Hi team,

I bought voltas beko washing machine from surabhi electronics, semmenchery, chennai on july 15, 2019.

I have repeated issue (Twice) with it since within 4 months o[censored]sage. The machine is used very less frequently and then too there is issues. Voltas technical team is not efficient and they give lame reasons, leave with no proper/permanent fix.

Later in one or 2 days, same problem occurrs. Initially, the dryer didn't work and error code e3 is shown in display.

They ordered spare part and it took another 10 days to arrive and fixed it after numerous calls.

Again there is same issue with dryer after the fix. The technical team has no proper answer for the problem.

I need a new replacement of washing machine if the machine is not working fine.

Even before 4 months o[censored]sage, the issue has started with this product.

I will definitely will not recommend voltas beko to any of my frnds/family due to bitter customer service experience.

Please look into this complaint and help me out.

They called me for regular ac service and i asked them to do it as they said it's free .. then a guy came and told some mistake is there in ac(which was running fine) and got 1500 from me for some spare.. now my ac won't work.. if i contact them, they are irresponsible

Sir, my ac voltas, swing motor has been damaged by rats. It is in the one year service garraunty, so I request you to replace the swing motor with new one.

Hello team
I bought tata voltas wasing machine, after 7 moths so many problem and I call customer service mail July month so many people Come and so many parts changed but problem not solved and my area asm and Bsm are not responding phone calls also.
Employees and asm and Bsm all are lazy
I want to exchange my washing machine

Plz help me for resolve this problem
