voltas split ac not power on

Unable to on power for voltas 1.5 tr split ac. Checked current available at output of stabilizer and at compressor unit connector but supply not available at blower unit. We have checked with current status by using current tester and found gap is between compressor unit ande blower unit. Local engineer is saying that one not the card in blower unit or in compressor unit may be faulty. Can you send someone to look in the issue with both the...

Hi
This is balaswamy i purchased voltas inverter split ac, just after 1 month of puchase date a/c lost its purpose, technician visited and tlod me that gas is totally empty and it will take 5 days to resolve. I don't know how it could be just after 30 days facing this problem, i want my product has to be replaced or problem has to be resolved within 24 hours.

    Bought 1.5 ton split ac on 20/4/2019.
    Ac is not cooling properly. After 10 min ac starts emitting normal air, only fan works. Complained to customer care on 30/04 but till now no response. Technician closed the complain without even visiting our house. Horrible service i must say. I have been following up with customer care but no respite only false promises.

      Poor and pathetic service despite payment, local service provider is very non-compliant. Infant is at home, why should i suffer despite payment. What is the use of such customer care who says we can only provide the mobile no of local service provider. I almost called customer care 25-30times. Local service provider was called more than 50 times.. He doesn't even answer to phone call

        Sir, i am using a 1 ton voltas ac since 1 year, and its warranty was to finish on 01st april, 2019, and before the warranty expiring date, i applied for the amc and the executive (Mr. Shiv kumar (M):[protected]) collected the cheque from me and provided me an amc paper, and assured me that all the problems will be covered during the amc. (Attached the scanned copy of amc document)

        And now after a month, when i submitted a complaint on voltas customer care, they sent a engineer, who is saying that the product will not be covered in amc till 45 days, i requested him a lot, but he didnt repaired.

        Please tell me sir, what is the logic behind this statement, i paid for amc just after the warranty ends, so why i have to wait for 45 days.

        I request you please look into the matter and get my ac repaired.

          I have purchased my voltas inverter ac (Serial no.4551742a14f005419) on 25/05/2014 from voltas aurthorised dealer pankaj electronics (Shop no.58, adchini, new delhi-110017) as my ac compressor is in under warranty till 25/05/2019 as compressor warranty is of 5 years from date of purchase.
          My ac compressor is not working and voltas aurthorised dealer pankaj electronics has clearly said that they don't keep any purchase bill copy in their system.

          As per voltas policy i have to show purchase bill copy to the company then only they will install new compressor.

          I am very disappointed with the voltas maintaining customer record and the services provided by their so called aurthorised dealer pankaj electronics (Shop no.58, adchini, new delhi-110017)

          I will not be responsible for any further delay from the voltas as i am making my complaint under product warranty.

            This year my ac was not started and i called ac mechanic on 28.4.2019. He informed me my coil was totally changed, wherein 11 tanke on ac tubes were shown, i. E. My coil was replaced by damaged coil. The cost of new coil was rs. 3000/-,. For this fault, gas was leaked within one year, though it should be running for 3-5 years.

            Kindly send your mechanic with new coil otherwise i am taking this matter in consumer court.

He checked and informed for cooling problem, for this, they have to take my ac at their shop.

            He said ok and detached ac and assured that at evening, one another person will take it. I telephoned him at evening 2/4 times but nobody picked ac. On 23.4.2018 at 8.00 p. M. They took ac on e-riksha for which you charged rs. 400/-. Total expenditure was rs. 2750/-, break-up of service mentioned below:-

            Rs. 1850/- gas filling
            Rs. 500/- service charges
            Rs. 400/- cartridges

            From 24.4.2018 onwards i was regularly ringing for installing ac. Mr. Anil informed on 25.4.2018 that tomorrow it will be fixed and ac problem rectified. As per assurance of mr. Anil i took half day leave and phoned him morning time, he assured 3.00 p. M your ac will be fixed. When voltas engineer not came till 4.00 p. M., i rang him, (Meantime one another call from mobile no.[protected] was attended by me regarding same matter/false assurances) he again given assurance that around 5.00 p. M., it will be fixed. Around 8.00 p. M. I telephoned him and asked what happened, he said vehicle stuck at jam (Dadri to dwarka - 10 minutes distance) and feeling so sorry for inconvenience. I told him, i will be out of station for three days as informed you earlier, so for god sake on 1.5.2018, this will be done. He said ok.

            On 1.5.2018, a phone call come from voltas service centre (Mobile no. [protected]) around 10.37 a. M. Regarding above and assurance again provided that 7.00-7.30 p. M.ac will be sent to my home. As usual till 8.00 p. M. Words not fulfilled by customer service of voltas. I telephoned at above mobile as well as mr. Anil and told them it should be done today positively. Around 9.30 p. M. One official alongwith ac came to home without their other washing instruments for clean front cover of ac. He washed jali and front cover in an ordinary way.ac front cover looks dirty. He said it was not informed by mr. Anil or other official that front cover and jali also clean by him, otherwise he bring his kit for washing jali and front cover. He installed as it is.

            The whole story of mental harasment provided by voltas service centre to the undersigned indicates that nobody should use service of voltas customer care. You imposed cartrigdes charges rs. 400/- which irrelvalent as ac bring/took on e-riksha, moreover 10 minutes (Aprox.5 kms) distance charges were too much.in future i will not use your services and inform other persons about your poor services & charges.

                I had purchased new voltas split ac 2 ton for sun temple gwalior on 29th march 19.
                Since last one week ie, 26th april 19 the ac is not cooling.
                Once the service engineer visited 2 days before and after inspection stated that the gas has leaked due to poor installation. He assured to come the next day to refill the gas, but since yesterday he has not reverted back and he is also not responding to my call.
                Every time i call the customer care i am assured of quick visit by service engineer but no-one has responded yet.

                Please take-up this matter and get my ac started at the earliest.

                  I have purchased voltas split ac of 1.5 ton from state - bihar city - motihari dist - east champaran shop name - jss enterprises. While selling ac, they said that they will also provide me the stabilizer. And i got ready to buy that ac. After installing ac, they said that they does not have that stabilizer. They are asking me to wait for stabilizer. They are constantly running me to shop. They are saying that you can run your ac without a stabilizer, but i'm afraid my pcb board may burn. My complaint is that when they did not have a stabilizer, then why did they sell such kind of ac.? If they told me the truth then i would have been waiting a few more days. If i don't run my ac then guarantee is also being wasted. If i'm asking to take stabilizer of another company then they are scared me that different companies will not be able to synergize and my ac may be damaged. They had said that they have all the things relate to ac then i became ready to buy this, otherwise i would buy another company's ac. I am going to consumer forum to lodge the case of fraudulent against voltas. Otherwise appropriate action should be taken against j. S. S. Voltas motihari, east champaran state - bihar contact no - [protected]/[protected]/. This is not only my problem, but also the problem of 5-6 customers.

                    I bought a ac from flipkart on 25th feb 2019 and it was installed on 28th feb 2019. It started giving trouble from 25th march 2019. So i raised a complaint with service care it took them close to one week to address my complaint. And the root cause mentioned was that it was not installed properly hence there was a gas leak which caused the problem. And again after one month same issue occurred so i again raised a complaint on 26th april 2019 and followed up daily with the service center. The employees at service center did not have minimum courtesy to followup with me after their commitment to resolve the issue or assuring me with a call back. All from service center executive to team leaders to the escalation team everyone put my call on hold and after some time the call was disconnected and when i called back they always told the same repeated dialogue that they cannot cut a call. I have asked for replacement of the product they outright denied me saying the engineer will visit my house to take a look at the product and find the root cause. And also mind that there was no visit by any technician all week at all. I escalated the service and tried to reach the service head but he never picked my call neither he called back.

And verbaly the issue has been take up with asm level and repeatedly they are assuring that service will be provided morning and evning necessarily.                       Last year authorised service provider claimed rs 3890.00 for the same issue. But no result and technician didnot pick up call any more. Now this time the autorise sevice provider of voltas not pick up call which is very pathetic for a customer.

                      Further, it has been stated that the ac has been purchased on 31 mar 2015.and one issue has been lodged previous year regarding no cooling vide id no [protected] and technician claimed 3890.00 without any result. The copy of bill has been enclosed for referrence. Mean time for some domestic problem we are shifted to somewhere else and now we came back. Again we registered the issue as staed abve till now no response from authorised service provider. Hence may kindly take up the issue and resolve as soon as possible.

                        It's one of my biggest mistake to purchase your company product (Ac). How your company became one of the popular brand, as your company is best known for ac, but it's shameful to know we are sweating in front of your ac, it has become liability for us, i have two ac of your company from the day it has been installed i feel myself mistaken to purchase never it has worked properly. And your service men they are untrained how to operate, did many servicing but result is same, i think i purchased dummy model, so much expenses in that i could have bought another ac in less price but of efficient quality, one of my family members members have installed lg ac in less price as compared to your ac product but it's working, quality is really commendable. I daily feel regret to purchase your company ac product, as the season is very hot and humid and in this condition the ac is of no use we are sweated in front of your ac, daily we are having sleepless nights especially in summers.
                        Please check, what's wrong in your ac product, as you are loosing consumer loyalty. As no one in my family or relatives are purchasing volta's ac by seeing my condition it impacts can affect another products of your company. As i am scared to buy any of your products now.

                          I purchased an ac on 14/4/2019 from isha electrovision pvt ltd sadar bazar rd, jacobpura, sector 12, gurugram, haryana and it got installed on 17 april.

                          When i started the ac after 3-4 days it was not cooling so i raised a complaint to voltas regarding same.

                          A technician came and checked, found that the cooling coil is not working and said it need to be repaired but i didn't want my new ac to be repaired or serviced as its a new and unused product, so i called the shop from where i purchased the ac, they denied to replace the ac saying voltas will repair it.

                          I again complaint voltas and had a conversation with the service team and i agreed on replacing the cooling coil with the new one.

                          From 25 april till today the coil not changed and its almost 15 days of purchase, i haven't used the ac.

                          Store refused to exchange/replace and voltas not repaired the product what should a customer do in such case, where they invested the amount in a product which is not working ever since the purchase.

                          Kindly resolve it asap else i have to go to consumer forum and highlight the issue to social media against the defaulters for selling a defective piece to customer.

                            I'm as everybody else is a victim of bad customer handling by VOLTAS India. I live in Bhopal city of madhay pardesh & i purchased a voltas slipt inventor AC on 19th April 2018, from there on till this date I haven't received any service for my product. The service provider didn't care enough to at least called us giving us reminder of the free service. My all free services are lapse now. Even after all this I contacted the call center on last Sunday, requesting for a service as soon as possible and now it's been 2 days & not a single person showed up from there side. My complaint number is [protected]. There is a local service provider company goes by the name Airtech engineers Bhopal and I contacted them also but even then the result is same. I'm facing a lot of struggle in this matter & my valuable time is also getting wasted. I request the concern authorities to take strict actions against service provider and to resolve my problem.

                              I lodged request for servicing of my ac which was purchased on 2017. I was given the request number [protected] dtd 28.04.2019. Service engineer come without any ID card & after improper servicing with hand wash he charged Rs.450/- but not provided any payment receipt. After some time i received one more phone call about servicing of AC but i informed that servicing has been done. In the end of day i received one more phone call form dealer about payment & servicing. Next day i received a SMS from Voltas that your request is proposed for cancellation reason no purchase proof(No payment). I have also informed the same to customer care number [protected] but no response . It is very pity that tata which is a brand showed such a displeasure & this is the kind of service provided by Voltas.

                              Still problem is not resolved. Same service engineer visited on 4th May-19 . Pls send someone who is trained & certified by Voltas. Pls note my floor is 2nd in 10 floor building & room size is 10ftx10ft but no cooling by 1.5 Ton AC on 16 degree temperature setting. Pls look into this issue & get it resolved ASAP.

                                We have a voltas mini water dispenser with refrigerator. Water purifier is working properly but refrigerator not worked. Its not cooling properly when some thing in this refrigerator. That is why we face problem for using this refrigerator. This problem raised before two month or more . we think some defect in this product . This product is under warranty period and invoice is there . Kindly go for the issue and resolve this complain .

                                  The person who came to install the ac was very rude to my wife. I was not at home as I was at work, he did not install it properly. There are naked wires, we still have the stabilizer sitting on desk. So even after the ac is installed, we can't use it because we care for things which your people clearly do not and also they do not care for customers. We will ensure that this is our first and last purchase from voltas. Extremely angry and dissatisfied.

                                    I had got a call from the service engineer few days before during my warranty for the servicing of my AC that time I am about to leave that place and I have also conveyed the same to him and he told be please give me your new address and your servicing will be done over there .

                                    So far I didn't get any call or service .

                                      I bought voltas split ac from tatacliq online but when i availed 3 free services it was very bad experience today 29/04/2019 i got my last 3rd wet service by air freeze engineer they took hardly 5 to 7 minute to done the wet service i thing they did not done his job just kidding with ac not proper wash the fins and cooling condenser coils kindly look into this matter and do the needful
