I was sold a Motor Insurance policy from National Insurance for my Volkswagen Polo in early September 2014 by your colleague Ms. Yasmeen. I have not yet received my Insurance copy despite the fact that I have been regularly following up with Ms. Pooja (Mobile No. +91 [protected]) since September end. After many follow-ups with Yasmeen and Pooja I had come to realize that Yasmeen had mentioned wrong address in the insurance records despite the fact that I had sent sms of my address twice on her mobile. I called Ms Pooja on 25th Nov to check if she can send me the insurance copy when told me she was having her lunch and promised to call me back. I called her back at 4 PM to remind her when she refused to talk to me and banged the phone in the middle of the conversation. I was taken aback by her reaction because I had not even raised my voice or spoken any ill words. I had sent an email to the service center manager about this issue on 25th Nov itself and called his mobile many times but could not get any response from him. (Email sent is attached herewith as a proof) As a customer I feel helpless as I have paid for the policy in September and still waiting for my copy and the employees are being rude and refuse to talk.

    Dear Sir/Madam I am owning volkswagon polo Nov. 2011 model no. HR 16k 7709. car get serviced 2 months before at Viraj aotomobiles noida at that time left side axle boot found weared and i told them to get changed but the part was not available i ask them to order it and they ordered but the receieved ordered part was defective (metal part & rubber part separate) & viraj automobile service advisor Mr. sushil told me that to visit another service centre named Atrica automobiles p ltd. & assured me that part will be definitely available there i visit atrica automobiles on the same day & meet mrs. vaishali but the part was not available there they told me that they will order the part & receive the part within a week After week they called me to bring the car i visited there and again the same part (metal & rubber part separate) was there . they have wasted almost a day for it and told me that they will again order the part that will cost Rs 5000 and will get the exact part .After a week they again called me to bring the car and the same part was there having tag price Rs 4848 but the part inside was of cost Rs 800. almost a day they have wasted today also and the axle boot not changed since 2 months. As axle is very much important & sensitive part of a vechile if any mishappening occurs due to weared part who will be resposible for it.I got surprised having such a poor service of volgswagon. Sir/Madam, Plz take a serious action to resolve my problem ASAP.

      Respected Sir, I am writing this to express my worst experience I had with EVM Volkswagen showroom, Kottayam. It is regarding my car, VW POLO (KL 23 H 88). My Car's first service was on 26th March 2014. I did not face any issues with the first service. I am quite happy & consent. From hereforth, kindly take note of the following points: My grievances started on 15 July 2014 (Repair Order Number SO142204, Invoice Number KSB1402655). The complaint was Steering noise which was clearly explained to service advisor Mr. Jinson Joseph. As per his advice I left my car for one day at the service centre so that the problem can be rectified. When I came in the evening to collect my car I was shocked to find out the problem was not rectified. Now, the service advisor said it was all dealt with. But when i had a word with the head-mechanic Mr.Ajeesh, the reason provided to me was that service advisor "Mr.Jinson Joseph did not mention this problem on the Job card". I’m shocked to find out that how can your staff be so irresponsible and do not care about the customers grievances regarding his/her own car. This is absurd. Now, going on- I thought that the situation will be changed and my problem would be sorted on my next visit which was on 29th September 2014 (Repair Order Number SO143850, Invoice Number KSB1404623). But wow! the experience was worst than the earlier one!! Car wasn't not only repaired, but when I received the car I noticed that the Left side ORVM was not working which was working perfect when I had given the car for repairs. Also was astonished to find out that there was a scratch in the car due to some carelessness from your staff as well. When I complained the same to Mr. Phips Samuel, General Manager, EVM Volkswagen Kottayam, I was told by to bring the car to the showroom. He promised me that all issues will be sorted and that the scratch marks will be rectified. But no, he didnt even reapond to my calls the day i was asked to get my vehicle there; i.e. the 18th of this month. Now, Is this the response to be expected from a brand name Volkswagen? Well may be, it is that either you are irresponsible or making a fool out of your customer! Sorry to say, We are not done yet- On 12th Dec 2014 (Repair Order Number SO145664, Invoice Number KSB1406890) I got the car to your garage for second service & still the previous said noise complaint existed and addition to it, a pulling towards the left side and a sound from left side tire. For alignment (Rs. 242.7) and wheel balancing (Rs. 269.6) was collected from my end but the point to be noted is that the car did not have any problem with the alignment before the repairs. And even after the service the car moves to left side when steering is let loose.now, got my car there as suggested by the respective service advisor, and still if they can't cleanse their mess, saying this and that, whats the point in keeping such a service centre open?! Leave all that, When i had enquired about it I was told to bring the car on 18.12.2014, as I was told by your staff that they could not repair the car due to non-availability of the spare parts(some bushing or something). I was informed by your staff to bring the car on 18th Dec 2014 as they will receive the spare part on that day morning and they will rectify the problem by afternoon. OKAY, AGREED. When i was asked to bring my car on 18th, i had priorly informed them that i require the car in the evening by a maximum 4pm. They agreed as well. Now, not only that Mr.Philip was attending my calls as he promised to fix up issues on this day; The Staff at EVM Volkswagen Kottayam, i must say, "DO NOT VALUE" the customer's needs and that was the reason that no one bothered to call and inform me that the spare parts have arrived and my car should be brought for repair. Anyways, it was my need; so when I called the service center at around 12:45pm, I was not given any proper response; whilst i was told at 3pm(obviously i called them again, my need right) they said the spares arrived in the morning itself & I should get my car at the service station quick.now at 3pm and i have to leave out of town at 4pm. Awsome isn't it!? And I decided to call Volkswagen on 18th Dec 2014 to complaint (Complaint Number CCR16538). But received a very cold response from the showroom again. Its an unbelievable experience to receive from a brand like Volkswagen so I decided to complain again on 26 Dec 2014 (Complaint Number CCR17044) but no use absolutely. And, Thats really annoying i guess. Think yourself in my shoes for a moment. I called the CRM of EVM VW on 27th Dec. Again i did not get a proper response and the CRM called me up after like today at around 1pm asking me to get my car there today or whenever its possible. Please tell me why in this f-reaking world should I be doing it!? I have blankly said that "i am not interested in doing anymore repairs at the KOTTAYAM EVM branch, and they can come pick my vehicle and do any repairs in some other branch"; Which is now tomorrow, 30th December 2014. One last issue, from sales side- while my car's service was going on, i thought of exchanging it with the GT automatic model. So naturally I enquired for a test drive. I was approached by one Mr.Rooshudheen, the assistant sales manager at the Kottayam showroom. What he told me was- "there is no GT model available for test drive and i need to buy it only if I require one. There is no necessity that I have to buy one". I was like WTF! No other words to express, sorry. Now these above told are what i am facing, and there might be thousand others. As a matter of fact, they are mailing me saying apologies and stuff, but whats the use if my problem isn't rectified & new ones are emerging every now and then!? What if I didn't have access to my mail every now and then? They would've not even intimated me of anything! And sorry, i am not responding to any of their mails, be it what! I sometimes realize that a local workshop has more responsibility towards their customers than EVM Volkswagen Kottayam. I didn’t even receive a favorable response from EVM Volkswagen service head Mr. Nobel Jacob and that’s the reason I thought of complaining with Volkswagen customer support as a final resolute. Now I’m forced to share my experience with others so that no one else experiences the same that I had gone through & i swear i am thinking of going public with this because I am that fed-up. I have other cars from Hyundai and Chevrolet but never faced such an experience before. Honestly, I regret b being a customer of Volkswagen because you do not value your customers and customer needs. This is nothing but confirming my doubt that you are making a fool out o[censored]s. As a final hope, would appreciate if some positive response will be received after this.       You are not the only one.. We are having problems beyond that .. Philip Samuel doesn't even know how customer complaints are handled .
      We are facing larger problems now ... I bought my polo in March .. It has hardly run 5500 kms and the problems are exorbitant . Continuous waning signals . It sometimes doesn't accelerate . Problems started at 2500 kms . Everytme Philip says he will sort it out . I am going loud about this . Please let me know on your latest updates . Philip / jinson/ Akhil . Be prepared to give us compensation for all mental agony and mis management .

        This is for your information that I have a great opinion on German made vehicle so I opted to go for Volkswagen Polo. As my decision is right the car performance is far better than I thought. And on 25th November 2014 I travelled from Thindivanam ( Place in Tamil Nadu, India) to Pondicherry ( Place in Tamil Nadu, India) unfortunately I met with an accident and thanks to God Almighty and Volkswagen that nothing happened to me. With the help of Reliance General Insurance Company I moved to the Volkswagen Workshop in Pondicherry – Star Cars Pvt. Ltd, (+91413 – 2241680) handed the vehicle to the manager Mr.Aorly. After couple of days I got a quote from the Workshop which was really shocking, The estimation was for 6.5lakhs, I am personally not convinced with the quote. Kindly request you to intervene in the estimation given by the workshop and give your opinion on the same by verifying the damage severity. I personally want to continue with the same car.         I suppose by mistake they have quoted the price of the same make rather than repair cost.

          My name is Sumanth C G, I have bought VW polo just a week back and 2 days earlier to that i got it checked from VW authorised service centre Elite motors in electronic city, Bangalore. And the report said all is fine except for link rod issue which can be fixed in about 5000 kms. And I bought the car trusting the service centre, but jus 2 days since I bought the car there was engine check light on, I took it to the service centre back they took 2 days and diagnosed it as wiring issue, but now they are saying its an issue in engine cylinder and would cost me 90k, now after i bought the car for 4.5 l all cause i trusted these service centre guys now cause of there negligence I am in trouble. How do you justify this?? I am planning to go to consumer forum with the fitness report they have provided me just 2 days before the engine check light switched on.             Date: 26/12/2014 VOLKSWAGEN’S DEFECTIVE PARTS AND IRRESPONSIBLE SERVICE STAFF. Sir, This is to bring to your kind notice that a purchase of Volkswagen Polo High-line [UP85AH9090] in October 2012 has been made from MGRS Automotives Pvt. Ltd., Agra and I am not at all satisfied with claimed "German engineering and technology" of the said brand/vehicle as far as after sell service/parts and their durability is concerned. Brief introduction is as under: After second service of the vehicle [after about[protected] kms] I felt massive vibration issue when braking, this malfunction was also affecting balancing of entire vehicle during braking as the steering wheel also vibrates and shakes badly when brakes are applied. I contacted our local service station MGRS Automotives Pvt. Ltd., Agra. In April 2014, I was informed about structural malfunction in alloy of discs and advised to buy a new set of discs and disc pads both. Accordingly steps were taken, we bought a new set of discs and pads. Interestingly, after that we have been facing same problem again since August-September of this year [between 45-46000 Kms] Now this time the said vehicle is again under inspection and observation of MGRS Automotives Pvt Ltd., Agra since 17-12-14 and we were informed that some internal communication regarding the issue of discs has been established with the Company and their reply/approval is still awaited. On dated 22/12/2014 we were informed that Volkswagen has disapproved the free replacement of discs and the Company is not liable to replace/refund or has nothing to do with that and we were again advised that you have the only option to buy a new disc and pad set again. Now today on 26/12/2012 one service executive Imran called us and argued about the issue that its our fault not of that defective parts. As we were told some communication had been made between MGRS and the Company, we simply asked to supply a copy of the communication made via email between them, he bluntly refused to supply the same and remarked on our intelligence and said why are you being legally-literate/legally-intelligent people are indulging in the mess? Why can’t you just buy a new set of Rs 5, 000 again? Will you sue us just for the abovementioned amount? This is ridiculous. At this juncture, we are only seeking/looking forward to get Volkswagen’s valuable reply on the issue above discussed, so that further necessary action may be taken.               Dear Sir, I am having Polo trendline (June 2013) and the Vehicle No is- DL-8C-Y-1792. The details of my experiences are here under, 1. I bought it on 3/06/2013 and on way home I noticed that the vehicle was turning left, I called them and they said it is a German car and it is its speciality, so that driver may not sleep and has to constantly correct the course of the car just like dead man's vigilance device in trains. 2. The a/c of car was getting on and off itself, right from the day I purchased, after every 15-20 minutes it will get on and remain on for 5-10 seconds and then turn off itself. I informed them which they actually diagnosed the root cause recently. After changing ac switch and flushing ac they finally said it was compressor. 3. In November a sensor got on showing engine and after reading manual, it advised, drive below 30 km and drive immediately to workshop. 4. Initially purchased from Globas and now serviced by World class, (New Delhi) 5. World-class people aligned it 3 times, replaced a/c switch once, flushed a/c and changed one sensor, and now recently the compressor. The car has visited them 8-9 times and you can very well understand, has gone under extensive repair. I have made up my mind that I want a new car, they took it on November 8th for 3 days and then again on 15th and confirmed that they have replaced the compressor on 25th November, and can be taken, it is with them since then. I am firm, why shall I take a car which has gone under screw driver right from the begining, I bought new car and not a second hand which constantly needs repair . If Volkswagen really think its a peoples card then they should take the ownership of defective car and replace with a new one. Mukesh Jadly [protected]

              Yes ! I am also having a same kind of problem from day 1 of its handover to me on 14th Jun 2014 . the vehicle is turning to left side while driving . Reason given is same. I have left the vehicle in their show room. They will be sending it tomorrow to service centre.

              Not only this bu while handing over ceremony is going on and they were about open the door with central locking the door could not open on the driver side . They finally decided to send back the vehicle before handing over to me to service centre which is I believe is ot upoto the mark as the vehicle came back full of grease on the handle.

              It looks to me that volkswagon entire supply chain personnel are full of complacency and over confident about their product so much that they do not hear properly the customers feelings and comment.

              I am also not accepting the product as it will undergo so many repairs before even i get the car in my hand. This is absolutely hopeless situation.

              Is somebody hearing ???????

                Hi I have a polo high line petrol car bearing registration number KL02AQ7277.I bought this car from Kollam(Kerala)dealer in November 2013.The finance is from Volkswagen and when I bought this car they promised me 3 years free maintenance.Three days back I gave the car for first service.The car was ready the same day, when my driver went there for getting the car they asked him to pay Rs 8000 as the charges.Now they are saying the car is not under AMC.The car is still with the dealer.I am really fed up with the false promise and cheating.Please do the needful

                  Yesterday my wife dropped her car for 15000kms service at Apple Auto Pvt Ltd, Bangalore], since the vehicle had some bumper damage and probable intercooler damage[as mentioned by the service advisor] i asked for the possibility of insurance coverage. It was told that it will take 7days for repair if we go with insurance, when asked why such long it was told this the time required. When again questioned my other brand vehicle claim does not take such time, he replied rudely telling this is different brand and this is our time. Most interesting was when asked can i talk to your next level, the reply was he will tell 10days, so accept this. Strange and Rude Volkswagen way of handling customer

                  voks wagen service in belgaum in karnatak is the worst like road side repair shop the service manger mr somesh is most un ethical man having no manners and the work shop has no facilites to check the parts and the system they have adopted is direct replacement without any checking

                    Minor problem was not fixed in steering, instead they changed the whole set and are charging 80, 000.00 for it and even after that they say they are unable to fix the problem and are still experimenting with it. Each day I am promised that the vehicle will be delivered, but end of the day there is no response, until I call or send some one to the service centre, where they say that vehicle is in another workshop and cannot be delivered today, This is happening since four days, and each day there is no response from any of the service advisors as to when that can fix the problem. Looks like they are intending to make fat bills. Totally disappointed with the quality of service, will write in all forums and blogs not to buy any VW vehicles, please note that I was a fan of VW brand, now I am disappointed to say that I will be telling people not to buy any VW models.                       My Vehicle No. UP-14 BL 5701 was showing some indications and missing accelerator, for which I had sent my vehicle to Atrica Automobiles (P) Ltd. Noida to attend complaint as well as to get the same serviced before 4000 Kms. from its due period. The problem was erased as per service center but again just after driving 50-60 kms. the same problem appeared. Again I personally visited Atrica Automibiles and left vehicle for the day.Again as per them the problem erased for which they again charged Re.586/- in addition to earlier paid Re.19700/-appx. Just after driving of 40 KMs. the problem repeated, this time again I have sent my vehicle, but this time I was told that the problem is due to whole fuel system required to be changed for which I may have to pay Re.2.50 lacs. This is big shock for me because first of all I have always serviced my vehicle timely and secondly it has run just for 55000kms. Third why they don't detect problem when vehicle was sent first time. Please get my vehicle repaired without any further charges.

                        hi, my name is kunal assudani, i have purchased volkswagen polo on[protected].i got a problem of key not opening properly.when the button is pressed it doesent get open, i need to insert some pointed thing to open it, which really creates a mess. i reported same problem just after 10 days of vehicle purchase.and the showroom people repaired it somehow but it was temaprory, i again got a same problem after 5 months then again they repaired it and now again i have got the same problem so i asked them to find out the permanent solution.so they took one video in which key is not working and then said we need to take the approval, we will call you in 24 hours but i dint get a call till 3 days, then when i called up they said our warranty manager Mr muzambil khan will call you but again till 6 days i dint get a call, so finally when i called up they replied, that its not the manufacturing defect.i mean how unprofessional can such a giant company can be.this is very disappointing. i hope i get my key exchanged by complaining here otherwise i need to complain it on consumer forum because i have only 9 days left in my warranty.but i have earlier writen job card proofs of key complaint. i was attended by miss sunaina-[protected]. mr sandeep-[protected] from which i dint get any effective response. regards kunal assudani [protected], [protected]

                          Have been happily driving my Polo Comfortline petrol for 2 years. But last 4 tormenting weeks changed how I look at Volkswagen as a brand. I am sharing my unfortunate experience of being an Volkswagen customer to show world that how pathetic they really are. My unfateful tale started while driving on classic Indian road, roads with uncountable potholes and multistorey speed breakers. On the evening of 23rd November, Radiator of my car touched somewhere and started leaking which I came to know on next day when my car stopped on its own while driving. When I checked I found coolent container empty. As i had performed the annual maintenance service of my car 2 days ago only so first thing came to my mind is that they forgot to fill the coolent container.I called Volkwagon service advisor who delivered my car 2 days back and informed him about the situation. He adviced me to fill the coolent container with water and drive the car slowly to workshop. I followed his instructions. It took me 3 hrs to cover distance of 6-7 km as I had to stop frequently to check and refill the coolent container with water. On reaching Volkswagen workshop he promptly received me and checked the underneath of the car. They found that the situation was due to damaged radiator. My case was handed over to accidental repair team, I completed all formalities and applied for insurance claim. That was 24th Nov and they promised to deliver my car on 2nd Dec due to the usual overcrowd. I had requested them to do it asap then they verbally promised me to do it by 28th Nov. On 28th Nov I received a call from service advisor to take delivery of the car. On reaching workshop I found my car parked outside of workshop premises, washed up and ready for delivery. I met service advisor he handed me over gate pass, bill and requisitions sheet and Infomed me that the my claim is also approved as they applied for it on previous day. He asked me to pay remaining sum and sign satisfactory note. But i insisted on visual inspection of repair made. On visual inspection of repair i suspected some sign of leakage which service advisor discarded as water left after washing. I doubted that something is wrong and pressed to check it properly by putting on lift. The Advisor finally gave in and agreed for car's underneath visual inspection. But to my surprise, all attempts of starting the car failed. On asking what is wrong the advisor replied everything was alright so far, they took a test drive and checked everything before calling me to take delivery. I had waited at workshop till late that evening but they hadn't given any satisfactory answer. I waited for their call till evening of next day as they promised but they hadn't called. I called them and inquired about the situation, they said they were waiting for my permission to open up the engine and check wats wrong, and I have to come to workshop on 1st Dec, Monday morning to know the exact damage to my car. On monday morning I again found my car parked outside of workshop premises. the service advisor informed me that they are suspecting the engine compression gaskets got damaged. They have brought my car inside by driving it and later i found that there was no coolent in the container. On inquiring about it, nobody was able to answer why are they driving a car without any coolent fluid and damaged engine. After waisting few hours without any answer about what is wrong with my car, I came back home with a false promise that they will inform me by evening. Nobody called, I waited for next day also. I called them on Wednesday 3rd Dec but they still hadnt done anything. By 4th Dec they stopped answering to my calls so I filed a complaint with VW care but that also proved fruitless, I just got a SMS that the complaint is assigned to VW Jaipur. On not hearing anything from thier side and calling them many times, I visited the workshop again on 9th Dec and asked at reception to meet the man in charge of the workshop. They made me meet a guy who listened to me very politely and noted all details, which at that time was looking very promising, committed to clear up everything in a day or two. He called me on 10th Dec and repeated mostly wat they are saying so far. I called him again yesterday, they were waiting for spares. I called him today, they received spares but it will take few more days to know " HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO REPAIR MY CAR". Nobody is clearly answering following question 1. There is no temprature meter, so how will one get to know the engine is heating up. 2. After they repaired my car, took the test drive, filed for insurance DO which also got approve, and presented me all the papers for delivery the engine failed to start. Were they delivering me car with faulty engine, were they driving around my car with faulty engine now who is responsible for the damaged caused to engine by VW's recklessness. 3. The paperwork they presented me have serious discrepancies, they entered wrong owners' name, wrong mileage, no details of repairs made. Had that been done to hide the damaged they caused to my engine or is it the work culture at VW, is this how they manufacture and repair cars. 4. 25 days and i still dont know status of my car. Pathetic response from all point of contacts at VW. I seriously made a mistake by buying a VW car. Have any of you ever faced any such situation. Please advice how to deal with it. Does it help to go and shout in workshop as I have seen many doing it. I am looking at consumer forum as last resort. * please ignore my bad English.

                            Dear All, I Would like to bring your attention to a very bad experience that I had with Volkswagen service station which is in Bangalore Penya called as Volkswagen Palace cross in Hesaraghatta Road I had met with an accident 8 month ago and I left my vehicle for repair… after intimation to insurance company… and I had requested over the mail for not install the ****airbag.. After 6 month I had received call from Body shop Advisor called Mr. Albert Raj (Ph +91 [protected]) saying that my vehicle is ready and you can come and collect.. I asked them why it took so long time to repair my vehicle shocking answer which is received from Mr. Albert sir we dent had parts so we had given order for the same…8 Month to change the (bumper, airbags and gearbox) visited Volkswagen Palace cross and saw my vehicle… I was they had stolen the parts from my vehicle and the stolen parts are attached/pasted.. on the same day I had visited Penya Police station to lodge a complaint against service station. (Answer which was given by Volkswagen managers was (if there is not parts are available will remove for the other vehicle) Complaint copy attached above.. after all this drama… ones again I had received all from Volkswagen one Mr. Pradeep (Ph +91 [protected]) saying that my vehicle is ready some parts has been repainted and the stolen parts are replaced…. I was upset when I heard my vehicle was repainted  (where exactly I am going to lose vehicle value because now my vehicle has been repainted) ones again I visited the service station to check my vehicle conduction instead of replacing / rectifying they done some more damage to my vehicle.. I had word with one Mr. Murlidhar  ***** (Ph +91 [protected]) GM General Manager (his presence was not there in the service station after visiting the service station/when I met the first word from this mouth which I heard from him was do you know my designation and with whom you are talking…… I was really shocked because he did n’t listen what I am saying and he does n’t know what problem I am facing I really shook to see a irritating person in my life don’t have mannerism to speak or to understand the customer problem later I thought this will not workout let me take up with higher officers I went and met North DCP….                                 I have Vento 2011 model MH46N9746 1. They could not update my 03 years old software. 2. They could not do wheel balancing and wheel alignment 3. They could not do minor scratch work touch up 4. they called me 75 min in advance with car not ready 5. There telephone system is in pathetic shape. work shop needs to be inspected for professionalis.

                                  I own Cross Polo 1, 2 TDI. It is 8 months old and 15K km driven. My vehicle tyre has an issue of bubble formation which is internal to the tyre. One day I noticed there is a bubble on the left hand side front tyre. I took the tyre to couple of Apollo vendors and received comments like you should go to showroom authority. They were pretty sure that it is a replacement case but no one took the responsibility. Same scene took place at the Volkswagen Ahmednagar Showroom.It took the hardly 5 minutes to judge that it is an external impact to the tyre. Funny part is there is not a minor mark on the outer side which signifies the impact. I have already registered complaint against Volkswagen Ahmednagar for their non co-operation. (CCR16254). I need immediate attention to this issue as it has been handled in wrong manner and it is not my fault. If a tyre which looks perfect by outer side and been damaged internally of a new vehicle then how does the user is responsible. Please look in to this issue at the earliest as I am not able to use my vehicle. I need replacement and I have strong reason for that. Whatever reasons have been suggested are completely non practical. The tyre is with showroom authority. Hence no photos available. If needed please ask Volkswagen Ahmednagar.

                                  There is noexternal damage to the Tyre, it is an internal issue that is resulting in to bubble formation. You can check the Tyre externally there not a singlescratch which indicates that it has been impacted on road. If showroomauthority is not willing to take stand from customer end I will take therequired steps to get it done by Volkswagen Management. I am not bother aboutthe 4-5 k amount of the Tyre, the thing is the world class motor company isgiving such excuses to the customer. Let me know the further action plan.But I will make sure that this issue will reach to the higher authority. Eventhough I do not get the benefits but in future no one will receive suchtreatment. I am 8 months old VW user and I a more than satisfied with mymachine but the service part is totally unsatisfied.

                                  Complaint (CCR16637) has been resolved. VW Ahmednagar dealership had given 50% contribution for the new tyre though the Apollo vendor had rejected the replacement claim. I thank VW management and VW Ahmednagar dealership for looking in to it and get it resolved. Still I believe VW management should take care of these services from vendor side, it is affecting thier brand value. This issue should have been resolved at initial stage but dealership and vendor service was not up to the mark. But it is VW Management who took this one to resolution. Thanks Again

                                    Dear sir my name is Dr Jobby john.Im working in Dr smcsi medical college in trivandrum Kerala as a physician.I just bought the new polo 1.5 tdi almost 3 months now.On nov 22 at 11:45 I got a call from the hospital that one patient got sick and will need help now so I have to come to the hospital.While I was driving after 15 mins my car started accelerating on its own and in 5 minutes it stopped.It wouldn't start after wards, so i took an auto to the hospital.By that time I pushed the car to the side of the road with the help of 3 policemen.im thanking God that they were there and I had called for road assistance.its was about 12:10 and then I came back to my car on the road at 1:30 and till then they haven't came. . I called again and it took them another 45 minutes and once they came we took the car to the workshop EVM VW TRIVANDRUM. They told me to go back home and they will call about the details of the car.After 2 days I got a call saying I have to pay rupees 3 lakhs and I have to fix my engine as altered fuel mixed with rain water fell into my engine. I told that the car was only 2 months and 12 days old but then they said we don't do anything for free and it's not included in the insurance.so if I pay I can get my car in 3 days fully conditioned. They told me that their higher authorities told them to tell me to pay.sir I called customer care that night and filed a complaint. The next day at 8:30 the trivandrum Evm showroom called me and told their higher authorities told to fix the car for free. When I asked when will I get my car they told may b by the end of January or mid February. They told me they don't have the parts and it has to be ordered. I told I have to go to work and they said they can't help and that I just have to wait. I asked for a complimentary car till my car gets fixed and they told they don't provide that service here. Sir I'm a doctor and yes I'm busy in gods grace but if I can't travel to work with my car then what should I do.please help me here.

                                      I recently brought a Volkswagen Polo (Car No - MH01BU2681) 3 months back and the very next day the AC stopped cooling at all. When I gave the car for repair I was told you will get the car in 2 days and it has been 21 days till now . The car was still lying in the workshop and every time we called at the customer care no one bothered to answer the call or call back. By chance if people take my call I am told that the part are waited and it will be repaired by the coming weekend and till date that weekend has not yet arrived. Today I have spent 4 hours of my weekend in calling the customer care at the workshop but still they have no answer and the car still stands in repaired. Salman and Sanjana, two of the so called brilliant advisers are completely incapable of resolving any customer issues but very efficient at lying confidently to the customer. When I spoke to their senior Mr Lalit, firstly he was lost and clueless on the entire issue and secondly he said I will get my car repaired tomorrow. When I asked him how did he get the part immediately when he claimed that it will take another day or two till they get approval for the part, he said the most shocking thing that I could ever expect from a Car company. He was replacing My car's compressor with another car's part in the workshop ! I am shocked and disgusted at such malpractices of Volkswagen as a brand. This is a crime and I will file a legal lawsuit against your company stating that you use existing customer car parts to repair other customer's car. Now I can never trust Volkwagen with my car with which of my car parts have been used already for other cars. This raises the biggest question and doubt on the brands credibility and trust. I declare Volkswagen as a Cheat and not professional at all. After all this, when I finally went to collect my car at the workshop, I saw my car being tested for AC. The car in-house mechanic showed us the compressor and said the compressor was weak since the start. So that means Volkswagen had sold us a manufactured defective car as a brand new car at the price of 6 lakhs plus!!! What could be more disgusting that such a premium brand as claimed cheats the customer right on face and blatantly sells a defective car!! This brand clearly cannot be trusted in terms of their cars, their parts, service and the brand value itself. The customer service adviser lied to us about the bill when we went to settle it. We had the insurance covering most of our expenses in the repair but few things were to be paid by us which were not covered under insurance. The adviser tells us that the bill is for Rs 5000 but when we calculated it as per the items it was Rs. 4200. Again a bluff! The petrol in the car was nil while we had 30 Litres of petrol when we gave the car for repair. Al;l this clearly shows that Volkswagen does not have any set standard of operation or anybody monitoring the activities at the workshop or company. It is being run by the whims and fancy of the employees and they take the customer and car for free ride without giving a damn about the repercussions. I am filling a legal suit against all this stating that I have been sold a defective Car and have been cheated and conned by Volkswagen. And I will never recommend this brand to any of my family or friends who are planning to buy car ever. And people like Mr. Jammajale Sahoo (Emp Id - 117) should be fired as they refuse to give out the contacts for people senior to them saying they only have the Director. Even the director's no can be shared I believe.

                                        I would like to bring your attention to a very bad experience that I had last day (06.12.2014, Saturday). My name is Jomon T Vallikappil. I own a Volkswagen POLO high line since 2012. It is very bad and was unexpected reactions that I had to face today as I took my Polo to EVM Motor Vehicles Pvt. Ltd., Kottayam, Kerala, India. Let me brief the incident. My Polo was showing some complaint with its Power window functioning. Though I had quite a busy schedule, I myself went to the service centre to rectify the complaint instead of sending my driver as I take good care of my car. And the experience which I had to face there was horrible and unacceptable. As I enter the service centre (EVM Motor Vehicles Pvt. Ltd., Kottayam, Kerala, India), I explained that my power window was showing a complaint. A service person came, checked the vehicle and diagnosed the compliant as “faulty fuse”. They told me that the fuse need to be replaced and it may cost around Rs. 1800. I agreed. They replaced the fuse and said that the vehicle is good to go. They even showed me the windows working well and I was charged an amount of Rs. 1361 for this ( bill enclosed). I stepped out of the service centre and moved almost 100 meters and then I found that the power windows do not work. I was worried and went back to the service centre and met one Mr. Jacob Jose, Service advisor, EVM Motor Vehicles Pvt. Ltd., Kottayam. I explained the things to him, my vechile was again taken in to check and was returned in no time. Now they tell me that its not the fuse but it is the switch that is having the complaint. I asked them that you said it was something wrong with fuse and you even charge me Rs.1361 for the fuse and now you are saying that the complaint is with switch and it needs to be replaced. Which statement is correct? If it is switch, then why was the fuse replaced. Even when they told me that the switch is having the fault, it sounded like they are not sure whether it is actually a fault with switch. I didn’t get the switch replaced/ changed because I am quite sure that if this fault is shown again, they are going to blame the Engine next time and may even ask me to replace it. It is so cruel and pathetic from your service personals to be so careless / lazy while dealing with customers. As I mentioned earlier, I have dropped my whole day’s programmes, just to get this problem solved and in the end, I lost a day of mine and the problem still stands. How your people can can be so careless and rude to customers who have managed to spent money to buy a Highline variant of your product. I’m sure, this will be a bad mark in my mind about Volkswagen and their dealers EVM Motor Vehicles Pvt. Ltd., Kottayam. When we come to service our vehicle, kindly show the interest and concern or half of it that your people show while they came to us as we plan to buy one of your products. Also I had a very bad experience from your sales department too ( To say, your people just destroyed my whole day), and that was horrible too. I also had a plan (which I dropped as I experienced such a horrible response from your sales people) to exchange my Polo for a Vento TDI Highline. When Ivisited the sales section and explained my requirement, they just throw me a price list of VW Vento and that’s it. They haven’t had any interest or patience to talk to me, they didn’t tell me what value will my Polo gets, or what more should I have to pay for it or any of my queries. From the attitude shown towards me, I realized/ felt that they are informally telling me “take it if you want or else get lost”. I know this is quite a long letter, but I felt so bad, insulted and irritated today from the Sales and Service departments of EVM Motor Vehicles Pvt. Ltd., Kottayam, Kerala, India, which made me write a long one.
