[Resolved] Voltas — not providing new compressor, my ac is under warranty. | |||
I have a voltas ac of 1.5 ton, i bought it on 07/06/14. My ac is still under warranty for compressor. I have the bill with me. I have been regularly complaining to voltas costumer care. They send me service engineer, he said my ac compressor is damage. But after that voltas is not replacing my air conditioner compressor and just consuming my days so that my ac warranty get expire and i have to pay full amount once again after a month. It has already been 15-16 days from the initial complain i made but still they have not changed or replaced my ac compressor. So that they can extract mony from me after warranty ends. I request you to kindly take this matter and replace my ac compressor soon before warranty ends. Moreover i will file consumer in consumer court physically if it is not solved soon. FromMy A C is giving a bad smell from two months. Your service man had come for 2nd servicing and he told that now it will after few times bad smell will not come but still now also it is coming.
