• My car had been sent for servicing last month before Dusshera, as you may see from the trail mail.
• I had got all my issues written in the job card.
• I had also specifically mentioned that during the last service procedure the arm-rest beside the driver broke and I had got it replaced, so made sure that the same instance does NOT reoccur. I had shown that the Arm-rest was working in fine order before my car reached the workshop
• But unfortunately, even this time when I received my car after the service, the Arm rest was BROKEN. Along with this Front Number Plate was broken and it had come out of the front bumper.
• I immediately informed them about this, and they insisted me to send the car once again to the workshop.
• On 9th Oct’14 once again my car was taken to the workshop, and this time again, God knows what has been done with the Car, the arm-rest has not been replaced, nor is the number plate rectified. The cost of sending the Car (in terms of fuel cost), is around Rs. 600 – 700/-, which is borne by me, everytime.
• A lady from call centre called to know the feedback, and I told her all the details about the sheer negligence, and insisted her to provide me with a complaint number. To this she said that she would call back in 10 minutes to provide me with the complaint number, and anyways the same would come as a mail. THE CALL NEVER CAME AND NEITHER THE MAIL.
• Now my car does NOT have a proper number plate in the front, and also has a broken arm-rest. I am not sure about the status of other internal spares, and will not be surprised if there are more of such issues, which a novice person like me may not be able to detect.
