I have purchased voltas split ac of 1.5 ton from state - bihar city - motihari dist - east champaran shop name - jss enterprises. While selling ac, they said that they will also provide me the stabilizer. And i got ready to buy that ac. After installing ac, they said that they does not have that stabilizer. They are asking me to wait for stabilizer. They are constantly running me to shop. They are saying that you can run your ac without a stabilizer, but i'm afraid my pcb board may burn. My complaint is that when they did not have a stabilizer, then why did they sell such kind of ac.? If they told me the truth then i would have been waiting a few more days. If i don't run my ac then guarantee is also being wasted. If i'm asking to take stabilizer of another company then they are scared me that different companies will not be able to synergize and my ac may be damaged. They had said that they have all the things relate to ac then i became ready to buy this, otherwise i would buy another company's ac. I am going to consumer forum to lodge the case of fraudulent against voltas. Otherwise appropriate action should be taken against j. S. S. Voltas motihari, east champaran state - bihar contact no - [protected]/[protected]/. This is not only my problem, but also the problem of 5-6 customers.

I bought newvoltas ac from vijay sales, mewla maharajpur, faridabad, haryana 121003 date: 29 april 2019. Ac delivered at my place on 1 may 2019 after 2 pm and I dont found remote, manual and drainage tray with ac. After installation very much sound in ac. Plz solve asap.

    I bought a ac from flipkart on 25th feb 2019 and it was installed on 28th feb 2019. It started giving trouble from 25th march 2019. So i raised a complaint with service care it took them close to one week to address my complaint. And the root cause mentioned was that it was not installed properly hence there was a gas leak which caused the problem. And again after one month same issue occurred so i again raised a complaint on 26th april 2019 and followed up daily with the service center. The employees at service center did not have minimum courtesy to followup with me after their commitment to resolve the issue or assuring me with a call back. All from service center executive to team leaders to the escalation team everyone put my call on hold and after some time the call was disconnected and when i called back they always told the same repeated dialogue that they cannot cut a call. I have asked for replacement of the product they outright denied me saying the engineer will visit my house to take a look at the product and find the root cause. And also mind that there was no visit by any technician all week at all. I escalated the service and tried to reach the service head but he never picked my call neither he called back.

And verbaly the issue has been take up with asm level and repeatedly they are assuring that service will be provided morning and evning necessarily. For which we are facing lots of problem along with small baby due to scortching heat.

      Last year authorised service provider claimed rs 3890.00 for the same issue. But no result and technician didnot pick up call any more. Now this time the autorise sevice provider of voltas not pick up call which is very pathetic for a customer.

      Further, it has been stated that the ac has been purchased on 31 mar 2015.and one issue has been lodged previous year regarding no cooling vide id no [protected] and technician claimed 3890.00 without any result. The copy of bill has been enclosed for referrence. Mean time for some domestic problem we are shifted to somewhere else and now we came back. Again we registered the issue as staed abve till now no response from authorised service provider. Hence may kindly take up the issue and resolve as soon as possible.

        It's one of my biggest mistake to purchase your company product (Ac). How your company became one of the popular brand, as your company is best known for ac, but it's shameful to know we are sweating in front of your ac, it has become liability for us, i have two ac of your company from the day it has been installed i feel myself mistaken to purchase never it has worked properly. And your service men they are untrained how to operate, did many servicing but result is same, i think i purchased dummy model, so much expenses in that i could have bought another ac in less price but of efficient quality, one of my family members members have installed lg ac in less price as compared to your ac product but it's working, quality is really commendable. I daily feel regret to purchase your company ac product, as the season is very hot and humid and in this condition the ac is of no use we are sweated in front of your ac, daily we are having sleepless nights especially in summers.
        Please check, what's wrong in your ac product, as you are loosing consumer loyalty. As no one in my family or relatives are purchasing volta's ac by seeing my condition it impacts can affect another products of your company. As i am scared to buy any of your products now.

          I purchased an ac on 14/4/2019 from isha electrovision pvt ltd sadar bazar rd, jacobpura, sector 12, gurugram, haryana and it got installed on 17 april.

          When i started the ac after 3-4 days it was not cooling so i raised a complaint to voltas regarding same.

          A technician came and checked, found that the cooling coil is not working and said it need to be repaired but i didn't want my new ac to be repaired or serviced as its a new and unused product, so i called the shop from where i purchased the ac, they denied to replace the ac saying voltas will repair it.

          I again complaint voltas and had a conversation with the service team and i agreed on replacing the cooling coil with the new one.

          From 25 april till today the coil not changed and its almost 15 days of purchase, i haven't used the ac.

          Store refused to exchange/replace and voltas not repaired the product what should a customer do in such case, where they invested the amount in a product which is not working ever since the purchase.

          Kindly resolve it asap else i have to go to consumer forum and highlight the issue to social media against the defaulters for selling a defective piece to customer.

            I'm as everybody else is a victim of bad customer handling by VOLTAS India. I live in Bhopal city of madhay pardesh & i purchased a voltas slipt inventor AC on 19th April 2018, from there on till this date I haven't received any service for my product. The service provider didn't care enough to at least called us giving us reminder of the free service. My all free services are lapse now. Even after all this I contacted the call center on last Sunday, requesting for a service as soon as possible and now it's been 2 days & not a single person showed up from there side. My complaint number is [protected]. There is a local service provider company goes by the name Airtech engineers Bhopal and I contacted them also but even then the result is same. I'm facing a lot of struggle in this matter & my valuable time is also getting wasted. I request the concern authorities to take strict actions against service provider and to resolve my problem.

              I lodged request for servicing of my ac which was purchased on 2017. I was given the request number [protected] dtd 28.04.2019. Service engineer come without any ID card & after improper servicing with hand wash he charged Rs.450/- but not provided any payment receipt. After some time i received one more phone call about servicing of AC but i informed that servicing has been done. In the end of day i received one more phone call form dealer about payment & servicing. Next day i received a SMS from Voltas that your request is proposed for cancellation reason no purchase proof(No payment). I have also informed the same to customer care number [protected] but no response . It is very pity that tata which is a brand showed such a displeasure & this is the kind of service provided by Voltas.

              Still problem is not resolved. Same service engineer visited on 4th May-19 . Pls send someone who is trained & certified by Voltas. Pls note my floor is 2nd in 10 floor building & room size is 10ftx10ft but no cooling by 1.5 Ton AC on 16 degree temperature setting. Pls look into this issue & get it resolved ASAP.

                We have a voltas mini water dispenser with refrigerator. Water purifier is working properly but refrigerator not worked. Its not cooling properly when some thing in this refrigerator. That is why we face problem for using this refrigerator. This problem raised before two month or more . we think some defect in this product . This product is under warranty period and invoice is there . Kindly go for the issue and resolve this complain .

                  The person who came to install the ac was very rude to my wife. I was not at home as I was at work, he did not install it properly. There are naked wires, we still have the stabilizer sitting on desk. So even after the ac is installed, we can't use it because we care for things which your people clearly do not and also they do not care for customers. We will ensure that this is our first and last purchase from voltas. Extremely angry and dissatisfied.

                    I have purchased a voltage inventor model Ac from Raj electronic, Bhubaneswar on Dt: 18th April 2018, after the installation no one has visited for the service till date, and the other hand I had got a sms that your request no has been cancelled bearing the no [protected] .

                    I had got a call from the service engineer few days before during my warranty for the servicing of my AC that time I am about to leave that place and I have also conveyed the same to him and he told be please give me your new address and your servicing will be done over there .

                    So far I didn't get any call or service .

                    So I would like to request you that please look into this matter and do the needful as this a matter of Concern .

                    Also I want to avail the AMC of the AC if you have the provision .

                      I bought voltas split ac from tatacliq online but when i availed 3 free services it was very bad experience today 29/04/2019 i got my last 3rd wet service by air freeze engineer they took hardly 5 to 7 minute to done the wet service i thing they did not done his job just kidding with ac not proper wash the fins and cooling condenser coils kindly look into this matter and do the needful

                        Filed a complaint on 18th april.
                        On 19th a technician visits and says that gas needs to be filled and charges rs 400 as visiting charges.
                        On 21st april, another technician comes, fills the gas, changes some valve and charged rs 4000.
                        We switched the ac on the night and found it was not cooling.
                        Called the technician who had filled the gas at least 10 times and every time he said he shall come but nobody turned up.
                        Again filed a complaint on 26th april (Comp no [protected]).
                        Someone came and told us that gas has leaked and he shall send someone the next day but 3 days have gone and nobody has turned up.
                        Is this is the way you cheat people.
                        After paying rs 4000/ - our ac is not working till date in this terrible heat.
                        If you do not solve the issue by tomorrow then i will be forced to escalate the issue very strongly which you may please note.

                          Dear sirs

                          Two years back i have purchsed voltas 1.5 tonne split ac. But after one year we have faced the problem of water leakages from front and a complaint was lodged.in response to our complaint on toll free number we were suggested servicing of ac. But service team visited and serviced the ac and leakages were stopped but front fins stopped closing and became static they were not able to set it right. Your company need to choose service team who are technical and well informed about the product. No one is hearing our complaint please intervene. My cell no is [protected]

                          thanx, voltas service team has visited and informed that some part is faulty and requisition has been sent . and after some days they returned with the part and after fitting it was found that the part sent by the firm is different and they went back and have not returned yet on contacting with them on telephone on 20/5/2019, service center at Bilaspur informed that part is awaited . The Ac is not working and needs speedy replacement and repairs . please expedite

                            My voltas ac stops cooling within 20 mins of run, i complaint this issue to voltas customer care (With complaint no. [protected]) and the technician just cleaned the ac and replaced a sensor, later when the problem again occurred next day, then he says that "he could not resolve the issue and you can return the changed sensor". Now i'm in a condition with no help as when i call to customer care they say technician will resolve while their service is unlikely to fix the issue.

                            Earlier i thought voltas brand is quite good but now i'll not recommend any one to buy any product from them.

                              This side maninder from delhi. I purchased a new voltas window ac on 27th april 2019 and till now there is nobody out here to install me ac and for demo also.. What kind of customer service is this. I am just pissed off now. After spending a bunch of amount iam still waiting for the ac to be installed. I have called thrice or twice to register and for complaint also. Few minutes back i got a call from a executive of voltas name ishtiyar khan (‭+[protected]‬) and he straight away ask me that your ac is installed or not and i told me that somehow managed to out ac on window not properly so yes we need it to checked or to installed properly and we need a demo also bcoz its been 2 days iam waiting for the guy from voltas to come but its my mistake that i trust this brand. So at the end i just want the person to be here by today for demo and to check/ install the ac and to register for 5 years for warranty for compressor or else i will have to take some legal action.

                              Hope to get this issue resolved.

                                I bought split ac of voltas model no. 183szs3 (3 star) 1.5t on[protected] from vijay sales, sector 29 gurugram.
                                The guy named ajay kumar was sent by voltas from r. R aircon for installation. Then after around 15 days from installation, we switched on the ac but it wasnt working and we registered complaint [protected] then technician came to check and figured out that the gas has leaked. Then after repeated calls from our side finally one technician was sent and refilled the gas. The next day a whistling sound started coming from the unit. Then again we called the company.. Our call was then handled by asm of voltas gurugram nmr radheshyam.. After repeated calls around 4 technicians came in the span of around 10 days all filing there reports as pending and were unable to rectify the issue. Finally one technician came and rectified the issue on 18th april, 2019 and then we went out if station. Now we came yesterday and it is still the same sound coming from the unit. Is it what that happens when you buy voltas ac?
                                I have all the records and messages from voltas. I want this ac to be changed as it has already been opened for atleast 10-12 times since last 2 months or else i have no option than to seek legal route.
                                I took leave from my office for only this ac and this has become a nuisance now.

                                  I have a voltas ac of 1.5 ton, i bought it on 07/06/14. My ac is still under warranty for compressor. I have the bill with me. I have been regularly complaining to voltas costumer care. They send me service engineer, he said my ac compressor is damage. But after that voltas is not replacing my air conditioner compressor and just consuming my days so that my ac warranty get expire and i have to pay full amount once again after a month. It has already been 15-16 days from the initial complain i made but still they have not changed or replaced my ac compressor. So that they can extract mony from me after warranty ends. I request you to kindly take this matter and replace my ac compressor soon before warranty ends. Moreover i will file consumer in consumer court physically if it is not solved soon.

                                      The water supply is being cut off, even after there is sufficient water in the tank & the swing is not working.

                                      Ac compressor does not start after ac turned on. Neither compressor nor the blower starts. Just the display turns on. It was okay last seaaon. But now when turned on the blower soes not start. We can see the number being sisplayed bit the maxhine does not start.

                                        I lodged request for servicing my ac which was purchased on 17 july 2018. I was given the request number [protected] but it has been more than 2 days nobody showed up and neither the mechanic is picking up the phone. This is the kind of service provided by voltas. It is very pity that tata which is a brand showed such a displeasure. If they can't afford to provide services in such area then why the hell they are selling products in this area. Biggest blunder by tata.
