I want to say what is this nonsense company is doing . Is this your way for customer satisfaction .

                I am a distressed owner of volkswagen vento tdi highline which i bought in august 2012, bearing registration no dl 7cn 4922 and which has run close to 31500 kms.

                2. I would like to quote the reference of my tele conversation with you about four months back in which i explained you that while en-route to shimla on a vacation with my family the car broke down due to the problem in the fuel supply system and my car was towed by road side assistance and taken to swami automobiles pvt ltd. (Volkswagen chandigarh) on sept 25' 2016. After careful inspection by mr rohit sardana, asst. Service manager, i was told the high pressure pump is gone defective and needs a replacement. Estimate given by him for the above was rs. 80, 000 plus and i paid rs. 42, 000 approx since, it was agreed for a 50 % on goodwill gesture since you had forwarded my mail to mr. Ashish gupta, head after sales, volkswagen group, india

                Let me explain to you the customer’s point of view and the action taken about recurring defects in the above car:-

                A) in the year 2015 when my vehicle was serviced by volkswagen jammu the vehicle did not start due to faulty fuel pump in the diesel tank which is fitted under the rear seat. It was replaced on an approx. Payment of rs. 10, 000/- plus labour charges.

                B) i am sure volkswagen is an innovating company, firstly, why did the fuel pump go defective in just 25, 000 kms (I am using the same fuel which is available in indian open market supplied by various oil companies) do you make such low quality products that the fuel pump itself has to be replaced???

                C) thereafter, the high pressure pump went defective which was costing. Rs 80, 000/- approx. I had agreed to bear a 50-50 cost on the word of mr. Amit rattan, head-after sales-northern region who assured me that the vehicle will be checked thoroughly before delivery, i collected the vehicle on 5-6th jan 2017 after almost 3 months giving generous amount of time for repairs, checkup and test drives, but i am very sorry to say that the car broke down once again in the mid of the highway during my return to delhi from chandigarh which didn’t even cover 1000 kms after repairs. I am being scammed and i shouldn't be paying for anything this is fraud and true customer disloyalty!
                D) i had to tow my vehicle from panipat to new delhi by paying rs.9800/- as towing charges to the crane operator. The vehicle was taken to volkswagen noida and to my surprise once again an estimate of rs. 2, 22, 000/- + rs. 20, 000/- (Labour charges + child parts cost) (Estimate enclosed as attachment) is given by viraj motors private ltd (Volkswagen noida) for injectors and turbo exhaust manifold going defective.

                3. I feel, i was cheated either at swami automobiles private limited (Volkswagen chandigarh) or i have been given a defective vehicle which has some or the other problem. How ignorant is that? This is my first and my last volkswagen. Customer service and satisfaction is no longer on the forefront of vw mind. Henceforth, i will make it my business to let every potential customer of yours know by any available means, i am able to reach via e-mail, letter, or in person about the terrible service and bad business practices. I will also send a letters to my insurance company, print, open and mass media that i have been cheated by volkswagen. I am disappointed and saddened that i have to go to this level; but i will not sit down and let this travesty go by unnoticed. If i had known volkswagen would not honor their policy with bogus loopholes, i would have never bought this car.
                4. This is a serious issue and i think volkswagen is getting involved in unethical practices and would ensure that i would approach the consumer court for redressal of my grievance and the social media to escalate the issue.

                5. Looking forward to hear from a member of volkswagen group on the issue and still hoping that someone senior and responsible could please look into this matter rather than customer care executives, and possiblly to please have my car swopped out with another same type of vehicle. I have not even finished my loan on the car and i don’t want to re-apply for finance, nor do i want to start re-payments from the beginning or have my installments increase. I know that it’s not an overnight or an easy decision but i hope that due consideration will be taken on the issue to settle this matter at the earliest.

                is the complaints notified on the website going unheard or deaf ears, nobody ever care to respond back by either calling or writing back. why the grievance / complaint section was created when it is unheard?

                Request the management and senior persons intervention in listening to people grievances. just think that someone has put up their entire faith and money in buying a product sold by your organisation not to get cheated or disheartened by fake responses. i post this on behalf of everyone who has put up a grievance request so that it could be heard by someone responsible to find a solution.

                  Purchased Ameo on 8th Dec 2016. I was not given any discount or any goodies and was made to feel that the prices will shoot up. The delivery of the car was delayed by 4 weeks (promised was max 2-3 weeks). The explaination given for the delay was that its from the company side and that too when I repetitively called the dealer.
                  In the month of Mar-2017, I can see that the prices were cut by 10%.
                  Sir, as a customer I feel unsatisfied (if I refrain myself from using the word cheated) now. Its a prestigious brand and and this kind of strategies/stunts leaves the buyer with a very bad feeling.
                  Have been a great fan of VW but unfortunately my experience has been very bad. For a company of VW stature, this is simply unexpected .

                    Sir,

                    This is bring to your notice that, we are the proud owner of your car POLO, since 2011, and enjoying this vehicle.

                    However, this time we had a bad experience from your authorised service station Volkswagen Downtown Mumbai, Shaman Care pvt. ltd. Sewree Workshop Mumbai-400015, when our vehicle was sent for servicing in the month of August 2016 (18th August).

                    we were given Proforma Invoice dated 19.08.2016 charging for labour of Rs.10117.24 including Service Tax of Rs.1319.64 and Rs.4130.02 including sales tax of Rs.458.89 for different items used at the time of servicing the vehicle. The labour included POLO petrol maintenance SE, germleeln treatment and Ride on Treatment. Total amount paid was Rs.14247.26 on the date of delivery after servicing. However, it was seen that the necessary repairs/replacements were omitted and the amount paid for servicing was not worth. Wiper repair, Battery replace recommended, RHS Mirror assembly replacement was not done or even recommended while servicing. The amount paid for servicing was therefore not worth and was very high.

                    After the delivery of the vehicle, we had asked for the final invoice, which was not provided by them. On pointing out they promised to do the needful for necessary replacements and also assured to provide me the final invoice. However, till date i.e after a period of nearly seven months, they have failed to fulfil their promise. Every now and then when contacted different reasons are given and they are avoiding to do the needful.

                    I am surprised that why they are not providing me the final invoice, which I am entitled to get. I have doubt that they are doing this practice to swallow the Service tax aspect and Sales tax aspect which are collected from the customers but not paying to the exchequer, i.e. Government. This is a fraud. not fulfilling the other promises are also against the ethics of the business and services provided to the customers.

                    At present, your esteemed company is already at stakes due to various problems all over the world and this sort of further non professional act of your authorised service stations will definitely damage company's reputation, if it is made to public.

                    You are therefore requested to intervene in this matter and give some solution to my issues, failing which the faith put on your company will be tarnished.

                    Kindly do the needful in this matter and intimate the results thereof at the earliest.

                      I am herby forwarding the copy of complaint filed before VW service center and VW customer for favorable action as last resort.

                      I write this letter with much grievance and despair after my experience at VolksWagen service centre Kottayam and Thiruvalla.I own a VW jetta 2012 model and I was proud to be a VW owner till last few years and the above incident shattered my remaining positive attitude towards VW.
                      Let me explain the incident .I had visited VW showroom Thiruvalla for my routine service at 60000 km.
                      I also had following complaints.
                      1. The emergency hand brake was faulty.
                      2. The inside head roof fabric has fallen.
                      3. Right side mirror was broken
                      4. Rattling noise from inside: probably AC vents
                      5. The Air bag fault lamp was glowing since last service
                      6. Damage to wind shield water sprayer
                      I was informed that the service cannot be held at Thiruvalla and they will send the car to VW Kottayam to which I agreed.
                      I also highlighted that wheel balancing and tyre rotation had done a week back hence not to do the same.
                      I have following complaints regarding the present service.
                      1. Even after repeated queries I was not given any estimate
                      2. Only thing I was told that transmission fluid has to be changed and rest was similar to previous service. But cost of transmission fluid change was not informed.
                      3. Tyre rotation and balancing was done even after my repeated dissent.
                      4. I was told that my car would be returned in one day after service so that I gave my car. But it was returned only after 4 days[protected] to[protected].I had already explained them that I need to attend an exam at Mysore and have start travel on 4-12-16.But I did not get my car on time.
                      5. Catastrophically major complaints was not cleared:
                      a. The fallen head roof fabric
                      b. The malfunctioning hand brake
                      c. The software error, the rattling noise etc.. which they assured to be fixed though my car was kept in custody for 4 days
                      d. Water sprayer tube not changed.
                      6. I was charged Rs. 3700 for interior cleaning and polishing, but the chocolate pieces left by my 3 year old kid were still remaining in the door console.
                      7. Not only I was not given any estimate, and even the final bill was not informed on enquiry till 4pm on 3-12-16 but a message of 47000/- was sent as sms to me.
                      This caused a lot of difficulty for me and my family since this is the demonetization phase and we had planned travel to Mysore next day.
                      Finally we were informed that to collect the car from Thiruvalla showroom by 6 pm on 3-12-16 and we reached there on time. But we kept waiting for the car till 8pm as it has not arrived from Kottayam and your staff lied about it.
                      Moreover, even after the arrival of the car, we were made to wait again telling that they had to confirm if there is any additional bill from Thiruvalla.
                      8. I was again charged 200/- diesel bill and the range indicator showed 0 km..i had given the car with diesel level well above the reserve .
                      9. Within 2 weeks of service my car broken down on the way due to battery burnout
                      10. Your staff Nandu was arrogant and impolite on inquiry about bill.
                      11. I was charged for works not explained to me and those I asked not to repair at present.
                      VW was a passion car for me and my family and we have recommended the car for atleast 8 people who has bought VW with our recommendation.
                      But now we regret for buying a VW. And started disgusting VW for your service.
                      I also have to bring out a few more points.
                      1. Jetta being a costly car from the premium segment, we expected very few complaints and good service.But truth was the opposite. I am continuously facing with complaints of the car which drains my money.
                      2. All 4 ABS sensors went off and I had changed all of them.
                      3. The battery burned out in 3 years. May be reasonable but then again the new one in 1 year
                      4. The roof has detached and fallen
                      5. The hand brake has failed
                      6. Wipers need to be changed 4 times
                      7. Many parts were changed by the service centre( apart from air filter, oil filter, engine oil, break pads, AC filters etc. which i can understand).
                      8. AC had failed in between too.
                      All the records will be available with your service centre as I have done all works at your service centre only till previous visit.
                      Most VW owners have similar complaint about your service centres especially EVM.
                      As per my assessment over years, the major share Of VW would disappear from Indian market as You might also have noticed .if this Is the strategy which is devastating for VW fans like me.
                      We expect an apt and immediate involvement from your side to settle the issue.
                      I am writing this letter as a last resort settlement with VolksWagen before moving to consumer court since I believe VW Is very particular about upholding their reputation and ethics.

                      Yours is not an isolated complain regarding negligence and unprofessional and indifferent attitude of Volkswagen it starts right from the senior level management. The company thinks just because its a big cooperate brand and none o[censored]s Indians would waste time to take them to task they behave in this manner and provide us with substandard products poor cheat service I am having proof of their cheating and fraud committed toward me. They have given to me a vehicle with defective parts which they neglected or could not detect or did not change on purpose so that my car could be ruined to a state of beyond reasonable and viable responsible financial repairs Since last six months my vehicle is lying with their service center and there is not a word of response in spite of sending them legal notice. They cannot reply as they know what fraud they have committed

                      How rightfully in other countries put their MD behind bars for cheating here the process is long but I am filing case against Volkswagen as I have enough evidence to prove their fraud and cheating.

                      Support from Indian citizens like you who can quote their similar experiences would be a real added advantage to teach these MNC a lesson. Please feel free to contact me.

                        My car, polo had a minor accident that damaged the right wheel alignment.. Initially the cost was estimated 5000₹ and around 5hrs of work time. Having waited there whole day the guys at vw service ranchi asked for some more time to figure out problem. After few days i was informed that knuckle joint bearing was damaged and it has to be replaced. I readily agreed. The incident happened on 10th of february. Today it has been more than a month. The car still is in service station. Needless to say the problems i have faced in absence of my only car. I want strict actions to be taken for the delay. And i want my car back.

                          Please help for the below issue

                          1. though i have mentioned many time while taking youturn sounds is coming but no action has taken till yet infect in Bangalore Whitefield service center i have informed many time but they did not take any action . when i bought this car from that time onwards i am getting this sound, it's means it is manufacture defect due to that front tyre alsogone and VW is not ready for changes, it's very surprised With in 15000 Kilometer tyre gone .

                          2. With in 15000 Kilometer belt is broken which was surprised for me but no one has given the answer it's means it is manufacture defect

                          3. Timer issue is also thr it seems play so again with in 15000 Kilomete how can come the time and belt or play hence it is manufacture defect

                          4. When car is stopped on signal in some time starring is vibrating due to balancing of engine only hence it is manufacture defect

                          5.This time viduyout motor has done the changes but not fully they have no answer and making fool .

                            I have raised the EPC issue time to time to servicing center and they have claimed every time that it resolved but again in next 30 km it came again . For that they charged about 30 to 40 thousand for various things like spark plugs and all to resolve this issue, but it's not resolved . Means what ever they replaced is of no use and unnecessarily charged . I have extended warranty as well. So this is fully frustrating and now they are investigating engine head . I am not in condition to pay single rupee for such faulty vehicle . If fvolkswagen is not able to resolve the issue why would they sell there vehicles here in india. Buying vento seems to be a biggest mistake for now for me and I could at least expect you to let me know how I can get rid of this problem.

                              Myself Rishap agarwal had brought Volkswagon vento diesel automatic version in the month of oct 2016 . On 27 th Feb 2017 the vehicle stop running in middle of the road . The vehicle had undergo servicing 10 days before this incident on 20th Feb from B.U bhandari wakad branch . After shifting vehicle to their service center located in Wakad for three days there was no response and on fourth day I got an quote of 190000 saying that the vehicle gear box system is not working . How can not even an two old vehicle gear system stops working in runnning condition ? Why should I pay for defaulted parts and defaulted vehicle manufactured by Volkswagon Indian ?

                                Hi This is Tsaneem Farath and i have closed my VWFS load on 1st march and till now i have not received ant confirmation regarding my load closer. there is no proper support from VW team and im really pissed of on VW behaviour. This is a bad experience with this company and im really un happy with them. I need help on getting the NOC and FORM-35 as soon as possible and also a confirmation mail from VWFS stating that my loan has been closed.

                                  I had given my car for service 25 days ago to Elite motors - Bangalore, Electronic city. I noticed a caution light flashed & referred the user manual which said engine fault & don't drive & immediately gave it for service. They listed out the repair works & charged me a whooping 50k bill approx & delivered my car. With in 2-3 days once again the same problem was noticed & i gave it for repair for the 2nd time which was again not addressed properly & I have to give it again for the 3rd time 6 days ago. After a vigorous followup with the dealership, When I was running pillar to post addressing my issue right up to the GM & all were unaddressed & ignored,
                                  I received a casual call from a Master service engineer Mr. Patrick yesterday saying the car is ready & u can take the delivery now. I was completely pist off with his tone & attitude.
                                  Worst of all they don't really bother to listen to the customer complaints & address the same to its mini requirements at least.
                                  I am getting a feel that such a high class brand has unqualified people to manage & service the customer to their basic satisfaction...It's a very unpleasant experience...
                                  I have reached a stage were I can take up this matter as serious as possible until I receive a apologies & adequate compensation for the mental agony this dealership guys have created to me.

                                    I purchased an Ameo (petrol) on Jan 15, 2017
                                    The car's front left tyre busted as the car crossed over a small pothole this morning (March 6, 2017). Surprinsingly, I was driving only at the speed of 15 kms/h and while changing the stepny I realized that stepney size is different from the original four tyres and I can not drive the car more than 80 kms with this stepney.
                                    It is highly unexpected from a company of your repute. We were never informed about the different stepney size while purchasing it in the first place, plus this the quality of the tires used by your company envolopes me in delimma that buying Volkswagen was the right decision or not?
                                    I expect an urgent addressal for my complain with the change of the burst tire as well as the proper stepney within 48 hours.

                                    I am highly disappointed as I called the local volkswagon showroom, there contact number[protected] do not exist. I even spoke to the sales team expecting any help from them, but to my surprise they hung up by saying service team will get back to me in 5 minutes. This mail is being sent to you excatly after 30 minutes of me testing my patience.

                                      My self Akhil Sathyavan i had requested a text drive for polo gt last weak to kollam Volkswagen showroom one if executive contact me and told about give a test drive but till date i haven't got the service so am planning to cancel my plan and suggest my friends to pull back Volkswagen service we already own a polo SR but sorry to tell you that am very very dissatisfied with this service really irritation me never expected this service from Volkswagen

                                        I am writing this out of sheer frustration.
                                        I had booked a Ameo Highline Automatic DSG on 04th Feb 2017 with Global Gallarie Thane, who are official dealers of Volkswagen in Thane, with a promised delivery date of 20th feb, but since then they have been giving excuses of some company audit due to which the delivery schedule is not being honoured even though the car is in stock.

                                        All my attempts to contact the sales head Mrs Rupali Acherekar are in vein and I am forced to communicate only with lower rung people who are unable to give satisfactory answers. I had written a few emails regarding delivery of the vehicle.

                                        Its been one full month since booking and despite having made full payment, still I am being treated in this fashion.

                                        I have checked with other Volkswagen dealers in the city and they have all given negative remarks about Global Gallerie and I think I made a big mistake by going to them.

                                        Now my only appeal is, if they are not able to deliver the car then at least they should refund my money at the earliest.
