Mine is one year old Polo and after giving it for first service at their service station, problems started and are haunting me. They did damage to my care, upon noticing the same within their premises, they told nothing and replaced bumper. Streering became hard to drive/control. Have to literally sit on the horn to blow horn. AC is giving rotten rat smell. But I was looted with thousands of hard earned money. When contacted them sevaral times, they said everything is super fine and my mind registered that they do bad service. Seems i have to take medication or yoga training. All staff at this service centre are fake and no one behaves like professionals. I am repenting for buying VW Polo and am clueless what should I do now. I strongly recommend not to go with VW by thinking that you are going to own German Car. Bakwas people. Be aware!!!

    Hi, Yesterday we recived our polo given for a service at your Ahmedabad service center. The driver picked the car and their was no mention of any problem with key neither in writting or verbally. I did hear from the engineer about car cleaning and any concerns if I have... Lastly in the evening i was informed the car key was broken so we have welded it... Wt a lie? If it's broken by you, have courage to say the truth and replace it ... If was broken already than how the car could start from my garagge?? why their was no mention of the same??       Volkswagen is one of the worst brand i have ever seen, its a waste of investing money on volkswagen, i have invested 9.5Lakhs and i am wasting my time & money on it. People please dont go on to volkswagen, i am damm sure u will waste ur money and time. I had no issue at all in my new POLO which i bought on Nov'15 and now after initial check up at 7.5k, i am facing a lot of issue, which is still not rectified and the service people in service center are totally waste, after checkup of my car, i started getting multiple issues and after that i have visited atleast 5 times to get rectify my cars issue with wasting my time money and everything still issue not rectified, even i have spoke to manager and still issue not rectified manager overthere is just a waste guy he never understand custoemr issue, to tell every one frankly VW is waste they just give a bulitup saying its a superbcar, i agree it has power but rest everything freaks..i dont belive in VW anymore...also i am going to consumer court to claim on my POLO which is having mutliple issue for an brand new car of 4 months.After first check they even damaged my car and ultimately i paid for the damage which i never did it...i still have so many thing to write but i cannot bcoz i have to sit and type all these things. and its a big story which i cannot type.. One thing i can say in simple is please dont go for VW..they just tell stories before they sale and after that they piss u off..i am one of them..bcoz i had even escalated to manager and no solution found till now who does not deserve to be an Manager and he does not pick up my call. They all are same..and also they lag for technical thing..i had asked them around atleast 50 questions on my new car and they hardly answered only 3 and rest they told..dont know.. People bfor planning to by VW please have a look into my comments and then decide whether u need VW or not... I[censored] have any queries please contact me..i am gonna put my contact no at last.. I have posted only 10% of my issues...i still have 90% pending which i havent put as my hands are paining typing the issue.. My contact No. [protected]...         Dear Sir/Madam, I HAPPENED TO BUY A VENTO from your dealer in Pathinamthitta (Kerala), EVM Passenger Cars Pvt Ltd. I had made the purchase on September 2014 . The vehicle make was 2013, thus i was offered a discount by the dealer. The offer was they would give me the car at showroom price.The dealer would pay the taxes, registration and insurance as a benefit for the old model car.This car had few damages as well, and dealer had promised me to clear it before the delivery but unfortunately they didn't do it . And upon delivery they had promised me that anytime i am free i can leave the car with them and they would clear the damages within 3 or 4 days. As a result i had given them the car, they held my car for about 2 weeks, and yet it was not fully cleared. When i asked the service workshop in-charge he told me when you get a discounted car, these damages should be expected. I accepted the car on the word that this will be looked in and will solve on next service and the manager would do a follow up. Next was the extended warranty booklet was mistaken entered dates and expiry dated varied of actual dates.I had given back the card, they returned again with the same mistakes. Now the matter is that i had met with an accident and when i went for the repair, they workshop people tells me that my insurance wasn't a fully covered insurance, Its not bumber to bumber.Whereas i was told i would be given a full covered insurance and extended warranty by the salesman who gave the car. When i heard this i called up the showroom and the General Manger of EVM, Mr.Jacob, he has told me that he would revert back to me in this regards. I would like to make a note to the Volkswagen that such practices by your dealers are forcing even your existing customer of not buying your brand cars again. These dealers gives false promises and sells the cars and then leave the customer in dark. I had previously made a compliant of the same issue of the damages, but their were no response from the Company. This time i wouldn't take this lightly, I would go any extended to get my repairs done and my insurance issue solved. If i don't get a proper response or actions from the company, i will forward these to media and also post it in the social medias about the same. Please don't make a customer regret for purchasing your car.

          I have a Volkswagen Polo GT TSI (Petrol Automatic 2013 model). There is some problem with the DSG gearbox and the gear shifting is not smooth and while auto shifting of the gear there is a sudden jolt/jerk. I have visited VW workshop multiple times and they are advising to change the entire gearbox without even checking it. I checked out in a local garage and found out that the filter in the gearbox is faulty and even air is not passing through, forget gear oil. VW persons say that gearbox filter doesn't come as a spare and I need to change the entire gearbox. This is really ridiculous that they are asking me to change my gearbox which is approx Rs. 5-6 lakhs, instead of a gearbox filter which might cost below Rs.2000. My car is not running since last 3 months and I have been running from pillar to post to get it repaired. Kindly suggest me. Am helpless.             Dear concern, I am shoked and surprised by knowing the fact that we don't have service station in Dehradun today when we approached the place where we used to visit they said there is no existence of VoIkswagen, very ridiculous certainly not expected from a brand like you now can we expect from you to advise us where we will get our cars servicing done what alternate arrangements. I am again shocked that though your customer care has been irritating us since we bought the car but they did not even bother to inform us on above. This treatment with so called valued customer is certainly not up the mark.               Due to an accident, my vehicle (Volkswagen Polo) No. DL-1CQ-2515, damaged from right side. As i have left my vehicle to "Artiga Motor, Sector 63, Noida" on dated 17th of march 2015 for repairing. Executive of the workshop told me that my vehicle will be delivered with in a week as the approval of insurance company was came on the second day. After one week he told me that the doors are not available with the workshop as the same will be available till 24th march. After that i am depending on the commitments which is continuously given to me and changed at every time. Yet I have not received my vehicle till date. I am very much unsatisfied with the service of that workshop, as I have only the option to launch this complaint against the workshop, Named ARTIGA MOTOR, SECTOR-63, NOIDA. Kindly do the needful.                 I booked my Volkswagen Polo MH02 CB 482 for annual service at Automark Motors Pvt Ltd. (Workshop), Andheri E, Mumbai (service center). I also asked for car pick-p and drop service. A day prior to appointment, when there was no call from the service center, I called and asked them if the service had been booked. A lady confirmed that it was booked and that a driver would be sent at 11:30 next morning for car pick-up. I asked her to send a SMS confirming the date, time, drivers name and contact number. The lady said that she did not have SMS facility, but she would call me in evening to confirm & provide details. There was no call that evening. Next morning at 9:30 AM I received call from a driver for pick-up. On mentioning that pick-up was for 11:30 he said that he was given 9:30 AM time by service center. At 10:30 I received another call from a different driver who said that he was asked to pick up at 10:30. All this time, there was no call from service center. I called the service center and they said they were unaware of the change of driver or that the time of service was 11:30. On checking the driver's licence, the person named on the pick-up letter was not the same as person who had come for pick-up. I again called the service center and their solution was to send the driver named on pick-up letter after another hour. I then obtained the pick-up driver's credentials, photo-copied it, updated details in pick-up letter and handed over the car. The irony is, I am paying Rs. 400 for this pick-up service. The pick-up point is at Mahakali Caves Road, Andhery East, and Service Center is at a distance of 1.6 Km from pick-up point (a 7-minute drive). I have faced undue stress, difficulty and completely unhelpful attitude from this service center. To add to this, the technician at service center called to say that the replacement part of fuel gauge will take 4-5 days to arrive from VW factory at Aurangabad. I fail to understand why Mumbai to Aurangabad- a 7 hour train or 10-hour bus ride one-way should lead to a 4-5 day delivery time-line for a spare part! I asked the technician if the pick-up and drop for replacing fuel gauge would then be complimentary as I would be receiving a partially serviced car that would need to go back to service center after 4-5 days. He said he would check with his manager and immediately revert. It has been an hour since we spoke and he has not reverted. I honestly like VW cars, but every single time the struggle with service and abominable attitude of service center staff makes me regret the decision to buy VW.

                  I own a polo bought in 2011 and due for service, service was due on 17/02/2015 since then i am not able to take my car out as it is say INSPECTION, i feel sorry for buying your stupid Volksvagon POLO and irresponsible dealer of vizag, now i should go for a consumer court to settle this issue.

                    Gave my Volkswagen Polo vehicle with registration ID - RJ14CL0139 for normal paid service at PPS motors in Gachibowli, Hyderabad on 3-Apr-2015, further instructed to collect the vehicle on 6-Apr-2015. When I inspected the services vehicle, it had a 200cms long crack on the front wind shield which was not there when the vehicle was given for service (evident from the job card filled by Narsimha, the inspector). Further I was made to meet the GM of the centre who forced the reasoning of heat playing a part to getting the crack and forced me to cover the cost for a replacement through the car insurance and promised that the remaining amount would be borne by the service centre. The reason for the crack to occur is completely different to what the GM claims and has no reason to cover the same through the customers insurance. Please help resolve this issue at the earliest or would force me to approach the consumer forum with a solid complaint.

                      I had purchased a Vento Highline Car 1.6 MPI (MT) on 20.4.2011 from M/s Volkswagen Ring Road, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi bearing No. DL 8C NA 5454 bearing Chasis No. WVWC11600BT045741- Engine No. CLS 064736 after taking Car Loan from my employer i.e. Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. Noida, UP. After that, it was being serviced regularly from your authorized workshops. While coming from Karnal to Delhi on 30.3.15 on the way to Panipat, the radiator got damaged and the collant addidtive got leaked. Due to this, the car engine did not get started. After contacting Volkswagen service centre at Panipat, they informed that the radiator got damaged and be replaced. After replacing new radiator and other coil, plugs the car did not get started. My car is parked at PP Autotek Pvt. Ltd., Near Toll Plaza, G.T. Road, Panipat. They informed me that the complete base engine will be replaced. It is stunned to note that due to radiator damage on the high way how such major damage occurred. It is beyond imagination. Since this car a world renowned, keeping in view, I purchased the said car. But in case due to small radiator problem how the complete base damage/melt due to overheat of vehicle can be happened. The workshop Manager informed me that for replacing the complete base engine, an amount of Rs. 4, 25, 000/- ( Four Lac twenty five thousand) would be involved for such damage. It gives wrong impression to others also while narrating, such happening about such incident, to my colleagues, friends, etc. In case such harassment is being faced by the customer, then why this renowned company is making such car whose radiator is of substandard quality. Due to this small radiator problem, a major problem is occurred. Such contention does not suffice to anybody. You are requested to please advise me and the workshop manager at his Mobile No. [protected]. Since the cost of this car at present is Rs. 4, 50-, 000/-, therefore, question does not arise to spend Rs. 4, 25, 000/- for getting the said car repaired with huge amount. Hence, you are requested to please advise them to get such fault repaired with utmost satisfaction, so that, the reputation of your company should not be tarnished. VEHICLE WAS RETAINED FOR MORE THAN A WEEK FOR REPLACING INJECTOR UNIT AND OTHER PARTS VIDE INVOICE DTD SIP 180909, 24TH MAR-15 . AS ADVICED BY COMPANY AFTER TAKING THEIR TIME TO CHECK AND VERIFY WE AGREED FOR ALL REPAIRS AND REPLACMENT EXACTLY WITH NO COMPROMISE. DELIVERY WAS GIVEN TO US ON 24TH MARCH EVENING CLAIMING ALL JOB DONE SATISFACTORILY. ON 25TH MORNING WHEN MY SON DRIVED DOWN ON EXPRESS ROAD CAR GOT BREAK DOWN ALL OF A SUDDEN. ON CONTACTING CAR DELAER THEY WERE RELUCTANT TO PROVIDE ANY SERVICE NOR WERE READY FOR TOING THE CAR. MY SON WAS ON THE WAY FOR FINAL EXAM O[censored]NIVERSITY. NOW DEALER CLAIMS HEAVY EXPENSE REQUIRED APPROX RS 2 LACS OR MORE AND REQUIRES ONE MONTH TO REPAIR. I FAIL TO UNDERSTAND THAT HOW COME A RUNNING CAR SUCH A HUGE REPAIR CHARGES . ALSO THE CARE IS NOT EVEN COMPLETED 3 YEARS AND JUST 48000 KMS. WE ARE MANUFACTURERS OF OEM AUTO PARTS AND SUPPYING TO DAIMLER, VOLVO ETC ENGINE AND AXLE PARTS . WE KNOW THAT DEALER HAS DONE SOME SERIOUS MISTAKE AND WE ARE GETTING PENALISED UNFORTUANATELY. I AM NOT GOING TO BARE ANY EXPENSE FURTHER AND IF REQUIRED WILL FILE A CASE IN CONSUMER FORUM FOR SUCH NEGLIGENCE AND POOR SERVICES.

                            Dear Sir. my name is vishnu am owing vw polo red new model purchased 6 month before.Am a nri working in kuwait at the delivery time am not able present here so my parents and brother have gone, this complaint is regarding the paint defect i found rear left quarter there is some some bubbles that means its blisters its paint defect creating some dip holes while noticed by myself i have informed to sales personnel and service personnel they states that we don't know any thing about that and i have shown them the paint over spray spots in rear wind shield.its damn sure some painting was carried out by someone and it was not done properly and there is some area paint is fading out also. 2. Spare bulb package is missing till delivery. They did not programmed my vehicle well ie ii cant lift up my wipers up its been blocking by the hood. i need the resolution to the above issues

                                My experience with VW Polo This car was purchased by my hubby for me in December 2013. The features we liked Sturdiness Sleek design Mileage But our honeymoon with POLO ended with a bad note and it’s ongoing Within 3 months of its purchase we had to get the steering column replaced b’coz of strange sounds coming from the steering when the vehicle was turning. Apple Motors, Outer Ring Road, Marathahalli, Bangalore happily obliged. Within a year again a visit to the service centre became necessary – this time the air bag indicator was always in the ON mode. This time my husband met 2 senior guys of VW to discuss. This time too Apple Motors rectified this (not in the 1st attempt though) Last week (after a year and 2 months ) the clutch plate has given away. Being a ‘lady’ driver that I am, the immediate response from Apple Motors guys was “the car was not driven properly. It was driven on half clutch. It’s completely driver’s fault. The entire unit has to be replaced and the cost Rs 35, 000 only.” What does that mean? Here I would like to bring to the notice of all MCPs at Apple Motors that women drivers also know when to take their foot off the clutch. I have been driving since 2001 and have driven FIAT Uno, TOYOTA Innova and MARUTI Swift (this one I’ve driven for 7 years). Don’t tell me how to drive. With our slow moving, terrible city traffic, replacement of clutch is not a new thing but does it happen soon after a year? Abroad it’s a popular car. When it comes to India why do all these cars become like this? Doesn’t VW parent company do any quality checking here? Is our POLO (the one that we purchased) a defective piece? One with a manufacturing defect?? VW ... Are you listening?

                                  My car NO TN 58 AB8880 had failure in single injector . While asking chennai service center they told about it and also said that we must change all the 4 injector and in madurai (where the car been purchased). I told that within 25000 KM injector has been failed so i'll not pay money and you must take responsible for this. They said we'll do and they changed only one injector. We dont have proper response from them further. I kindly request you to contact ([protected]) this number.

                                    Dear Sir, I had my vento serviced in volkswagen service station Tirunelveli, for an accidental work. Look at volkswagen's service at Tirunelveli. It's a shame. Coordination - below par Customer support - worst Responsibility - nil There is no official to check final inspection. Service advisor haven't even check whether the rear fender liner has been fitted in. Reason for all this (they say) is shortage of enough labours. They have charged for interior cleaning but it's not even at the condition what I gave. Paint splatters still on rubber linings Not a proper delivery too Service advisor was bold enough to challenge me to take the complaint to his manager, who left the place when argument begin. So I'm taking this complaint to your portal. If you are not providing the least better service to us, why are you charging that much amount. I could have approached a second rate local service center for such service.

                                      On 23rd march after driving back to home from my office, I parked my car and again came back to go somewhere and the car didn't start. I waited for the morning and called the road side assistance then they tow my car and took to their workshop and after examining found out that the fuel line and fuel pump needs to be replaced as my car was under warranty period they were replaced free of cost. Next day I got delivery of my car and in night my both headlights didn't lighten up. Next day I took again to their workshop and they told me that the switch would be replaced. VOLKSWAGEN the so called German brand needs to maintain their prestige in INDIA, I Want my car to be scanned properly and checked for any more defects which you have placed in my car My number is - [protected]

                                        Dear Sir/Madam, I have been customer of Volkswagon from past 4yrs, but the recent service incidents have been making me the detractor of the brand. Here is a scenario, my Volkswagon vento car was purchased in Hubli, Karnataka. My car had a problem reason being there was kerosene mixed in diesel which affected the car eventually. When car was taken to service centre of Hubli, Karnataka, we were told to change air filter of a car and was billed for Rs.24thousand which I have bill for the same and were assured of car working properly.After a month again same problem reccurred and when I took a car to showroom was told no such problem wit a car and everything is fine with it. But today my car is having a same problem and service centre of Hubli have estimated Rs.2lakhs for repair. My concerns are 1.yes it was our mistake where we unknowingly got fuel refilled which had kerosene mixed in it, but why was that not rectified when the car was taken twice to the showroom with same problem 2. And because of which I am given an estimation of 2lakh rupees for repair, which I think could have been avoided if fixed earlier Even me being a marketing manager would not accept such kind of service lapse and its disheartening to see this happening with brands like this, obvious consequences will be on its way wit me personally being the detractor of Volkswagon or its subsidiary companies Request you to pls find a solution for this ASAP Regards Praveen Sr.Manager Citibank, Bangalore
