I am nitin panchal from vadodara (Gujarat)... I own 4 voltac ac at my home... But one of my new ac is not working since 20 days... I complaint and one of your colleague came to my house n said that theres a problem in p. C. B... And then he checked my bill... And said your machine is still on warranty so will replace the part within 7 to 10 days... But now 20 days has gone... They have not replaced p. C. B not even they have contacted me... I contacted them but not received any proper answer from their side... I also contacted your manager najeeb but i got very bad response and he was very rude... So now i request you to clear this problem... Or else i ll throw ur ac and will not buy any o[censored]r ac and never suggest anyone to buy voltas ac just because of service... I had very worst experience with u guys... Hope u take this seriously and fix the issue... Thank u

Voltas — not able to register my new window ac to get warranty.
I was trying to register my product my newly purchase voltas window ac 1.5 ton unit. But not able to do so because their website doesn't have functionality to register a new product or even register a complain.

Voltas — voltas ac service failure
I have the voltas 1.5 ton 3-star inverter split ac which has been malfunctioning for quite some time. It shows various error codes like h3, u5 etc. Authorized service providers have been unable to correct this problem. The ac is still in its service warranty period. It was purchased from reliance digital, rourkela.
Such kind of ineptitude is not expected from a well-established company like voltas. They are not responsive at all. If they are unable to repair the malfunctioning parts, they should promptly provide replacements.

Voltas — replacement demand of ac 1.5 ton
My ac was found beyond repair due to manufacturing defect and placed under replacement demand by the service center mainpuri up against my complaint no [protected] dated 04 may 2020. Now more than 50 days are over my ac has not been replaced till today. A great difficulties are being experienced by me due to non receipt of my ac during acute summer.
