The service & response given by volkswagen @ pondicherry is very poor & pathetic. I have given the vehicle for service on 13th july 16, till now they have not responded. I have never seen such a lethargic and irresponsible team across any manufacturers. I have been a maruti & hyundai customer before, but their service was good.In vw, poorest of the poor.
I request you to look into this....

Ever since we bought a Volkswagen Polo (17th June 2915) last year, the car when running at a speed of 20-40 comes to a complete halt and back.It causes a massive jerk and goes back to normal.It is a life threatening fault which was failed to be detected by the service center several times.I am sick and tired of the incompetent team.Highly disappointed !!

Vw is very good vehicle and the service center decides the maintenance and the quality of the brand.

Do you have vw, please dont go to the service center abra which is located in ambattur branch.

I've given my passat for service and they took 8 months for checking fly wheel sound and a/c fan replacement, again after 8th month they said that your battery was gone and place a new battery which i need to pay still...

recieved the Repaire Estimate on : 28.06.16 for Rs. 2, 90, 069/- it is very high .. & part are not available with dealer ...

We are approaching for car servicing to indore service centre on dated 5 july 2016. he said your appointment fix on dated 13 july, but now they says your appointment fix on after 18 july and not gives us confirmed date because of he doesn't stock for car oil. and he doesn't pick my phone.
This type of silly issues arises in previous servicing. we are very unsatisfied. also the behaviour of employee is very badly and unprofessionally....

I have given my car for repair in vw deccan uppal in hyderabad after my car met with an accident, they promised to give my car in one month but have taken 4 months to deliver my car. even after keeping the car for 4 months they have not done the work correctly. and they are not able to rectify the problems in the car where the total gear box is spoiled and car is not running and more over the roof of the car is not properly...

On 29th of aug'2016, i met with an major accident and car was not in the moving condition hence i took road side assistance service & with the help of hydra and crain they took my polo to agra service center (kalyan sales).
I got my repaired car after one month with rigorous follow ups but it was not upto volkswagen standard. they didn't checked entire car properly, means there was leakage near to oil chamber (for that i complaint...

I had given my VW polo to Jahangir Puri Work station for a door replacement on 30th June 2016. Surveyor was assigned on 2nd July but its 8th July and they are not able to deliver me the car. They keep promising me today and today. Worst service ever received. Do not buy any Volkswagen car. You will regret your decision. All their employees are liars....

This is reagarding my car vento tdi dl8cz 7995 uneven wearing of tyres, service centres is saying that alloys are bent however my concern is without a major impact or accident there is zero possibility that a alloy be bent and that too they are saying that both alloys are bent. my concern is alloys are too strong to be bent due to small path hole company has to take the responsibility for this manufacturing defect....

My car no WB02E0186.the key injector of my car is given to change at your service centre in topsia as it is not functioning. I have been asked to wait for 15days, and the new key will be hand over to me on 6th july. Now they asked me to wait for another 5days.I think you all know that the car is not a luxurios vehical. I have volkswagen vento highline diesel (2012). one day as i was driving my speed of the car became constant at 60 km/ hr. when i try to accelerate it give excessive smoke. i went to nearby service centre and they told me that there is problem of turbocharger and egr which is quite costly. i was unable to understand as my car has runned only 60000 km. please look at the matter.

Recently i have taken my POLO CAR to your Faridabad workshop after a minor accident. I have submitted all the documents related to ownership, DL and policy.

Workshop manager entered a wrong details of my DL, however, insurance company initially approved the same for the works, however, not releasing the DO now.

My Car no is UP32 FD0988. Met with an accident on highway with an animal due to which the radiator pipe got damaged resulting in leakage of coolant. This resulted in overheating of engine causing damage to inlet valves. (THE TECHNICAL PART HAS BEEN TOLD TO ME BY WORKSHOP).
