a dent which was replaced with a new one
But provided the invoice containing sl number of the old dented product .indeed to claim warranty plz provide the updated invoice with sl number of the product that was replaced from your side.

      We have a problem with whirlpool refrigerator which is manufactured on 2014 and don't know the purchase date. The compressor/gas had been lost and one of the local mechanic came and checked it out and said that it costs around 9000. Actually, there is warranty of 10 years for compressor but We lost warranty card and bill card. I[censored] want I can provide the customer name, mobile no. And area of purchase so that it can be easy to u to fetch the warranty card digitally through your computers. It would be more appreciated I[censored] help with this.

        I have been purchased Whirlpool washing machines stand from Whirlpool authorised service centre Sri Lakshmi service point in Puducherry. After 4 month the stand was bend and machine got highly vibrate during the spin cycle. Nobody come from Lakshmi service point after complaint several time. In concern, kindly take the nursery action/replacement of product as soon as possible.

          Hello sir,
          I took fridge whirlpool intellifresh 340 litre through 3A Electronics Agency Varanasi Cantt on 16 july 2022. After installation by your authorized dealer, I faced few problems like noise through compressor in my fridge and getting shock while touching the body of fridge. So, I complained regarding my problem to Whirlpool customer care. They sent a technician to survey my problem and he found the problem in my fridge. As my fridge was under warranty and replacement, so technician told us for replacement. My replacement product came on 8 August but we found numerous scratches over it's body and through its freezer foul smell was coming. That's why I contacted customer care to change this product again. He gave me number of my local Whirlpool service center operator namely Sonu Singh phone number. Today I went to his office to look for my replacement product, but we found it was the product I received last week. But when I told him so he started arguing with me and misbehaved with my wife. He even told us to get lost, is that the service you guys provide to us. We spent money for getting better product and your company say that if we have any problem we can get replacement within 15 days. So why we are suffering alot even paying our valuable money.
          So it's my humble request to please consider my concern and take strict action against that person named Sonu Singh.

            I have purchased my whirlpool refrigerator in December 2020 from croma. Within 3 months it's stopped working many times I have called whirlpool Service Center and get serviced and complaint have raised many times still issue not resolved
            That is defect product of manufacturing and it is failure product. Please replace my product. I have escalated many times no use. Please help me to replace this product

              We bought double door Whirlpool refrigerator from Shop near to my location but 1-2 day after bought it producing too much noise and little bit current supply in body then i complaint on Whirlpool customer service then one of your mechanic came and he start for replacement. Then after 1 week
              My replacement product reached at my home and after unboxing it we found multiple scratches on the front door and when we open the door then foul smell come from inside and on backside we saw multiple scratches on the part of compressor it seems to be some open it. So, it appears to be old one so we again complained Whirlpool customer care service they told me that your replaced refrigerator will come within 7 days the representatives of Whirlpool at paharia varanasi told us that we have been to pay fare for sending refrigerator at my home, we agreed for it. But in second time we go to Whirlpool workshop to saw replaced refrigerator, then we saw they showed us sme refrigerator as showed earlier just after removing lamination. We told them the present scenario then the representatives became aggressive on us and told us that you all are alien, bloody get out, while this rude behaviour my wife is also present at service centre. Such a rude behaviour is not acceptable, the Whirlpool is just because of all Whirlpool customer. I know that this type of mentality is not by Whirlpool. It's just the ego/thinking of one of your employee (highest post). One call recieved by me yesterday from your side he asked me for proof, this is like injustice for not only me but it's for all customer of Whirlpool. I request higher official to take a strict action against him and please let me know what action is taken against him. This type of rude behaviour against lady is not acceptable.

                We purchased Whirlpool multi door refrigerator from Amazon in October'21. From the first week of purchase this refrigerator is giving us problems. Even at the lowest setting, it does excessive cooling. Layer of ice forms on milk and water and all the vegetables get spoiled.

                We raised a complaint and the techinician came and he replaced the thermostat. This happended twice last year. Now again, we started facing the same issue and we raised complaint. In the last month we have raised 5 complaints, and thermostat has been replaced 3 times. But, it didn't solve the issue.

                We asked to replace the refrigerator because it can't be that the thermostat gets damaged in just few days. There is some other issue in the product which they are not able to diagnose.

                In our last complaint, we explicitly mentioned that we want it replaced and customer care agent told that they would do that. But again they raised same service request, and the techinician came and closed the ticket without even informing us. On calling customer care again, they don't provide any immediate solution and raise the service request again.

                We are stuck here completely with no resolution from Whirlpool. In summers, in north India, we are stuck with this faulty product.

                          I bought an air conditioner from whirlpool 6 months back via Amazon. Since last 2 months I have started using it but faced cooling issues. I tried calling up the customer care but to my surprise they asked me to clean the filter myself and check if that resolved my problem. Since it didn’t I called back again and they sent a technician a month ago. He found out that the compressor and some panel needed replacement but till date I am not getting any solutions. I tried calling the ASM but he keep ducking the questions. And to the irony of that, they are asking me if I want to buy AMC ?? Pl assist

                            I purchased the Whirlpool split AC 5 star in March 2022 and the product installation I had done myself due to poor past service experience with a whirlpool service engineer.
                            Right now the AC is not turning on I have contacted the service centre and the service engineer detected a problem with the PCB board of the AC. Thus, it needs to be replaced and this does not cover under warranty as the installation has not been done by themselves.
                            After I have contracted to whirlpool service centre they conveyed the same that it does not cover under warranty and I have to pay around 4000 INR to get the AC right.
                            Thus, I would like to get the warranty as the product is only 6 months old and I do have the invoice for the product. However, the service centre is not willing to cover this under warranty as per them this cannot be done cause I have done the installation by myself.
                            Please assist me regarding the same. Hereby I am attaching the invoice of the product purchased from Flipkart as evidence.

                              I am a resident of Bathinda Punjab, I have requested a complaint on sixth of July with regards to water leaking from my air-conditioner indoor unit, the company executive of the service centre came to my place and recommended me a proper washing service, or a wet service which will definitely make sure that there is no leakage of water further.

                              But the problem and solve I again registered a complaint On toll-free number of the Whirlpool, on toll-free number of the Whirlpool and The executive visited for the first time and asked me for the service charge of four Rs.72 which I paid because my Air conditioner is out of warranty and I was said that the charges or eligible for 30 days within which you can register a complaint again if you face any problem, I faced the same problem again the very next day so I registered a complaint but after then I was contacted by them after foodies, and then they visited dig take a huge hole into the wall under the air-conditioner, which resulted in no progress in air conditioner condition of the leakage, since then I registered a complaint again but that complaint was cancelled after six days or it was marked as a result even though I was never contacted by them, then Again I registered a complaint, then again they cancel the complaint or Marked as a Resolved, then I again registered a complaint And then they again marked it resolved without even contacting me, then I again registered a complaint then they didn’t even contacted me and marked it cancelled now I have again registered a complaint but there is no progress in that I have paid service charge on 12th of July 2022 till then only the executive engineer Just visited once Or twice, but they wanted to make sure the time period of 30 days passes and hair become with 8th August 2022 but still there is no progress in.

                              This is just a who are you that what has happened to me I will make sure I will send a legal notice to Mayank the service centre person or head to make sure that he knows how to treat a customer.

The hole Which you are able to see is a small one but the second visit of the executive what is the engineer made it look more bad because he did the wall what you are able to see I Don’t have the current pictures.

                                I Have purchased a Whirlpool 300 L Frost Free Triple Door Refrigerator from Flipkart and the product cost of 26790/- in indian rupees but after 1 year it is giving lot of cooling related issues then i raised a complaint with Whirlpool customer support on[protected] & the 1st Ticket ID is: VIJ[protected] after this i raised a lot of tickets with them, they have changed different parts(Fan motor, timer, ..etc) but not fixed the issue till now[protected] for all this they charged around 10000/- rupees but no use again they are saying there is one more part(Fan) issue that need replace again with in a month and it will be changeable with visiting charges.
                                From last two and half months i am raising the complaints with them and they are sending different technicians from different places replacing the parts with chargeable but no use so from last one week i was mentioning the same thing to them today they are saying we are not responsible what parts are replaced previously.
                                On last friday[protected] they said we will replace product fOR this thEy created a new ticket(VIJ[protected]) but today they are saying we will not do the replacement as per the police and the customer support and technicians behaves very rudely.
                                I have all the call recordings and evidences.
                                I am attaching the changed parts
                                Kindly do the needful on this to do the replacement of a defective product.

                                  Hi Sir,

                                  I am very disappointed with my purchase of Whirlpool Refrigerator and the service provided to me. It has been more than a week now and still the issue (Over cooling and No light) has not been solved. They have visited my home more than 5 times and replaced all the new parts like compressor, relay, gas refilling, thermostat, defroster, etc... They have charged me for all the parts (Rs.4542) but still now I have not received the bill.

                                  There was No reply received so far, Even though I have called multiple times to the call center, but the response is pathetic and they have never called back.

                                  Every time the customer care executive gave a false commitment that it will be resolved today. They delayed a lot and in the end the send a non-technical or untrained staff.

                                  I request you kindly look into the issue on high priority.

                                    I am not justified from your side

                                    1. When we logged a compliant what is the process..?
                                    Secondly after logging my first compliant a customer care called to find my location and explained me that the refrigerator is out of warranty period and there will be service charge applicable and in case if any component changed than they will charge as per the company rates and I agreed to it and after that the technician called me and came to my residence
                                    1. He told my wife that the front panel censor is not proper need to change it and it will cost Rs 1650..my wife spoke to me and I spoke to the technician and agreed for it..he took an advance payment Rs 500 and went and come in evening and changed it..he told to keep a look at the cooling as it will take 24 hrs after changing the front panel
                                    For your kind information I have the CCTV footage recorded in my house take the amount and recorded voice message
                                    Any way my question is if a technician comes for a visit to a customer repair is it not the company policy to provide a job sheet as he open my refrigerator to check the compliant..But he did not give any prof that he visited my premises.

                                    I need the Bill for the service charge for my first visit and I not going to leave the company as you are all mis guiding us

                                    I have not denied any charges in fact I have recorded voice and message calling the technician twice as after the first repair the refrigerator was in the same position.

                                    Second compliant I logged as per the technician's advice I have also the recorded message with me.

                                    I think I have wasted my energy and time..i have taken the matter to the National consumer Form let them justify

                                    Secondly I have logged a police compliant against the technician for mis guiding as a whirlpool technician

                                    A civil case will be filed again in the company name and I will upload the incident in YouTube as well in social media and This is what Whirlpool has for the justification

                                      I bought a whirlpool refrigerator in feb 2021 from dealer cost rs. 14000 aprox and got delivered at my home. On very first day I complained about defect in door i found but dealer asked me to wait for technician and follow steps. After inspection they agreed on replacing product with new but they send a used and old product after that and when i asked why it is used so they returned that product saying if you are not satisfied we will return the product.
                                      Again after complaining they send replacement and provided old product and on questioning they did the same thing and i denied taking that. Also they harrassing me by calls and threatening that “ you won’t get new one take this or you won’t get this also” and when i asked manager name and said i m recording your call he dropped call.
                                      After that everytime they call unnessecary and same details from scratch everytime.
                                      Also warranty of my refrigerator is 5 years but i got message from company that warranty last date is 2021 December. Pathetic service by whirlpool and I want refund of money. It’s been 1 year and still nothing is being done from their end.

                                        Hi!, I have purchased 3 door proton+ refrigerator of Whirlpool brand on 02/07/2021. The product was out of order and I made a complaint to CC on 16/07/2022, the technician visited same day and told that the compressor is faulty and will be replaced. However, he asked me to pay gas refilling and other accessories like relay charges.
