I recently (18 apr 16 ) purchase a split 1.5 ton ac which is not working properly and against it i complaint to customer care on date 7 may 16 for the same they assure that 48 hrs your complaint will be attend and rectify but till date( 13 may 16 they will close my complaint without attend the my place. now they told same thing with new complaint no.

what a services given by voltas never suggest anyone to buy such a low service company.

    I had complained voltas regarding cooling and sound problem of ac.. I had complained on 22 nd april and today it's 13 the may but still my complain has not been solved.. Out of 4 complains 1 time the technical person visited and collected the fees and told me i will fix problem and visin after 2 days.. Today it's more than 15 days still technical person has not visited... I tired of complaints in voltas no response thy close complain without visit.. I have the docket no.       I would like to inform you that i purchased voltas split air conditioner, from pawar sales. Vadodara on 6th august 2015. I was very excited to have my first ac and started dreaming of comfort. But……i forgot to do survey market for after sales support of tata voltas.

      My story starts now……

      1st experience: cooling lost all of sudden on[protected]th days of installation)
      2nd experience: every 15 days cooling lost and i kept on contacting my showroom owner (Pawar sales) and tata voltas company service engineer to get the resolution of cooling related problems. This happened more than 10 times and i got frustrated from the response and the product of the tata (A brand name in universe) during this pathetic time period i never felt the comfort of ac even if i owned it and spent money for that.
      Since 22nd april 2016 tata voltas service engineer and mr. Aakash-[protected] (Senior manager vadodara) and technician mr. Aabid - [protected] took away my ac unit and they committed to return it within a week time with permanent solution. But till date i did not get any kind of positive response from tata voltas team and every time i keep on calling to know mu update of ac. They are making false commitment and they even do not know that when the part will be replace and the ac will start working.

      It is my humble request to you all customer care team to look into this matter and resolve this issue in high priority. Since first day of purchase this ac, i got annoyed and now it is difficult to trust anymore. It’s almost a year and now the warranty is also going to be lapsed.

      Sorry to say, i am highly disappointed with your after sales services. Being a tata brand i never expected such kind of behavior from your side. My details are as under.

        I contacted voltas customer care for ac installation on 30-april-2016. Through sms i received the above mentioned request number. Now it is may 11. I was promised that the service person will contact me within 24 hours. Till now dead silence. Almost summer is over, hats off to voltas for their excellent, unprecedented customer care. I will never ever purchase voltas in my entire life time. Tata cars are known for its inferior quality and so the tata voltas. Never purchase any of the tata products. I even stopped buying tata salt.
        Because the brand tata is cheapest brand making fool of the customers in the entire world. After all indians are always indians..

        All of a sudden it is getting switched off..very ofently . same has been communicated to dealer ..but still problem exist.

          The complaint which is registered with you since last year has not been resolved. I am very disappointed with your service and product. Its been one year your excutive came checked and made a report of gas issue whats the point of buying a new air conditioner

          Today i am regretting that the day when I bought this voltas split ac the shop executive has told me that go with samsung ac but it was my bad luck.

          The summers has not yet started and today switched on the ac that may be it will give some cool air but in this weather the ac is giving normal fan air.

          Its been almost 9-10 months i am complaining for this issue, now i will go legal aggressively.

            I bought Voltas 1 Ton split a/c on 07th Nov 2015 from 'Friend's Electronics' Store Thane (Invoice No. 21028).
            In last 6 months it has broken down thrice with recurring problem of Gas leakage. Twice the company technician came, did some welding and filled the gas, but after few days same problem would recur. Now my a/c is not working for last 15 days, when I need it the most.

            Twice I complained to Voltas Service centre and they rejected the complaint giving following reason both the times
            "Your request no [protected] has been cancelled. Reason Job done by Third party"
            "Your request no [protected] has been cancelled. Reason Job done by Third party"

            I'm not sure which Third party they are talking about. For all the complaints I have registered via Voltas Service Centre itself. Also the service centre is very pathetic in terms of customer support and grievance redressal. They don't provide proper reasoning and the time at which the technician is expected to visit.

            Kindly send across company technician to check the a/c. I'm fed up with how big company like Voltas treats its customer and the support provided by the company's third party contractors

            Dear Voltas Online Team,

            Its been a week now since I lodge the complaint, still no resolution. A guy from Voltas called and confirmed that a voltas technician will visit my house to fix the a/c. But he hasn't shown up till now!!

            I sincerely regret buying a/c from Voltas now. It is not functioning when i need it most. Really pathetic service guys.

              We purchased a voltas window AC from Amazon 2 weeks ago. There was a problem with the AC and we called Amazon. They informed us that the service executive from Voltas will have to check the piece and certify that it is faulty so that Amazon can replace. We lodged a complaint with the service center and the person visited and checked the AC. He said there is a problem but will need to observe for a week more. Now since more than a week we are registering complaint with their service center. at the end of the day we get a message that 'our complaint has been cancelled since it was resolved on the phone" This non sense has been going on and the escalation number mentioned on their website of one Mr Ravindra Phadke is always switched off. Amazon cannot do anything till these guys don't address the issue.

                I purchased an a/c. (1 ton capacity) during march 2013 from andal stores, ambasamudram, tirunelveli district, tamilnadu. It does not work - cool air is not produced - works like a fan. Complaint booked to voltas service centre, tirunelveli, tamilnadu on 25th april 2016 itself. My request no. Registered by them is [protected]. Even though i contact them through cellphone every day for the past 14 days, they respond that it would be attended immediately. But no response. I am 67 years old and i have diabetes & high bp. I don't expect such a treatment shown to a client. I think you would forget them as soon as they pay cash and get the equipment.                   I bought voltas ac on Saturday, I called customer care and asked for Coimbatore customer care number, they gave number. after calling several times they Said, installation process will be completed within Tuesday, I have taken leave and waiting still now, no one came here. If I call repeatedly they are saying don't disturb us. What is the solution ?

Constant answer i am getting from the customer care team and local service center is we will attempt to day or tomorrow, but no use. Up till today i was stent more than 5k, but issue still exists.

                      Hello, i called on the customer service number for our free service of my 5 star split a/c, and the swing motor of my a/c is broken. The technician came and he collected the broken part and wriiten on slip "call attended, swing motor broken and collect for voltas", it was supposed to be fixed withing 3 days as the technician and the customer care guy told me. But it didn't happen, then i again called them and they registered a complain number, but still ddin't do anything about this. Then i tried going to the local authorized voltas customer care at there they told me to continue using the broken a/c as they are not going to help us, now please tell me what should i do now.                         My split ac is not working and i had requested for ac services in the voltas customer care on 08/05/2016. The customer care had taken my request and arranged a technician for the services but the technician altaf had called me on 09/05/2016 around 10:30 am ist and said he will not be able to come as per the customer timing and if required i can complain against them and they do not care it doesnt make them a difference and will come only as per his convenience. I had called up customer care multiple time for a different technician but the customer care is not ready to take calls and is giving false information.

                          Hi,

                          I have requested for voltas 1.5ton 5star 185jy AC installation at my hometown nellore. The installation person visited my place kept a hole and joined the wires and left the place without testing for 2mins and without any demo. When my parents asked the same, they said they were supposed to connect the wires and leave the place. It is not their job to test and explain the remote control options. They were very busy in installation. If you (Voltas) don't have the time to support your product, please stop the manufacturing of your product and dont cheat people like us in the name of support. Very worst customer care and installation support. I would request people sincerely to not buy from voltas.

                            I have requested for first service for my New AC through request no [protected] on 9th Apr-16 but no one visited my flat for the same. Again called your customer care on 16th April and they raised another request #[protected] but no visited my flat on that call also. After getting frustrated I was again called your customer care on 21st & 23rd April against request No's. [protected] & [protected] but these times results are same, neither got any call nor any one visited my flat for service.

                            Suddenly I found a water leakage in my AC & immediately I called your customer care on 5th May-16 & created a separate request no [protected] but till today no one visited my flat against this complain.

                            All the request No's are still pending.

                            I am surprised to see this kind of service from a reputed brand like Voltas. If I would have known this kind of service I would get from Voltas then definitely I wouldn't go for it. This is very ridiculous after spending so much of money a customer is begging for service inspite of the AC is under warrenty.

                              A complaint was lodged on 26th of april 2016, and no necessary action was taken till now, no calls and no one attended the issue. Your cse executive promises everyday, that the technician would visit by eod, and no one did since 14 days. Air cooler under warranty, and having the same issue, you guys didn't even bother to look into the matter.

                              I have requested for first service for my New AC through request no [protected] on 9th Apr-16 but no one visited my flat for the same. Again called your customer care on 16th April and they raised another request #[protected] but no visited my flat on that call also. After getting frustrated I was again called your customer care on 21st & 23rd April against request No's. [protected] & [protected] but these times results are same, neither got any call nor any one visited my flat for service.

                                A complaint was lodged on 1st of may, and no necessary action was taken till now, no calls and no one attended the issue. Your cse executive promises everyday, that the technician would visit by eod, and no one did since 9 days. 2 air coolers not even a month old, both are under warranty, and having the same issue, you guys didn't even bother to look into the matter.

                                Horrible experience for purchasing a voltas product.

                                  There is a problem with my AC compressor and I had complained so many time in Voltas service centre regarding this but no serious action is taken by the service team from last 15 days.Previous year a technician checking he told me that there is a problem in the compressor and the compressor will get changed as it is warranty also. He informed us that one of the technician will come and will upload the and transport it to the service centre. he take away the AC and he bring it back but the problem is still the same and the don't even changed the compressor also and arguing with us that now it is ok from our end.

                                    My window ac was serviced by national refrigation, shiv vihar, nera indirapuri on[protected] and charged inr 2200 with 3moths guarantee. But it is not working properly and now today[protected] it is completely shut down.

                                    They also repaired pcb card.

                                    We are not happy with the service by national refrigation, please do not authorize to repair the ac's of voltas.

                                    It just simply complaints about the agency. Please remove the contract with national refrigation with immediate effect.

                                    Please tell me to whom i should complaints, they are not picking my calls now.

                                      After doing so much complaints one of the executive from Voltas has visited to my house and he checked the AC after checking he told me that there is a problem in the compressor and the compressor will get changed as it is warranty also.                                       On 5 May he take away the AC and Yesterday on 6 May he bring it back but the problem is still the same and the don't even changed the compressor also and arguing with us that now it is ok from our end.

                                        I suppose there is a clear supervision level installed in the work place to see if the complain received is closed or open.

                                        Let me start jotting down the problem I faced.

                                        1 I purchased a AC in Ahmadabad - before 4 years.
                                        2 Last year(3rd Year) the Gas got over and I had to refill

                                        First off all I am not able to understand What was the Product Quality that was delivered to us that it gives every year some or the other problem.
                                        And being a common Man its a big thing for me to afford a AC, and when I do so want that leisure to use it as well.

                                        My Grand Mom visited for week, but due to your non concern in the service request she was not able to stay in the heat. She had to plan to leave early.

                                        I would request you to please take this on very high priority and check for the problem.
                                        If there is any Major issue I would suggest you can take down the AC, because No Electronic good is so in reliable that every year I need to make a expense on it.

                                        Either the product was not delivered in good Quality or was not installed correctly.
                                        How come the Gas empty every year.. and if it happens so means there is a leakage.

                                        Why is that not checked.

                                        In the era of competition, Service is taken as a footprint to attract customer but I see no response to t issue.
