[Resolved] Voltas — air cooler | |||
I bought a Voltas air cooler about an year back from Bajaj electronics Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. After using it for 4 months, the pump stopped working. When I tried calling the Voltas service centre, there was no response from them. Then I asked the Bajaj electronics people about it, they said that ‘Voltas service is very bad, they don’t respond, sorry we cannot help you’. After that the cooler is lying without service in my house. My experience is that I have used many brands, but the worst service is from Voltas. I advise people not to buy any of Voltas products. I bought a voltas ac of capacity of 1.5ton on 18 december 2018 from a dealer in new delhi, uttam nagar (vardhman electronics ) in initial days ac was working properly but now it is not cooling

apka ka agent mera cooler theek karne aaya wo Rs. 350/- bhi le kar chala gaya aur koi kaam bhi nahi kiya aapki servicing bilkul bakwas hai mai kabhi bhi koi cheej voltas ki nahi loonga aur sab jagah badnami kar doonga IIIrd class service & very bad cooler mere Rs. 14500/- fas gaye.
