Disappointment with the showroom service

This complaint is regarding poor service provided by the dealers in Calicut, ( Phoenix Volkswagen ) I booked a polo highline paying 5000 rupees advance, they promised the car will be deliverd in 3 days, now they are telling that the car was booked by someone else, and to wait, they are not sure how long too, Very disappointed with the sevice, Iam going to cancel the booking, I would suggest them the to improvise and improve their service....
