Subj: Complaint regarding 1.5 ton Split Air Condition
Sir / Madam,
I, S M Shakir Ahmad, purchased a 1.5ton split air conditioner from your outlet at Lajpat Nagar (Hariom Electronics) with valid Bill No. 12288 TRIL OK JEE and Model No. 183EYR on 14th August 2015.
I would like to make the following complaints with regards to the same:
Firstly, so far no installation has been done in spite of making many calls at the Voltas customer care for my Complaint Number [protected]
Secondly, I had taken an off from my office especially on 17th August, 2015 so that I could get the installation done for the Air Condition, but the person who came to install it came late in the evening at 7 p.m. despite me calling him since morning, and after that he demanded an extra exorbitant amount to install the Air Condition, though I was told to pay only Rs. 1500 /- as installation charges by Hariom Electronics, Lajpat Nagar (ref: Mr. Ashish). The person who had come to install then started misbehaving and I had to restrain myself from manhandling him as he was using abusive language and making sarcastic remarks.
3. I then immediately contacted the concerned person (Mr. Ashish) from Hariom Electronics and received a very poor response from them. Till now no installation has been done nor has anyone contacted me with a solution for the same.
Kindly do the needful and look into the matter with utmost urgency to avoid me using legal proceedings for the same.
