I want to share my experience with Frontier Autoworld Pvt Ltd. New Delhi, 110044. Firstly Navneet Mishra was the guy who handled my car servicing. The antitheft wheel bolt adapter got missing from my toolkit. I have complained but there has been no response till now. This happened on 16/10/2014. It was a most pathetic experience, worst & most bizarre. Zero knowledge on servicing, what is to be serviced, what billing amount to be charged, what components comprise of the bill. One thing I thought of cross checking from outside, the tyre air pressure---Tyre pressure when I got checked from outside was showing air pressure 22 instead of 32 when I got it checked post servicing from outside, I don’t know what these guys have checked though this is a part of the car servicing. Rest of the stuff cant be checked instantaneously. So, nobody knows what has been done by them and what not. It was a miserable experience. One bill was shown to me but a different bill was handed over to me. No clarity on labour charges & part charges. Labour charges exceeded Rs 4000/- in a total bill value of Rs 9777/-. They are really trying to ruin the Volkswagen brand. My car vehicle no is. DL3CBW1374. Appreciate a quick response from you & necessary action. Regards Jiten

    I went for the 3rd service of my car which was at 38000 kms. The next day in the morning I was told that I need to change the break pads when I already installed it previously from the service centre itself at 25875 kms. Secondly I was even told that I needed to change the lower guard which would cost me around 23k. When I went in the evening to the service centre itself I was told that there is no need to change the break pads anymore as the service advisor who was handling my car was giving me wrong information as he was a trainee and he didn't knew about all these things and he even told me instead of 23k it would cost 2k and he accepted his mistake as well. 3rdly when I went through my bill I was told there has been a change in the bulb as well which was done without informing me. All these mistakes were accepted by the manager of the service centre itself.

      I've gone for the free general check up for 6 months or 7500 kilometres yesterday and after i returned from the place i noticed that there were deep scratches on the windsheild, those scratches were put intentionally by someone because it can be seen clearly, I'm very dissatisfied with the service and want an explanation regarding this as soon as possible

        Our car's (VW POLO) air conditioning stopped working while returning from Gujarat to Mumbai.So we checked our car at VW Facility in Mehsana(Gujarat).There the service person advised us that the car's A/C Fan has burned out & hence stopped working, henceforth suggested replacement which costs upto 15K.We had done the replacement as suggested by VW Facility.After returning to Mumbai, I checked out the fan at Bosch Service & the mechanic found out that it was working.

          Left my jetta car for fixing rear windshield in belgaum service station, state karnataka, i was told within 8 - 10 days it will be fixed, and its more than 22 days the wirk is not done, and company people dont know when they will be recieving the part. VERY VERY BAD SERVICE. AND NON AVAILBAILTY OF SPARES. I REQUEST TO ALL NOT TO BUY VOLKSWAGEN CARS, ITS NIGHT MARE DEALING WITH SERVICE PART. WORST AFTER SALES SERVICE

          DONT BUY CARS FROM THEM.They even don't know, who is in charge of particular service centre.
          No Customer Grievance Officer and Practically Virtual Customer Care and After Sales!!!

          VW cars are very Good, BUT AFTER SALE SERVICE IS THE WORST ...

          Dealers in India are free to do anything with their customers while at Service is concerned. They people make us fool by giving false commitments,

          I am right now realising my Biggest Mistake by choosing VW...

            Last week ie on 08-10-14 my vehicle gave to Volkswagen service centre at Thrissur, Kerala. It was some missing problem but service men could not rectify that. Even after 7 days the service centre not having the required spare parts to closs the complaint.               Hi This is to bring to your notice that I contacted Shaman Motors from Parel for a small repair on 29th Sep, 2014 for my car no. MH01AX5282. They gave me a quote of Rs. 7000 + taxes and can be done in 2 days and the insurance processing fee is ~ Rs. 1000. However when I reached the workshop, they said that the repair will take more than 3 days since Insurance company is involved. Since I wanted the car in 2 days, they said I can come later. The 2 people who I was in touch with were Shashikant and Prakash. Then I again gave my car on 9th Oct, 2014. The insurance surveyor came on 10th oct 2014. I didnt get a call from the workshop till today. When I called them up, they said they havent even started the work and that it will take another 3-4 days. On asking about what is the quote, they said it will be communicated after the repair is over. When I said that they have to give me the quote before they start the repair work, they came up with a quote of Rs. 30, 000 which is more than 4 times of the first quote. When I questioned them about such high charges, they say that insurance processing is Rs. 2000. So I asked them to explain the difference. Now they are saying that they can come to ~ Rs. 16, 000. If the first quote was Rs. 7000, an extra Rs. 2000 for insurance processing(which again is double of what they quoted earlier), how come the bill has shot up to Rs. 30, 000 at first and then Rs. 16, 000. Then I said that they can give back my car since I don't want anything to be done by them. On hearing this they are saying that they have already completed the work. They just told me a while back that they havent even started work and now they have completed the entire work. I am highly frustrated by the way these guys have handled this.                 I am trying to resolve my issue since last 15 days but no one is ready to solve it. they have only one solution sir i will call you in 5 mins then whole day get passed and no one contact me.even i tried to contact the head office but as usual no one picked the phone i just record the message but no one contact me.                   • My car had been sent for servicing last month before Dusshera, as you may see from the trail mail. • I had got all my issues written in the job card. • I had also specifically mentioned that during the last service procedure the arm-rest beside the driver broke and I had got it replaced, so made sure that the same instance does NOT reoccur. I had shown that the Arm-rest was working in fine order before my car reached the workshop • But unfortunately, even this time when I received my car after the service, the Arm rest was BROKEN. Along with this Front Number Plate was broken and it had come out of the front bumper. • I immediately informed them about this, and they insisted me to send the car once again to the workshop. • On 9th Oct’14 once again my car was taken to the workshop, and this time again, God knows what has been done with the Car, the arm-rest has not been replaced, nor is the number plate rectified. The cost of sending the Car (in terms of fuel cost), is around Rs. 600 – 700/-, which is borne by me, everytime. • A lady from call centre called to know the feedback, and I told her all the details about the sheer negligence, and insisted her to provide me with a complaint number. To this she said that she would call back in 10 minutes to provide me with the complaint number, and anyways the same would come as a mail. THE CALL NEVER CAME AND NEITHER THE MAIL. • Now my car does NOT have a proper number plate in the front, and also has a broken arm-rest. I am not sure about the status of other internal spares, and will not be surprised if there are more of such issues, which a novice person like me may not be able to detect.

                    Sent the vehicle for repair at automark motors, Attended by Dipesh kapte.Vehicle was sent back stating that it can not be repaired.When called, he told that he will revert back within 2 days.Even after 20 days there is no response.Very-2 poor service provided.Will not recommend any body in future to purchase VW due to pathetic condition of service.

                        Hi, I am writing with deep disappointment with the Customer services I have received at VolksWagen Sales and Service Centre at Faridabad (Metropolitan). I have a VolksWagen Polo - Trendline which I bought in Sep' 2011 (Registration Number - HR51-AP-1214). From the very first year, I have been facing severe issues with the Air Conditioning. I have visited the service Centre multiple times in the last 3 years (at least 2-4 times every year) with the same issue. Everytime, I have been provided with a different explanation reason for the cause without been provided with any concrete solution to the issue. I have dealt with multiple Service Advisors (Sanjeevan, Deepak, Pushpinder), Servicing Managers (Rakesh Malik, Ritesh) and also the Centre Head or your so called Customer Service Head Mr. Chandan Kumar who till data have not been able to provide me with a reason or a solution for the problem. In the last 2.5 years, there were times when I was told that there is a problem with the Gas Top Up, Gas Flow, Low Level of Gas and was send back with an assurance that the same will not occur again. Last year I was been told that there is a problem with the Auto Heat sensor and the same was replaced and was again assured of not facing an issue again. By the Way your Representatives have been extremely Rude, Aggressive, Indecisive and have always tried to shove away the responsibility towards the customers end except for Rakesh Malik who tried to help me with the isse last time by replacing the Auto Heat sensor (He is no longer with the same service Centre). This year again, I have been facing the same issue and have been to the centre twice. Last time (2 months back)I was told that the Compressor has choked and needs cleaning and I was sent back post doing the same. Now again I have come across the same issue and have been told that the Compressor needs to be changed and now since the card is out of warranty, the expenses will have to be borne completely by me. My question is why were you guys not able to detect the problem earlier and made me face such inconvinience. I want to let you know that I have just driven the car for ~17000KMs in the last 3 years.                           Hi, I own a volkswagen polo tdi which was bought on 23 may 2013from Pune B.U.Bhandari. vehicle no. MH- My vehicle was not able to get start on 17th sep 2014 I deposited the vehicle to Vidyut Motors Pune for repair. Next day on 18th sep, they checked it and told me that fuel pump has to be replaced and they need 3 days time.. on the 5th day whwn i received no notification from vidyut motors, i went there myself to check out and was told by manager Mr. Satyajeet Patil that it is going to take some time and i will be getting my vehicle by 29th sep. Again i got no alerts from their end. I called myselfon 29th sep evening to check out. the executive Mr. Vishwajeet told me to come next day.. I took half day from my office today and when i went today to get my vehicle.\, the manager very casually shows me a email print out dated of 25th sep stating that the fuel pump part will be available by 6th oct 2014. I asked him that if he got the email on 25th, why did not he informed me it on phone. It could have saved my time.. while i was making my point that due to his negligence, he is wasting my time, , he started shouting back at me that ""Mere ko gadi diya tha kya, Mere ko gadi diya tha kya.. Now even 6th sep is passed and i have still not got car fixed and a very rude and irresponsible behaviour from your staff members.. Buying Volksvagen is proving to be a big mistake.. would never recommend anyone to trust volkswagen.. Please get my problem fixed asap and take some action against that manager Mr. vishwajeet Patil (Vidyut motors pune) If people like Mr. Satyajeet Patil are going to represent your company Volkswagen will surely get shut forever in India..                           This service advisor guy Mr. Vishwajeet Walekar also behaved same way with me. He directly shout on customers. He thinks that he owns Volkswagen. This guy don't have knowledge apart from making job cards and gate passes. Useless guy.

                            I own a VW Jetta bought in 2010. Registration Number MH 01 AV 5085 My car recently got damaged and was given to the Sewri Workshop for repairs, in the damage process few indicators on my dashboard also started coming. Car was given on 3rd Sept'14. I was then told that the parts have been ordered and will get back to me once my Insurance Formalities are cleared. Then on 14th i was told that no parts are avilable and i can take my car back till the parts come. After taking the car back and driving it around for a day, more indicators started popping on my dashboard. So i gave my car back. Then no response from their end. So on 22nd i get restless and call them and hear that why was i hurrying when i had given my car on the 12th only. Today being 4th October, they yet tell me to wait for 5-6days. On asking what do i do without a car for a month they say they have 100s of cars to deal with and cant really help me with it. i have talked to atleast 5-6 service advisors and all they ask for is time to call back which till date nobody has called back, I have full time and date record as to whom i spoken. now my question is what am i supposed to do without a car for more then a month ? where was my car from 3sept to 12sept ? who exactly will give me a satisfactory reply ? is this a right way to deal with customers ? is volkswagen a local company who cannot arrange for parts within a month ? (If any proof needed i have all, just not uploading coz it contains all possible info about car) and to my notice on visiting the Lalbaug and Sewri workshops i have seen all having ABS sensors issue, so for brand reputation arent they supposed to do a call back instead of charging customers ? please help, realy feeling helpless as to how to deal with them..

                              Good morning, My name is rajkiron and I have purchased a new polo 3 days back. While using the vehicle at night time it’s being observed that there is continuous mist formation in the windshield glass and all other glasses. While the windshield glass can be cleared by running the wipers the side glasses cannot be cleared and it becomes almost impossible to drive the vehicle with AC on. Upon asking the dealer about the same there was no much positive response from them, rather seems like they are happy since they sold their vehicle and its now not there issue. The service supervisor has suggested me to start the vehicle heater when the same happens. If iam starting the heater then what about the AC, and rather I have to do the same almost every 10 mins It’s highly shameful from the side of Volkswagen India to provide such service. A brand new car it’s almost difficult to drive at night time. The vehicle has been purchased from phoenix cars Calicut in my name Rajkiron Thirunilam. As per the company’s reputation and standers I expect a quick response from your side and believe my problem can b sorted out at the earliest. Rajkiron Thirunilam

                                Polo 1.2 TDI COMFORTLINE has been purchaged in the year of 2012 October having Engine No.CFW 265727, Chassis Number WVWD12600CT041779 and registration no. MP20 CD 2981. Just after 6 month pickup problem arise, therefore I have assured that the engine would be changed. Thus for the time being could be removed but all of Sudden A/C. Of the Vehicle Stopped, then again visited to the service centre situated at Behead Ghan By pass Frontera Toyota Show Room JABALPUR. April 2014, again same problem arise therefore I have made complaint to your customer care service but still i have not been satisfied, though the POLO is my favourite Hatch Back Vehicle as well as your company having excellent services towards your customer, but the time being still my Vehicle could not be changed for my satisfaction, because problem in-regard to engine is there.                                   My car was sent to the said dealer for necessary repairing as engine was not starting, supposedly for water content in the fuel. I paid Rs 256086/- on[protected]the full amount) to take delivery of my vehicle. The dealer told me that they have replaced high pressure pump, low pressure pumps, 4 nos injectors, common rail etc. After one week of taking delivery of my repaired car, I started facing the same problem again in starting the vehicle. So I requested RSA to take my vehicle to the workshop again. After about two weeks the RSA team finally took the car to the workshop. Then, dealer first said that I need to replace the low pressure pump again. So, I agreed and they replaced a new one. But they couldn't start my car. So, they told me that I need to change the high pressure pump and injectors again. But as I have replaced the HPP and the injectors have run hardly 500km, therefore I argued that how can such new parts be go wrong in such short period. Then, dealer was failed to confirm the damage of the pumps and injectors. They told me that they have only doubt about such conditions. They also told me that such problems may arise from faulty ignition key and hence they advised me to apply for new key. So, I ordered for the new ignition keys with necessary advance payment on 09-sep-2014. But till today, they are not in a position to give me any status for arrival of new keys. I am fed up with the service of the dealer. I am facing lot of difficulties due to unavailability of my car. As my several calls and visits to the dealer have not produced any result therefore I want to escalate the matter to you for your kind and necessary action.

                                    Dear Sir/ Madam My Vehicle Registration # OR 02 BX 9276, of which complaint was registered with dealer Bharat Motors Bhubaneswar, Orissa on 19th Sept 2014, when the vehicle was stranded in middle of the road, with lot of vibration and Coil lamp indicating Amber color. I called up dealer service person the service was prompt for taking the vehicle to the workshop. My vehicle is registered on 22nd May 2012 and it is completed 2 years. It started giving Injector problem, this is ridiculous. We are using other diesel vehicles which are 7 years old; which till date has not given this type of issue. We are ashamed the German vehicle which has not met with any type of accident and in good hands of personal use has this problem. We ourselves drive this vehicle. We fill diesel from where we are filling for other vehicles also. This is to be treated as manufacturing defect. Lot of complaints about the same and charge of the fuel injectors varies from dealer to dealer. The workshop has first replaced one injector upon giving complaint with Volkswagen they replaced all 4. They claimed all to be replaced as all have problems. I do not know how? Mostly this issue started after the vehicle has come back from service center for small denting work. They charged me around 26k for the same for which I still have the bill. After the vehicle delivered to us while applying brake the vehicle was shaking. Suddenly it stopped middle of the road one day. There are few requests from my end as a customer. 1: The replacement of fuel injectors should be absolutely free of cost. Customer should not be penalized for the manufacturing defect. Ensure it should not happen in future. 2: Please furnish the serial numbers of fuel injectors those were originally fitted in my car it should match what is being replaced. I want to personally verify. Want to make sure my vehicle when in workshop is safe, I hope it is clear to you what I mean? 3: Please pay utmost attention to the customer grievances they are most valuable asset for you if they are dissatisfied one day you have to CLOSE DOWN YOUR SHOP. If my complaint is not being attended to on top most priority I will lodge a complaint in CONSUMER COURT and write to INDIAN AUTOMOBILE ASSOCIATION.                                       My Vento Diesel(PB13AB8331) still under warranty and driven 30000km malfunctioned in gear shift . Gear shifting sometimes struck and doesn't shift from 4 to 5th gear. Now when on 6th September 2014, I visited the Swami Auto service center at Chandigarh and reported the problem, the service advisor told that gear shifter adjustment has been done, but after 4-5 days the problem was back with same feature of irregular gear struck. Since the vehicle near 30000km, i went for the second service of vehicle to Swami Auto service centre at Chandigarh. I gave the vehicle on 24th September and reported the same problem. Then the another service advisor on 26th told me that again gear shifter adjustment has been done but then i insisted them to tell me what exact problem did they find and i hard pressed that i need in writing the exact work done along with problem found on both the occasions. Then the service guy told that they need to open the gear box. This reflects that Volkswagen service center was just lying about solving the problem without touching the gear box. Now on 27th September, Service center told that they were unable to debug the problem. Now they say that problem could be in gear shifter or gear box. Without asking my permission they did a test drive on my vehicle for 40 odd kms and reported that they did not find any problem. Now they are asking me to make a video of the gear struck from 4 to 5th gear as and when the problem arise. So I am in limbo to take the vehicle on any highway where 5th gear could be used. I am a government officer and lot of time got wasted and suffered a lot . I feel frustrated that after paying 9 lakh to Volkswagen the vehicle goes bad within 2yrs and sub 30000km and that too in respect to gear problem. On top of it my Rs 35000 touch and GPS stereo fitted by Volkswagen with 2yr warranty also malfunctioning and service center reports that there is some virus in my pen drive but when i put the new pen drive the manual buttons of the player again dies out irregularly. I have already showed the malfunction to the service representative but now they are asking me to make a video for the same too. Its the height of poor customer service and I continuously called up service center to know the status of my vehicle in last 4-5 days, but they did not respond to my calls. Even if they pick up the call they say that they will get back to me to tell the exact status of my vehicle but there was no calling from service centre to me. My warranty period is about to expire in November end. I would like to ask the Volkswagen Management what should I do now ????

                                      Now vokswagen returned the vehicle without any solution to my irregular gear struck from 4th to 5th. Now they say i need to provide a video of gear struck.
                                      Swami Auto Service centre (Rohit Sardana) told that As I have reported the problem within warranty period and If my problem still persist after
                                      warranty period then Volkswagen is going to resolve the problem without charging anything to me.

                                      I Have a big doubt on this.

                                      IS IT A POLICY OF VOKSWAGEN ???

                                      Also yesterday, when i received a call from volkswagen customer care about my problem, then also i asked him about such policy if any, but he was clueless on this thing, rather he asked me to take extended warranty.( What a joke with a customer, , , warranty is not working and they want to sell extended warranty)

                                        Dear Sir, Greetings of the day !! This is to bring to your notice about VW car service . VW has very bad service team, they never reply to your call . Very bad communication among them for example my service was scheduled on 16th of this month and I got a massage from them on 17th . every time you call operator will never pick up your call or they will take your name and never call back . spare parts are not available for 125 days . customer service will never reply service manager will never reply very bad aproch
