My car met with an accident on Nov 11 2016, I dropped the car in Volkswagen service center in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh the same day. My car has a nil dip insurance. So, everything should be covered under insurance. But there was not cashless facility at this branch. On December 20 2016 my car was ready. I swiped my credit card to pay the bill and took the car. The total bill was approximately 3, 34, 000 rupees. Now the insurance guy says I'll be getting only 2, 61, 000 approximately. When I started to dig more into this to know why I had to pay so much from my pocket, then I came to know that people at Volkswagen service changed some parts which are not proven as damaged to the insurance company. Insurance guy asked them to produce test reports or physical reports to get them covered under insurance. But they instead told insurance guy that they informed me about the same and I asked them to proceed with replacement. Whereas they never told me anything like that. They have not coordinated or provided proper information to the surveyor to get everything under insurance claim and in result I had to end up paying approximately 70, 000 rupees. Which is insane even after having a nil dip insurance policy.

I'm expecting a solution my problem ASAP.

    I have purchased the AMEO-1.5TDI-MT HIGHLINE in OCT-2016
    I have been charged extra on an above the car cost just for paying by credit card.There was no indicative board for extra charge for credit card.When asked for the receipt they said they can not write as extra payment due to credit card swiping but only some bank charges.
    I think this is a wrong practice going on with your dealership.
    Please do something ...
    Stop this ml practice It is spoiling the big name of VW
    Please refund my charges which was suppose to be paid by the dealer.

      I have purchased a Volkswagen car on October 3rd in Coimbatore (Tamilnadu). Due to some minor accident happened, my cars rear view mirror was broken. I went to the service centre and asked for the replacement for the mirror. They informed that the stock is not available with them currently and it will take one week for them to replace it (Place an order and it has to be received). I didn't expect for such a basic accessory, stock is not readily available with them. Just thinking for any other accessories I don't know how much time it will take for them to replace it. Very disappointed with that.

        A part in the key self start set costs 21000 but the whole set costs 20000, isnt that amusing . Give me three reason why that sounds legit . Like seriously, thats ripping of a customer and forcing him to buy a whole new set . You can expect this company to have scammed the world with the emission test . I'd have to go to the consumer court if you are not able to explain to how a keys barrel costs 21000 and the whole transponder unit+ECU unit+keys+Coded algorithms costs 20000 . Im greatly amused.

          I recently Gv my car for its 45000 km service ..My car's condition is worse now ..I changed its intercooler from the showroom to avoid the unnecessary noise now the noise is even more .My car got scratches on its rooftop as well as in d door..
          I called the costomer care a couple of times and told the grievance ..I dint get any kind of response..From their side..
          What is this called ???
          Is this the way the so called German company Volkswagen handle their customers???I want my car fixed any actions on this negligence as soon as possible or else I'll go to the consumer forum
          I bought Volkswagen cauz of its brand value and luxury ..If that was not the matter I could have bought maruthi Suzuki..
          And Volkswagen service is even worse than maruthi Suzuki.

            Hello, my vehicle vento petrol mh 14 fm 3046 is under repair after accident on 18 september 2016, till dated vehicle is not fully repaired to handover to me, so for the same am asking
            1. Why it is required so much time to full repaired?
            2. My advisory from bu bhandari is saudagar mane
            3. As per talk and in person visit with body shop manager on 29 dec 2016, repair work is on hold from b u bhandari due to hold of bajaj insurance company for additional repair work estimate
            4. Am really waited for more than longer period around 3 and half month almost
            Even paid 20000 rs for bu bhandari for repair safety deposit on 28 nov 2016 also as per their reqirement
            5. Am really disappointed by volkswagen, bu bhandari, and bajaj insurance company for so much longer period work on hold and till dated it is not completed

              Yet another blunder and now realise that big brands are only for name sake, big brand don't even care about their customers and don't bother about them at all. Recently in our last post we had brought to notice of the people how customer care at Volkswagen behave when called. To the same post we got a reply and was asked to share our no to get in touch, did the same and expecting some person who is reponsible enought to understand the problem of the customer, but got a Call from the customer care again, where we were again denied of service, and speaking to somebody responsible enough to tackle situation.

              Hello my self ashish the probllem is the staf is not supporting nature allways laughing for the customers and using too many abussing languages my father said that he is going to showrom and the two or thre sales exucatives talking with each and abussing for my father only for some case reason .

                I am a first time user of Volkswagen car. Sorry to say it has been a huge disappointment the first time around. I have purchased a Vento1.6 MPI MT comfortline. No UP 16AF 2786 in Sept 2016. It had just run for 17000 km. Two annual services were done in your authorized center in Noida . Since I have this car it has done multiple rounds to Viraj DistributorsPvt Ltd...every time for the same complaint.
                While shift the gear, there is a huge jerk, the car does not accelerate and the engine light come on. Your authorized centre has repaired it and now they say that the Throttle body has to be changed that shall amount to Rs 35000/=. For a car of this reputation that has hardly been used, this comes as a rude shock. Needless to say I shall not hesitate to share this opinion and experience. I had called up the customer care previously and since then waiting for them to get back to me, even after about a month.

                    On 24th december i gave my polo for service at ktc south kalamassery show roomon that day by evening i got my vehicle after service. I drove it to my place later by night i got severe smell of diesel. When i checked my car parking area i saw diesel was spread all the area. When i checked thoroughly i found that that it is flowing from my car. My whole tank was empty by morning. The diesel was flowing like water from the tap. I have taken a small video and pictures of it. This mail doesn't provide option to attach my video and picture, if you need clarification pleasecontact me.
                    While driving if something had happened to me who will be responsible. It shows how negligent your service team. Actually i am so sorry to say that. Because of this my christmas day whole programme was affected and who will pay for the loss of it. I hope the management i will do the needful. So thanking you anticipation

                        I went vw showroom for my new polo speaker problems and the people are there to service my car they are not capable to do my work they said that that's the manufactures problem the showroom located in KERALA Trivandrum called das auto it's located on the bypass road Anayara Trivandrum so can u give plz give them more trainings they are blaming in the car build quality

                            We bought 3 POLO in Aug 2015, thinking that VW is a big brand & we can have trouble free ride, but its just opposite to it, i have raised complaint for my car clutch issue for more than 10 times to different service center in last 1 year, & always mention this in every feedback call i get from VW but never got any positive response they just say its not included in warranty .

                            Now on 10/12/2016 my polo TDI UP14cc2139 stopped taking self start then i called RSA they took my vehicle to service center where they took 4 days & told me that they have replaced fuel injector, now again today my car is not taking self, i again called RSA they told that its battery issue & battery has limited warranty for 1 year .

                            i don't understand this, as i paid VW for 2+2 warranty for my car, its just 1 year if everything which is needed is not covered under warranty than what is use of having warranty.
                            Moreover every car battery company outside VW also offer 2+2 warranty clause than why Vw only offering 1 year warranty, more over i have vento (2012) also where vw offer battery warranty of 2 years .

                            Being a corporate customer of VW also i am getting such poor support from VW India, i am really disappointed with the support capabilities & above that the MANUFACTURING QUALITY of VW, with in 1 year i have faced so many Manufacturing issues in VW POLO .

                            Looking forward for your revert & some solution to my concern .

                                  I had purchased Volkswagen Polo Car in May 2014. I am regularly getting services in Automark Rajkot. During my last service on 10th December 2016, I was told that Car Tyre needs replacement and accordingly I took decision to purchase all four tyre. I was looking for MRF tyre or Bridgestone tyre. But Automark Rajkot had forced me to buy Good year tyre and I was told that Volkswagen has authorized Goodyear tyre in Volkswagen Cars. Just after 9 days, one car has developed puncture with crack in tyre. I have complained immediately and asked for refund of all four tyres.

                                    Hello Team Volkswagen,
                                    I purchased Polo 1.2 MPI-Comfortline on November 2016 from Shirani Automotive Pvt.Ltd Hoshangabad Road, Bhopal M.P. After the two weeks of purchasing, incidentally I got dents in my car for which I did Insurance Claim. My Insurance Policy is Cashless and 0-depth which is done by Shirani Automotive Pvt.Ltd.
                                    On 14th December 2016 I went to the Shirani service center for repairing of my car under Insurance Policy. My repair order number is (RO141461). They promised me to handover my car on 16 December 2016 but when I went there on 16 December 2016 they said that your car is not ready and told me to come on next day. On Next day in the evening time Service Adviser "SAPNA SONWANE" called me and said your car is ready but you have to pay 11, 190/- Rs plus 1000 Rs Insurance charge otherwise when Insurance company will provide us claim charge then only we can handover your car. I totally refused that and I complained to the toll-free customer care center but I dint got any resolution from service center as well as Volkswagen team. My complaint number is: CCR74914

                                    Today on 20 December 2016 when I again went to the service centre, Service Advisor "Sapna Sonwane" said your car is ready you just need to pay 1000 Rs insuarance charge. So I paid it.
                                    1. When I saw my car there was two dents near back light which was not there previously!
                                    2. Whole body of car was very rough and dry that too was not there when I handover my car for the very first time!
                                    3. Finishing of color was very poor!

                                    When I told Sapna Sonwane about these faults she refused to accept it and in-spite of accepting she started manipulating me by saying that these faults were already present in my car. I am not a person who keeps my car like this! She misbehaved with me and was shouting on me.

                                    What kind of way is this to talk with your customers?
                                    Is this the way Volkswagen cares about there customers!!!

                                    I also logged complain on your toll free number twice but there is no resolution from your side. My complaint no. is (CCR74914)

                                    I have been not used my vehicle since 1 week till date this is my BITTER EXPERIENCE in Volkswagen/and dealer/after sales service worst...

                                    It seems I have been cheated by VW & services are pathetically happened at dealer's end.

                                    I am expecting an urgent response from your side .

                                    If your are not going to response me I Am going To take a legal action against both of you, I thought to first inform you to take an action.

                                      I m holding more then 10 vw cars in my family. Recently i purchased 2 new vento cars highline model to strengthen the relationship with your brand.

                                      During my last visit on 03rd dec 2016 for my vento car automatic highline diesel for some minor checkup and software updation. My car was handled by mr gaurav and crm mayurbhai was informed for the same.

                                      But when i went to take the delivery of my vehicle i found that my tan light on the driver side was damanged, while i gave the car there was no remark on the job card, but when i returned the job car was mentioned with a remark of right side head light damage. Which shows that they have made mal function.

                                      Afterward they tried to show me the cctv cameras where there was no result as due to low quality and not proper angle. Just to makeover the fault i was been given an offer that you pay for the new tan light we shall give you free wheel alighment and balance for your both cars free of cost.

                                      His shows that there was 100% fault and mistake of the dealership.

                                      Know today my another var 4995 was send for repair in the fander, again at the time of delivery the fander after repair again is damaged by serive person which they have accepted that during washing its been damaged and we shall give rework on the same during your next visit.

                                      I would like to ask a simple question that if each and every time we send the car for repair or service we are getting a new damage should i continue or quit vw.

                                      More i would also like to cancel my amcs and all other add-on, also warrienties, because i m not at all satisfied.

                                      I m attaching the copy of the last invoice for your reference.

                                      Hope to co-operate with me by cancelling all the warrienties as well as amcs

                                        COMPANSATION FOR 2 FRONT TYRES REPLACE

                                        This is my complain regarding my Vento car at present in Rajkot showroom
                                        My car has run only approx 22000 Kms in 1 year of purchase

                                        I came to know that both my tyres are damaged, also needs to replaced.

                                        Also have photos of the same

                                        Replaced work has been done and and reason for damage as told was due to wheel alignment had gone. so it should be believed that Vento has very poor alignment which is gone while driving on regular roads.

                                        And now alignment done and tyres change, roads will remain same, so should I purchase few tyres in advance!

                                        It is question mark on company's reliability.
                                        Even after changing tyres will such problem will not be a repeat? Can it be a assurance ?

                                        Sir, i own vw vento there is leakage in the coolant i showed them they also told water pump should be changed and full timing kit they told 25000 and both the suspension arms r gone that cost about 40000 and total 65000 . and even i own swift its the best maintains all the above will not goes above 25000
