Dear sir/madam I viceroy Alson a resident of Shillong a proud owner of volkswagen GT would like to sadly inform you that I'm facing great difficulty with my vehicle as of now due to Unavailability of brake pad at the guwahati showroom where I had purchase it from.Its been two weeks now .All I'm saying is I never thought for such a small problem I would face this level of difficulty.we face it from time to time with any vehicle I mean the changing of brake pad.but I still can't get an idea as to why it is not available here with the dealer

    My 2011 model Volkswagen Vento recently started performing badly - knocking and stalling at lower speeds. When i went to elite motors, bangalore, where i had serviced the car recently, they told me that the entire fuel system needed to be replaced as they found foreign particles in the fuel. The cost they quoted is Rs 2.5 lakh. It is shocking that a German engineered car can't take a single instance of adulterated fuel. I have been reading instances of Vento car fuel system failing frequently, especially in 2011-12 models. So there seems to be some issue with the design. It has been more than 3 days and i have called customer care multiple times with no results. Can someone from Volkswagen answer our questions? 1. Why can't a german-engineered car take one instance of bad fuel? 2. If the fuel system gets bad with one instance of "bad" fuel, how often will i require to replace the fuel system costing 25% of the cost of the car? 3. Are the service centers to be trusted? How do i know that my fuel injectors were not replaced with old ones during service? I am asking this question because i did not have this problem until after the service. 4. How long should i wait until someone from VW addresses our concerns? I have not been able to use my vehicle for 2 weeks now. I am a VERY UNHAPPY VOLKSWAGEN CUSTOMER. can someone please call us. our customer complaint number is CCR24740.

      Last Sunday (May 17, 2015) i left my car to change the rear windshield glass, now its being a week and still its not repaired yet. I do have other Honda car as well, but have never received such issues from their service. This is Pathetic service and this is not the first time I am reaching you with this, but still no action has been taken so far. Thanks a lot for such a Pathetic service.         Dear Sir, I am Dr. J.D. Darwin, a Mechanical Engineer, presently working as Principal in an Engineering College with good reputation in the society. I own a Volswagen Vento High Line (TN 74 AA 9339) for the past 3.5 years. On 14th January 2015 my car met with an accident in Nagercoil and the car was sent to the Tirunelveli distributor SUSEE for the repair & recovery. The accident happened on 14.01.2015, the 2nd day after the 60, 000 km service was done by the Susee Automotive Pvt. Ltd. on 12th January 2015. After the service the car was in good condition without any problem. The engine gasket has been replaced according to their suggestion. But after the accident, when the car was there in the service station, I encountered a lot of issues with the people there. The issues are listed below. i. Mr. Ramanathan, the body shop manager, was irresponsible in providing necessary information about the service requirements. He rarely attends my phone call and provides fake information. ii. Mr. Vinodh, the service manager, provides irrelevant information and he used to criticize me for any question raised. iii. When the car was taken for service they promised me to deliver the car within 30days. Finally after a long struggle for about 4 months, I got my car delivered on 9th May 2015. I was shocked to see my car due to the following reasons. Susee Automotive Pvt. Ltd. didn’t care for the satisfaction of the customer. The stickers on the window glass which were pasted to close the window opening on the event of accident were not removed and when I asked them, they told me that the stickers cannot be removed. But when I scratched with my nails it went off, without creating any mark on the paint. The paint of the car that hit my car appeared over the Teflon coat in my car and when I asked them to clear it, they told me that it was not under the insurance cover. But when I rubbed it with a cloth and cleaning solution, it disappeared. I paid for Teflon coating separately. They haven’t even cleaned the floor mat inside my car properly, even though I paid separately for the interior cleaning. The engine has a noise that sounds like an old lorry / tempo. The car automatically rises in RPM level when it is in ON state. The front left seat window glass has got stuck and it cannot be opened. In the bill Rs. 32, 000/- has been charged for replacing the entire right side frame. But it seems only a portion is replaced and the remaining portions are with the same old scratches. The vibration of body is felt very badly. These things happened after the insurance amount has been claimed and a huge extra amount of Rs. 1, 03, 000/- (One Lakh & Three Thousand) paid from my pocket. To my disappointment even after a heavy claim from the insurance & from my hand, these people couldn’t carry-out simple repair works stating that it was very risky. There were no enough service engineers in the service station. I love my car and I didn’t want to give it up even under the suggestion from my well-wishers after the accident. But due to lack of service by these heartless people I hate driving my car. You might think that, the accident would be so horrible that it has taken around 4 months to recover the vehicle. The accident just happened while I was inside my car which was parked in front of a school and a Volkswagen Polo that came that way hit my car. As a Doctorate in mechanical engineering, I don’t understand the need for 4 months to repair a vehicle when 25 Volkswagon cars are coming out every 60 minutes. I am not an illiterate person to believe whatever they say. I feel ashamed to tell that the Volkswagen service station (Susee Automotive Pvt. Ltd., Tirunelveli) itself couldn’t do well. The Volkswagen service station should be ashamed to run a service station, without enough workers with them. I wonder how a world class car manufacturing company has given the dealership to such a low rated showroom with no one taking up the responsibility. Prior to this for more than 20 years, I have owned other brand cars and out of them this is the worst service station I have ever seen. I need compensation for the reckless work and for the delay in delivery. I expect proper immediate response from the authorities, failing which I will be forced to seek social media for attention.

          Hi team, I am submitting my report on the issues that I face while driving polo gt tsi. I bought this new Polo GT TSI in last week of march this year only and its only 1500 km driven till now but there are few issues which I m facing while driving. Please see below Issue1: While driving through all the gears I feel jerk in all of them, when I checked with one of my frnd who too drive the same model told me that he doesn't feel any jerks un gear shifting. It seems that there is problem with my vehicle only. Idsue2: In traffic condition when driving is mostly 2nd and 3rd gear only, I feel that driving is not very comfortable. Car jerks a lot. Also when car is slowing down from 3rd to 2nd gear and rpm touches to 2000rpm in 2nd gear. Then when I try to accelerate I feel that car is not picking up the power, though engine revs as what I feel from that car's sound but it doesn't pick up untill the rpm comes down to lower and speed comes down and then it takes power.. This is very disturbing when driving in traffic. As I feel that there is some issue either with the the clutch system or with the gear box itself.               I had booked a POLO COMFORT LINE Diesel on 27.4.2015 till date there is no concrete or assurance about the Delivery date from the Dealer at Pondicherry.                     I had given my car for servicing in the 'Autobahn volkswagen' service center in kurla in january for the repair work of the accident job. Since the price quoted by them was very high, i decided to move the car out and get it done form outside. My car was not in working condition when i towed out my car from the service center, i couldnt check everything. But i did see that the viper and Mirror glass was missing and i immediately reported the same to my advisor. He arranged another mirror glass for me and asked me to wait for viper, hence i decided to take it later since i was getting late. After a month when my car was again brought in the running condition, i noticed that there were other parts missing too, which included Rear right door window motor, tail lamp bulbs, and also wiring of the headlamps. I reported this to the bodyshop managers of the service center and they said they weren't responsible for the loss since the car was repaired outside. There was no chance that the garage person could have removed those parts since he has been repairing my cars since long time. Volkswagen service center also said that they didnt have CCTV cameras installed in their workshop so that i could check anything. Really very dissappointed with the kind of service volksagen provided and also with the replies I got from the managers there.

                      Am really sad to write that VW has given its dealership to a dealer who has no idea or expertise to handle/diagnose a problem /complain that persists even after giving my vento 6 times for a buzzing noise in the ac. It's been 3 yrs that I have been complaining abt the problem and every time I am given a different reason or just said that the problem is solved.they have even told me that they have changed the compressor 3 yrs back but still the problem persist .had given by car on the 2nd of May 2015 and told the chief technician of the problem who assured that it would be solved, was given my car back after 3 days and the noise still did nt stop, was again called back on 11th may and it's been 6 days that the car is with them and still not repaired and they have no clue of the problem my car number is MH12GV 4629 and every time I go there there have to waste my petrol time and money without any results .This has been going on from last 3 yrs i[censored] see the history of my car

                        I just seened that all of the vechicles(vento, polo) having valve cover leaking. you where you are only giving 2 years warrenty after two years the valve cover is leaking. For the companey's good future and good name please solve all the problem
                        I have a vento car, and my car have valve cover leaking and a huge amount of money need to replace it.
                        II just seened that all of the vechicles(vento, polo) having valve cover leaking. you where you are only giving 2 years warrenty after two years the valve cover is leaking. which means that it is a production coplaint and you must replace it.I hope that you can solve it

                          my vento no. DL12C6364 was taken for change of motor as AIR NOT COMING FROM CENTRE AC VENT on 12.5. 2015 but later in afternoon declined that parts not available and the car sent back. Its really not fair, I have always sent my car to the authorised serv. center
                          hopeless service by sevice center highly disappointed
                          next time have to think buying a vento car

                            I have purchased a new VENTO HIGHLINE in April 20 14. In last service on august 2014 i got changed CLUTCH PLATES due to full depreciation within 3 years 4 months of purchase. Today my car service is due and send my car to UDAIPUR SHOWROOM. I was shocked to hear from your service advisor that CLUTCH PLATES is finished again and when i asked the reason he told me i m not a good driver. Sir i am having 3 cars and driving from last 15 years. Within 8 months how clutch plates depreciated fully again??? Whether new clutch plates were inserted in last service or not?? Whether new clutch plats were inserted correctly or not??? Is second hand clutch plates were inserted last time???

                              Hello, I have purchased the New Vento (1.6 MPI-Highline) on January 5th . I discovered in April that the pedestal light on driver end was missing. When I went to showroom it was found that the part itself was missing . Showroom representative agreed to replace it. I also complained that there is a vibrating sound from the right door whenever speed goes above 60. A month later I don't have the part yet as seems VW has stopped manufacturing it. Meanwhile I went for a highway ride and found that the driver side indicator was dangling from its position due to highway ride. It was working fine but was not properly fit and hence dangling. If this wasn't enough, the front right wheel started vibrating with the change in gear. It was as if the wheel would come out. With every shift in gear above 40 the engine would race and was gaining unusual acceleration.I had to rush to showroom to get it checked. What was discovered is that there is some RPM issue in car related to clutch plate. To my horror it was told that some rubber part has got burnt due to over heat due to frequent change in clutch. I am being asked to pay 25000 for the replacement. My car has run close to 3000 Kms only and in city conditions I don't believe any one can drive without changing clutch. The car is as new as a never used car. I am a seasoned car owner as this is not my first car. A vehicle if breaks down without a collision before even 6 months, won't you think the quality of product has been highly compromised. I have a driving experience of more than 7 years and none of my previous cars ever gave me such experience.I purchased VW with a faith that I am investing my money with the right possession. Unfortunately I seem to be horribly wrong with this assumption .I never expected that this so called German Technology would fail in the first trimester itself.

                                My apologies, the mail would take at least ten minutes to read and I have suffered these struggles in a span of just 15 months I am Arish and I own TN 40 J 2514 (Volkswagen Vento), It is very disappointing for me to write this mail in regard with the poor quality of service which has been rendered. I am highlighting the series of event which has happened to this poor vehicle. 1. All of a sudden the wind screen started cracking down for no reason and after a great difficulty and quarrel i had got it changed. It is still surprising for me that when you replace the wind screen why is the charge for fixing paste is collected. Isn’t that part of your service? 2. Around 6000 Kms of car usage i had the problem of vibration while applying brakes. The same was reported to the show room and they gave me a feedback that the disc had the problem of dust accumulation and the same has been cleaned, but the actual thing was that the disc has been skimmed and it was not brought to my knowledge - (You can very well check the car history on your system there is no entry of this complaint at all) 3.Car had to meet with an accident and the same for given for repair against the insurance claim. I was informed that both the doors on right hand side will be replaced. The same has been placed but please look into the quality of work that has been done. The front door and the back door are not been aligned properly and the beeding which holds the mirror from outside is not been fixed properly. The worst part here no one has ever bothered to have the same fixed after several complaints. 4.I had some vibration sound from the left hand side door. The supervisor called me up and told me that the door beeding needs to be changed and would cost me 500 Bucks. Still surprised how come the car gets worn out with one year .I am owning two more cars namely Indica and swift desire, these low end vehicles does not carry any type of silly complaints like yours. 5. During the door beeding change i had also again reported that the front disc burns to much of heat, but still the service center guys shut my mouth stating that the same is because of dust. The problem still persisted. 6. The recent complaint - Car had run upto to 16000 Kms and still i found that the vibration while applying brakes. This made me annoying and left the car at your service station asking them to please rectify the same, At last it was known that the rotor had some problem and it took two days to inform me the same. Losing my temper i had asked people to change the rotor using the Guarantee period but the reply took one day. Only after me insisting that i wanted to speak to General manager, your CRM Came into picture and solved the issue in hours. 7.While leaving the car for the problem rectification your mechanical supervisor had a check on car for any body damages. He supervised the car and took note of the scratches and i was beside him, He had got to miss out some damages which i highlighted him and he made a note those as well. But when the car was delivered i found the car had few more damages near to the front wheel. The dispute was highlighted then and there but it was informed to me that the car had damages before it had come into the show room. when the car was delivered the new damages even had paint marks on it proving that the damage was fresh but still the supervisor argued and told the problem is from my side. Please have this issue looked in from customer point of view, i as a customer had highlighted the damage of my car even when the supervisor did not notice. If the dent on top of the front wheel and right side door is from my end i would have surely accepted it but i had seen this damage with paint marks on it and argued with the supervisor that the damage is fresh and has nothing to do with me. But the supervisor just insisted that he had made note of this damage when the car was given for the mechanical repair which i feel cheated. Considering the stubbornness from the Supervisor the doubt stands clear that the car has got damaged only in your show room because the supervisor did not even take a minute to check with the people who took the car for trial or the mechanic who did the car repair. It clearly showed the attitude of the supervisor that he was trying to save someone and was happy in turning the complaint towards customer. Car was there in your workshop for 04 full days, I claim the car has been hit only in your show room, please prove me wrong with solid evidence (apart from the supervisor’s note as I feel it is done only for eye wash )that it is not from your side i would definitely pay a premium for the investigation I also wish to share my decision on my car. I was a proud owner till now and am regretting for taking a Volkswagen. I personally feel the car has some mechanical defect from birth and my bad luck the car has been tagged to me. I would have come to show room for at least 10 times for simple and unknown problems which has happened only to my car, I stay in Mettupalayam and the car costs me INR 500 Petrol charge for the up and down drive from show room which i feel it is a pure waste of wealth and strength. My car is under finance and i have paid 15 months tenure now i have made up my mind to leave the car at the show room itself and you can redeem my balance from this car. I would be happy if i could get an last drop from your show room to Toyota show room where i can buy a trustworthy car and service.

                                  i have a polo pb 10 cy 4167 lally motors ludhiana have extreme bad service and they fail to diagnose problems themselves . i booked an appointment for service and due to mother's accident i failed to get it done and they called me 15 times in 20 days on being told that i will get appointment myself again after i am free from hospital. and when after service i got a call for feedback i told them my major problem of car wasnt solved that is the door opener/handles are so stiff that one of it has come out fully. and they failed to replace it . and asking me to remind them about the car pick up to solve this problem. while appointment they can call for 15 times and when it time for them to actually remember about car pick up to solve problem they ask me to remind them one day before.. my car race also stops working on its on in mid way on highways and city, it becomes fully disfunctional which could cause major damage .

                                    Dear Sir/Ma'am, I own a Volkswagen Polo TDI and I have a issue regarding wheel alignment and balancing of my vehicle from a long time. On the first car service, I mentioned about the problem of car steering pulling towards left, they said it's car wheel alignment and balancing issue and they'll fix it and charged me amount for it. They delivered my car the same day assuring the car service is well done and all issues are fixed. I experienced the same problem of wheel alignment when I was driving back home from service centre. The next day I registered a complaint against the poor services. It's been thrice I've already sent my car to service centre regarding the same issue and still my problem is unsloved. Last night, I was driving back home, on the way, I put some break to reduce car speed, the moment I applied the brakes the car steering pulled my car towards left and unfortunately I met with an accident. I blame and Claim Volkswagen India for the worst services ever and putting their customers into trouble. I want an action regarding Volkswagen India for the worst services and giving false satisfaction to customers regarding services.

                                      i'm not a proud owner of a VW Polo RJ14 CT 6602 I'm utterly disappointed with the service VW gives, I feel I made a mistake to buy one, I went against the current and bought a VW Polo while everyone I knew advised me to buy a Maruti Swift, and now I'm paying the price for my decision. My car had a collision on the 30th of march 2015 and its the 5th of may today and the car has still not been repaired, I understand my car is the only car in the workshop but its been over a month now. I was told my car will be returned to me before the 10th I agreed, just yesterday I got a MISS CALL, not even a call, to which I had to call back and find out that the delivery is going to be delayed my another week...I mean if VW can't do up in a month its sad to say but VW is USELESS in INDIA. This is why VW will never become no.1 in India... Disappointed I should have bought a Swift!!

                                        Hi, Ref RSA no [protected], I met with an accident of 28 Apt at Lohpatti at 10 PM and there was extremely poor service from RSA. It was remote location and I was there at the location without food and water for more than a day. I spoke to multiple people at RSA and every time commitments failed and wrong info shared. Initially it was informed to me that Toing vehicle has a breakdown at Jamshedpur, then next day came to know it got breakdown at Dhanbad and it will be reaching in the morning at 9 AM. Again informed to me that again vehicle has some problem and it will come at 11 AM. Again at 11 Am it was informed to me that it will come in next 1 Hr, then 15 mins, so on and so forth... Finally one maruti omni has come in the night at 8 PM and car to can toind has been done from Lonpatti to Bokaro. Next day after my follow ups it was informed to me that there is only one toing vehicle available with Vilkswagen RSA service provide in Jharkhand and currently it can not be shifted to Ranchi nearent service centre as vehicle has some problem. Finally RSA has done can to can toing to Ranchi and Vehicle reached Ranchi at 10 PM. So finally my Car reached Ranchi on the third day in the night. Because of which I have lost lot of time, could not able to attend my relative marriage, missed out my official meeting. So I had a big loss as far as mental and monitory both are concerned. I had a plan to buy Vento now. Let me know why should I go for Vento now...Brand like VW has really let me down, why should not I go for any other brands if I am getting such a pathetic service from VW. Already two of my friends has purchased Vento after my reference. Now I will share my experience with all my friends and will tell them not to go for VW...and let me know how VW is going to compensate my loss...moreover surely I will go to consumer forum and see to it that I get proper judgement...Awaiting for your immediate response on this serious matter.
