The Volkswagen Whitefield Bangalore is not giving the proper Service for their Customer.I Got my Vehicle Serviced 2 times(1st and 2nd service) here but both the times i had a worst experience.They are not able to fix the problem with what the costumer has Complained.They want the customers to take the vehicle out of the service center and they are least bothered about how the service is done.They take the feedback from the customers about the service, if the customer gives the bad feedback or advise to improve with the service, they are not at all bothered about the service. I kindly request Volkswagen India to improve your Services at below mentioned address of the Volkswagen Showroom and make the Customers feel happy and try to keep your Words "Selling a Volkswagen is not the end of our relationship.It's the Beginning of one." Volkswagen Whitefield Bangalore is not all providing a Service Satisfaction to its customers.I kindly request Volkswagen India to look in to the service issue which the customers are facing and do the needful.

    I bought Polo GT TSI Reg no. DL 10 CC 4257 on 15th May, 2015 and met an accident on 19th May, 2015. The car had some damages including Windscreen, Front Bumber, Front grill, Front spoiler, Left Headlamp, condenser and Left fender. Its been in Volkswagen Delhi West bodyshop, Naraina since then its been 28 days today and we are waiting for front grill and front spoiler since then. I have been given 5 dates till now for arrival of both of these parts and they haven't arrived yet to them. Now when i again went there today they told me that parts will be available on 25th of June, 2015 and we can have the delivery of car as soon as parts arrive. This is the sixth time when i got a date from them and i don't really trust volkswagen anymore on their aftersales service anymore. When i asked them to deliver the car without grill and i will get aftermarket grill they told me their will be no insurance cover in that case, when i asked them to fit regular polo grill they denied for that as well. I have not bought this car to park it in a workshop i believe. I need an immediate solution to this as its hard to wait for 10 more days as there are bright chances of getting another date all over again as i got 6 times. Ankit Gupta - [protected]

      Sir, I purchased a second hand VW Vento in the month of August 2014 with year of registration March-2011 which already completed 61000kms. As I had problems with my driving in a city like Mumbai I preferred going for second hand vehicle initially and after a year for new one. But my present problem with this vehicle is I have already spent over a Rs 1, 00, 000/- for running the vehicle 9000kms. I had problems with the fuel injectors in the month of Dec 2014 and 2 injectors were replaced at Mumbai. Again in the month of May the same problem occurred when i was at my home town at Mangalore for holidays. And I had to keep the vehicle idle for 15days for the arrival of the spares, plying here and there by hiring taxi which was an additional cut to my pocket. So I would like to ask you is your car made to run only for three years? If no why i am facing this problem frequently. The only response from your service center is use of mixed fuel, as per my knowledge i fill my tanks on HP, IOC reputed petrol bunks inside the city. As per my experience i should think 1000 times to go for a new VW and sugest my friends and relatives not to go for any of the VW products. One of my friend who is using diesel vehicles for the past 20 years suggest that its impossible for a imported engine get such kind of complaints in 60000 plus km.         I purchased a VW POLO HIGHLINE PETROL from Bhasin Motors, mathura road, New Delhi. The date of invoice generated for sanction of loan was[protected], and the car was delivered on[protected]. Two years after this when I went to extend the warranty of my car, they refused to do it as they said tht it has already expired on[protected]. Although as per dealers, the selling price or the exshowroom price of the car will be considered on the date of delivery irrespective of any ups and downs in price. Keeping this in mind, I was in the impression that I still have few days left to extend my warranty. But today they said that it will not be done as of now.           This is to bring to your notice the gross negligence on part of the Volkswagen India towards its customers as far as the maintenance and service of the cars. Our second service is due and we have come to discover that the dealer ATR Cars has closed shop. This happened six months back and there was no responsibility shown either by your company or by the dealer in informing all the car owners about the closure. Now that the dealer has washed his hands off the entire customer base of Volkswagen in Visakhapatnam has been left high and dry regarding the maintenance and service of their cars. The companies Customer Care response has been even more disappointing. While claiming to understand the inconvenience they are bluntly telling the customers to take their cars to the town of Guntur or Hyderabad for their service needs .The onus of the transport as well as scheduling the service has been pushed onto the hapless customers. The claim by your customer care staff that the service is only once a year and therefore we should not complain doesn't hold water. There are a lot of things that happen only once a year. If we had known that we would have to fit in the car service also in the once a year schedule where we would have to stop our professional work and take a three day trip for its service we wouldn’t have bought this car. The ease and quality of service, a promise made by your firm in its website has been violated by your company not taking any responsibility towards its customers. They are left to fend for themselves. The dealer has also gone scot free. The company being a large and reputed organization, the least they could have done is seen to it that the regular maintenance schedules and spare parts availability could have been temporarily handed over to their sister concerns like AUDI or SKODA who have maintenance workshops in Vizag. As a customer I feel greatly harassed and regret my decision to buy this car. After all any good thing is as good as the service it gets. I am now, not in any position to take my car to Guntur. I had taken the decision to buy this car after due consideration of the service infrastructure that was shown to me while selling it to me. If your company is going to ditch all its customers in this nasty way then I don’t think Volkswagen is going to see its mid range market intact. I sincerely request you to do a rethink on this and give the customers all that you claimed either directly or through your dealer’s sales network. Please do send me response regarding your position through mail so that I can regain my trust in this Brand.

              Dear sir This is Maulik Shah living in Ahmedabad. I have purchased new VW VENTO comfort line model with car no GJ18 BD 4040 chassis no WVWA14602ET050145 engine no CLN266598 on 14th feb, 2015 which was already 198 km run out. Then onwards within one month I have to approach the service station as some irritating noise started coming from front left side of engine. We kept car for two days at service station. Then onwards after I got car back, the problem of Humming started wherein car was getting vibrate like any thing. I on 7500 km getting over approach the service station for routine check up on 6th June 2015 and told my complain. I was shocked to hear that 4 injectors where failed. This is simply out of mind when it comes to faith in German technology based VW. My car is still in service station which got me in much trouble as my routine was full on disturbed due to unavailability of Car. I therefore request the reputed company VW to see in the matter fruitfully to replace the car or give us the amount back after calculating depreciation loss as the car with Engine already been open in just 3-4 months period is not acceptable.                 Hi, I bought Highline POLO Diesel TDI on 31st march. Unfortunately that has accident on 18th May. I have registered roadside assistance case [protected]. Workshop engineers are doing inspection for estimates. Vehicle had heavy impact from front however with such kind of heavy impact airbag should activate but It did not. I need an escalation matrix where I can escalate this technical issue and concerns before I go for legal suit. I bought and spend money on top model to be safe in such kind o[censored]nfortunate incidents however volkswagen has loose trust for the same. I would like to here from you ASAP, If I did not here I am going to send legal notice to company. I wrote an email to customercare and did not receive any response.                   Bought a POLO petrol highline 2015 May model. POLO _ MEXC15604FT086488 met with a minor accident and sent the car to the Panchkula service station of VolkswagenChandigarhi. The service employee said it would take about 4-5 days max to get the job done. However its been more than 15 days and the job is still not started . Feedback given is they do not have spare parts .

                    bought a polo petrol highline 2014 december model. DL 10 CC 4013 i own a volkswagon polo highline 2014 december model. met with an accident in early may and sent the car to the naraina service station new delhi. the service employee said it would take about 15-20 days max to get the job done. however its been more than 1 month and the job is still not finished. not to mention the minor scratches that have appeared on the car, they still have not put the front grill below the fog lamps as per the insurance and even after close to 40 days still are saying 10 more days !!! i had to bring the car back as i need to commute to my office. these volkswagon employees are highly unprofessional with false promises spoiling brand image with no work ethics.
                    volkswagon service station naraina does not have basic parts like a front grill and fog lamps with them!!!
                    these are the most commonly damaged and to be replaced parts and they are asking for 15 more days for new parts, as if they are gonna get it from Germany itself!!


                    the most pathetic service ever, completely spoils the car for me.
                    going through a same phase same workshop and same problem

                      Please note that a Volkswagen Polo Car model 1.2 CR Trendlin (Red – MH 02 DN 3159) purchased in the name of Ms. Bindu Jivrajani having Chassis No. WVWH11602CT000730, registered on 11.07.2014 and purchased from Global Gallarie Motors Private Limited, Plot No.1, Mohan Mill Compound G.B. Road, Thane West – 400 607. Based on the above description and on behalf of Ms. Bindu, myself Mr. Jitesh Gosar bring to your notice that the said car is still under warranty and thereby on 01.07.2015, we handed over the said car to the service centre based at Mira Road (Mody Auto Corp Pvt. Ltd) for the servicing of the entire unit including the defects as specified to them namely non – start of the engine and cooling was not working. We paid the amount of Rs. 20, 668/- for the said servicing on the same day but the condition of the Car was still the same without any repairs / servicing was functional and still as on 09.06.2015 the Air – Condition is not working. We were further directed by them that the Air condition vent has become dysfunctional and we have to report to the showroom where the car was purchased. On 05.06.2015, we visited the showroom based at Thane to get the Air Condition vent repaired without any cost to us as the same unit is under warranty. A person named Mr. Harish and Mr. Awari Sushant working at the said showroom / service centre gave below average responses to our problem and allegedly charged us Rs. 4000/- for replacing the vent. After repeated requests we tried to make them understand that the vent cannot be charged from the customer, as the same was under warranty but all our attempts turned out to be futile. We therefore want you to refund us the amount of Rs. 4, 500/- (including penalty @ rate of 12.50%) on or before 12th June 2015, by issuing a cheque in the name of Ms. Bindu Jivrajani or else we shall be constrained to take action before the proper forum including before the consumer Courts for inefficient / sub - standard service.

                        I Dinkar Khanuja owner of Polo 1.2 No UP80 2318 had given by car at your Agra service center (MGRS Auto) on 25th May for denting and painting. I was promised deliver to car by 30th May after servicing and in spite of regular calls to your center nobody picks the phone gives a satisfactory answer. Finally a visit at your service center personally on 5th June I found only 70 % of the work had been completed till 5th June and your service. In the evening Mr. Mubeen Khan (service adviser) called me promising to give car on 6th June. But till now there is no intimation about the delivery.Your Agra Branch have quit pick up and drop facility of the car, we are facing lot of difficulty as the distance between our residence and service center about 25 km which take about whole day in giving car and taking back from there.                           I have purchased the above model in the year 2012august. With in the 24month one door lock got spoiled. Volkswagen got it replaced. After 24 months second lock got spoiled . Since warranty is for only 24 months I got it replaced by paying the cost for the same. Now again the third door lock got spoiled. Now I am worried even the fourth door lock may also get spoiled. When enquired at the Hosur Road show room Bangalore, they say that the warranty is for only 24months. Is it Volkswagen cars meant for 24 months life. I doubt honestly that the car was fixed with defect locks. Now shock of the car is that coolent pump gone and because of this some connected belts also gone due to leak of coolent. I was told the cost for replacement is around 25000.00. Again is it that the warranty of Volkswagen car life itself 24months or is fitted with defect parts. I am confused and please clarify the same. If it's defect spares I would like to request the Volkswagen company to replace the same defects and compensate me monetarily. I am having and driving car for more than 20 years having used Maruthi and Honda models. When I upgraded I thought German engineering is the best and fell for 6th generation Jetta model. Having driven more than 4Lahk kilometre with various brands I have not come across this kind of problems. Kindly help in getting the problem solved. Regards Sivakumar. KA 51 MD 2323. Bangalore.                             Hi, This is to inform you that my car vento met with an accident and then i gave it volswagon body shop in naraina new delhi. the estimated time given by the adviser was 10 to 15 days but now it has been almost a month i have not received my car the reason they are giving is that they did not get the due letter from national insurance as it was zero depth insurance. These people are not responding to my phone calls they are not picking calls from my number neither the adviser nor the manager. I am facing so inconvenience and am pissed off by the response of these guys. Now, i am going to file a legal complain against volkswagon india for the compensation as this is really bad customer service which i never expected from such a big brand. Ayush gupta [protected]

                              Dont think you guys have any intention to change or improve. Dont know why you want to take feed back and waste peoples time by asking their feedback. Everytime i have sent my car for servicing the car has come back with bigger issues. Half the time the servicing equipments in the workshop are not working and the memo given reads as thou we have not wanted that service.

                                Hi my name is Abhilash, my volkswagon vehicle number is AP 15 BC 7890, On June 1st I have booked a servicing appointment at karimnagar volkswagon showroom . They confirmed the appointment and asked us to come on June 2 nd . Our place is 100 kms from the showroom, when we people went to give the car for servicing the showroom was closed . When we tried to contact the showroom people no one is picking the phone. And after wards one person picked the phone and said that we forgot to inform you. We traveled long way 100 kms and leaving all my works .Whose is going to pay all the diesel cost and our precious time lost. I would launch a complaint against karimnagar volkswagon showroom now.

                                  I HAD PURCHASED MY POLO REG NO UP21AX3373 IN JULY 2014, THIS YEAR WHEN I WAS TRAVELLING FROM DELHI TO MORADABAD ON 9TH APRIL 2015 THE EPC LIGHT STARTED FLASHING AND THE CAR STOPPED PICKING UP SPEED. THE CAR WAS SENT TO THE WORKSHOP IN DELHI AND THE PROBLEM WAS RECTIFIED. THEN AGAIN AFTER 15 DAYS THE SAME PROBLEM CAME UP AGAIN AND AGAIN THE CAR WAS SENT TO THE WORKSHOP IN MORADABAD AND THE PROBLEM RECTIFIED WITH AN ASSURANCE THAT THE SAME WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN. ON THE 28TH OF MAY I WAS RETURNING FROM A PARTY LATE AT NIGHT AND I FACED THE SAME PROBLEM AGAIN. IN 40 DAYS THIS EPC PROBLEM CAME UP 3 TIMES AND THE VOLKSWAGEN PEOPLE ARE NOT BEING ABLE TO UNDERSTAND AS TO WHY THIS IS HAPPENING. THE 3RD TIME THE CAR WENT TO WORKSHOP IT WAS RETURNED TO US SAYING THEY ARE HELPLESS. MAYBE A DEFECTIVE VEHICLE HAS BEEN SOLD TO US.

                                    I have had to chase the staff for over 2 weeks to get my broken windshield fixed. First it was to get the windshield was not available, so it was going to take 1 week to come. I was assured that it would likely not take more than 3.5K to fix it if I claim insurance and it can be done in one day. Once the week was over, I have been calling incessantly to get someone on the line to can tell me whether I can send the car or not. Completely unprofessional! Finally, when they do honour me by saying the windhsield is here and I can send the car, they involve new processes and want to hold my vehicle captive for a day because survey has to be done by insurance only the following day. Completely unprofessional way of handling, because I had been asking them to tell me the steps needed to get things done. I am supposed to take the car on the highway, and have already wasted more than 10K on hired vehicles because Volkswagon staff does not have the decency to keep customers informed or provide information and answer calls. And my car is still not fixed thanks to their dilly dallying.

                                      recently my car came after service its just 2 days passed and today i started car bvut its not getting start its so bad experince i called coustomer care they said they can only tow it rather they should send some service men first to check wether its should be towed or can be serviced at place so haraasingexperince kindly raise my issue my car is just at my place and now m felling like i should have bought some other car as m facing many issue
