My voltas ac stops cooling within 20 mins of run, i complaint this issue to voltas customer care (With complaint no. [protected]) and the technician just cleaned the ac and replaced a sensor, later when the problem again occurred next day, then he says that "he could not resolve the issue and you can return the changed sensor". Now i'm in a condition with no help as when i call to customer care they say technician will resolve while their service is unlikely to fix the issue.

Earlier i thought voltas brand is quite good but now i'll not recommend any one to buy any product from them.

    This side maninder from delhi. I purchased a new voltas window ac on 27th april 2019 and till now there is nobody out here to install me ac and for demo also.. What kind of customer service is this. I am just pissed off now. After spending a bunch of amount iam still waiting for the ac to be installed. I have called thrice or twice to register and for complaint also. Few minutes back i got a call from a executive of voltas name ishtiyar khan (‭+[protected]‬) and he straight away ask me that your ac is installed or not and i told me that somehow managed to out ac on window not properly so yes we need it to checked or to installed properly and we need a demo also bcoz its been 2 days iam waiting for the guy from voltas to come but its my mistake that i trust this brand. So at the end i just want the person to be here by today for demo and to check/ install the ac and to register for 5 years for warranty for compressor or else i will have to take some legal action.

      I bought split ac of voltas model no. 183szs3 (3 star) 1.5t on[protected] from vijay sales, sector 29 gurugram.
      The guy named ajay kumar was sent by voltas from r. R aircon for installation. Then after around 15 days from installation, we switched on the ac but it wasnt working and we registered complaint [protected] then technician came to check and figured out that the gas has leaked. Then after repeated calls from our side finally one technician was sent and refilled the gas. The next day a whistling sound started coming from the unit. Then again we called the company.. Our call was then handled by asm of voltas gurugram nmr radheshyam.. After repeated calls around 4 technicians came in the span of around 10 days all filing there reports as pending and were unable to rectify the issue. Finally one technician came and rectified the issue on 18th april, 2019 and then we went out if station. Now we came yesterday and it is still the same sound coming from the unit. Is it what that happens when you buy voltas ac?
      I have all the records and messages from voltas. I want this ac to be changed as it has already been opened for atleast 10-12 times since last 2 months or else i have no option than to seek legal route.
      I took leave from my office for only this ac and this has become a nuisance now.

        I have a voltas ac of 1.5 ton, i bought it on 07/06/14. My ac is still under warranty for compressor. I have the bill with me. I have been regularly complaining to voltas costumer care. They send me service engineer, he said my ac compressor is damage. But after that voltas is not replacing my air conditioner compressor and just consuming my days so that my ac warranty get expire and i have to pay full amount once again after a month. It has already been 15-16 days from the initial complain i made but still they have not changed or replaced my ac compressor. So that they can extract mony from me after warranty ends. I request you to kindly take this matter and replace my ac compressor soon before warranty ends. Moreover i will file consumer in consumer court physically if it is not solved soon.

          Iam purchasing two volta's ac on 19 april 2019 from kollam quilon radios. But the installation is done only 26 april 2019 due to the unavailability of technician in volta's.             The water supply is being cut off, even after there is sufficient water in the tank & the swing is not working.

            Previous complaint number [protected] was closed without resolving the issues.

            The same problem is reoccurring everytime even after change of parts from the past one year, serious issue, needs to be resolved with a permanent reliable solution.

            Ac compressor does not start after ac turned on. Neither compressor nor the blower starts. Just the display turns on. It was okay last seaaon. But now when turned on the blower soes not start. We can see the number being sisplayed bit the maxhine does not start.

              I lodged request for servicing my ac which was purchased on 17 july 2018. I was given the request number [protected] but it has been more than 2 days nobody showed up and neither the mechanic is picking up the phone. This is the kind of service provided by voltas. It is very pity that tata which is a brand showed such a displeasure. If they can't afford to provide services in such area then why the hell they are selling products in this area. Biggest blunder by tata.

              I havve done couples of sms at 56677 regards warranty claim of my new Inverter ac. And got revert text as u will get a call withing 60 mints from voltas
              But still i didnt receive any single call or sms
              This is completely irritating and unprofessional, losting faith
              I need some resolution on this asap.

                What the hell, ac installed a week ago but i i cant get any comfort of ac... Its not working even a single minute, i found a useless fiber box i installed at my home. I called voltas engginer 3-5 times a day to fix the problem i am facing but i got no response from the team. Please put your team to give better service atleast even 1 month from date of sale.

                  With due respect,
                  Its my humble request not to take voltas ac or any product of voltas, as due to the service which they provide is really pathetic & only on the term & condition which favor & only for the good sake of company which is as much as money to be looted from customers pocket, and mine incident is a better example to justify their process of handling their customer by saying its their policy which state only to charge money through visiting without any proper reason
                  As i have file a complain through customer care against sr no. [protected]
                  For the purpose of only to buy a ac air filter, apart from that there is no such other issue but still the customer care executive goes on trying to convening me that it is mandatory to visit the service guy & against that they are charging an unnecessary cost of rs 400/- which is of no mean, so this type of service they are providing which clearly shows that if the customer doesn't have any issue with ac but still he is bound to accept their terms & by these kind of terms & condition they are looting their customer. Because my concern is only to spread awareness that if we are buying voltas appliance then we are bound to accept their service even if we does not requires and have to pay the money to these giants.
                  So beware of these kinds of giants!!

                    I bought voltas split ac (183vdzv on 26/04/2019 and still i have not received the extended 5 year warranty ceritificate. I got a message which said the warranty has been mailed, but i haven't received it yet.
                    The product is registered under 5 year warranty with sr no [protected].

                    Kindly see to it that the warranty certificate is mailed asap.

                    Split a c purchased jan 19. Used in mar end. Leaking complaint attended after several reminders . Callous workmanship. Second complaint not attended so far. Sri sai airconditioners (hyderabad) authorized has proved to be the worst. Leakage not so far plugged. Wall is damaged

                      Voltas has turned out to us as a big fraud company in terms of services their vendors provide.

                      Mumbai bhandup durga enterprises authorized voltas service franchise.

                      Voltas had sent us many scheduled amc notifications but no technician/service engineer showed until amc period was about to complete.
                      Right 2 days before when the amc period is about to over, one technician shows up after making literally 50+calls!!!

                      And does only a dry air blow saying wet wash is not done now a days!! Although i see it in your agreement.

                      The main part here is, in whole 1year, no service was provided by voltas and all amc money was taken as a fraud.

                      They schedule service and mark it resolve without sending anyone!!!

                      Let me see what voltas has to say here...?

                        This complaint is regarding my grievance with voltas 1.5 ton inverter ac i had purchased for my residence in hyderabad. Water is dripping from the ac and the technician had come for resolving my complaint, he said that the installation team has not done their work properly with this ac and he wanted me to lodge another complaint with the service centre about the same. Whenever i try reaching the consumer helpline to lodge a complaint, the junior associates say that this is not in our control and that they'll have to transfer this call to senior associates. Whenever the call is transferred, the senior associates put the call on hold for 5 minutes and then they never come back to the line and the line gets disconnected automatically.

                          I have purchased a voltas 1.5 ton split 184 vczt inverter 3 stars ac yesterday. We have called the installation guy today and the installation guy tried to install the ac but ac didn't work and after checking he said it's blower is damaged. Its a defective product i got so i want to replace my previous voltas split ac with new one. Request you to please resolve this issue at the earliest so that i can use my new product, else i will escalate this issue to even higher authority.

                            I obtained services from voltas for servicing of my split ac, under service request no. [protected] dated 08.04.2019. The request was attended by ginny aircon, new delhi, voltas authorised service partner. Their engineer visited and serviced the ac on 10.04.2019. However, after two days the front panel of the ac fell down when i noticed that it was fixed with cello tape. It was evident that the engineer who visited for servicing the ac had broken the panel but did not inform me of the damage. I lodged complaint no. [protected] dated 14.04.2019 with the voltas helpline. I was assured that the part would be replaced in two days, but the complaint remains unresolved even after 13 days. Ginny aircon does not pick up the phone now and on the helpline no senior comes on line to resolve the complaint. Since the part has been broken by the engineer sent by the company, it needs to replaced by the company, free of cost.

                              In my opinion voltas ac is good. I also recommended my relatives. But my ac compressor making huge sound while switch on the ac&my neibouring also disturbed by it. From the date of purchased of this ac we didn't yet completed or performed any type of cleaning of outdoor unit. It has the warranty of 5 years. We purchased 2years back & we regularly cleaning the ac filter mats weekly twice. I request you to do the needy as fast as possible.

                                I have purchased voltas ac on 28/04/2018. They offered me two free services in a year. I have requested for free service on 24-apr-19 at [protected] but not getting proper response from there, they have also given me service centre guy number i. E [protected] but he does not pick call or revert on messages, calling their customer care for followup on the same but they disconnect they call while on hold. Spoken with their senior staff siddhi and again requested them today or else their warranty will expire and then they will ask charges for service of the same. I am really upset from voltas. I thought its really good brand and they will do all services on time. I have called customer care department thrice they said they will followup again and again but nothing happen till date.
                                Now tomorrow is going two 1 year for my ac and its going to expire for free services, might be they are waiting for 1 year get expired offer free services than they will do services. This is really worst from voltas. No one is helping and i keep trying to reach customer care department.
                                I would request you to kindly take action and do the services as soon as possible.

                                  Voltas customer service deptt. Is very harassing and unjust. I have logged a service complaint for pcb replacement in my ac under warranty since 7th april. Its been almost a month and the service team is ridiculous not answering at all.

                                  I dont think they are going to do that. Poorest service and very irresponsible team. Never answer phone calls, and when visited service center, they lie that visit will be made, but do not handle...

                                  We bought voltas ac on 7th april, 2019 and the ac remote which came along with the packaging wasn't working. We were asked to call the customer care and file a complaint for it. The customer care executive didn't provide any complaint number and instead gave number of a technician who's reply was "why do you need a remote, use the ac without the remote by installing a mobile application". Later the executives came and took a copy of the bill saying we'll get a new remote within a week. It's been almost a month and our ac remote hasn't been replaced yet.

                                      On 14th april i had registered a service request with voltas customer care for split ac of which outdoor unit was not working.[protected] is the request no. On 15 the service guy came and he couldn't rectify the issue and inturn took pcb of o[censored]nit with him saying it is to be repaired. After follow ups the same was returned on 19th saying the pcb was ok. Still the issue remained the problem persisted he confirmed that someone else from dsc will come on 20th. No one came. After many follow ups with voltas customer care nothing happened and no one visited. Through the service guy i got number of some ashish who is direct from voltas service team in the area. He arranged a new technician on 23rd who came but again couldn't rectify the issue. He said new pcb needs to be ordered and it might take 2 or 3 days. On 26th i am continously trying to contact team but no one is confirming the status. Ashish is not picking up my calls and technician said it might still take 3 or 4 days for part to come.. Its been more than 12 days now, still issue persists. The ac is in warranty but due to very bad service quality of voltas my kids are suffering in this high temperature. Very pathetic and unreliable service of voltas
