Hello, I have purchased the New Vento (1.6 MPI-Highline) on January 5th . I discovered in April that the pedestal light on driver end was missing. When I went to showroom it was found that the part itself was missing . Showroom representative agreed to replace it. I also complained that there is a vibrating sound from the right door whenever speed goes above 60. A month later I don't have the part yet as seems VW has stopped manufacturing it. Meanwhile I went for a highway ride and found that the driver side indicator was dangling from its position due to highway ride. It was working fine but was not properly fit and hence dangling. If this wasn't enough, the front right wheel started vibrating with the change in gear. It was as if the wheel would come out. With every shift in gear above 40 the engine would race and was gaining unusual acceleration.I had to rush to showroom to get it checked. What was discovered is that there is some RPM issue in car related to clutch plate. To my horror it was told that some rubber part has got burnt due to over heat due to frequent change in clutch. I am being asked to pay 25000 for the replacement. My car has run close to 3000 Kms only and in city conditions I don't believe any one can drive without changing clutch. The car is as new as a never used car. I am a seasoned car owner as this is not my first car. A vehicle if breaks down without a collision before even 6 months, won't you think the quality of product has been highly compromised. I have a driving experience of more than 7 years and none of my previous cars ever gave me such experience.I purchased VW with a faith that I am investing my money with the right possession. Unfortunately I seem to be horribly wrong with this assumption .I never expected that this so called German Technology would fail in the first trimester itself.

    My apologies, the mail would take at least ten minutes to read and I have suffered these struggles in a span of just 15 months I am Arish and I own TN 40 J 2514 (Volkswagen Vento), It is very disappointing for me to write this mail in regard with the poor quality of service which has been rendered. I am highlighting the series of event which has happened to this poor vehicle. 1. All of a sudden the wind screen started cracking down for no reason and after a great difficulty and quarrel i had got it changed. It is still surprising for me that when you replace the wind screen why is the charge for fixing paste is collected. Isn’t that part of your service? 2. Around 6000 Kms of car usage i had the problem of vibration while applying brakes. The same was reported to the show room and they gave me a feedback that the disc had the problem of dust accumulation and the same has been cleaned, but the actual thing was that the disc has been skimmed and it was not brought to my knowledge - (You can very well check the car history on your system there is no entry of this complaint at all) 3.Car had to meet with an accident and the same for given for repair against the insurance claim. I was informed that both the doors on right hand side will be replaced. The same has been placed but please look into the quality of work that has been done. The front door and the back door are not been aligned properly and the beeding which holds the mirror from outside is not been fixed properly. The worst part here no one has ever bothered to have the same fixed after several complaints. 4.I had some vibration sound from the left hand side door. The supervisor called me up and told me that the door beeding needs to be changed and would cost me 500 Bucks. Still surprised how come the car gets worn out with one year .I am owning two more cars namely Indica and swift desire, these low end vehicles does not carry any type of silly complaints like yours. 5. During the door beeding change i had also again reported that the front disc burns to much of heat, but still the service center guys shut my mouth stating that the same is because of dust. The problem still persisted. 6. The recent complaint - Car had run upto to 16000 Kms and still i found that the vibration while applying brakes. This made me annoying and left the car at your service station asking them to please rectify the same, At last it was known that the rotor had some problem and it took two days to inform me the same. Losing my temper i had asked people to change the rotor using the Guarantee period but the reply took one day. Only after me insisting that i wanted to speak to General manager, your CRM Came into picture and solved the issue in hours. 7.While leaving the car for the problem rectification your mechanical supervisor had a check on car for any body damages. He supervised the car and took note of the scratches and i was beside him, He had got to miss out some damages which i highlighted him and he made a note those as well. But when the car was delivered i found the car had few more damages near to the front wheel. The dispute was highlighted then and there but it was informed to me that the car had damages before it had come into the show room. when the car was delivered the new damages even had paint marks on it proving that the damage was fresh but still the supervisor argued and told the problem is from my side. Please have this issue looked in from customer point of view, i as a customer had highlighted the damage of my car even when the supervisor did not notice. If the dent on top of the front wheel and right side door is from my end i would have surely accepted it but i had seen this damage with paint marks on it and argued with the supervisor that the damage is fresh and has nothing to do with me. But the supervisor just insisted that he had made note of this damage when the car was given for the mechanical repair which i feel cheated. Considering the stubbornness from the Supervisor the doubt stands clear that the car has got damaged only in your show room because the supervisor did not even take a minute to check with the people who took the car for trial or the mechanic who did the car repair. It clearly showed the attitude of the supervisor that he was trying to save someone and was happy in turning the complaint towards customer. Car was there in your workshop for 04 full days, I claim the car has been hit only in your show room, please prove me wrong with solid evidence (apart from the supervisor’s note as I feel it is done only for eye wash )that it is not from your side i would definitely pay a premium for the investigation I also wish to share my decision on my car. I was a proud owner till now and am regretting for taking a Volkswagen. I personally feel the car has some mechanical defect from birth and my bad luck the car has been tagged to me. I would have come to show room for at least 10 times for simple and unknown problems which has happened only to my car, I stay in Mettupalayam and the car costs me INR 500 Petrol charge for the up and down drive from show room which i feel it is a pure waste of wealth and strength. My car is under finance and i have paid 15 months tenure now i have made up my mind to leave the car at the show room itself and you can redeem my balance from this car. I would be happy if i could get an last drop from your show room to Toyota show room where i can buy a trustworthy car and service.

      i have a polo pb 10 cy 4167 lally motors ludhiana have extreme bad service and they fail to diagnose problems themselves . i booked an appointment for service and due to mother's accident i failed to get it done and they called me 15 times in 20 days on being told that i will get appointment myself again after i am free from hospital. and when after service i got a call for feedback i told them my major problem of car wasnt solved that is the door opener/handles are so stiff that one of it has come out fully. and they failed to replace it . and asking me to remind them about the car pick up to solve this problem. while appointment they can call for 15 times and when it time for them to actually remember about car pick up to solve problem they ask me to remind them one day before.. my car race also stops working on its on in mid way on highways and city, it becomes fully disfunctional which could cause major damage .

        Dear Sir/Ma'am, I own a Volkswagen Polo TDI and I have a issue regarding wheel alignment and balancing of my vehicle from a long time. On the first car service, I mentioned about the problem of car steering pulling towards left, they said it's car wheel alignment and balancing issue and they'll fix it and charged me amount for it. They delivered my car the same day assuring the car service is well done and all issues are fixed. I experienced the same problem of wheel alignment when I was driving back home from service centre. The next day I registered a complaint against the poor services. It's been thrice I've already sent my car to service centre regarding the same issue and still my problem is unsloved. Last night, I was driving back home, on the way, I put some break to reduce car speed, the moment I applied the brakes the car steering pulled my car towards left and unfortunately I met with an accident. I blame and Claim Volkswagen India for the worst services ever and putting their customers into trouble. I want an action regarding Volkswagen India for the worst services and giving false satisfaction to customers regarding services.

          i'm not a proud owner of a VW Polo RJ14 CT 6602 I'm utterly disappointed with the service VW gives, I feel I made a mistake to buy one, I went against the current and bought a VW Polo while everyone I knew advised me to buy a Maruti Swift, and now I'm paying the price for my decision. My car had a collision on the 30th of march 2015 and its the 5th of may today and the car has still not been repaired, I understand my car is the only car in the workshop but its been over a month now. I was told my car will be returned to me before the 10th I agreed, just yesterday I got a MISS CALL, not even a call, to which I had to call back and find out that the delivery is going to be delayed my another week...I mean if VW can't do up in a month its sad to say but VW is USELESS in INDIA. This is why VW will never become no.1 in India... Disappointed I should have bought a Swift!!

            Hi, Ref RSA no [protected], I met with an accident of 28 Apt at Lohpatti at 10 PM and there was extremely poor service from RSA. It was remote location and I was there at the location without food and water for more than a day. I spoke to multiple people at RSA and every time commitments failed and wrong info shared. Initially it was informed to me that Toing vehicle has a breakdown at Jamshedpur, then next day came to know it got breakdown at Dhanbad and it will be reaching in the morning at 9 AM. Again informed to me that again vehicle has some problem and it will come at 11 AM. Again at 11 Am it was informed to me that it will come in next 1 Hr, then 15 mins, so on and so forth... Finally one maruti omni has come in the night at 8 PM and car to can toind has been done from Lonpatti to Bokaro. Next day after my follow ups it was informed to me that there is only one toing vehicle available with Vilkswagen RSA service provide in Jharkhand and currently it can not be shifted to Ranchi nearent service centre as vehicle has some problem. Finally RSA has done can to can toing to Ranchi and Vehicle reached Ranchi at 10 PM. So finally my Car reached Ranchi on the third day in the night. Because of which I have lost lot of time, could not able to attend my relative marriage, missed out my official meeting. So I had a big loss as far as mental and monitory both are concerned. I had a plan to buy Vento now. Let me know why should I go for Vento now...Brand like VW has really let me down, why should not I go for any other brands if I am getting such a pathetic service from VW. Already two of my friends has purchased Vento after my reference. Now I will share my experience with all my friends and will tell them not to go for VW...and let me know how VW is going to compensate my loss...moreover surely I will go to consumer forum and see to it that I get proper judgement...Awaiting for your immediate response on this serious matter.                 Hello I had taken my POLO with reg no. KA51 MB9455 for car wash on 29/4/2015 at the Volkswagen Service centre on Hesserghatta main road in Bangalore. I had left the car cover(Tarpaulin) in the boot of the car. They took three hours to wash the car.As I Was in hurry I left immediately after car wash. After reaching home I found that the car cover was missing. I immediately called the service centre and complained about the missing car cover. They said they will check and come back immediately on this, but no information till date.

                  sir, i m guy from ahmedabad i gave my polo(petrol) for repairing at volkswagen karnavati 8-10 days ago they saw the damage and repaired it but when they gave my car back its battery was not working properly. so, they said that i need to change my battery they once even told me that leave your car here at service center and they will charge it but after half an hour they replied again that u need to change the battery no one was responding properly to my question and keep me waited for a very long time. one more thing that before i gave my car for repairing the battery was working properly (there was not a single problem in my battery) they said that"u need to change the battery" now why would i pay the money for new battery as it was working properly before I gave my car for repairing. it is clear that somebody has cheated and might have exchanged or has done some mischief with my battery. thank you for reading my complaint please reply as soon as possible

                      Dear sir/madam My name is seetharaman from trichy, Tamilnadu working in nestle India ltd, I bought polo trend line petrol on january 11 th at Coimbatore, tamilnadu, in Ramani cars, they did temporary registration in that they did a huge mistake, they put my area pin code wrongly so it's mapped in wrong RTO office because of that I am unable to do permanent registration, I am approaching them for past 4 months to correct problem, but they not even responding properly, kindly do needfull, otherwise kindly take back my vehicle, as you know without register it I am unable to drive on road, then what's the use of that vehicle, kindly revert me My mail ID - [protected]@gmail.com Cell Number- [protected]
                      Vw india is cheating customers ...I also bought a cross polo oin april 2016, and they havent yet given me trc even ...Simply say that the vehicle has yet to be registered in state and its more than 3 mnths now ...Terrible people ...Dont give even writtenassurance when they will do it...Avoid buying vw products!!!

                        My Vento has a persistent problem of pulling towards left while driving. Had gone to service centre many times. Alignment of tyres have been done at least 7 times...Some with payment and some out of dealership courtesy as the problem fails to vanish. Result, tyres wore down in mere drive of 32 km till now that too when I am very cautious/ carefull while driving and have hardly driven more than 100km/hr of speed. No scratch till date is the testimony of my driving . I had visited Lally motors a week back and they suggested me to change the tyres before they could resolve the issue as they are worn out and did alignment also. I had changed the tyres today in morning and drove some 40 km to reach from kapurthala to Jalandhar. They did the servicing as it was due and after that they did wheel balancing and alignment too, but still the car hasn't stopped pulling towards left. To our horror the car has eaten the tyre of left side by .5 mm in the distance of 40km. I had left the car at service center and would not take it till they assure me to erase this issue once for all. I do not have the capacity to send more on this problem which seems to be a manufacturing defect. Few details of my car are as under:: MAKE:VENTO TDI (Trend line) Year of purchase: OCT 2011. REGISTRATION NO.: CH01-AL-7005. UNDER extended warranty. Driven till date:; 32000 km. Alignment done till today paid/ unpaid @ service centre -7 times. Accident ::: NONE, except the street bull rubbed his body on driver side windows that why got repaired once only. No scratch or touch at any part beside above mentioned eventuality. Status: Worried as problem persists since the very first day of buying and that why had driven this car less. The problem could be solved till date ... Pls help... Sorry for some typo error in above message:: Read as I have drove this car more than 100km of speed. And last line as :: problem could be resolved till date from the beginning.                           Hi, This is Sameer, I bought Volkswagen Polo Diesel in Mar'12 .I have also Extended Warranty 2+2 . During 3rd service I found some drop in pick up for the same I have complaint to Volkswagen Service Center.They Checked and found damaged Intercooler hose.Parts cost is INR8000 . As per service center it is not under extended warranty but in normal warranty it covers. I want to understand if parts got damaged due to their poor quality during extended warranty then who is responsible customer or manufacture which 6 Inch Hose cost is INR8000.                             My vehicle had a small collision, which needed slight repair, it has been more than a month since the vehicle was given for service at trivandrum, still work has not begun. There seems to be a lot of misunderstandings and lack of communication between the insurance and car dealer's. Highly disappointed.

                              I owned a 2nd hand polo car TN07BS0340 and itwas bought just this april 2nd only..i takenthis car to susee automobilespvt ltd attirunelveli for a general checkup for toknow the service conditon for my satisfaction. even I had appointment for the day ie 23/04/15morning my car was deliverdat 6inthe eveving bythe following work done 1)coolant2)mudflap3)reservoir 4)fuse for mob charger.when it was deliverd my car was almost dirty, dusty and glass screens dirt water particles and dryed water bubbles allover .when itwas pointedout to onemr sivramanwhotook the chargeof my vehichle hasitantly asked some one toclean .when it was brouht again it very very shabby.the time was getting late i took the cartohome iam90kmawy .eraniel in kkdist.                                   Hi I am Shiv and I own a VW polo Comfortline petrol. I haveusing this amazing car for the past 4 years but every year I have to give itfor a service I face terrible issues. This time when I gave my car for service with VW palacecross Rajajinagar Service center, I also had requested for the quarter glass onthe left rear to be replaced as it was broken. The following were the issues Ifaced with the service this time. They missed to charge for the quarter plate when the vehiclewas delivered and later called and requested for the payment which I went andpaid. They claim to have checked the brakes and cleaned them andcharged me for the same, but 2 days of service the rear brakes both of themwere jammed and I had to call the service center to send a mechanic home as Icould not move the vehicle. I mechanic Mr. Karthik came and did the needful butcharged me Rs. 1000 for the same. When I call the service station to check why was the samenot done during the service they don’t have a proper answer and they just wantto pass the blame from one adviser to the other. (Dharshan for the serviceadvisor who handled the case for my service) Also Mr. Karthik mentioned the battery is due forreplacement when he came to see the brakes jammed, why was this not mentionedduring the service? I can go on and on with the list of issues but looks likethere is no one in the service center bothered about this. So please do something for your service else people will beforced to stay away from this amazing cars from VW but with pathetic service.

                                    I had purchased the car model volkswagon Vento 1.6 CR(MT) Highline diesel model on 26 March 2012 from Viraj distributor Lucknow. The Reg. No. is UP32 ED-2200. I had always service the car timely in your service centre Viraj Distributor. When I thought to purchase the car only one name come in my mind volks wagon because its knows our best service and durability. But I was wrong after purchase the car I have faced many problems from the car and its service providing Centre. I am giving some reason which makes volks vogon the worst car in India. • First problem started from February 2014 in my car is engine oil leakage. And I had taken the car in service Centre Viraj Distributor. Service Centre- He saying that Engine oil leakage from injector and have to change all four seal ring. After that he changed the all four seal ring. (Invoice Number-SIP100617) • Second time create again same problem on 9 Sep 2015 than I had taken car to service Centre ( Viraj Distributor). Service Centre- Now again he saying that Engine oil leakage from injector and have to change three seal ring. After that you will not face this problem in future and he changed the three seal.(Invoice Number-SIP104132) • Third time create again same problem on 10 March 15 then I had taken car to service Centre ( Viraj distributor). Service Centre- Now again he saying that Engine oil leakage from injector and have to change two seal ring, and ensure that you have not face this problem in future and he changed the two seal.(Invoice Number-SIP108265) • Fourth Time create again same problem on 08 April 15 this time we face a serious breakdown and my car not move to anywhere than I take a RSA facility to reach the car in service center, He changed again the four seal ring and handover the car on 11 April . Few days later I was going to lucknow to Aligarh with my family on 17-April and the car stopped on the way than I taken the road side help and they taken the car service centre( Viraj distributor). Service Centre- Now he saying again that Engine oil leakage I think we have to change tapit cover and they ensured that this problem will not occur in future. But he said that time this part is not availed in service centre pleases give some time. (Invoice Number-SIP109012) Now the current status my car in Service centre last 5 days. My First Question WHAT IS THIS. ( If I had made a mistake purchasing your car) My Second question- Why the service centre did not tell to changed the tapit cover at the very first time, why they wasted so much money and time. My Third question – Have you any TAT to ready the car in service centre because your service centre used to keep the car many days. My Fourth question- Do you have any solution to this problem.                                       Mine is one year old Polo and after giving it for first service at their service station, problems started and are haunting me. They did damage to my care, upon noticing the same within their premises, they told nothing and replaced bumper. Streering became hard to drive/control. Have to literally sit on the horn to blow horn. AC is giving rotten rat smell. But I was looted with thousands of hard earned money. When contacted them sevaral times, they said everything is super fine and my mind registered that they do bad service. Seems i have to take medication or yoga training. All staff at this service centre are fake and no one behaves like professionals. I am repenting for buying VW Polo and am clueless what should I do now. I strongly recommend not to go with VW by thinking that you are going to own German Car. Bakwas people. Be aware!!!

                                        Hi, Yesterday we recived our polo given for a service at your Ahmedabad service center. The driver picked the car and their was no mention of any problem with key neither in writting or verbally. I did hear from the engineer about car cleaning and any concerns if I have... Lastly in the evening i was informed the car key was broken so we have welded it... Wt a lie? If it's broken by you, have courage to say the truth and replace it ... If was broken already than how the car could start from my garagge?? why their was no mention of the same?? Pls guide wt legal action to be taken? Praveen Jain M[protected]
