Sir I am the owner of vento 2011 model my vehicle number is UP 32 DQ 3655. My vehicle broke down midway last year in april. The car was taken to the service centre Viraj distributors in lucknow after making me visit the centre for 8 to 9 times for 2 months the gave me the car quoting some injector problem and replacing one injector under good will warranty as my car had run approx 8000kms only. Again after two months the same problem cropped up and since then I have spent almost 50, 000 rs on this car and once again today my car broke down mid way some engine pipe bursted and 5 to 7 litres of diesel got wasted. Sir the distributors here keep my car of weeks and months and are still not being able to solve my problem all injectors and some pipe has been replaced and still the problem sustains. A lot more complains are needed to be conveyed I request vw to contact me as I am now fed up of this vehicle. Contact details [protected]

    Dear sir, I am having your volkswagon Polo Car top Model . i am facing a problem regarding check engine & heater sign is blinking on meter. This problem is coming from One and half year and till now. After dropping my car to your different volkswagon workshop in different cities which are:- karnal, chandigarh, Jaipur, Panchkula, hissar, rohtak, panipat. For seven or Eight days in each workshop but there is no permanent solution.so please pay attention towards my complaint

      To, The Manager, Volkswagen Workshop, Sub: Car Service not done properly. Sir, This is regarding my Volkswagen Polo Highline SR Model... Vehicle Number: MH 43 AN 1620... There is so much of rattling sound... As well as sound from all the four door panels. After repeated reminders... And as told by your staff that as there is mounting sound, so they have replaced it... But no it has just been lubricated And told me it has been changed and this is unfair on your end and so I would put this matter to the higher authority for this false commitment. It's my new car almost a year used and the sound is as if it's a taxi, is this the work ul do in the paid service? Your service manager at the Sewri workshop does not know even which parts are company fitted. Being a SR model spoiler, skirting and muffler have been company fitted... And your Manager questions me and tells me it's not company fitted and has a huge arguement over it. Further they informed me that tire rotation has been done, which has not been done cause there was a puncture in one of the tire and that tire hasn't been shifted from its place. This is unfair on your part. As concerned the wheel alignment and balancing has also not been done which was informed to me by your manager and even that hasn't been done. I have even given my car earlier for the same issue but there is no proper service done. If this continues I would not like to do so but without any option left will have to put this matter to the higher authority. I want a proper service done to my car at the earliest.Give me their contact details of the higher authority. I would request you to look into this matter at the earliest.         I am a very disappointed customer of Jetta car which was purchased from Swami Motors, Chandigarh in 2013. On 5th Jan, 2015, my car's Electronic Control System broke down during my road trip from Agra to Chandigarh. Please note that Electronic Control System is heart of a car and it did not even survive 2 years of running. I was forced to leave the car with Volkswagen Noida service station at A-18, Sector 6, Noida under their GM Sumit. During time of leaving the car of 5th Jan, I was told by Gaurav (representative at Noida) and Rohit (Manager at Volkswagen Chandigarh) that the car should be ready with new ECS maximum within a week. Forget a commitment of week, the people at Volkswagen Noida now say that the car will not be ready before 25th Jan. Such a delay in mending/replacing parts by a company leaves a customer with mental trauma and inconvenience. And yet none of the Volkswagen dealers (Noida or Chandigarh) are ready to provide me even a spare car to manage my commute. I would humbly request the forum to please look into such practises where these international OEMs cannot provide timely after sale services to Indian customers. Also these OEMs must provide free access to their spare parts in open market beyond their designated Dealers. Thank you Karan Trehan [protected]

          I have Volkswagen Polo Tradeline model. problem is that poor service and missing parts do not return easily. Workers opens engine easily but not assembled, they said that we are not able to assembled. My car was in running conditions after runned 65 km sounds coming from Engine like kat kat kat kat and we stop the car we toe to the showroom, thye give the reason that this is oil problem but we changed the oil before 900 km then how oil problem was created, oil leakage is also not seemed.And biggest mistake is that from service is they didn't care of car, they park cars outside of showroom and because of that rats cuts my car seat, interior and showroom employer sayid that it is not our responsibility, that is Animal thats is not our fault we cant do any things. The hole problem is created due to carelessness of compnay by creating faulty Engine.

            Dear Team This is something that is really disheartening that your staff is not at all co-operative and this kind of customer sevice is really pathetic. The incident is that i booked an appointment for the engine light sign at my display and it took 30 minutes for you to get me connected to the service advisor. he said you may leave and we will dop you to the mall which is 2 kms away on company vehicle. the receptionist said sir the vehicle is not available you have to wait for 15-20 mins. Or elase we can drop you in your own vehicle. Pathetic ... poor customer service. The worst part is that the driver who came out with my car said that i am not the driver ... i am head of the washing department of this service station. I told him that i am running late to the office and he said that dont worry all your stuff will be saved. I was informed that some part of the vehicle was malfunctioned and it will come in 15 DAYS. IS THAT VOLKSWAGEN ????? 15 days. ... take this piece of back. First there was a parking light issue (ting ting), , , then AC issue... and now this engine part. I am not free to visit your loot station every other day. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER TO BUY POLO. I went to collect my car and Vijesh the service advisor said please check your belongings. OH MY GOD. A bottle of whisky missing. THIEVES YOU ALL ARE First the issue not resolved, and now you started stealing things out of customers car. He called a guy there and he promptly said YES we have kept it in the almirah (why almirah ... customers's partial stuff in your almirah) That was such a foolish answer. There were 3 in the car and only 2 were handed over to me. Vijesh went with the same guy in the corner and came back saying NO sir we do not have it here and indeed I told the driver as well who dropped me that there are 3 in the car. Vijesh knew that it was missing however he was trying to avoid talking to me. I told him to look for it and revert. Even if you do not get it, call me and let me know. BUT WHY WOULD HE. AFTER ALL HE WORKS FOR THIS FOOLISH BRAND VOLKSWAGEN. Dear Team I wish to escalate this matter and I would NEVER EVER buy polo. Also I am marking this email to you Mr Vikas (from yes bank) who has recently booked a car from you guys. VIKAS BUY THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THEY are thieves. Another cc to Jasbir from Chogori India. Planning to buy 6 vehicles for commercial use. Sir this is a faulty brand. Absolute pathetic service. Thieves on top of that. Just take care of your wallet when you go to see the sales guys. I wonder they would steal that as well. I do not wish to speak to anyone from the local team Please escalate this. Stop Stealing. Would put this on my facebook as well.               I booked my car in october 2012, drove 15000 kms almoat in three months. In my first service i was asked to get my brake pads changed. After the first service there was some kind of noice while driving the car. Made a complaint but they said it is gonna decrease after u drive it for sometime. Till my second service the noise remained same and again they asked me to get pads changed . I mean how is it possible. How can somebody destroy those breaking pads within 15000 kms. Then they said it is not covered in insurance. Unfortunately i met wid an accident. They asked me to get 100 % claim n they ll be returning car in 1 month. I went to the showroom after a month after calling hundred of times and i saw my car on same position half sunk in rain water. I asked them to get this car parked in some covered area. One of there employes kept on lieing about the actual condition. I was asked to come back after a week and the car was untouched. I complained to the manager over there. He said he will take inchrge of my car and will report to me about everything. He didnt call me for one week and after that he started lieing about the condition. I went there again then one of there employee said final touching is left n they gonna deliver me the car next day . When i asked them to atleast show me the condition the i got to know about the actual condition. It was still half done. Just the work of denting was done. When i asked the manager he said he ll make sure that they deliver my car in three more days. Went again n yeah this time they did it. Car was fully done but just packed. I was asked to take a test drive. And as soon as i started the car and put the first gear, it went free. I called the manager then he said its not major its easily done just gimme five minutes i ll get it repaired. Then when i took the car for test ride the condition was worst. Now its two months after that my front mirror is not stuck properly, air wings of ac are broken, dont know how, ac pipe is making some kind of noise, noise from brake pads, noise from shockers. I ll specially like to mention that when i asked the employ to make me talk to the manager, both of them started fighting like . No rules. No responsibility. No replies. And at the end they ask us to atleast do t give a bad feedback about there services when we get a call from customer care.

                  Hi, I am crushing myself for buying your 2 cars in just gap of 5 months; 1st Vento ( MH.12.LD. 3001) & 2nd Polo ( MH.12.LP 3793). Reasons : 1. Worst customer care help line : you call them they will ask you questions and finally say that your car is out of road side assistance as its more than 2 years… How can you have a system where a 4 months car is shown as 2 year old. The time for help is more than 45 minutes for main Pune city .. My car Vento MH.12.LD 3001 met with accident on Friday morning.. I called up customer car and the executive after asking me 100 questions finally declared my car out of service for road side assistance as its 2 year old.. Such a big company charging premium on quality and service and this is how they maintain the data.. entire incident Vaibhav the only helpful guy in your entire organisation because of whom I bought the other car was in conference explaining the call centre guy that the car is new. Vaibhav also said to the executive that I will mail you the invoice but first send the help. 2. Finally the person agreed and said it will take minimum 45 minutes or more to get the help. Excellent if you take 45 minutes in city like Pune .. Boat Club road.. main city how can you be trusted for some outstation location. Just to give you an example My friend Ashish has got 12 year old MARUTI ALTO by accident he left the head light switched on. 10.00 PM we were out .. battery drained. He just called Maruti customer care.. 15 minutes shuttle arrived, did the jump start and we were off.. What a Service for 12 year old Alto.. Mine 4 months Vento Paid a premium and look at the service.. 3. I gave my car at BU Bhandari for insurance claim .. Friday around 2 PM. They said Insurance person has left .. Sat being Holiday, Sunday again Holiday. Monday he will come .. we will do survey then we will call you. Ok. Monday I got call that bumper needs to change .. Ok .. When will I get the car in weeks’ time.. Why ? again same answer we have to wait for the Insurance person to process the claim.. we have to paint the bumper and so, , on . So basis the payment received from insurance we will do the work and give you the car but minimum time frame is week more from Monday. 4. My question is : a) Why have I taken a zero dep policy b) Why is such a BIG BRAND Working on the mercy of Insurance policy guy c) Why does a Bumper changing work takes a weeks’ time d) I have not opted for respective insurance company who take so much time .. e) I think you must be getting good commission on the insurance against which you are ready to sacrifice the customer satisfaction 5. When I registered my complain at website I expected a call from the company but Instead I got a call from the dealer . The lady said she will get back to me but in vain. No call till today from the said dealer helpdesk. So it proves that Volkswagen is only interested in selling the cars through dealers and they don’t feel accountable for the service. The website complains are also forwarded to dealers without any check form the company whether they are resolved or not. Believe me I am feeling cheated for paying a premium for your cars.. I am seriously crushing myself for buying the second one… I have lost the entire pride of owing a German car with Volkswagen brand.. Worst customer service.. you are following the SKODA Steps… I will use every media to inform my family my friends so that nobody else faces the problems the way I am facing… I will never ever refer anyone Volkswagen….                     I had given my car for 4th Paid Serivce @ Autobahn Automotive Pvt. Ltd.Off LBS Marg, Kamani Kurla (W) on 9th January 2015 Apart from the regular service, I have requested the service guy to check the following. A. Front Door was not getting locked with the key B. There was a sound while breaking C. Wheel Alignment I have been told that, they will provide me the estimate in sometime before starting any work. Finally estimate reached to me on 12th January 2015 at 11.45 AM, after continuous follow up. The service provided to me was pathetic, least to say. The kind of language used by the service centre people was not acceptable . I haven’t gone there asking some charity from there. No follow up. No communication, if at all they do call, all false commitments. I understand there is work and it needs time, but that needs to be communicated to the customer appropriately. The service manager itself was giving false commitment and was very rude while talking over the phone, leave alone the Service guy. I would not recommend anyone to visit Autobahn Automotive Pvt. Ltd, as they lack in experience in talking to customers. I have also asked to do a Interior cleaning with 3M products. Least to say, the quality is extremely poor. I have done that before in a different service centre and they have done a superb job. But Autobahn is nowhere near and the quality is very poor. Guys – Do a second though before giving your car at @ Autobahn Automotive Pvt Shajith

                      Polo is with Atrica Automobiles, Noida Service centre for more than a month and on every call, its been reverted that we are not able to provide service cause there is non availability of Drivers Airbag. This keeps on repeating for past 1 month. The service of Volkswagen within India is terrible and not to be trusted. I have already logged a complain with the Customer Care but still there is no response from them regarding the status of my complaint. Complaint Number: CCR17698.

                        Hi, I bought a polo in march 2014 . The car was fine till it ran 2600 kms . Then it started having Orange warning (EPC & CATALYST CONTROLLER) signals with regular case of de- acceleration. The car rpm suddenly stops going over 1000. I went to your service center here in Kottayam . They said the problem was solved . It didn't happen for another 100 km. then again it started to light up . I again had to give the car for a period of over a week and Mr.Philip your Gm here said he would take care .. It took them a week and finally said the car was fine . I took it back after which the problem persisted . I then gave the car for ther 6mth regular check Where In it was clearly mentioned that I had this problem . They again said it would be clarified . It didn't work out yet . I had enough and In jan i.e., this month I told them to take the car and give it back or return me new one if the problem still persists .now they say the car had a manufacturing defect with the throttle board and it's being repaired . Why do you think I should take a car with a manufacturing defect . Please sort this out . I bought this car for convenience and now all I have is mental agony and pain. Me Philip is least bothered about the service here . I am ready to go to even the Supreme Court and sue them . Please sort this out ASAP . Call me for any information - 0091 [protected]

                          Hi, Chetan from Aurangabad Maharashtra. I was plaining to buy POLO Comfortline Petrol white in December 2014. We visited the showroom and car was not available. executive told us we will call once it's available. I got call in January first week, that car is available with old price. and this price will be applicable till 10 Jan. After that I used to get call from Executive regarding the same. On 10th When went to showroom for booking, now they are saying car is not available and if you want you will get it after 2 -3 week with new price. I am totally disappointed with the kind of commitment Executive is giving. it's really damaging the brand value of Volkswagen. I will still go for car if i get it with old price.                             Fortunately I am alive and would initially like to wish you all a very Happy and a Prosperous New Year 2015...! Volkswagen a German automobile and biggest automaker in both Germany and Europe, the faith I had in Volkswagen is all gone, after the incident happened on last 29th Dec 2014. My Volkswagen Vento Reg. No.: MH15EB5807 VIN: WVWK13603ET032509 Model: Vento 1.6 CR MT Comfortline, servicing done on 23rd Dec 2014 as said by the advisor by replacing the necessary parts on time. Copy of part replaced details attached. On last 28th Dec 2014 mid night while driving, I came across a speed breaker with no sign board in advance and I had to apply urgent breaks and the very same time heard a noise, after that no control on the vehicle. After calling the volkswagen road side assistance, the recovery van reached next day morning and toed the vehicle to nearest service center (Volkswagen Dhule) 80 Kms from the incident place MadhyaPradesh India Border. When checked the area were the incident happened I found the broken part of break disk which I have kept with me for further investigation. As per my knowledge Break Disk(rotor) is a part made of cast iron and cannot get damaged easily, in this case it was a new one which is broken. After reaching the service center and when dismantled the Right Hand Wheel assembly yesterday, it has come to my notice that the new Break Disk assembled on 23rd was a faulty one (also confirmed with the service advisor Volkswagen Dhule), it can be very clearly viewed that the new assembled break disk was already a cracked one . Photographs of disk attached . I would like to know what kind of spare parts do Volkswagen use at your authorized service center? The spare parts used by Volkswagen do not have any quality checks? What kind of warranty or guarantee do Volkswagen give after your vehicle is serviced from Volkswagen's authorized service center? Why should I bear the cost of all the damage caused, due to this faulty spare parts used by Volkswagen? What kindly of safety do Volkswagen assure for the Indian passengers in Volkswagen?                               very poor service they charged heavy labour charge around 4900 for first service i thought that they charged high labour charge for giving salary to the service people . so distributor not all spend even a single money for running the service section i mean salary for service engineer .

                              Dear sir/Madam,
                              We have given our volkswagen vento car to your authorize service center Automark motors, Ahmedabad since last 15 days but still we didn't get any satisfactory service.

                              We have submitted our car for some noise was there. as per their suggestion the problem was due to radiator spoiler & we confirm to change that part & money paid but problem was as it is.

                              Further, they have given us the commitment that they will do free of coast basis to solve the noise issue.

                              now they have changed the stand & demanding for heavy price to be paid to get my car back which is totally unethical & not expected from Company like volkswegon.

                              We are requesting to interfere for highest satisfaction.

                              We are expecting satisfactory revert within 24hours to avoid further escalation or legal.

                                I have complained about the vehicle AC, Flywheel, Engine sound, suspension several times during warranty period and the service people simply done some adjustment repairs to the vehicle. I have sent several emails to the customer care email but the response is finished by simply giving the workshop managers number. After warranty now I got a list of parts to be replaced as following. Multi clutch Assemby 1 Rs.32100/- Fly wheel assembly 1 Rs.52500/- Ac blower fan 1 Rs.27000/- shock absorber 2 Rs.17100/- rear break caliber assy 1 Rs.12000/- AC climate Controll Unit& ABS control unit 1 each Rs.200000/- Wheel Rim 4 Rs.88000/- Other Suspension parts Rs.10000/- Labour cost extra. Please understand the condition of a vehicle after warranty. How can it to be maintained. I bought the car for Rs.18 lakhs.

                                    Hi All, I was travelled from hyderabad to ongole(380 KM) 2 weeks back and after reaching ongole my car stopped suddenly and road side assistance took my car to nearest showroom i.e Guntur by checking my car they said diesel problem after 3 days again they said injectors problem and now they are saying Rayl and diesel filters problem, It's almost 1 and 1/2 week completed but they didn't get my car back. GJ 01 RB 3637. chassis no. WVWC13609DT047888. ENGINE NO. CLN235220. COLOUR BLUE, IN THE NAME OF DIPALI DHARMENDRA MANDALIA The problem is I am suffuring from heavy smoke comes out from a silencer since last 2 months. i have given to his work shop on 28/12/14. for last 4-5 days they could not find any solution in that. they said this is in warranty period so u dont have to bother for any charges. but from yesterday the said we have to dismental the engine of this car and then we will check the further but for that u might have to pay a charges for that. I have visited myself so i totally disagree with this and said this is company's liability for the solution as its in the warranty period. why should i pay for that. I am really very disappoint with their reply. now my patience is over and i will wait for your kind reply. If decision is not favoring me on monday then i have to take a legal action on this. and may go to a cunsumer court for my satisfaction. Thanking yours Dharmendra.
