Hi team, Would like to inform you that i am farhan hussain & i bought voltas ac on 22nd apr’18 & after a month votas engineers came at my home for routine service. They informed us your second service due for month of apr’19 as per them they will come for ac service but they did not informed avail this free service we have to registered a request but after long wait when they did come for service today we called up your customer care as per the customer care executive we have to registered a request for avail free service & now we have to pay rs. 500/- for this service but we were not aware about this & we are not give you any money for this service. Please explain me why your engineers gave false information even your distributor not inform us regarding this. Is this service you are provide to the customer i’m highly is appoint with your services please escalate my issue & revert me asap. Very bad experience with this voltas company from the date of installation i am back of your team /service engg and branch manager (so busy that he is not attending calls of costumer even though SMS ) that my AC required not giving that efficient output in cooling and some other issue also been highlighted for the same .
such a kidding thing for the same i had wrote plenty of mails on my service and for Warranty card and Terms and conditions of the term no body is bothered to provide me the details . such a irresponsible team .
