[Resolved] Voltas — ac not installed even after span of 7 days. | |||
I have bought a split ac on 31st May'18 from Arun Enterprise limited Jammu. I have lodged a request for its installation. Today is 5th June'18 but no on any technicians is came . More than 20 time i have called to customer care but they are also not able to solve my problem. can any one help please...I would be very thank full to you. Please resolve earliest. I have registered complaint in Voltas Company. My air conditioner was not cooling properly. Complaint No.(Request No.- [protected]). I have registered complain on 25-May-2018. But till now i.e. 31-May-2018, the complaint is not resolved.
After so many phone calls, there is no reply of dealer.
Please resolve this as soon as possible.
