Hi, I gave my Volkswagen Polo 1.2 Comfort Line for service yesterday on 14 Sep 14. I parked the car at the gate & the serviceman parked the same in front of me. I went in to wait in the customer lounge. The person preparing the job card came to intimate me that their online server was not working & we had to do manual entry for preparation of job card. As soon as I went near my car I as a dent on the right driver door. A scratch on the right side mirror & a scratch on the door behind the driver, The workshop refused to accept their fault & asked to do denting & painting at a discount.     Hi, I have purchased a Vento (MH43 AN 8318) from your showroom in Navi Mumbai in January 2014. As per your maintenance requirements, I had fixed an appointment with your Navi Mumbai service center for the 6 months free check up on 25th june 14 I therefore wish to share with you my first experience at your service center 1) at the time of fixing an appointment I had inquired about the time it would require for the check-up to complete 2) the time required would be 2-21/2 hrs was informed to me 3) I had further requested that as I shall be coming from my workplace, I should not be made to wait and work on my car should start immediately. I was assured that there shall be no delay. 4) on arrival 10min. prior to my appointment time, I was made to wait for 1/2 an hour. As time was being wasted and I had to go back to work I approached your reception desk and requested her to attend to my car immediately. To my surprised she said "Sir it shall take more then 6 hrs to do the check up of your car." 5) I informed your reception that it was not possible for me to wait so long and as your service centre is remotely located and it was not possible for me to go and come again to collect the car. Plus I could require the car in the afternoon. I have fixed my work schedule for a wait of about 3 hrs at your service centre. 6) at that moment one your engineer came and said that my car would be ready in 2 hrs time and the reception not being a technical person was not aware of the time schedule. I do not understand why a person has to have a technical knowledge to inform a client about standard procedures such as check up and annual servicing. 7) after my car was handed over I requested the engineer to stop the car horn beeping every time I locked or unlocked the car. He informed me that the the software would require to be reloaded and that itself would take a couple of hours. Since i could not wait i requested him to ignore my request. I wish to know if this procedure takes an additional 2 hrs. 8) your engineer also informed that the car wash would be done for a nominal cost if I so desired but that would also take another couple of hours. I request your engineer that I would like my car to returned to me in about 21/2 hrs as I had to go work and do the standard check up procedure and all work as required as per the standard check up procedure should be only done. on returning home I checked the brochure issued by your company and read that the car wash is complimentary and therefore did not carry any charge and was a part of your standard check up procedure. I would like to inform you that my car was washed neither form outside nor inside. 9) the car was returned to me on time by your engineer and I was presented with a bill of Rs. 46/- for car check up which was supposed to be a free checkup. Though the amount charged is very low it is not right, as you have declared the 6 monthly check up as FREE. Even a roadside mechanic charges a minimum of Rs.100/-. I must compliment you that labour in your service centre is cheaper than a roadside mechanic. conclusions a) i fear that i shall be indiscriminately charged for my annual servicings and unnecessary repairs carried out. b) i also fear for the health of my car once it is in your service center. After my experienced in the first visit, i have a good idea of the work culture followed in your service centre c) At annual servicing, the car may not be serviced at all but full charge collected from me. Unfortunately I have taken additional warranty for my Vento which I may have to forgo and look for private garages to maintain my vento. d) though your sales office convinced me into purchasing German technology they failed to inform about the Indian culture and mentality at your workshop. e) I read in the newspaper that your company have downsized there projection of market share from 21% to 6%. could your service center be one of the reasons? thanking you Dr. Shakir

      My Name is Shankar Mishra. On Aug 10th 2014 I made the booking for the new Vw polo 2014 model for the night blue color. I made a down payment of INR 5, 00, 000/-. At the time of the booking the deal (global gallarie motors Thane- Mumbai) they made the commitment to give me the night blue color. After 10 days of booking, they called me and said that sir the night blue color will need more time, I waited till date, sept 12th today and again they call me today saying that the night blue color is not available. Now they are saying you select a different color and we will get that but night blue is not possible. I desperately wanted the night blue color and that is why even after paying more than half of the amount on cash, I waited for almost one month and now they say select another color which will also take another one month to be delivered. When they never were sure about the color why did they at the time of booking made a wrong commitment to give me the car in 20 days. Now I am mentally harassed and waiting for so much time already is making me even more annoyed. I want the company to take action on this. The person who committed to me was the sales executive MR. Prashant and his assistant Atul. Through this complaint I really want to understand what does the whole German company can do for thier customers. I have suffered a loss of interest on my 5 lakhs just lying with the dealer for more thAn a month now and still I don't have the certainty to get my car. For your reference I booked the New Polo Highline Diesel model and the booking is in the name of M/S Hotel Savera.

          Cars reg num DL 8CY 1385...vento...i aman bhatia resident of delhi wants to complaint about the workshop in jahangirpuri delhi i gave my car after accident in month of feb 2014 and i got my car back after 4 long months and even after repairing job done till date i have complaints iN my car and i am a frequent visitor of your workshop. All the Wires were left untapped there is a risk of short circuit and right fender was changed and still i am facing a problem of rusting...i request you to kindly revert back as soon as possible.             My name is Sheetal Kumar Kamboj. I am customer of vw group since november 2013, i had purchased a vw polo (HR 51AX 7920) form Broadway Autoworld Pvt Ltd. 15/2, Near-Sector-29, Mathura Road West, Faridabad, i was facing a problem of steer shivering with noise earlier i thought the noise coming is because of suspension disorder, so told about it to my service advisor (Mr.Sanjeevan) before my first monitoring the car meter reading was around[protected] and service advisor reverted me that the problem will be rectified on the first monitoring with the words "don`t worry about it this is not a issue", but at the time of monitoring the scene was entirely different first they denied for rectification then i mailed a complaint to customer care regarding monitoring dissatisfaction, then they called me back for the rectification and misguided me regarding my problem, i came back with the same problem after one week but they continued to say"it is not an issue it is use to be like this in all the vw cars ", and side by side they also appealed to me after my every visit to give their feedbacks positive it will trouble our jobs, so i said ok no problem. i had visited seven times to Broadway Autoworld Pvt Ltd. in nine months facing the same problem but shiveering in the steering continued in increasing first service passed with their misguided decisions and now at the second monitoring they are telling me that all these issues were due to fault in disc brake pad and the part is out of warranty period and demanding to resolve the problem paid, when i told them the issue is coming since i bought this car, they said we know about that but now you have to pay. I discussed my matter with asst. manager Mr. Ritesh chhatwal, Mr. Sanjeevan, Mr.Shailendra Kumar & Ms.Neha Kapoor of Broadway Autoworld Pvt Ltd. about my issue, then he replied "we can compromise over this issue you have to pay for the spare parts and labour charges and rest we will see", now my question is "what rest is left ? when i have to bear all the charges". My humble request is to kindly help me resolving from this problem.

              It was in Feb. 2012 that we bought your Vento Sedan car ( Invoice No. VSI110705 Dt. 23 / 02 / 2012 from World Class Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. / New Delhi ) and here by request you to kindly Replace this piece with a brand new one and help us out . From Day One, i have been having a problem with this car : 1) Dly. promised at 16 hrs .on 17th Feb. but we when the car did not reach the show room until 19 Hrs we were told that it was stuck midway between the workshop and the show room ( reasons not known ) 2) Finally when it arrived, the Head lights were not working, the stereo system was hazy . 3) Right at that moment i wanted to SAY No to this kind of a product, but due to persuasion by the then AGM, his explanations and an emotional expression we finally took the delivery on 24th Feb. 4) The Car Air conditioning system & the stereo System never performed satisfactorily . However without complaining, crying and cribbing, we carried on . 5) The starting of the car is jerky and shaky . .Till this date the vehicle has been sent to your Workshop at least 4 -5 Times and no improvement . Even today it is with the workshop and despite changing the AC Compressor they are not able to get the proper cooling from the system . No help on stereo system, what so ever . Not that we have much to comment on your Global Quality, what all i can say is that : your people in Delhi handed us a defective / Rejected piece in the first instance and despite all efforts by your team members at New Delhi workshop, they are still unable to fix the problems . i sincerely request you to please Replace my above car with a brand new one and help us out of this continuous inconvenience . Just to add that that we do not have pleasure of possessing a Global Quality Car even though i was highly excited before choosing a VOLKSWAGEN BRAND . Our enthusiasm of being a proud owner of Volkswagen Vento car has gone to the winds . i am sure you will feel our pain and advise your counterparts in New Delhi / India to replace the car with a brand new VENTO .                 I bought the new polo highline and it was delivered to me without the cigarette lighter and the removable cup type ashtray. When i inquired about the same to the sales person at Volkswagen Nagpur, he said that those features are not provided in the new polo even though the car delivered a week prior to mine has the same. Also, the sales manager is extremely arrogant and does not speak to the customers politely. She is so rude that you will want to hurl abuses at her. The sales staff lies blatantly and once the car is delivered they do not bother about your complaints at all.

                  I have owned a POLO comfortline car (petrol) Reg. no.- RJ 14 CM[protected] Model) This is to complaint you about the improper Car services from your Jaipur Workshop. My car service is in AMC with an advantage of free first three services, considering that my car service was due on 22nd Aug, 2014. To avail that free service I have called your service center on 20th August, 2014(@ 12.39 pm on [protected]). But due to overbooking of other cars they could not gave me appointment in time and booked my car service for 6th Sep, 2014. But today after sending my car to your service center they are denying for the free service of my vehicle. I hope you will understand that service was lapsed due to overbooking of other cars during same time and I am not in fault for the same.                     Chronology : Car Purchased from Phabhadevi Showroom Mumbai 1) Recvd the NEW car with 2 dents 2) Recvd the NEW Car with Wheel Alignment Issue 3 ) Recvd the NEW Car with Air Ventilation Flap Issue. 4) Went to the Showroom 11 TIMES in the first 4 months ( all documented on Email ) for Alignment Issue. 5) out of 11 times the car went to the showroom the Service guys Damaged my 5 Times with MASSIVE Dents !! 6) After 1 year and 2 months they are Still trying To Rectify my Wheel Alignment. ( Another Apointment number 13 is pending ) 7) Car went for Service - They Charged me for 5 Things for which the Work was not even done and I caught them RED HANDED ... they finally admitted to it and gave me a discount on those FALSIFIED CHARGES. The ENTIRE VW team has been continuously unresponsive and YET even After 1.2 Years the CAR STILL has a TILTED STEERING WHEEL + ALIGNMENT ISSUE. I Cant Imagine that thier Senior most TECHNICIAN is lying to me on my FACE ...his reading of the issue as per his is ---- these are his WORDS ---- " its a NORMAL PROBLEM " !! can someone tell me How can a tilted Steering Wheel be a NORMAL PROBLEM or a matter of FACT how can any NEW CAR have a PROBLEM in the FIRST Case ??? there is a LONG STORY even in BETWEEN all this injustice that have happened...these people are just plain CRUEL !!                       Dear Sirs, We currently own FIVE Volkswagen Passat, and the below mentioned issue, is regarding a very serious default we encountered in 1 of the same . Car Details : Model No. : PASSAT 2.0 CRDI DS DATE OF PURCHASE : 30/12/2009 VIN : WVWG093C69A000309 ENGINE NO. : CBA085035 Registraion no: GJ3CR9473 Details of the Default : The above said vehicle has been detected to have a significant amount of metallic like particles present in the fuel tank, and as a result of which, the same have been circulated throughout the fuel system . The car as a result of this, was stalled and after diagnosis by the local Volkswagen Dealership Mechanic, the above conclusion was adjudged . As per the diagnostic reports, it was concluded that a majority of the Fuel System Parts, have to be completely replaced, the list of which is attached below . Coming to Our concern is that, If the Car comes with an efficient Fuel Filter, which at the time of default, and in the history of the car in our possession, has been regularly serviced and changed, as and when prescribed, WHY IS IT THAT STILL THE METALLIC LIKE PARTS WERE ABLE TO REACH THE FUEL SYSTEM PARTS, defected at the moment ?? This clearly indicates a MALFUNCTION IN THE WORKING OF THE FUEL FILTER OR A LIKELY DEFECTED FUEL FILTER, provided by the company ITSELF, and hence since the resulting default is due to the same malfunction OR defective fuel filter, shouldn't the replacement of the defected parts be the Sole Responsibility of the Volkswagen Company?? For a no fault from our side, company has charged us Rs4, 38, 638.00 vide their invoice no. SIP144226(Ruppes four lacs thirty eight thousand six hundred thirty eight). We feel defect encounter is the responsibility of compnay due to faulty parts and should be repaired at no cost to us. Kindly understand that such a defect in a car as sophisticated as VW PASSAT, has raised some serious quality concerns in our minds, regarding THE RELIABILITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE, provided by company .                         Dear Sirs, We are INTRICAST PVT LTD, India's leading Valve Manufacturing Foundry, since the last 25 years, based in Rajkot, Gujarat . We currently own FIVE Volkswagen Passat, and the below mentioned issue, is regarding a very serious default we encountered in 1 of the same . Simply implying we ARE UTTERLY FED UP OF THE disappointing quality, in your car. I would also like to draw your attention, to a few harsh facts, which have caused us immense discomfort and disappointment . The car in context has been defaulted since the last 15-20 days, during which time, we have faced immense inconvenience, due to the same . Also before the above mentioned default occurred, the car has had to be regularly sent to the workshop for some reason or the other, such as a defaulted headlamp, defaulted side view mirror, faulty back sunlight grille, etc . In Fact not just the above car in context, but all the other FOUR cars, of the same make, in our possession have had some default or the other at any particular time . All in all, I would conclude that by far, thesehave been the most regrettable CARS, we have purchased. Hope the gravity of the issue and the extent of our dissatisfaction, has been understood clearly .                           My Vento given sent for service on 27th aug 2014 at Vidyut Motors, Pune was damaged with the dent on left fender and bumper in front.Car was not washed at the time of delivery .The service manager Mr Imran and Mr Satyajit Patil denied to take any responsibility initially and were absolutly arrogant and andamant to accept the vehicle and said he were helpless.Copy of their apology attached with this mail Dear Sir, Greetings from Volkswagen, Vidyut Motors Pvt.                             I have polo 2010 model run 112000km and get the same service at Atrica Automobile Pvt Ltd-add D 197 Sector 63 Noida. I had AC tripping issue in the car so shown same at service station on 17-Sep-13 where in they charged Rs.1500 for AC reengineer. The same problem occurred again in June with following problems too-Km Trip and time settings, door locs issue, bcm unit basic setting, car goes dead and does not start. i took the car on 19-Jne-14 to service station they charged me Rs 2678 for AC condenser cleaning and AC gas. Again same issues occurred on 13-July 14 and i took the car to service station. The service station changed sterio meter change and charged Rs. 10100 but still the problem did not resolve and we took the car again to station on 14-Aug-14 and finally after keeping car for 10 days they finally detected that it was actually spark plug and wiring problem because of which the car was having these issues. I was surprised as they changed two-three parts and charged me total Rs 14000 approx. and finally said it was some other fault. Why did they changed sterio meter and ac condenser when it was spark plug and wiring issue. Its a clear service and engineering lack of standard and knowledge with service engineers at Volkswagen stations. After even 3 months consistent car check they were unable to detect fault and kept on charging me. I am complete dissatisfied with the services and the harassment they have given me i need my refund of parts changed sterio meter and AC repairs which were not required. When i asked from service station they refused for the same. I request Volkswagen to refund my money charged without reason. I am not advising any new person to buy Volks wagen and existing to get his service done from Atrica Automobile Pvt Ltd. I hope Volks wagen professional company to respond to this genuine complain and refund my genuine money back.

                              i purchased new polo 1.5 tdi highline ( chassis no. WVWE14602FT010635) from karnavati showroom, ashram road, ahmedabad on 14 aug, 2014 by paying almost 8.33 lacks. when i was offered car on 14.08.14, it was not up to the mark in condition.( water lodged in front head lamp, clutch rest pedal was not there, rear dickey door was not in alignment, dirty spot in rear seat) till i received it after verbal assurance from showroom manager (Mr.Chiarag Rawal) that your all query would be short out earliest, right-now you would accept the car...and i made big mistake. thats not end here... on 19.08.14 my car didn't start. i called roadside assistance (case no.[protected])and they towed my new car to mehsana workshop. the car mechanic/supervisor told me that your car has some fault but they are not giving me the details why this problem arise in brand new car. now i am not satisfied by any of their arguments regarding problem in new car...i want to change the vehicle. and demand new brand car... i will not receive the problematic car. Same details i mailed to showroom manager mr. Chirag Rawal but till date he didnot answer me. they answered me that your car is in warranty period so we can replace you thae faulty spare parts not the car. How can i accept fault in new brand car in just two days.

                                As my clutch plates of vw vento diesel were hard and car was not picking speed, I showed my car in atricia automobiles sector 63 noida. They told me after inspection and provided me with estimate of 20000 for clutch plates. Next day they told me that total cost would come to be 50000 as flywheel also need replacement. It was shocking as car is nearly 2 years old and has run hardly 43000 km. I asked them that please put back the car as it is.they told me that I have to pay a labour charge of 6000 just for opening car which was later trimmed to 3400. I have shown the car elsewhere and came to know that flywheel is absolutely fine. I am attaching the pictures. Also the total cost estimated was around 13000 including labour which was much higher than the estimate cost of 50000 provided by the dealer. Please take action against atricia automobiles for deliberate manipulation of price and also it was very harassing experience for me. Also help me in the refund of labour charge incurred.

                                  I am Prakash Chand Jain and I own a Volkswagen Polo Diesel 1.2 Highline. I purchased my car from Volkswagen Delhi North Globus Cars (P) Ltd. in July 2013. My car met with a collision two weeks ago (9 August'14), in with front glass of my car broke and it got a dent on the bumper and on the front side. I took my car to Volkswagen Delhi north car workshop and claimed insurance company. My service advisor promised me to deliver my car by Sunday (17-Aug-2014) but he failed. Then he promised me to deliver my car by Tuesday(19-Aug-2014), he failed to deliver on that day too. He gave me an estimate of approximately INR 6000 to be borne by me. And without getting their estimation approved by the Insurance Company repaired the car. An accidental labor cost which insurance company has to bear, which is about INR 13000. They are now demanding that money from me. I got my car financed from your respected company. At the time of purchasing, your representative asked us to get our car financed from your company and buy all your schemes 2+2 extended and other schemes, we bought everything your agent asked us to. It's been approx two weeks now that my car is in your workshop and I am very disappointed from your service and moreover the service advisors are not co-ordinating and are very rude to me. My next EMI payment time is coming, please tell me if I should pay EMI of the car just for nothing. For Last Two weeks, I am suffering losses because o[censored]navailability of the car. I am going through many problems while travelling. I would like to ask you, I bought two cars just because of your performance and now I am highly disappointed with your services. I told some of my friends who were planning to purchase a car from your company and they are now reconsidering their decision after knowing about the services provided by your company. I am highly disturbed from your services!!! I'll grateful if you can take a look into the matter and take immediate actions, so that I can get the car back and not consider the option of selling your car and going to another company who could provide me with effective service and most importantly a friendly advisor who is not rude to me. I'll be highly obliged if you look into my matter as soon as possible.

                                    I purchased polo diesel 1.2 TDI from VW North Delhi on August 2013. From the start I have been cheated by showroon, the sales personal with the incomplete and incorrect information. However, I still went ahead and bought the car thinking at least the Company has some reputation and will work its way to mend my experience to better one. I took the Fully loaded offer from VW which included 3 years of insurance from Bajaj which has a tie up with VW. Howewver, now 1 year is completing and no one has called till now to ask me for renewing the insurance. I had to followup with the team in the showroom as when I talked to them, they simply refused to add the 0 Dep addon in my policy stating I had taken 2 claims on my policy in previous year. Also, they are asking me to drop in the claim amout check with them and the Bajaj agent is rude when I asked them to take the cheque from me. Sales dept. is full of cheats and provides just imcomplete information in order to secure the bookings. VW has stooped to new lows for securing the sales in India. I just hope the company should be charged with fradulent activites by Govt agencies so that the higher Mgt. in europe comes to know what the indian counterparts are upto. Not at all thankful to the Company in any way.

                                      We have bought our Polo in august 2011. Have been doing our yearly maintenance servicing religiously on the due dates. Car did not give us any trouble at all for three years. This August (2014) we have delivered our car for third yearly servicing. We did not have any complaint other than some leakage due to monsoon. But after 3 days when they delivered the car back to us, we were shocked. Not even could they fix the leakage problem and shuffled all the existing setting of the engine, but now our car is not even in usable condition. 1 the moment speed goes above 10km/hr, all the engine noise and hick up starts 2 Accelerator is not responding when we try to increase the speed 3 breaks make worst of noises 4 Engines stops performing above the speed of 10 5 catalytic converter light keeps on blinking continuously Completely healthy car has broken down after servicing and we did complain at service station. The mechanic came twice and some how he could find all 3 ignition coils broken (which were totally fine and working before and even they cleared our car from servicing, with ALL OK remark) Well he changed those coils but all the above problems are still there. Bottom line, they screwed up our car in servicing, forget about fixing our water leakage problem, they gave back the car creating dozens of more serious issues.
