I purchased neo fresh intelli refrigerator 265 LTR on dated[protected]. Today I saw some cracks on the freezer part. How did it provide many year. Please check this and resolve my issue.

My complaint did not resolve yet so, why it showed as resolved? There are many cracks appear in freezer box. Your tecnician called me and ask to send the pics of cracks, only this happen. I want to replace the refrigerator.
Whirlpool India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Didn't resolve my complaint. Till now no replacement has done. No communication made by company and its further team.

      I bought whirlpool REF IFPRO BM INV 370 ELT PLUS during January 21. Right from day one it is not working properly. Only freezer working and fridge section is warm not even room temperature. All items get rot. Complained- company service person came and just changed the without doing anything during warranty period. After warranty period of one year, the problem has become worst. Fridge portion hot and freezer full of ice deposit with two days of removing ice by switching off . Service person was called again he says circuit problem and changed it at my cost.
      Now same problem

      Why whirlpool is making a defective and substandard product and offering to consumers. Sorry that I selected product.
      Service person ketan patel from NK Enterprise and its owner are not able to identify the problem

          My oven was showing complaints through the warranty period itself. Service was there and they resolved it, replacing the transformer. Almost two weeks later it showed the same error and they requested to take my oven to the service centre and I 've done it. Now they are saying that it is the complaint with the board. How can I use the oven again without expecting another error in weeks. I bought this with so much expectations and the experience was so bad.

              I have purchased A Refrigerator last 2 months ago day one this refrigerator damaged your installation executive said all good not defective lower door open because vegetable door misguided me and 3 spot dent i have same time send pick Croma sales executive he said dent refrigerator change after 2-3 days but not any reply both. I have large complaint 17th September 2022 your engineer visits my home and said refrigerator change request send and provide one contact number Mr. Mumtaz Ansari [protected] he said I have sent mail but not reply received and provide one contact number Mr. Siddharth [protected] i have called him but he said what app your complaint number I have WhatsApp my complaint number but next Last 3 days not pick my call and don't give any reply.

              Please Resolve my Complaint as soon as possible Change my damage Refrigerator otherwise large complaint Consumer Court for Harassment all calls Recorded.

              Whirlpool is very good company but same People not good like Siddharth not given any reply please check and support me.

                      I have purchased amc oder id -129064 from whirlpool by online on 26 august. They told me they will provide my service with in 1 week, but they failed so i want to cancel my amc by telephonic converstion with ravi paul (sos team from whrilpool) they told me to drop a mail and i will be refunded. From then i have mailed 4-5 times on [protected]@whirlpool.Com this mail id and called them but no response from them i am facing too much harrasement from their sight even they not replied my mail. I want my 3000 rs of amc charge back and also harrasement charage for ingorned me after payement .Even no call back from their sight .Please refund me as soon as possible. I really too much faced harrasement from their team from the purchase no srrvice given properly.

                          Fridge was delivered in the 1st week of March 22, dent on the door was replaced in the 3rd week of March 22 and installed. A few months ago -- developed problem of not cooling. Service Engineer checked and informed Gas / coolant exhausted. Replace gas.
                          Last week again similar problem noticed -- on conteact Whirlpool Service advised to take pot all stuff from freezer and put on High -- did ecryrging as per direction. But no improvement.
                          Today again made a complant No.KOL[protected].
                          We have been using fridges for the last 30-35 years -- never came accross such problems.
                          This product is not good. If a new fridge can give so much problem -- Whirlpool will do sevicing till it is within Guarantee Period. What I will do with this junk after Guarantee period is over.
                          I want full refund of the amount.

                          In continuation to my complaint, attached is a copy of the Whirlpool Service paper dated 3-8-22 showing gas Leakage.
                          Today also Whirlpool persons visited to check about Complaint No. KOL[protected] and reported Gas Leakage.

                          This Fridge is defective, I want this unit to be taken back and that amount may be refunded soon.

                          Because of Fridge not getting cool -- we incurred huge losses on account of damage to perishable products.

                            Good Evening,

                            We had purchased a whirlpool washing machine 360 bloom wash 7.5 kg, and the machine is not working from last one year, we had given a complaint to customer care service center that time onwards but 6 months back technician visited my house and told me that washing machine board and power cable not working needs to be changed, he told that he is going raise a complaint, then the company will provide new board and he cut the cable and taken along with him. We are trying to get his call, but he is not picking up my call, not solved the problem, and the bill is attached for your reference.

                                Hi Team,

                                We bought a whirlpool 440 Ltrs double door refrigerator and once it was delivered we saw some damages while unpacking and the top door was drooping down. Once we raised this issue with the Demo guy he said we are not responsible and you should have made a video, he also said the door is always drooping to give a sense of play but the top door was just touching the bottom door at extreme opening edge, we some how started living unhappily with it. Now when it was under warranty there was water leakage from back water collector which started after using it for 3 months and was from long and we thought it was normal but later after seeing many videos and learning on other refrigerators we came to know it was a problem, we called them back. They visited and suggested that there is a problem which occurs one in 100 refrigerator's and we may have to replace the coil with double coil near compressor. They did that and by this time our warranty got expired. Also note now they said that the door was not fitted properly and they realigned the door by removing the top freezer door and fixing it back and now it looked good and we stayed with the drooping door for an year now( the coil replacement was done at home and it was so risky
                                and it caused lot of inconvenience). Now after 15 days of double coil change there was an excess build up of ice in refrigerator every day and we noticed suddenly that there is no cooling from two days in refrigerator. We again called the whirlpool demo guy now he say's the fan motor has failed due to excess ice build up. Now since we are very sure we didn't have this problem before coil change we are not happy. Also the guy says he will replace the fan at an additional costs 1400 rs. But when we ask that if they are sure if it will not occur back they are hesitant to answer and are not able to identify the exact reason nor tell us the reason for ice build and related motor failure for the Fan. We have till now requested many times to replace this fridge since it is defective and we are struggling from day one, they are still convincing us to now go for an extended insurance which we don't need. We are not ready to pay again for a defective piece,
                                The demo guy is again wanting us to replace the fan/motor but not sure why it happened or cannot guarantee us that this would not happen shortly. Our relatives are happy keeping other brands with zero issue and now they have almost crossed 2-4 year and happy, but we are sobbing every day buying this product. When I again requested today they are suggesting to pay extra 20 thousand and get the same product as replacement. I request whirlpool to take this as a request and either replace us the refrigerator with no additional costs or please pay back our initial amount we paid for refrigerator, we are not ready to take any more risk or deal with these abnormalities.

                                The repair guys are confusing us and making us to live with it now by asking us to extend the warranty or live with failures.

                                  My whirlpool AC machine had cooling issue for more than 4 months. Dhanapal who is working in the customer service ( his mobile number is [protected]) use to send some person but they never repaired it. I use to call him to help but uses bad words.

                                    I was facing a cooling issue with my refrigerator and after raising an issue the service guys replaced the compressor under warranty. Additional charges were levied for gas refilling and service charges. However, the cooling issue has not been resolved and I am facing the same problem after 2 weeks of service. When I called the service centre they asked me to raise the issue again and informed me that I would be charged with the service cost again. How long will I have to pay for the same problem in the name of service?
