Website: The vehicle manufaturer is taking customers for a ride wrt Fuel injectors Diesel.

I was shocked to find out that VW has suggested changing all 4 Fuel injector for my Vento High Line car which has done about 55000+ kms (1, 6ltr 2010Nov Model). The palace cross workshop, Bangalore had given a quote of Rs96000/
Which looks ridiculous & apart from that there is no guarantee for the replaced part & it may reappear as reason for early failure is not known (Diesel of poor quality is what I hear but no confirmation). This cannot be taken lightly. I also have confirmed reports that this problem is perennial & many are experiencing the same. It should be escalated & consumers should be saved due to this Fuel injector problem.
I am presently not using the car because of the problem& the cost involved.
It is high time that we take up with the ministry concerned if not resolved soon.VW is least bothered about the same it looks like as many sustomers are having same problem.

    I, purchased a vento high line car manufactured by volkswagen company from their dealer m/s pooran motors pvt. ltd., allahabad. this car is bearing the reg. no. up70 cz 3095.in the first week of october 2016 the car started a sound in the engine, which was checked by the dealer on dated[protected] and they suggested to me that car should be left at showroom as it is manufacturing defect, therefore, i left my above noted car at showroom on dated[protected] and the workshop superviser / manager assured me that the defected part will be changed / supplied by the company and the car will be ready within 10 days.
    While contacted to authorised work shop (allahabad) on 20 october, then the authorised work shop supervisor told me that your car is not ready till yet because the necessary part is dispatched / send by the company and further ten days time seeking for repair. and will be given to me before divali. but the workshop did not given my car even after the passing of 20 days upto[protected].in these circumstances i made a complaint to customer care of volkswagen co. on dated 10 november 2016 which was registered as complaint no. ccr 72211, inspiteof the complaint registered by me through telephonic call. but the above company did not paid any heed to resolve the problem informed by me. thereafter so many calls were made to customer care, but the result is zero till today and my valuable car is still in the workshop of authorised dealer of volkswagen at allahabad. the company is not paying any heed on the complaint or the telephonic calls.
    I think after sale service of the volkswagen co. is worst in the world and having the manufacturing defect.
    Replace my car with new car of the same model.

      07/12/2016 With booked appointment of vw polo i visit vw chandigarh service center @ 10.15 mr sumit and mr rohit anand attended me . after that they offered coffee but not least a long wait.
      I was waiting for 2n half hours but no one take my car to workshop . @ 12pm i asked employee at welcome desk she said i take 10 to 15 minutes more .
      then at 12.30 i asked about the Service Head / Service manager so that i can discuss my problem with him and ask for solution.
      but the lady at welcome desk also failed to call him to meet me up.
      then i said cancel it right now . after booking confirmation i have to wait for 2 n half hours i mean this really shamefull for me . that A CUSTOMER CAME FOR A PROBLEM THAT WIPERS AUTOMATICALLY WORKING WHEN CAR ON PARKING MODE.

        Hi team,

        I have purchased the vehicle on 22nd oct'16 on my wedding date and within 15 days i was able to identify that vehicle sold is damaged such as the roof is having 3-4 dents marks and bonnet paint is pealed off. Same was communicated to the dealer volkswagen palace cross, address: 1, palace cross road, vst vistas, near opus restaurant, bengaluru, karnataka 560020.

        However the dealer they denied that car was inspected at the time of delivery. I asked inspect the car front of me and identify the dents if so they are expert. They failed to identify after inspecting the car and i showed them the dents on roof. They agreed about the dents and i was informed that gm will be informed and they will get back to me.

        I waited for sometime and when i called them i was informed to visit the service center and inspection was done again and quality of inspection is very bad and i had to show them the dents again. They agreed to repair the car. But i have purchased brand new car at zero fault. Why should i take repaired car from showroom?

        This is clear cheating to customers. We need to get what we paid. There should not be any compromise in it. I had discussion with mr. Yoga gm from bangalore but i was not treated well as customer. I have handed over my car at showroom and waiting for new car delivery.

        Volkswagen as big known brand i have purchased the car and i request my consumer rights of right good delivery. So that they continue with brand name.

          Sub:Complaint regarding poor service rendered at volkswagen phoenix dealership malappuram
          I am writing this to make you know of my tragic plight that I had to endeavor at Volkswagen dealership service center (phoenix) at Malappuram Kerala which is a newly opened one. I had booked the prior day and got appointment on 27/11/16 which was Sunday but a working day due to the fact that there was a state wide harthal on Monday.
          My car is VW Polo petrol which I had brought on December 2015. I have been hearing a knocking noise from the right side front end of the car for the past few weeks. It occurs occasionally only and that too when turning to right on uneven roads at a speed of about 40 to 50 km/h. while on straight roads and on rubberized roads the car is quit. The right side strut, tie rod end, anti roll bar mount, link and bushing, lower control arm and ball joints are all in good condition. But when the car is stationary, wheel turned right and while shaking the CV (constant velocity) shaft there was excessive sound and play from the outer end compared to the left side. I suspected this to be the cause for the knocking sound.
          I told them the same and they send two mechanics along with me for a test drive to identify the sound. Both of them told me and agreed that there was a small sound and they suspected that to be from the sway bar mount or link. They shook the car from the side while I was inside to know if that was a sound from the anti roll bar link. But there was no sound when they shook. After that they took the car to the service center and after examining told me that the strut and everything else was perfectly alright. And the excessive sound that the right CV shaft and joint on the outer-end, while shaking with hand, compared to the other side, was a normal sound. I told them that it is more than the left side and it might be the cause for the knocking sound while turning right on uneven roads.
          Then an advisor and another mechanic sat along with me for another test drive. This time, too, the small knocking sound was audible for many times during the short distance that I drove through the uneven road. But they were not willing to accept that there was a sound even though they could hear it and I could hear it as if they had already planned to say that. I told them if they are actually not hearing the sound then we can drive some more. But they were not willing at all even though i insisted a lot. It was obvious from their unwillingness to drive further to hear the knocking sound that they had already heard it and not ready to acknowledge that. Then they took the car to the service centre again and after checking they told me that there was no problem with anything and the excessive CV shaft sound while shaking it with hand was normal.
          Then the manager came with me for the test drive but he too did the same and didn’t agree. They didn’t examine the right CV axle and the outer joint by removing it from the wheel hub. They were not willing to do so even though I asked. He said that it was not enough if I complained about the sound or if I demonstrated the excessive noise from the CV axle and shaft when shook with hand. He said they could remove the outer CV joint from the wheel hub only if ‘they’ were able to hear a knocking sound while driving and since they have not heard the sound they can’t do anything and that they won’t do it like the local worshops does when we complain.
          Previously I have been for services to the Calicut Pheonix VW dealer and they had provided a good service. I was very disappointed and shocked at the way they treated my complaints at Vw Pheonix Malappuram. I am a Doctor. For me taking a day off from duty is very difficult since it affects both me and my patients. I opted for Volkswagen because of their superior quality. Even though the dealership people do not find the problem significant for me it is very troublesome because I care for my care very much. I expect that Volkswagen Kindly help me in finding and solving my problem.

            I got delivery of ameo yesterday from ramani cars Coimbatore, I was surprised to see mud flaps and interior mats are missing and when asked about it I came to know that it is extra fittings i have to pay excess amount of 3500 rupees.
            I wanted to know whether ameo comes with these accessories or the dealer is doing for his benefit.
            Please look into this matter with serious concern if Volkswagen Values customers complaint's.

              I own volkswagen polo.i bought it from volkswagen bhopal madhya pradesh.and it had sudden problem of missing.gave the car to volkswagen service centre at hoshangabad road.bhopal.they told me coolant is getting leaked because of heating problem which is due to on eparticular part which is damaged now.so i paid 9500 rs for complete work.then again after 4 days same problem occured and then they said this time some rods and thermostat have got melt.so we have changed the rods but we dont have thermostat part.and today its been 8 days they still dont have the part and my car is with them.when i call them to ask for part availablity they dont even respond properly.i request you to.please solve my issue as they again are raising around 10000 rs bill..i have paid 9500 already then why should i pay again for the same problem that is missing.they are just manupulating the fault just to incur extra money from.me.plz help.and let me know the legal procedure.

                Hi,
                I enquired for Vento 105ps DSG 0% interest offer on volkswagan website yesterday. And in no time got a call from the customer care executive. I'm pleased with their help and guidance to buy the Vento 105ps DSG. Ending the call executive assured me to get contacted by one of Bharat Motors Bhubaneswar marketing staff and proceed. Just before a couple of minutes I got a call from Bharat Motors BBSR. However, the sales guy denying of such exisisting offer, instead tried to convert his sales for Vento 110ps DSG. When I pressurised for 105ps model then he quoted the price of the car is 14.7Lacs INR whereas the customer care executive told the price was under 12Lacs INR.

                So, what exactly the sales funnel? Whom to trust? And why the Bharat Motors marketing executive insisting for 110ps and denying any such offer of 0% interest rate?

                This obviously put me on question whether to buy a Volkswagan car or go for something else!

                  I have purchased ameo from your ktc dealer kalamassery showroom. At the time of booking i have ordered for arm rest which is one of the extra fittings. But at the time of ameo delivery, the showroom people told like i will get the arm rest only after 5 days as the arm rest they had were having some defects. After 5 days again they told the same story of defect of arm rest. I am frequently contacting them for the same. Already 1 month over. But till now i do not get a proper reply.

                  We prefer volkswagen car only because of our trust in the “company name”. Hope you people won’t spoil it.

                  Quite often my polo 1.2 diesel 's steering gets stuck and sometimes bit of extra effort has to be made to turn it. Moreover it has started making sounds . The service centre had asked to change the entire steering pipe which costs around 50k. Why is it so ?
                  Then, no response from the service centre came for my request to exchange with ameo.

                    Myself Rohan naik tari from GOA . i am a huge fan of polo ..as i had vw polo GA 09 D 0711 wch i met wid an accident in may 8th MAY 2016 i toed my car to vw workshop verna ..though it was sunday i parked my car in the lot n ai went home ! on monday 9TH MAY i registerd my car claim i mean i provided my all the required details to service advisor ...n he assured me within a fifteen days process will start n i ll get notifications as per given date ...! so went home buh sorry to tell you it was really terribly wrong to c dat evn after one month forget abt process my claim was registered on 9th june 2016 AFTER ONE MONTH . wen i called to ask y dis process has been delayed ...den i came to knw dis ...! it took 4 months for vw verna workshop people to make estimate n prepare my car for insurance survey ...???? whenerver i asked ..i have been told dat to pull up car jack not available etc etc ..! i was atually xhousted by dis process it took total six to sevan months te get complete only because o[censored]r service being disappointed on after sale sevrice i wud like to request you ...i dont like to complain n m not complaining ...i just want dat like me der are so many poeple who just love ur product please take care of dt ...!wen u peoplope e promising such satisfaction den it is a huge responsibility to folllow up and come across ...!

                    Hi my name is Akrit sethi my car was sent to volkswagen ncr east ie lifttech pvt ltd it was sent to the workshop for the change of cooling coil and flywheel on 19 aug 2017 and the car is with the workshop till date the car is in a pathetic condition all the dashboard and fittings are broken chrome is scratched and the workshop is forcing us to take the car in that condition and because of there miss handling the car the airbag sensor also got damaged and the workshop people took out parts of other passat standing in there workshop and changed it from my car and all this is captured in the video that the cheating of the workshop which is supported by the company officials I've been mailing to the company and complaining again and again but still the problem is not solved no senior executive who is answerable is in talking and contacting us we are forced to take action against both the company and workshop for the cheating and. Mentally torture please provide a proper contact person who can solve this issue

                      Vento fuel injector problems

                      My vento highline diesel KL 2AJ 1444 is facing fuel injector issues for the third time. Purchased in 2011. Not much issues in the first 3 yrs except ABS sensor. Last year the car broke down twice and finally had to replace all 4 injector units. Now again this year the car broke down and I had to replace another one. Car is extremely unreliable. Afraid to take it for long journeys, lest it may break down in the middle....

                      I'm owning vento highline diesel vehicle booked 2011 december and got delivered 2012 february. i didnt face any problems while driving and 4 years crossed. when its nearing 84000 kms in the month of August 2016, the engine got stuck and pick up was down and there was indicator lightning coil wire when i was travelling with family nearing madurai byepass. I gone for checking the vehicle and SA advised there was a problem with injector. then i came to coimbatore dealer where i bought the vehicle and they helped me to change the injector using warranty. after the service was done, after running 3000 kms again the same problem i faced last week. now they said another injector was fail. and said that 25k will be the bill amount and have to pay from my pocket. This is extremely horrible and it creats a bad opinion on the world class reputed premium brand VW. the reason they are telling is due to diesel pump station and it may have sulphur content or contamination. this is not at all acceptable. no one can use the same bunk in city side. or they recommend any branded bunks all over india??

                      when i google search this issue there are lot of people complaining about this same issue from the 2011, 2012 manufacturing cars. the same problem with skoda rapid also. we are paying high cost for the cars and we are belivenig that it's brand VW cars. but the quality and long life of spare parts makes us embrassed...

                      how we could believe the quality of these cars in future. if we needed to change the injectors periodically one by one by spending 24K?? what is the quality of the product, why should we spent these much cost without we do any mistake on the driving.

                        Respected Sir/Madam,

                        I purchased Volkswagen Vento 1.6 CR (MT)-Trendline in August, 2012 from Chandigarh. The Regn No. of my car is CH01AX2506 and VIN is WVWF1260XCT055066. I purchased this car reposing full faith in your brand as your's is a very well reputed German Brand. But I am very surprised and awestruck that the engine of the car is having huge problems right from the beginning and the engine has broken down many times. The more surprising is the fact that the service centre of your company is not able to diagnose the exact cause of the problem. Even, as now my car is not in a working condition and standing at my home for about three weeks. Although, the service history of my car is available with your company and can be perused still I would like to bring in to your notice the various problems suffered by me with my car. Right from the beginning I feel jerks from engine in the morning, when I drive at a constant speed between 50 to 60 kms/hr at an rpm of 1000 to 1100 and problem in gear shifting and engine noise during acceleration.
                        That I drove my car for a few thousand kilometers when I started noticing the jerking in the engine. I contacted the service centre at Chandigarh over the phone and I was told that it is normal and because it is a German car so it will take sometime for you to adapt to the engine. But when the problem did not go away and the jerks started to feel little more worrying and the engine also started misfiring I took my car to the service centre on[protected] where I reported this matter and I was delivered my car assuring that the car is ok. But then a new problem surfaced i.e., some light started blinking on my meter cluster and even the jerking continued and again some repair work was done. To my utter surprise, the problem did not go away and continued as it is and I again brought my car to your service centre on[protected] with the same problem and after keeping my car for a few days it was returned to me with the same assurance. I again reported the same problem on[protected],[protected],[protected]. I have also reported many times, that my gear struck sometimes and the gear shifting is not smooth. On[protected] when I was going to the High Court, Chandigarh in the morning sudden in the way, the gears stopped shifting. I took my car to the Service centre by hiring a crane and I was told that the gear shift mechanism of your car is broken. It was repaired and the vehicle was handed back to me.
                        Now again a new problem arose i.e., smell started coming from the bonnet of the car. I took my car to the service centre on[protected] for the same and I was told that some parts needs to be replaced and it is that is not covered in warranty and I paid for the same. My car was kept for many days in the service centre and delivered back. I drove my car for some time but had to take my car on[protected],[protected] and[protected] with all the above problems and also the engine smell from the cabin. It is very sad to say that inspite of one of the best brands in the world my problem remained undiagonsed. Every time I take the car to the service centre, the car is kept for many days and returned with the assurance that the problem is rectified. Sometimes, I am told that some expert will visit from some other place and will inspect my car but the problems of my car have remained unresolved.
                        Now on[protected] my car again broke down and the gears are not shifting. The car is standing at my home. I called the service centre, Chandigarh and I was told that I have to bring my car to the service centre and avsied me to purchase road side assistance service and the car will be picked from your house and will be repaired. I bought the service by paying Rs. 4575/- but till date my car is not picked and repaired.

                        I request your company to please change the engine of my car as since purchase the car has been giving alot of problems and I have visited numerous times to the service centre which has caused huge mental harassment to me and caused huge financial as well as loss of my time and work.

                            I have buy a Polo car 1 year ago. And I am taking insurance from Polo i.e l&t and now it should be hdfc insurance. L&t and hdfc insurance are same but the total worker are fraud. I am taking a insurance from 0 depth but they should passes only 30%of the amount.. Don't buy a Volkswagen car. If you buy a Volkswagen car but insurance not given from Volkswagen.

                            The same case also happened in my case, I have bought a POLO from VW-Raipur in Dec'2015 and in May'2016 I got transferred to Bhubaneswar. Here at Bhubaneswar one minor accident happened with my car ( Radiator Holder damaged ), then I take the vehicle to VW-Bhubaneswar and they informed me that as they have no tie-up with New India Assurance so I have to pay cash for the vehicle repairing, then I contact with VW-Raipur and they assured me that pl. pay for the repairing in cash although my insurance was CASHLESS and then VW-Raipur will arrange to re-imburse me the same amount. So I got repaired my vehicle with a payment of 8, 633/- to VW-Bhubaneswar but till date ( from 01/07/2016 - 14/11/2016 ) I have not received the same amount & very strange to say that now VW-Raipur is saying that it was a miscommunication & misunderstanding between myself & VW-Raipur !!!
                            I left my car Jetta (TN09BJ2357) for service because of an accident . Mean while when my car was in service at your station the A/C parts and other interior parts of my car is stolen . The person Incharge says I need to pay for the parts stolen which is not my fault. If any action not taken against my complain I'm going to consumer rights court .

                              I had given my car for general checkup on 24th october 2016.
                              I asked the advisor who was in charge ( Mr.Athul Das) if there is any clutch issue.
                              The answer which i got from him is, "NO SIR, CLUTCH IS ALRIGHT AND NOISE WAS BECAUSE THE BUSH FOR THE AIR FILTER WAS FALLEN, I HAD REPLACED THE SAME".

                              I already had the confidence with ELITE as i bought my VEHICLE HERE !
                              With the same confidence and believing in Mr.Athul i drove it to my native.

                              When i drove back, the vehicle is not even moving.Your pathetic customer service is not even giving out the complete information as to where to TOW the vehicle to.
                              And i towed it again( On my own expense) to your showroom "ELITE" last evening[protected] at 18:00 hrs.

                              I came to your showroom today at 10:00 AM with the HOPE that atleast some of the advisor will be assigned.

                              Adding to the pathetic [censored] of your service not even a single person was assigned until only when i spoke to Mr.Godwin.

                              Mr.Naveen has been assigned and he said was, the Clutch is 100% worn out.

                              Now i am in a Confusion as to who is RIGHT or who is WRONG !

                              My Question :- WHY THIS WAS NOT SAID TO ME BY MR.ATHUL ? I HAD ATLEAST SAVED THE COST OF GETTING IT TOWED.HOW IT WILL GET COMPLETELY WORN OUT WITHIN 10 DAYS. ( As ONLY Max 600 kms RUN after the service)
                              IF AT ALL ITS BEEN COMPLETELY WORN OUT, HOW TO BELIEVE NOW THAT YOU WILL REPLACE THE NEW ONE AFTER THE VERY PATHETIC SERVICE YOU HAD GIVEN ME.

                              Disgusted with the Behavior and the way you handle the Customers.

                                We have POLO Petrol after 2 years o[censored]se, we have key observations on VW so called Global brand, very poor in customer service .

                                1) No customer intimacy by VW India to owner
                                2) Getting in POLO and come out of car is pain taking
                                3) The service quality of Vidyut motors is too poor, its show room, they have limited knowledge about vehicle service
                                4) Very immature staff at Vidyut Motors Pune
                                5) The dealer / VW Chakan plant / Customer care, , they attend the phone as per their convenience.
                                6) the Bajaja alliance insurance team is another weak link with VW

                                All in all, this is tinted VW company, global scandal company they have to learn many things if they wnat to make business in India

                                  I went for the car service at Volkswagen service centre before 15 days ago.
                                  Service was very improper. Suddenly noise coming from the steering of the car.
                                  Nobody is responsible there in the staff.

                                    I bought my vw jetta in march 2016. When the salesman came to me with the demo he brought a 2015 model of jetta and made me go through the whole features and I took the test drive. He showed me an option of voice control in the car and that was one of the very impressive option. When I got the delivery of my car which was the upgraded model 2016 that car had the voice control button but didn't work.
                                    I have been lodging complaints since match trying to understand how can an older model of the car have a feature which the upgraded model doesn't even when the hardware is there.
                                    It's been very disappointing they haven't solved my problem till date and I still await.
                                    Be careful of them they misguide the client.
