CCR 19446 not seriourly attended. Service people are always on lunch time till 3 pm. Multiple call made. Not serious about customer. 1st, 2nd servicing done from them only. Guwahati service centre SM Autokraft Pvt Ltd Over charging for service 2.5 lakhs. Vehicle was given & it was non accident & regular service. Created service problem after 2 times service from them ( Guhawati ). Veh not able to start. Engine failure in just 2 years. Service not consumer friendly. Very Bad behaviour.
