Whirlpool fridge had a electrical problem and as a resut PCB board got burnt.
This is 14 yrs old fridge and have raised a complaint with Whirlpool Service
and i was told that part is not available and trying to get from various sources, However not yet.

It's been more than a month fridge is not functioning because o[censored]navailability of parts.
Can you please help me on this

Dear Team,

We would like to bring to your notice that we purchased Whirlpool washing machine model 84501100ZVSP WHI TL W/M 360 BW PRO(540) 7.5 GRAP 10Y on 5th March 2021. Attached the Cash Receipt for your reference.

2/3 weeks after installation we started facing issues where the drum and the machine shakes heavily with huge sound as if the machine is going to fall down. We raised complaint multiple times to the customer care and they attended but there weren't giving proper solution or any replacement and we are still facing the same problem.

It's been more than a year now we are still struggling with the issue even after multiple complaints and none of the Whirlpool customer care person is able to find the issue and fix it.

For our recent complaint regarding the same issue vide Service Request CHE[protected], one of the executive named Dinakaran attended and said the drum has some manufacturing defect.

As our last resort We are writing to you. We cannot live with this problem day to day with small kids at home. Hence we are requesting you to kindly replace the machine immediately. So that, we can avoid any kind of inconvenience or legal consequences.

Motors not working

Product: Semi-automatic Washing Machine
Date of purchase: May 2022
Issue: The machine is not working to the mark, the state of especially black and dark-colored clothes worsens after washing them through it. The kind of white furry particles get stuck to it and the same gets stacked in bulk inside its dust collector whose source is unknown. To add on neither the water supplied to the machine is hard water nor have we washed any sort of door mats or cushions as stated by the service agents on discussing the issue. Moreover, we have also raised the ticket regarding it, plus they even home visited but were unable to find the exact issue. And also the talking tone of their manager with us was unacceptable.
Resolution: Either Refund or a swap.

I have complained that my refridgerator is not working on August 27th. There is no resolution till now. And the service center is not responding.

I have been complaining whirlpool from Aug'22 with no resolution yet provided despite opening 3 service request with them.
MCB of outdoor unit gets faulty twice
F7 error in temp sensor
Engineer visited and resolved the MCB issue and after 15 days again the unit displays F7 temp sensor error. Engineer again visited to fix sensor issue and got the MCB of the outdoor unit damaged again.

My AC is under warranty purchased in march'22. I have asked Whirlpool to provide me the complete new replacement unit and don't want to do repairing time and again. Whirlpool is not giving me approvals yet despite multiple emails send to Charu (Whirlpool care Manager)- Charu Singh nor picking my phone.

I want my whole AC unit to be replaced with brand new and don't want anymore repairing work done.

I had raised a complaint about my Refrigerator's compressor is not working which I had purchased a month back ...a guy from whirlpool visited and notified us saying compressor is going to be replaced by claiming warranty. But am trying to reach that guy from 3 days he is not responding or receiving my call. Please advise on the next course of action.

My refrigerator's gas kit has a problem. I complained to customer care 10 times. They said that the gas kit is not being manufactured.
If I complain again today, the service boy says that it is not possible to service this model or replace the parts. Because we trust the Whirlpool brand and buy a refrigerator, Only the refrigerator will provide services for 10 years or not.
Please provide my refrigerator gas kit. Otherwise I will have to resort to consumer forum. Refrigerator everything works fine except I for the gas kit, I lost my refrigerator, can you please solve my problem

Kept me on the line for one hour and disconnected me while I was talking without giving a proper answer.

If you call the TSC service branch manager Sainath garu, he says don't call me

Sir, I bought the refrigerator by trusting Whirlpool brand.
I was able to use it for ten years by using it well.
Escalation department Ramya garu says, ten years is enough, we can't provide any more service.

The way he spoke was so painfully insulting.

Don't your Whirlpool employees know how to treat customers sir.

TSC Sainath says don't call me as he has some personal matter.

For the past seven months I have been agonizing over the refrigerator gas kit. A small thing can't solve the problem for me.

If you call once, wait till the availability of the part, i.e. I waited for seven months sir

Now Escalation Department Ramya garu Sainath garu behavior is very objectionable.

Does she not understand that if a customer is put on the line for an hour and cut off, sir, how much emotional it will be.

I am stating this directly to you and I am begging you to please give me justice.I will be waiting for your reply sir

I bought Whirlpool refrigerator on 28/10/2021 but it is not even completed 1 year, there is a problem of rusting on the body of the refrigerator. I had purchased thinking that the company has a very good name, its every product is good, but I bought it after thinking. But I was forced to think that I made a mistake by purchasing this refrigerator, please change this piece and give it a new one.I had also lodged a complaint, I got a call from your staff saying that there is no guarantee of rusting of our company.I have full hope you will take my complaint seriously and solve it soon

I am Tarun Kanti Bose R/O C2/92A, KESHAVPURAM DELHI 110035 and I purchased a Double door Whirlpool Proton on February 2017. On 4th Sept 2022 I made a complaint on the cooling issue so one Anurag Srivastava of Whirlpool (Mobile: [protected]) responded and sent me Complaint no [protected] and sent one Sameer (Mobile:[protected]) who did nothing but got two AMCs filled up and I transferred Rs. 6799 through Google Pay. He promised to send one Engineer till evening, But after umpteenth calls an Engineer visited and said what Sameer had identified as a problem that heater was not working was totally false. The problem is with the Timer. After calling for couple of times the Engineer installed a Timer. The timer costs only Rs. 750. I would request that deduct Rs. 750 plus service charges from Rs. 6799 and return back me the remaining amount and take Anurag Srivastava and Sameer to task. If not done then they would be emboldened enough to bring bad name to Whirlpool India.

My Whirlpool AC is under warranty. twice the MCB of motherboard got faulty. Engineer visited and could not fixed the problem. In this peak hot season, I'm literally annoyed with whirlpool services. Various service request raised with Whirlpool but none got resolved so far:

outdoor sensor also failing with F7 error reporting.

I want the entire AC Unit to be replaced with the new one as the previous one is having issues and engineer not able to fix the issue permanently.

We had purchased 1.5 ton inverter AC from Croma showroom at Chrompet, Chennai on July 2021 also thay had convinced to promoted extended warranty and AMC, now my AC indor unit got water leak and there's no sufficient cooling, i have complaint to Croma toll-free they had sent service person next day, person came and inspected the issue, he said resolve the concern but next two hours the same problem was appear, again i called toll free number but still they are not taking any action, I'm not satisfied this kind of service. Take this matter very seriously and resolve my concern .

I bought fridge in the month july and after 2 month it is not doing cooling.
Many time complaint on customer care and they send unskilled technician.
We are very harrass after buying indian whirlpool. Area manager or enginner should see this problem or kindly buyback this product.

The above compliant register nearly 2 months ago but still not rectified the same. service engineers not able to identify the problem for past 2 months. each and every time visiting our home and inform the different different porpoises but end of the day nothing reified so far. really very much disappointing about this product. 605 LTRS - 20941 - SIDE BY SIDE FRIDGE

My ac is under warranty and ti now i have submitted a lot off compliant but no one executive give me proper solution few days it works and after that same error comes UP.

We were purchase the double door refrigerator Whirphool in 2014 from Croma.Today morning when open the of refrigerator smok come out and it was totally burn and melt from inside.Now company is demanding the charge for repairing and seviceing without any reson this was happened.
