i kothamasu adinarayana from Vijayawada, andhra pradesh as a consignee booked 2 cloth articles in Surat on[protected] vide L/R No-[protected].on 2-01-21 one(1) article was delivered till today i.e 7-1-21 the second article was not delivered but cash memo was prepared for the same (2 articles) and came for collection.we asked your branch head(parameswararao) how did you prepared cash memo without delivering total 2 articles he replied our company rules were like this even though articles booked in consignment were not delivered completely cash memo should be prepared for total articles.i request you to please see the matter.

      Extremely unprofessional and unreliable service. Our load that was supposed to reach within one day for which payment was charged accordingly, even after 5 days the consignment has still not reached our customer.

      IT IS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING IF YOU COMMIT AND DONT DELIVER; PLEASE TAKE YOUR CONCERNED PEOPLE TO TASK ON THIS CONSIGNMENT SINCE WE HVE SUFFERED HUGE LOSS ON ACCOUNT OF DELAY

      WE WILL NO LONGER BE TAKING YOUR SERVICES IF YOU DONT RESOLVE THIS QUERY TO OUR SATISACTION

        Very very worst service, Not responding to the calls
        Employees are switching off the mobile. Not giving the correct information regarding the product

              We are from Nashik Maharashtra, as our party books goods to vrl but as per tranking or enquiry we used to call our nearest Location Satpur Nashik Branch, the dont receive any call, every time we cant afford to visit personally to your branch,
              following numbers wich mentioned in LR Copies
              [protected],[protected] this people never receive any calls. If we Personally Ask at that time they only reply we have many work, we dont have to rcve your calls

                Address: Sri Sivadurga Engineering, 3/58, Opposite to SIDCO industrial estate , Thellichathanallur, Paramakudi. 623707 Ramanathapuram district, Tamilnadu .

                Our materials should be paid only. In Ramanathapuram VRL logistics have a load man they ask more money to load and the agent also ask the same. We also told to give a door delivery.they didn’t give I am already to give a extra charges for door delivery. No sms intimation after material received in godown. No response. Per year nearly rs.2lakhs to rs.3lakhs we give a transport to vrl. But they didn’t give response in Ramanathapuram VRL logistics. So now we change the ARC .

                  We booked goods from Delhi to Chennai on 23rd of this month, Vrm staff promised with in 5days they can deliver, one week over still not recived and no proper information regarding the date of delivery, there is no proper communication from VRL staff, felt really unattended.

                    Our friend sent parcel from Pune to our place. He paid the payment while booking the parcel. Parcel reached nearest hub. But when we enquire the nearest hub they asking money to deliver the product. Why we need to pay the money for delivering? If your not delivering in any place then why you take booking ?

                        VRL logistics service provider at Athani dist. Belgaum, Karnataka denied providing services to a naval officer regarding transfer of luggages... He said the services are only for army not air force and Navy while we all are of same class.

                            Booked vehicle transport from Bangalore to Davanagere on 22/12/2020, office person took 3, 700/- and gave receipts for 2939.
                            Once it is reached to Davanagere logistics office they are asking extra 200/- to unload the vehicle.

                              my consignment booked from Indore to Ghaziabad( Godown Delivery). today is expected delivery Date, then i try to calling this no. [protected] and know about the shipment, he told me 3 time give me 10 min and call u back and this time disconnect the call, In Case my shipment lay-down in your godown, I can't pay detention..then now you inform me about the shipment otherwise i can't call because your staff is useless.

                                        on.923 dr. 9.12.2020 amt. 19, 777/- booked to topay, when material is reached kumta delivery godown, all material is fully broken and its will be done in your transit, please look this material seriously, and give companistation to party, we are daily send this material to all our india but not get any complaint from costomer, but this time the material is fully break and not any uses only wastage, please take its seriously,
