On 24th december i gave my polo for service at ktc south kalamassery show roomon that day by evening i got my vehicle after service. I am from khandwa (M.P.), I am not satisfied by the service of my Volkswagen vento. I have visited service centre at Indore (M.P.) there is no single part available and they are ignoring us and not giving satisfied answer. Please help me or i will suggest all my frinds and relatives not to buy Volkswagen cars. Please give me a satisfied answer.

I went vw showroom for my new polo speaker problems and the people are there to service my car they are not capable to do my work they said that that's the manufactures problem the showroom located in KERALA Trivandrum called das auto it's located on the bypass road Anayara Trivandrum so can u give plz give them more trainings they are blaming in the car build quality...

My vento jh05p-5299 has been sent by tata steel for minor working since last 50 days. There was an sms about 15-20 days that car is make ok. Earlier payments from tata steel to volswagen ranchi are all cleared but now mr. Sudhir ojha of service centre ranchi is not responding and holding back my car. Please contact mr. We bought 3 POLO in Aug 2015, thinking that VW is a big brand & we can have trouble free ride, but its just opposite to it, i have raised complaint for my car clutch issue for more than 10 times to different service center in last 1 year, & always mention this in every feedback call i get from VW but never got any positive response they just say its not included in warranty .

I got delivery of ameo yesterday from ramani cars Coimbatore, I was surprised to see mud flaps and interior mats are missing and when asked about it I came to know that it is extra fittings i have to pay excess amount of 3500 rupees.
