I obtained services from voltas for servicing of my split ac, under service request no. [protected] dated 08.04.2019. The request was attended by ginny aircon, new delhi, voltas authorised service partner. Their engineer visited and serviced the ac on 10.04.2019. However, after two days the front panel of the ac fell down when i noticed that it was fixed with cello tape. It was evident that the engineer who visited for servicing the ac had broken the panel but did not inform me of the damage. I lodged complaint no. [protected] dated 14.04.2019 with the voltas helpline. I was assured that the part would be replaced in two days, but the complaint remains unresolved even after 13 days. Ginny aircon does not pick up the phone now and on the helpline no senior comes on line to resolve the complaint. Since the part has been broken by the engineer sent by the company, it needs to replaced by the company, free of cost.
