महोदय निवेदन है कि मुझे जो साडी मिली हैै वो मेरे आर्डर के मुताबिक नही है मुझे दूसरी साडी दे दी गयी है कस्टर केयर पर बात की गयी तो उनके द्वारा बताया गया कि आप कुरियर करे दे आपका पूरा पैसा वापस आजायेगा आर्इटम उपलब्ध नही हैा महोदय जी जब आईटम उपलब्ध नही है तो गलत आईटम डिलीवर करने की क्या जरूरत है मैने रिफण्ड हेतु कुरियर भी कर दिया है जिसका रिफण्ड मुझे मिलना बताया गया हैा अत मुझे रिफण्ड दिलवाया जाये साथ ही कम्पनी पर कार्यवाही की जायेगा की जब आइटम नही दे सकते है तो दूसराा आईटम कस्टमर को न चिपकाये Was this information helpful? | |||||
