[Resolved]  Voltas — After sales service

My split ac is under warranty .My ac is not working since 2/5/14 .I requested to them on 2/05/14 ( req no [protected] ), Today is 6/05/14, 6.30pm neither any service man visited my place nor I received any call from them . When I called their costumer care they gave me of service center[protected] which is switched off since 2/5/14.

See when I am providing them my complain no i.e [protected] dated 2/5/14 then why they are asking for detail of my complain and my contact no, whether they have registered my complain without its detail or without my contact no ? Ridicules

I had lodged a complaint regarding AC not cooling. 2 times the service boy visited and visiting charges were realised from us. After that they service boy both the times left without resolving the issue. And a few days later we received SMS stating Your SR No [protected] is proposed for Cancellation, Reason: Job Done By Third Party. To stop Call [protected] or escalate to [protected]@voltas.com - Voltas for both the times. Such is the after sale service being provided by such reputed company. I do not recommend Voltas AC to anyone.
