HI I own a volkswagon Vento tdi trendline model. On 27 April when after getting my car refuelled (full tank -auto cut off) I noticed that my car was leaking diesel. I stopped the car at petrol pump and called VW to tow vehicle to nearest workshop. That time only Frontier Automobiles, at mohan co-oprative near NTPC turn, was available and the vehicle got towed there. Next morning i visited the workshop and the service manager told me that there were 3 campaigns which are pending on your car since 2011. I get my car services regularly through Atrica automobiles. Sector 63 Noida. My first complaint is againt Atrica automobiles for missing on my campains. The service engineer also told me fuel pump cap was loose hence the leakage but he was not able to answer why it got loose at first place. This cap lies below the back passenger seats. Service manager Mr. Sagar didn't bother to answer that. Any how i was happy that car was not leaking fuel but on 27 May again after getting my tank full the car leaked Diesel. This time Frontier people say that the fuel gasket got loose and damaged. They couldnt explain that why it got damaged and why it wasnt fixed the last time. Can anyone in Volkswagon answer that? Is a leaking fuel not a life hazard ? How can they put my families life in danger ? Can I sue Volkswagon for putting life in danger because of their negligence ans shoddy work ? Where should i go and what should i do ?

    My Vanto was given to ABRA motors as the vehicle was getting heated up very fast and the coolant was getting evaporated very quickly. Som damages were told and the vehicle was given back to us marking as FIXED. Within 2 months the problem recurred and I was told that the newly placed housing is not aligned and since the problem is recurring they would need more days to fix it, retest it, conftrm it, re-retest it and deliver it. So far so good. the problem is being taken care of. However the company doesnt seem to care about the issues that the customer would face in the absence of the car. More than 2 days delay, I am used to getting a stand by car for use by the service company as a token of their commitment to the customers. Being a "High Class Vehicle". the service company is not bothered to offer any apology or compensation because of the mistake in their FIX (or) some inherent problem in the car. How can they assume that due to a faulty service by them (or) some unique problem in the car, the customer would suffer for 7-8 days without a car? Is this customer service? What was more irritating was their statement " We understand your problem, but our other demo cars are given to other customers, so we cannot help you." In what way am I inferior to the other customers? Is this how a well known branded service center supposed to respond?

      Dear Sir, My Volkswagen Vento registration no. TN.10 AD 7099 in the year 2011, August is leaving for service at Sundaram Motors Mount Road. During the first service itself I had given a complaint on my AC functioning. On the second service also complaint has been repeated and it was working for six months without any problem. Now again the same problem, that is exhaust gas blowing out through the AC vent Off & On. This phenomenon is happening mostly on city drive (During the highway drive it never acquired). Tomorrow i.e. on 23/05/2014 I am leaving the vehicle at Sundaram motors at Mount Road. So please take necessary arrangement for checking and rectifying the problem for ever.       For my vento car gj12-576 was purchased six months back. Upto this date I have suffered with Ac blower several times. Once my car got stopped at 120 kms away from my residence because of Ac blower. I n suffering a lot. This is my fourth time that I m suffering from same Ac problem. No one is giving promising answers or results. How can one purchase such costly car if company does not take care of simple issues like this. Very embarrassing with reknown brand like this.

        Dear Mr Mahesh Ji, MD I, being the first owner of Polo Comfort line Car Reg.No.UP 78 CF 3656 in Kanpur (bought in January 2011), wish to state about the service support being provided to the customer which has gone bad to worse in the recent past. The recent example is that my ac was not cooling. I went to the service centre in Kanpur (M/s Viraj Motors Kanpur) to rectify the problem. Even after waiting for couple of hours, the service people could not detect the fault. It was really surprising that the company of internationally repute in automobile industry get busted and the franchisee as well if they could not retain or appoint efficient service staff. Well trained, hardworking and trustworthy, desire to learn at every single point staff would certainly help to avoid such incidents. Since I was really upset and unwilling to drive the vehicle in such a hot season, I had no option but to go to my nearest known engineer who immediately detected the fault and said its MAGNET has gone faulty. The moment I get to know this problem, contacted the service about the availability of this part but I am sorry to state again no positive response was given to me as of today.           Check engine light of my Vento (August 2013) model is always on. We have taken it to the authorised dealer 4 times every time it gets corrected for just 1 day and then again the problem reoccurs. The Registration number is UP14 CA 5670. Kindly look into the matter because I think there is some manufacturing defect in the car. Also it just gives me fuel efficiency of 7 in automatic model. This is much below the average advertised by your company. Kindly look into the matter at an earliest before my guarantee period gets over.

            i had purchased a VW polo trendline petrol variant in april 2011 and has been undergoing regular annual servicing of my vehicle and this calender year 2014, i too had gone for the scheduled servicing on 22.04.2014 against Order no.SO220085/SM/2014, Invoice no.SMSP/14-15/1406, Invoice date : 22/04/2014, Regd.no.AS01AU 1389, VIN : WVWC11603BT040792, Model : Polo Trendline Petrol at SM Autokrafts Private Ltd.(Authorised Dealer Of VW) Railway Gate No.1, Maligaon, Guwahati - 781011, Assam (India).Post the said servicing, my vehicle have developed problems in the steering wheel and this has been a constant source of worry while driving.i am stationed at NRL Township, Golaghat and it is 540 kms(both ways) away from Guwahati, which happens to be the only dealer of VW in North east.kindly facilitate necessary arrangements for addressing the problem at the earliest.my mobile no.is [protected].

              I would like to tell you that my polo car whose registration no is UK06 AA 7980, which I have bought form delhi, at the service center of haldwani dealership for the work of repairing in the back fender on 9 may 2014, I was told to recive my car on the date 12 may 2014, when I came to get my car, then I saw the work done at my car was not of satisfactory level, and the executives have also accepted their mistake, and after that told me to get my car on 13 may 2014, on that date when I again came to get my car, then also the work performed by the service center was again not upto the satisfactory level, and again the executives have excepted that their mistake, during this period I had suffered with many traveling expenses. So I would like to request you to take a strict action against their mistake and the cost o[censored]nconvenience caused to me. If this type of services are given by Volkswagen, I would never prefer to buy any Volkswagen car in future .

                I am having a car polo tdi highline pbo3ae-1879 in bathinda (Pb) purchased from bhagat group.My car is in the service centre for fuel pump to be changed it is in the warranty today
                In bathinda city. But they are not having a part at the present time after 07 days they will give the vehicle. Sir, i need the vehicle at urgent basis.

                  I had given a complain for a break down today 12th April at 10.00 am. It was confirmed to me that i will get a call within 15 - 20 minutes and the service advisor.

                  No one turned up or even bothered to call me. Finally i called up again with the same answer that they wil revert within 10 minutes.

                  This happened 4 times. Then i spoke to someone senior and after an hour ie at 2.30 the break down towing van arrived. I am sorry to say that if this is the case in centre of the city, what will be the case if the car break down in remote area.

                    I am the owner of Vento (Trendline Diesel) purchased (November-2011) from Broadway Autoworld Pvt. Ltd. Volkswagen-Faridabad (NCR). From the date of purchasing, my car is regularly checked & serviced from the Broadway Autoworld Faridabad. One day i was returning home from my office, my car get automatically stopped down and did not start again. Immidiately i called up a platform truck (for Towing) and sent the car to the same agency Broadway Autoworld( Volkswagen- Faridabad). They have checked the vehicle and then respond me that a faulty or some fake nut is installed in the engine. Also an original nut found in the engine (SHOCKED!!)which had broken the engine's timing belt and the engine valves get bend due to which engine oil get leaked. I was totally shocked...Oh My GOD!! The agency's Service Advisor(Mr. Sanjeevan) and Service Head(Mr.Fahem Khan) both first of all not commented on this happening. When i asked them they said it will cost near by (Rs. 1, 40, 000) . I was again shocked .I said please check at your side coz the car have been regularly checked & serviced at ur agency only since from the date of purchase.Also you can check the service history and all the job cards or the work done at the agency from tha past 2.5 years. One thing also i want to say that VOLKSWAGEN, WHAT IS GOING WITH YOUR COMPANY? i will not bear any damages cost and my car is with the agency from the past 10 days. Please cooperate about this matter coz Rs .1, 40, 000 is a very big amnt. for me. Also the service team of the agency(Broadway Autoworld) is not cooperating with me .and not taking up my calls Dear VW Group its your mechanical fault, and iam not responsible for this whole matter.                       I am an owner of Jetta (comfertin) recently purchased[protected]from Phoenix Cars, Pavangad, Calicut, Kerala.Its very disgusting that after purchasing the vehicle .The Company did not enquire about the performance of the vehicle.When I got the vehicle first it had already run 24 kms and interior all seats seal was taken out.Inside the car fully dust and suffocation.Stain is to be seen in all sides of the glasses of the car, after cleaning also its not going same thing next on the body too many scratches are still to be seen.Now I feel that dealer has given me a company test drive car. While driving car is not smooth some irritating noise from door side. People who are travelling are not comfortable as shown the previous reasons.Horn is ecofobic.As per company as assured me 15 kms per ltr petrol Iam getting only 10 kms occationally. So I feel company has cheated me by giving me false promises.So I am badly depressed by purchasing this car, what should I do ? I expect a positive reply from company side.

                        i am based in Agra and bought my car from the dealer here who also runs the service station. My car 2010 model is Jetta. It runs well but asks for too much of servicing after the year of purchase. The problem worsens when the service station keeps the car for more than a week and reasons that the particular spare is out of stock. This issue has not arisen once or twice but 4-5 times in 2 years. The commitment of the people is poor, the servicing is time taking and not 100% as i had to get something or the other fixed by a local mechanic for a proper running. I bought the car to give me comfort and style but when it goes to servicing every now and then, it makes me feel that i took a wrong decision in dealing with volkswagen. I therefore recommend you to strengthen your service stations and provide with adequate spares to avoid losing out on your customers and on your sales. Even BMW provides a better service than Volkswagen despite their service station in other city.

                          HEY VOLKSWAGEN!!
                          i own a Volkswagen vento 2010 highline petrol model . Everything was fine till last Friday when i took my car to service station as its ac was not working . While exploring the problem it was found out that there was a crack in engine head . Which i suppose is the the problem of companies build quality .anyhow there has been a week my car is in service station and the people at Volkswagen are not entertaining my complaint . They are not even telling me about my cars status the time they expect to give it back to me even when i am calling them daily . it was clearly mentioned in extended warranty rules i should be given a supplementary car for the time my car lies in service station in these cases but again there is no response from Volkswagen. i had huge respect for Volkswagen which no longer exist . you people are hammering customer relationships day by day . any other company is better than you people at least they know how to treat there customers.
                          I agree with you. Even i had a similar experience & still going on when i had taken my vento to Service center in Mumbai Andheri service station.
                          No call from the workshop person & no reply on my calls too. I have to follow up every alternate day & check for status, that too the guy doesnt pick up my call. I too had great respect for VW but now sorry to say the Management too is not doing any thing to get their service correct.

                            I Jortin Mathew, very sad to inform u that my new vento coforline which I recently bought on[protected] had facing critical problems. The car has only driven 1500 km. Firstly a coil like indication and engine indication appeared while driving in yellow colour. This has been occur after a knocking. Later the car having starting problem and missing. I had shown my car in volkswagen service centre kottayam, but the problem not yet rectify and still the problems are same as before. I am really fed up with this car.                               I tow my vw polo at toll free number at baroda show room in car fuel pump problem and now service executive tell me that engine satarter problame show u have to pay 12000 extra I have vw warranty so why should I pay for this Replay me as soon as possible please bcoz 12000 amount is now small amount my car number is gj16 bb 9755

                                i buy vento comfort line from lally motors jalandhar of white colour 6 days back firstly d car is having a big problem of gear shifting i went there two time but d problem is nor resolved and the body shell is fully covered with dusty particles and the another problem of gear shifting comes to me but they are not listening to any i want u to take strict action against them and listen to our issues also this company is not a good one everytime we go they not even open job card plz help us as we r medium class people and agency people not even listen to any of our issue

                                  I buy new vento comfort line 6 days back dere is a problem in shifting of gears from d day i buy d car when d car was in d agency i told dm d same thing but in reply i got d ans dat d prob get resolved by shifting two three times but till now my car runs near about 500 kms and d problem is same till now please help me to get out of dis problem by taking immediate action and secondly dere were dots on d body shell too on car they had given me d defected piece please take some immediate action my mobile no.                                     Sir, i am Fed up at the problems in my car volkwagen passat. Its irritating how a german company like vw has so many problems. Its like they have done something to mint money at every level. The most unclear company i have ever faced. I have had several services and repairs at bhasin motors. ( mathura road) they just seem to lie. I haev been ignoring my probs complain in my car as in know the process is too long & and the people just know one thing, How to forcefully trouble the other person.. He gets pissed off and thinks to leave as the result will be a dud. I knw i have no benefit of writing this as well..You willl stasify with ur professional liars..

                                        my volkswagon polo battery got replaced on c14th june 2013 yesterday i was driving and i got back home and after that it just didnt start. the mechanic today jumpstarted it and has taken it to the service centre. how can a battery just discharge like that before even a year has been completed? should i write to the battery company? i want it replaced now as i ma not sure how long can the same battery run? pl reply to abhija.[protected]@gmail.com
