The registered complaints through Customer Request No.[protected] dated 01.06.2019 as attended Assistant Contact No.[protected]) on same day visited at my residence and asked for Gas Refilling Problems Only. The said problems related already registered complaints through Customer Care Call [protected] dated 22.04.2019 as filled Gas by representative of Voltas Air Conditioner sent by Service Department.
Again, the cooling problems again stared and not responded any representative from your Service Chain Management of Voltas AC.
You are requested to take note seriously as resolved continuously faced problems as well as financial loss.

    Sir, there was an issue in my ac...As there was no cooling. I complaint about the same on 1st... They sent there technician and he said there is a gas issue.he charged 1800/ - rs and by the same evening there was again a cooling issue.. since then everyday I m calling Volta's customer care for the checkup...No one is turning up.. today is 10june. I am attaching the screenshot of messages for your reference from Voltas.Everyday some one call me ask me the issue and that's it. Evn though it's a 5 star Volta's split ac..My bill comes around 10 k -11k.. I requested them to get that checked...They are just unhelpful. My mother is sick and she was admitted in aiims.she came home on 5th.since then she is struggling with hotness.. she is not able to recover just because of weather.

      I had purchased 2 Split-type Air Conditioners (1*1.5 and 1*1 ton respecively)on 8th April 2019.Fitting of pipes and installation etc was done on 03//05/2019 by the company after wooden Panel fittings by the carpenter.The unit of 1 ton unit was not operative since it was left with gas leakage.After a long follow up it was made operational only on 8/6/2019.

        Complaint No.[protected], Issue has not be resolved yet. Borrowed on 7th May 2019, just delaying day by day . Even though the replacing part is delivered to the centre on 8th June.Now what's the issue, why the technician is not visiting. Now why the Jalandhar centre is saying that they will get that part on 18th June, when I confirmed from the senior associate they said it's already deliveries. If there is communication problem in staff, it should be seen by them . Customer's time should not be wasted and please not to fool the customer.

        No, Sir you are not working on it. You are just fooling us . Your associate said they will visit on 8th June when the defected part reached the center . When part has reached the center, why any technician has not visited yet?Adding to this when I called today to voltas center they said it will now delivered to 18th June. .I don't think in summer any technician will visit, they will visit in winter when there is no use. So better to return it get our money back.Just let me know the procedure if there is any Sir, this will be the great help.

          I have purchased voltas ac one year back. after one ear gas had been leaked. I registered complain for that one technician came on 17 May 2019 but after three days later AC was not cooling the room and technician had told me that voltas is giving you one month warranty of filled gas they charged 1800/- ₹ for that. After that I have complained several times but voltas technician not come for filling gas that has been leaked again. It has been 20 days has past but no technician come. Kindly see the matter urgent basis.

            In reference to the complaint number [protected] dated 03.06.2019 regarding AC water leakage.

            I have raised aforesaid complaint number on dated 03.06.2019. It is for your kind information that the authorised service provider of voltas AC in Rewari, Haryana are not providing proper service and customer facing the same problem of water leakage again and again since two year.

            In continuation of the aforesaid complaint technician visited at my address i.e. Rewari, Haryana on 05.06.2019 and checked the AC and told that your water pipe was blocked hence you faced water leakage problem.

            After that they clear pipe and took Rs. 500 from me.

            But just after one hour my AC water leakage problem occurred again. And for same I have complaint again and after two more days they came and said that cause of heat up the coil the water leakage occurred. I felt doubt on technician ability and when I asked whether they are authorised technician of voltas or not.

            In reply they said that we are not a authorised technician from voltas and have not taken any training regarding AC Service and repair from Voltas. They also said that they are working on contract and can repair all type of AC not only Voltas.

            But I have not put up more questions to them and second time they did their work on my AC to stop water leakage and went.

            But just after two hours water leakage started in my AC again. And till date that problem is the not resolved from the technician.



            The same issue, I discussed with the Rewari area manager Mr. Radheshyam but he made pretence every time to bother me. Some times he said that he terminate the technician, sometimes said that due to lack of technician process was delayed.

            Regarding this I discussed the issue to Haryana Circle Head Mr. Om Kumar tyagi too.

            First day he said that he would take my complaint at urgent basis and put up his best effort to resolve the problem at earliest.

            But Now he is also surrendered himself and said Sorry for delay to me.

            Therefore, You are my last hope to whom I am sharing my issue. Everyone including Shri BALA JI Refrigirator, Area Manager Mr. Radheshyam, Haryana Circle Head Mr. Om Kumar tyagi was not giving their proper result in customer satisfaction and fade up the image of TATA Voltas AC company.

            Kindly take action on them for the better future of Company as well as do something to resolve my problem at earliest.

              Hi team this is in regards to my window ac purchased on 5th May 2019. Soon after purchase I am water leakage problem. I call customer care and the technician visited to my place an suggested to buy a tray as this is the problem it persists in Voltas ac.
              I purchased tray and then soon after 1 day my ac remote display got blank. I called customer support for the same on 5th June and registered a complaint no [protected]. After calling multiple time to customer service for sending the technician they send it on 8th June as your turn around time is 24-48 but they visited post that and the was very talking very rudely and said your remote cannot be replaced I asked reason and he didn’t said any thing and ask me sign service report which I didn’t and customer care immediately but by that time he left. Customer care assured me that somebody will visit today but till date no one has came. I am still facing water leakage and remote issues. Is this kind of product Voltas make. In just 1 month of time I am facing so many issues. Request you to take back the and refund my money or resolve my problem.. else have to escalate this to higher management or file. Case in consumer court..

                  I have buy a Voltas air conditioner at 2014. Due to fault the Ac is not working I have applying the service to voltas service center Request No: [protected]. The technician has attended at 26.05.2019 he is explain what the problem in Ac. I confirmed to change the faulty parts of the air conditioner. Till the date they will not resolving the problem against Ac and I have complaint in the assistance no one can response properly. Then customer satisfaction is very worst in the Voltas limited compared to other companies. I have very suffered in the summer due to not resolving the problem. I request to take necessary action and also please resolve the problem of the air conditioner.

                    This is the very first time I bought something from Voltas and the AC refuses to work. I bought it on 3rd June and after repeated requests nobody came to install it. On 6th June I called a private person to install it after installation it's compressor didn't work even after registering complaints no further action was taken. Very disappointed by the services.

                      I purchased a Voltas Split-type Inverter Air Conditioner 183V DZU2 on June 6th 2019. I called the customer care on the same day and was told that the installation would be completed within 2 days. Even after calling hundreds of time, there was no response from the center. I was told by the customer care that they have highlighted my request and they will take action as soon as possible. Finally I called the service center and at the end of 2 days they sent 2 guys to install the AC. I was initially told by the customer care that the installation charge for split AC is 499 rupees only, but i was asked for 700 rupees by the service center. When I refused to pay extra 200 rupees, the service center manager called the installation guy and told them to cancel the installation. The workers then left the half installed AC as it was and left. When I called the manager about it, he asked for 200 rupees. My AC was installed only after paying a total of 700 rupees.

                          Hello sir
                          Main 6 june ko voltas ka A.C. jodhpur ke sparkdigi world police line se purchase kiya tha. Aur hume next day installed kerne ka bola gaya but aaj 8 june hone ko hai but koi A.C. installed kerne nai aaya hai and salesman bhi call pick nai ker rahe hai.
                          So i feel very bad experience with voltas on initial stage... so i request please take necessary action on it...

                            Hi,
                            I have bought the window Ac Approx. 4 years back. But in this very hot summer compressor is not working so i logged a complaint in customer care of voltas. so technician visited and told us to that the ac compressor is not working we will change it bcz compressor is still under warranty. but it been more than one month i am still chasing voltas to replace the compressor. I had spent very hard money for my comfortable but due to very unprofessional work of voltas me and my family facing this very hot summer. Every time i logged a complaint after one i received the msg that complaint has been canceled without taking any confirmation. complaint no:-[protected], [protected], [protected].

                              I bought voltas AC on the month feb 2019. since the day they installed it i dont even feel much cooling effect, when i complaint about it they came saw it and told this is the max what you can get. even fan feels much better. installation is done properly. after two months AC stopped working after gas burst and leakage, when i complained about it on the day of burst have recieved very worst response, no one is coming to check the problem. this is the worst service ever seen. WORST SERVICE AND WORST TECHNICIANS DONT KNOW HOW TO INSTALL. it was a total waste of money and time. complaint no. [protected]

                                I have purchased a new 1.5 ton window ac of voltas on 04 june 2019 through Al emirates store. Even after a 4th day the installation and warranty registration is still pending. I have been calling the custome care voltas almost everyday but they are just assuring it will be done tommorow. Also the number of technician which have been provided to me is unresponsive. This unethical behaviour on part of voltas is kind of harassment as i have already paid the full amount fot the ac. My installation charges should be waived off because of this delay and unethical behaviour of voltas.

                                  I haven't seen such a bad service from any other company. i registered my complaint approximately 10 days back from my mobile number [protected] whose request number was [protected].voltas engineer name "Firoz " whose contact number is [protected] came and put a external condensor and on asking him wheather this condensor is of company. He told me yes and took 450 rs. but after he went my ac did not worked and i got the message your complaint is cancelled because work done by third party. But when my work was done by company's engineer then why i recieved such message. infact he took service charges also. I immediately called on your number [protected] which i ricieved in your message then they said they will again sent him but now request i getting cancelled again and again. no one is visiting my home. worst service of any company. I have registered compalaint 4 times since that time but no reply from you side. Today, also i made a complaint on your number whose request number is [protected] and i got no call but recieved a message your compalint is resolved. I don't know what is going on. Is such things happen in such big companies. I never expected this from Voltas. Wosrt service to costumer.

                                    I have raised a ticket on 28th may 2019 for reinstalling my AC it's been 10 days no one came to my home to install my ac, when we call to customer care service number they are no responding properly, even we tried to contact their supervisor's they are also not responding properly.

                                      Our Voltas Ac cannot cooling, so we raised complaint and two service man were come. They refills gas in it and took cash of ₹2500. But problem not resolve. Since then we raise complaint again and again. And finally today one man comes and after checking he told us that not to use AC until same gas filling man not come to resolve gas problem. We don't know what they fill, but problem not resolve and another one told strictly not to use it. Plz do something as soon as possible.

                                        I called Voltas customer care number [protected] twice which is given on the Owners Manual of the product to make free service request because product is under the warranty and I have 2 free service coupon available.

                                        Strangely they did not listen to me at all. The moment I said my AC is under the warranty they hung up my call, saying your product is under the warranty for that this is wrong number and cut the call within 5 seconds. Not even told me if this is wrong number for booking a service request then which is the correct one for me to call. That was very rude.
