I bought a Polo new version on 31st July 2014. Reg No TN12D2865. Now the clutch and flywheel is gone and it has to be replaced. They are telling the reason o[censored]sage. I am driving for the last 12 + years and I will not give the car to driver or anyone else. It is single handed so far and I have with me currently 2 more cars (Maruti and Toyota ). No need to tell me how to use it. As I am not getting proper response from the dealer I want to talk with Volkswagon directly and hear from them. Moreover it isn’t even 8 months since the purchase and It is a manufacturing defect I need a good response from Volkswagon and hope you will replace the clutch and flywheel. Even I have availed your full AMC and both HDFC and Bajaj Insurance.

    sir, ihave purchased polo on 20/10/2012, now i am facing so much of starting problem, at the start of the day is starting good but i[censored] stop at for while after going to about 100 km it becoming very difficult for me to start again, in the middle of the journey iam helpless, ihave contacted for roadside assistance, but they told me huge price for taking of my vehicle to the nearest service station ie.at vizag but there no service statation at vizag, they gave me a nasty suggestion that i have to go to guntur or bhubeneswar.it is very shame on volkswagon company to establish a servy at vizag .now a days many companies coming to interiror places and establishing service centers but day by day ur company is degrading .then what is the fun in buying ur vehicles i[censored] donot provide service. suggest me whetre do iget service to my polo. chasis no is wvwk126xdto19698. i will tell every corner and all nerreast and my friends that nobody buy volkswagon vehicle eventhough it is good its service is useless. i[censored] continue this saga u will be at the bottom shortly . giving advertisments in news papers is not enough, maintaince good relations with custermors and best service are also carries a lot in market existance.waiting for ur reply at the earliest. email id is [protected]@gmail.com

      When I was changing the tire the jack fell out after it I called to the people for the insurance and they arrived and tried to change the tire and happen the same incident the jack fell out again. The jack for the Venture has a bad design and it is a safety alert, I need have a conference with the people in VW India in order to explain better and request the corrective action.

        Dear Sir, Trust you're doing well. I'm an owner of Vento Comfortline Diesel Model Car of your company having Registration Number- HR 12 U 6266. I got my car serviced on 6th February 2015 from your Dealership at Rohtak, Haryana. It was second Service of my car. I work in Delhi which is around 80 Kms from Rohtak. The card started giving on the very next day of getting the same serviced. The indicator was blinking refering to trouble in the Engine Management System. I called the Service Office at the Dealership and he told me that its a small trouble and suggested me to either bring car back to Rohtak or take it nearest Volkswagen Service Center. He also assured that car will not breakdown at all. I took it to nearest Service center at Moti Nagar, Delhi. They got it checked and told me there was some issue with the Air Filter which they have reset and it will not give trouble. The indicator referring to Problem with Engine Management System again started blinking the next day. I thought to take it back to Rohtak Service Center but wasn't able to take leave because of Year End Work pressure. One fine day when I was driving to my office, the second indicator referring to trouble in Engine Purification System, lit up. I slowly drove my car to my office. That prompted me to call the Customer Care to complain about the service, who instead of giving help referred my case to the same service Center at Rohtak. Rohtak delaership called me and asked me to bring car to Rohtak Service Center and once again assured me that its a small problem and will be rectified in 15-20 minutes. I showed my apprehension to theme that car might breakdown while driving 80-100 Kms to Rohtak. They assured me that nothing will happen as this is a small problem. I took my car to the service Center on Saturday, 14, March 2015. After Checking they told me that there was some wiring and connector issue as current is not passing through properly and the same will have to be changed and cost will be approx. Rs. 1600. I got a call again in the evening from the service Center that they have changed the connectors but problem still persists and i will have to leave my car with them for one more day. I got a call this morning from them that they have found out the fault and there is wiring issue in the engine and 3 wires needs to be changed and the cost of the same is Rs. 6000. I want to understand that if there was wiring issue in the engine then how come connectors were replaced on the first day. I'm highly dissatisfied by the Service provided by Volkswagen India. Firstly, my car which was fine develops a snag just after getting the same serviced. Secondly, the service Center people kept assuring me that problem is small, then how come a small problem is being diagnosed after keeping vehicle for 2 days and cost of small problem is Rs. 6000. I don't know but I feel service was done by incompetent people and car developed problem during the Service. My car has clocked only 32, 000 Kms and if the car develops wiring issues in short time, then I really doubt the quality of product manufactured by Volkswagen. If a customer has to shell out Rs. 20, 000 Bucks for every service then I think its better to use Taxis and rather than buy a Volkswagen Car. I'm a loyal customer of Volkswagen. I have two Volkswagen Cars, One Vento and One Polo but I somehow feel cheated now. I bought Volkswagen Cars because of the brand trust and quality of Cars your make but I don't think its the case anymore. I use to have Maruti Esteem Car before this and trust me I didn't had any major issues with the car and I clocked 1.5 L Kms with that car. I was thinking of bettering that experience but in turn I'm disappointed. Even your customer care is of no help as they redirected my complaint to the same service center instead of taking any action against them and helping me out by getting my car rectified at the nearest service station.                 Dear Sir in December 2014, i purchase a second hand POLO Trend line diesel car . I got it service done from Volkswagen Ludhiana showroom in December. Its a Sep 2013 Model, company cover warranty for 2 years for its all cars Last week engine was having some problem then we visited nearby service station and they said that its repair will cost Rs 155000/- and nothing will be covered in warranty as you've missed 2 services . As per company's norms service must be done after every 15000 kms . Please suggest what to do, whether i'll get it repaired on company's cost or i've to bear it Regards Mukesh Bhardwaj [protected]

                  Sir/Madam I mr.Prakash N.Hanamannavar purchased a New Polo TDI from kumar autos Belgaum, and paid all the amount before getting the vechile delivery, and handed my exchange vechile on 29th itself. When my new vechile was ready for delivery i found a dent on my vechile which was bought to sales personals notice for which he has agreed to pay a amount of rs.5000/-, for which i recived a cheque and the cheque has bounced. Then the other issue croped up underinsurance of vechile as per the rule it is said to be 5% discounted IRV value for ex-showroom price but my vechile was insured at 20% discount on IRV value, which was bought to your service persons notice but nothing has done until now, whenever we call it is told that the concerned person is busy.

                    Sir, I had purchased Polo GT 1.2 TSI about 11 months back Reg.No. DL3CBW 2822. Here is the Ordeal i had to go through because i bought a Volkswagen: 1. Defective Alternate On 17-Feb-15 the car was sent to the Service Station where there was a defect noted in the Car and i was informed that the Car Alternate was defective and has to be Changed. As per them the defective alternator is a result of Poor Quality Controls at the your Facotry, which i agree with the dealer. After the change of the Alternator my car had a Noise from the engine. 2. The Car has an abnormal noise from the Right Side Engine Compartment. Since the car was under Warranty it was given to the Frontier Automobiles who had take our car on 02-Mar-15 and returned after keeping it for 2 days. The Noise persisted and the car is still having the noise. As i write you the Noise is still coming and i dont know where do i take my car to as dealer is incompetent to correct the Noice? 3. Cheap/Defective Seat Cover given. After spending almost Rs.9.40 Lacs on the car, i was informed that as per the company policy Leather seat covers are not given as a standard feature. I asked the Dealer to arrange the same and the same was done by him but the quality and feel of the seat was PATHETIC. It looks like it was done by some cheap shopkeeper. I am truly disappointed with the Quality Standard of Volkswagen, the Car is a Useless if there is no After sale service. After Driving the Car for 11 months there is my advice: 1. Beautiful Car, Extraordinary Gear Shift, Handling is truly German. 2. USELESS Marketing Strategy. 3. NO leather Seat Covers, No reverse assisted Camera, NO LED. (Increase the price by few more thousands to add the above features and Further Improve the quality of your staff) Your marketing strategy is Useless as if fails to identify the requirement of a customers. You have one strategy for all customers which is foolish as if fails to go in the details and experience of the Car driving. A beautiful Car married to a HORENDOUS Strategy/Incompetent Dealers? I am extremely disappointed and bit hurt by my experience. Anuj

                      I have been visiting VW gajuvaka service center (Survey No 62/1 & 65/1c, Mindi Village, Opp Bhpv, Beside Chowhan Exports, Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam,
                      Andhra Pradesh). From December 2014 (+ 10 times) and no one has addressed my issue . As i have some painting and some parts need to replace in my Car .


                      Every time i visits service center they are saying parts not available and they are saying that i need to travel 700kms to get parts (Other service center in Guntur location) .

                        i purchased vento car from samarth cars pvt. lmt. gwalior on 22nd dec 2014, but i didn't received my second key that day.i received my second key on 23rd jan along with temporary registration of my car. i was not in need of my second key so i didn't used it neither did i checked it for i took it for granted as i have heard of world class service provided by volkswagen. After few days i had police at my doorstep with a case of stolen vento and i was shocked to know that the second key which i had with me belonged to the car which was stolen. On top of that police also showed me my original second key which they recovered from owner of stole vento. This clearly shows that there was an exchange of keys which took place at dealers level which created this chaos.i am extremely upset and depressed to see police at my place that too because of stupidity of dealer. The car dealer has not provided me with any information about exchange of keys, nor are they cooperating. Please take a serious action about this unprofessional behaviour shown by dealers. STOP GIVING YOUR NAME TO SUCH . please do inform me about the action you will take because i have a legal case of breach of trust waiting for you.
                        Yes it is extremely upset and depressed to see police at your place that too because of stupidity of dealer
                        And of course this is serious matter and responsibility of Volkswagen

                          Hello, I have Volkswagen vento TDI with registration no. MH 48 E 3555. Few months back I had car breakdown because of fuel injector failure. That problem was solved in Volkswagen Thane workshop, Mumbai by replacement of fuel injector. Today, the same problem occurred at roadside. We missed our flight and got tremendous lose. We bought the Volkswagen's car for its quality and reliability. Today, we completely disagreed with Volkswagen's quality and reliability. Tomorrow I am going to visit Volkswagen Thane workshop.                               I purchased a new car Volkswagen polo comfertline from shreekripa authorised showroom, City - Nashik, State- Maharashtra, INDIA on 30 March 2011. There is no doubt that it is a good car in this segment, everyone like this car and everyone would like to buy a new car to have trouble free smooth driving and i did it.

                              but later i got such experience to be with Volkswagen -

                              on 30 March 2011, i purchased the car and i was very happy and had huge trust on Volkswagen,
                              later,

                              on 5 Aug 2011, i reported steering noise and rattling noise from under-body the kilometer was 5, 170

                              on 4 Nov 2011, i reported noise, but later in-charge person told its from rear side, so we will diagnose it and get it done. km were 10, 385

                              on 15 Feb 2012, i went for 1st service that time apart from periodic maintenance there was noise problem reported, so later adviser told its noise from doors so said it will be re aligned. km were 15, 246

                              on 3 April 2012, i reported noise from rear breaks, and steering. km were 17, 941 (according to your authorized dealer they have done steering work, so if it was done then shall not come again so early)

                              on 7 May 2012, car was taken for brake noise, and all door noise . km were 19, 856.

                              on 5 jun 2012, car was taken again regarding unusual noise coming from front side, so authorized
                              dealer told its from suspension, so noise near front suspension was diagnosed. km 21, 220


                              on 6 July 2012, car was reported for steering noise, it was mentioned that steering noise at the time of taking turn on both sides, km 25, 469.

                              on 24 Aug 2012, car was reported and taken by adviser for engine vibration check, steering noise, all door setting check. km 28, 140

                              on 13 Sep 2012, car was taken for 2nd servicing, apart from maintenance work there was noise from dash board, steering. km 29, 622

                              on 18 Sep 2012, car was taken for engine vibration check. km 39, 520.
                              in this visit removing, refitting work was done and charges was applicable
                              this thing has to be saluted on 13 sep 2012 car km was 29, 622 and on 18 sep km is 39, 520
                              and repair order date is of 25 Aug 2012. how kilometers are also manipulated or not maintained

                              Mean while i don't remember exact date, and kilometers there was vibrations from engine room, i reported about it, but i was told every thing is fine nothing to worry and later in few weeks in sudden my car gave tremendous vibration and noise from engine side. i switched off car opened bonnet
                              it was seen engine was loose from foundation, the car was taken to authorized service center, their they diagnosed engine foundation bolt was broken.
                              after prior checkup and reporting problem i have to face this breakdown and suffer for this negligence.

                              Is Volkswagen bolts so weak they get broke ...?

                              on 2 Oct 2012, car was taken for steering noise, body noise and wheel Bering noise. km 30, 973

                              on 27 Nov 2012, car was taken for noise, and adviser has told its from front l/h wheel. km 34, 397

                              on 6 Feb 2013, after showing to adviser and as per his diagnosis car was taken for under-body noise,
                              description were shock absorbs, wishbone mounting, removed and refitted. km 37, 971

                              on 23 Mar 2013, car was shown and by adviser it was taken for rattling noise from front left side under-body. km 37, 980

                              on 23 April 2013, it was 3rs service and according to adviser apart from maintenance, after his checking there were door setting for all sides required as there was noise, there was noise in steering and horn was to be done greasing, left door power window noise, rear sear noise. km 45, 072
                              on same date one more invoice i had received, it was under body noise check there was replacement of track control arm done. and km 41, 208

                              on 5 July 2013, there was rear left side quarter panel touch-up, and tail light replaced
                              but later after getting touch-up work done in authorized center color shade changed,
                              and this is clearly quality compromise done by Volkswagen. km 50, 500

                              on 30 Sep 2013, there was brakes noise, body noise after inspecting by adviser car was taken.
                              km 54, 784

                              on 8 Jan 2014, car was taken for 4th servicing and apart from maintenance problems were checked and noticed door setting, rear seat noise. km 60, 894

                              on 26 Jun 2014, it was 75, 000 maintenance apart from the maintenance aft checking by adviser there was to checked suspension & bush, check all seat noise, check all windows noise when up and down, all door noise trim noise.
                              in description there was seat frame, front removed & re-installed.
                              and same time it was broken. km 74, 454

                              on 12 Sep 2014, aft analyzing by adviser car was taken for suspension noise, dash board noise, under-body noise. km 79, 763

                              on 22 Dec 2014, after checking by adviser car was taken for suspension noise front, and other front noise.
                              description was sub-frame removed & re-installed, etc.. km 83, 700.


                              within a year or near by after purchase of vehicle, there was color crack seen on roof and later there was rust to it,
                              the pictures were taken and answered will talk to company and update according to it and resolve problem.

                              on the 22 Dec work done, later it was found subframe support chassic bolts were almost 40% loose,
                              another support is missing, steering coloum cover was found on floor in side car,

                              After purchasing a brand new vehicle and a product of Volkswagen is this service, maintenance, and value for customer.

                              how many times human error shall be neglected,

                              how many times and years car shall be taken for re-pairs...?

                              what was wrong with car that its 3yr and 10 months i am repeatedly doing repair works of brand new car...?

                              according to me if it takes so long to repair and diagnosis then car has got manufacturing defect,
                              company shall give replacement, rather then keeping and repairing and wasting customer time.
                              why there is quality compromise done by Volkswagen...?

                              why there is compromise done with vehicle safety ...?

                              why car parts are missing...?

                              your people say the work of car is done according to standards of Volkswagen,
                              so are this standards of Volkswagen...?

                              and customer care department higher authority people, keep on giving assurance and no action is taken, neither answers call back.
                              so this is Volkswagen customer care department.

                              this is Volkswagen product value...?

                              do you respect customer time...?

                              its really big disappointment to be with Volkswagen, and at the end you say sorry which you don't mean it .

                              if Volkswagen is really there to give brand value to their product and give true Justice to customer for such harassment, they shall give bench mark resolution let the other people also know how Volkswagen respect customer and give them & their product value.

                              waiting for positive reply from Volkswagen, hope you do it

                              i have got few pictures of work done according to Volkswagen standards,
                              and how on few points customer safety is compromised...and what all will be more it will be surprise.

                              i am looking forward with vehicle replacement as, till today my history is in front of you and i don't want this vehicle to be repaired for more as its dne repairs works for more than 3 yrs, as there are safety parts missing, compromise done with quality, wasted 3 yrs for repair new car which today we know and what all will be more that no one knows.

                              Thank you, hope volkswagen stand by their product and shows the value by their own decision, and hope dosent say we will repair vehicle and return back, which i m doing since long.

                                01/03/2015 Vehicle POLO ( Comfort line), 18, 200 kms. completed. My vehicle is under extended warranty. This Feb it has completed 2 yrs & 4 months. In past 2 years vehicle was taken to service center in Thane, many times for attending odd noise coming from the vehicle when it is nearing to halt. Every time it was sent back without rectifying the complaint as exact cause was not identified. Now recently the noise has stopped and KHAD KHAD noise and looseness in suspension has started coming while driving on rough road. After attending the vehicle it is observed that Right side Front shock absorber has failed. I would like to know weather the failure of shock absorber is due to problem observed since last 2 years. Also does this shock absorber replacement is covered under warranty?

                                  Jetta vehicle TS 09 ED 0067 bought in Nov 2014 was registered on Feb 23rd 2015 at Hyderabad, khajaguda work shop for replacement of doors. Replacement of doors is required, due to auto hit. Required formalities have been completed. There is no intimation about the availability of doors and no responsible person to answer. Through this Forum, i request to look into the issue and get it resolved by replacing the doors.

                                      Dear Volkswagen, This is inform to you that what in actual your dealer is dealing with a customer. My name is Naveen arya residence of rohtak city. I booked a polo car on oct 13, 2014 at your local dealer (Bad war cars pvt ltd).Also, I deposited 50000 in cash(fifty thousand rupees) in the favor of advance booking. But due some problem I cancelled my booking and asked to my return of booking amt (fifty thousand). But Mr.Amit Badhwar who is the owner of the badwar cars pvt ltd denied to returned the payment .When I asked a reason for the denying he said you have to buy this car otherwise bear some loss and he made a story that we will offered the discount to the other dealers and discount amount will be bear by you (customer). After a few days, I asked for the details for the same from his GM (mr.Davender) .He said we sold a car in 25000 rupees less to our Ludhiana dealer .I requested him please make me a confirm with the Ludhiana ‘s dealer. Suddenly, he said mr amit badhwar will do the same. Then I called to mr.amit again asked for the same and he said we have sold a car to our Jammu's dealer. But, still no one confirm for the same. I am accepting appropriate answer from company side.
