Voltas — Ac compressor is not working | |||
There is a problem with my AC compressor and I had complained so many time in Voltas service centre regarding this but no serious action is taken by the service team from last 15 days. After doing so much complaints one of the executive from Voltas has visited to my house and he checked the AC after checking he told me that there is a problem in the compressor and the compressor will get changed as it is warranty also. He informed us that one of the technician will come and will upload the and transport it to the service centre. On 5 May he take away the AC and Yesterday on 6 May he bring it back but the problem is still the same and the don't even changed the compressor also and arguing with us that now it is ok from our end. Neither he attended, nor ACE engg phone always in switched off mode.
even after three days I am clue less as to when it will be attended.
