I had bought one tata voltas ac from snapdeal on 25th march 2016.My request number is [protected].According to the company policy ac should have been installed within 48 working hours.Till date i am calling customer care for its installation only to get false assurance from the customer care executives..They are treating the customers as if they are showing a mercy .The worst service i have seen in my life.Its really a mistake to buy tata volta ac.

Planning to go to consumer court if not installed tomorrow...

    Hi,

    I had bought a voltas split ac just 7 months back from sargam electronics lajpat nagar, delhi.

    This is ac was found to be damaged by manufacturer as per the voltas service guy.

    It's been over 1 week that i have been struggling to get attention from voltas.

    They have been sending people who replace the faulty parts with new one.

    The ac is now fitted with so many assembled parts from voltas that it doesnt function properly and works like a cooler.

    These guys have cheated my hard earned money and i want to launch a complain.

      Hello,

      I have purchased voltas ac on 5/4/2015. They offered me two free services in a year. Few months back i have requested for 1st free services but no response get it from there, now again i have requested for free services on 31/03/2016 but no one came till date. I know few technician from voltas only and they have mentioned as nobody will turn up because its free service. Once you start paying then only they will do. I am really upset from voltas. I thought its really good brand and they will do all services on time. I have called customer care department thrice they said they will followup again and again but nothing happen till date. They gave helpline number for 24 hrs [protected], from toady early morning i tried at-least 100 times but not getting thru as its show number busy for full day.
      Now tomorrow is going two 1 year for my ac and its going to expire for free services, might be they are waiting for 1 year get expired offer free services than they will do services. This is really worst from voltas. No one is helping and i keep trying to reach customer care department.
      I would request you to kindly take action and do the services as soon as possible.

      Hi Voltas Team,

      Till date I did not get any response from your side, However I only called again day before yesterday and spoke to one of your customer care department agent and he assured me that he will send technicians very next day but no one turned up till date. I got two free services warranty which has gone to lapse. I tried four months back also but no one came and again I request for service but no one came till date. Anyways one year gone and no one is responding my concern. I would request you to provide us two free services as you made promised while purchasing time on voltas split AC.

      I hope everything is fine with the Voltas customer care team. (Are they still alive or they have shut down the company). Because till now no one has responded to anything.

        Purchased voltas windows ac from snapdeal. Received product with broken part. Refund or product return rejected by snapdeal and voltas both. Requested voltas to get the installation done but no response received hence got it done by calling 3rd party from market. Now when 1st free service is due no response from voltas service center. Customer care guys only read the scripts of sorry and thank you. Service center is telling today, tomorrow for last 3 days but still nobody came. Very disturbed how can such unprofessionalism and ignorance be handled in our country. People sell product, collect money and just fly away.

          Voltas window ac-
          Sir, this is also a hopeless ac. I purchased voltas window ac on 31 march, 2014. After 7 days of purchase, window panel was replaced, similarly front electronic device was replaced after two months. Amc for the product was carried out, during 2015, water waste pipe was broken and replaced after chasing the company. In march 2016, the ac went into coma, since gas leaked. The company service engineer checked the ac and suggested to get coated copper tubes which had got rusted. I agreed. The extra amount of rs 800/- had been paid for coating. Hence it does not cover in amc. Wonderful ac. It has shown number of problems in two years. Hopeless.In this connection, rs 800/- for coating is a totally illegal. I will not recommend any one to buy this ac.

          Hopeless Voltas, I am disappointed with the product. It produces much sound just like a cooler, hopeless one, I will not recommend any one to buy voltas AC, since, it is a poor product. No one has come from voltas after giving my complaint. This company is basically fooling customer.

          Voltas window AC is a absolutely hopeless product. I am finding problems almost. This year also the AC was sent to service center for gas filling. However it has become a regular problem. This year its panel and jack has also replaced.
          This Voltas company is selling substandard product and cheating customers. Hopeless. One should avoid of buying Voltas products.

            I have purchased voltas a.C in 17/02/2015.I called customer care for 2nd free service. They sent on 16th feb2016, the unskilled technician broke lock of a.C.And carlessly try to fix it and told me that, it is company's mistake they will replace the part within 7 days. After 2 days sms coming that yr case.Is solved.I was surprised
            A nd when i complin again to customer care on 7/03/2016 they give me another case no:[protected]and said we will forword yr complain and u will conteocted within 48 hrs.I complain ed again on 24 march case no:[protected] and i recived ansewr your appointmet schedhle 29/032016 18:00, still no one called me.And sms receivedyr case is cancelled reason"estimate not approved".If service center broke any parts due to their technicians mistake why should customer has to pay extra money ?Plese solved my case.

              I bought my voltas ac online. On delivery i raised an installation request with voltas. They have a resolution period of max 24 hours.
              It's been 5 days but no action has been taken yet.
              I have called the customer care multiple times. All i here is that my request is put on priority and technician will call in few hours.
              I have called their various helpline numbers but no use.
              I was not expecting such a bad service form a tata subsidiary.
              Very bad experience.

                Hi,
                I have purchased a Voltas 185 EY(S) Executive S Split AC (1.5 Ton, 5 Star Rating, Silver) on 27th April 2016, and have raised a request with Voltas on 28th April to mount this in my room. As per their standard the SLA is 24 working hours and I have waited till that time but no one came to install the AC. I have called the customer care, and they have assured that someone will be coming on next day. No one came, and I have called the Voltas customer care next day evening but have got some meaningless feedback that they are not aware when the person will be coming and installing the product. I have asked them to connect to the Manager, and the Manager has committed that the service engineer will be coming shortly and fix this issue. I am following with Voltas for last 5 days after spending my credit card on purchasing their product. No one has any idea who and when the issue will be fixed. Please help.

                  I bought a brand new AC on 26 march 2016. But after installation its compressor came out to be faulty. I lodged a complaint with customer care (complaint no-[protected]). The company guys came and said that the ODU has to be replaced. It has been a week since then but I could not get my ODU replaced. What is this? U have such low quality product that the brand new AC is not working. The dealer is also not interested in replacing my AC.

                  It was a great loss for us to trust the voltas brand and customer service.
                  Now I am in the middle of no where.

                  Please look into my matter and replace my compressor unit urgently.

                      I Purchased Voltas invertor ac from Nilambur Showroom, then before finish warranty it got complaint, then I informed Nilambur Voltas service Center, and they address the issue after one month, then they informed to wait, right now is almost 2 month again they are telling to wait, now warranty finished, they are not resolving to issue, please help me to get solve the issue.

                        1. I purchased 01x voltas 2 ton air conditioner 3*split air conditioner on 26/03/2015 from hiyer cool systems, domalguda, hyderabad (Hereafter referred to as dealer), who as per their invoice categorically claim to be “authorized dealer of all air conditioners”. The dealer despite repeated requests failed to make the said acs functional as they employed novice technicians for pecuniary financial gains and not the technicians of voltas technical support services. As a result, the ac kept lying on ground, exit holes on the wrong side was made in the concrete wall and parts of ac also went missing. On 16/03/2016 the dealer point blank refused to make the ac functional.

                        2. Consequently, a complaint was registered with voltas customer services through e-mail on 17/03/2016 on this account. The complaint/request was attended to by voltas authorized service center staff on 19/03/2016. And the said ac was installed on payment of rs.1850/- (Installation charges – rs.1500/- ; cost of ac parts – rs.350/-)
                        3. Besides mental agony & inconvenience caused to me and my family members (Especially my son who is quadriplegic), the amount of financial loss incurred is deplorably unjustified and needs to be refunded –
                         transportation charges – rs.1200/- levied by dealer in gross contravention of their e-mail dated 12/12/2016.
                         installation charges -- rs.1500/- by voltas for a new ac purchased on 26/12/2016.
                         cost of ac parts -- rs 350/- by voltas despite ac being within warranty period.
                         masonry repair to wall – rs. 400/-
                         total -------rs. 3450/-
                        4. With disdain, i additionally state that this kind of attitude shown by its customer care and dealers was not expected at all from an immensely reputed brand such as voltas, who seem to have no sympathy for their customers.

                          I purchased AC on 30/12/15 from sharptronics showroom. Now AC is not working and my complaint no is [protected] dated 23/03/16. It is showing some error code E5.yesterday one technician came & telling that very big problem is there in AC.l am very confused that 3 months only over now . I dont know what we have to do.still the problem is not yet resolved. Showroom people also talking very rudely. They are not responding properly. Pls give any resolution for that.

                            I purchased two acs from neha electronics noida for voltas company. They said, company is running with complete warranty of 5 years.

                            When i wrote customer care people for confirmation of warranty:

                            Dear sir/madam,

                            We have registered already your product. Your customer id number is [protected]. For future references, please provide the customer id or your registered contact number.

                            When i called customer care again yesterday for service booking, they said...They have no records for this.

                            When i wrote this to customer care again: they wrote me a mail with terms and conditions:

                            Dear sir/madam,

                            Thank you for contacting voltas.

                            Terms & conditions of extended 5 year's warranty are :-

                            1) applicable for all functional parts for repairs or replacements except plastic parts like grill, louvers. Etc, of the air conditioner for a period of 60 months from the date of purchase,

                            2) from 2nd year till 5th year, all labor (Service)charges including gas charging charges are applicable as per standard cost

                            3) the extended warranty will be void in case the air conditioner is

                            A) improperly installed by third party, repaired by unauthorized personnel, modified, improper usage, or due to faulty electric supply/connection.
                            B) damage is caused by accident, fire or misuse; or
                            C) the original serial numbers are removed, obliterated or altered from the air conditioner.

                            I am amazed, how they sold product with wrong confirmation with complete 5 year warranty and comeup with terms and conditions after 1 year.

                            This is serious issue...I just want you to take action against these companies. It is rediculous.

                                I have bought 3 ACs online and waited for 3 weeks for installation. Finally when I called your customer care I was allotted a request no;:[protected]. I have been getting calls from different people talking rudely and asking for the address, whereas I had taken lot of effort in explaining my address while registering the request.
                                Your installation team guys are shouting at me that they have not been given the address but only my phone no. Is this your way to deal with your customers or you have bad quality team handling your customer care and support work. Or, you have outsourced these activities to some cheap agency to save money?
                                They were threatening to not deliver the installation service.

                                Yesterday some guys came and installed the machines but they have ruined my walls while installing these ACs. I have never seen such bad quality workmanship. Is this the way Voltas works? I was told by them that they are not from Voltas. I owuld like someone from Voltas to come and see the condition of my walls.

                                  I purchased a voltas ac on 22.03.16 from krishna agencies, thiruvallur.
                                  The installation person visited my home on 23.03.16 after making me wait for good six hours (Ind ac services thiruvallur -602001)..
                                  I am very upset with the way he behaved and particularly with the way he commanded a customer..
                                  He all of sudden asked for photocopy of the bill and say i won't get warranty when i fail to give photo copy..
                                  Overall i fell bad for choosing volatas because for your installer...

                                  I am a tata loyalist, my loyality towards your brand is trashed...

                                    This complaint is against Voltas AC. I have two ACs one split and one window. Votlas people came for service of my ACs at my home and charged extra. They even harassed and demanded extra money. The engineers were untrained and looked like local people. They were some agency people hired by Voltas Ltd.

                                      Most horrible service. They make sure that we always have the gas been refilled. I had taken the refill of the gas last year in june. Then from july it stopped working then i had to go out of country came back and found these service guys have purposely left the gas leaking so that it will get over again and then they will come and charge back
