Dear Sir/Madam, I have Purchased Top load washing Machine 360' last two weeks and i requested to you for demo on 12th November 2014. But today 17th no body came for the demo. So i request u to send some person for demo. Whirlpool branded and propeller but services is very poor! i[censored] are not providing as services will not purchase this Brand in future. For your Reference: my Reg. No: CN [protected], CN [protected] & CN [protected] 1. First time your person came late and he informed to office machine Not Delivery (lie) 2. Second time Ayanavaram religion team mentioned Door closed without Customer Knowledge (Again lie) 3. Third time today complete demo as per CC, but not done so fare! This kind of works really Somme to Whirlpool band only. (Person Name Mr.sasi & Mr.sunil team) please improve and give good performance to us.

    above product purchased by me on 25/11/2012 is not functioning and going out of order every fortnight. Your company is not able to fix the problem... everyt ime temporary solution is given it goes off again... the machine will be out of warranty on 25/11/2014.and it appears to me that it is a ploy to push off warranty period. Kindly appreciate that we have not given any clean feed back on last 2 or 3 visits made by your mechanic and we had made it clear that the machine is under observation. This time while logging complaint we have placed our request for replacement. Kindly treat this as my formal on record request for replacement of the machine which could not stand even the warranty period. Kindly make note of my demand act act on it immediately.       Dear Sir I am a customer of fully automatic whirlpool whitemagic wasing machine . I am leaving near chennai having pin code 601201. My registered mobile no is [protected]. I had made a complain through customer care in the month of sept'14. Then complain is attended by following centre Sri Ragavendra services No-1/92Munivel Nagar, AATHUR Road Karanodai, chennai-600067 They have taken approx Rs 8000 /= till date. But till todate my wasing machine is not working condition Lot of water leakage from bottom of washing.. They have changed wash tub. damp valve . Even they are not attending call also. In this case i don't have option other than i have to put my complain to consumer's court against worlpool.         Denying to renew AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract ) of Washing Machine

        Hi, I purchased Whirlpool fully automatic washing machine in 2010. Since then every year i am taking AMC of that machine. And i had to take it because Machine is creating lots of issues. As well as service engineer is replacing very costlier parts every time. This year service engineer is telling he can't renew AMC for this machine. I have following concern - 1. If machine is having so much issues then why Whirlpool is not replacing...

        I lodged the complain to repair washing machine vide SR no. HR[protected] on Monday 3-Nov. Engineer visited same day and informed some part needs to be changed. We were informed it will be repaired within 2~3 days. After that no one turned up to repair the machine. while we are checking status with engineer, we r informed parts not coming from company.           I HAVE BOUGHT WHIRLPOOL WASHING MACHINE. AFTER THE WARRANTY PERIOD I HAVE TO CHANGE THE CIRCUIT TWO TIMES THAT COSTED AROUND RS 3800 EACH TIME. NOW THERE IS A PROBLEM IN TSP. THEY SAY YOU HAVE TO CHANGE THE TSP WHICH COST AROUND RS 4000. TILL DATE I HAVE INCURRED MAINTENANCE EXPENSE OF RS 12000 AND THE WASHING MACHINE COST ME AROUND RS 20, 000. WHIRLPOOL ALSO HAVE STOPPED TAKING ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT. I SUGGEST NOT TO BUY ANY PRODUCTS OF WHIRLPOOL. COMPANY IS A BIG CHEAT.

            KIND ATTN : GENERAL MANAGER - SERVICE Sir, I would like bring your kind perusal regarding Worst Service by Whirl pool Service franchisee AMENDMENT Agency for not carrying out proper repairs on our Double door Fridge since last four months and wasted our hard earned money. I have lodged complaint to customer care on 22/7/14 in connection with sudden leaking of water from Whirl Pool Fridge Model 10888 paid service charge Rs 465/- The technician not rectified in proper condition and same problem started persisting after a week onwards, Though we have taken up the complaints several times with customer service. Where in The Amendment Agency Technician ascertained, found and informed us that, The Main Core Electronic Board and UI Board became unserviceable and needs to be replaced. He replaced both the Boards on 22/9/2014 and charged Rs 4000/-. Once again the problem started within 10 Days of repair and fridge condition remain same and water Leaking heavily. H Though I have made several calls to Amendment agency as well as Customer Care Resulted in Futile. No Technician Turned up for repair and rectify the same. In view of above captioned facts, You are required to resolve this issue immediately by directing your Engineers pending for last four months, Hence other wise I have to take up this Worst Service/ customer care Issue with Consumer forum for Mental agony and Loss of Money caused and suitable compensation thereof.               We have Whirlpool Microwave MW 30BC and we have purchased this on 19 July 2012 from Vijay Sales. In July we got some issues in Microwave so we filled a ticket on 2st August 2014 and ticket no. MB[protected]. Two Engineer from SATGURU ENTERPRISE came (We have paid the Visit changes also i.e. Rs. 337/- on 18 Aug 2014) and they told us that there is some issue in PCB Board of the Microwave and as they do not repair so only option is to be replaced with the estimated cost of around 3500/-. We took time to think because engineers were not sure after we replace this part there would not be any issues and as we were in need so we later we raised another complaint MB[protected] on 20 sept 2014 and confirmed to Mr Vaibhav (who was very helpful) from Satguru Enterprise that we are ready to replace the PCB, so they checked and confirmed that this Model is no longer in the production so we cannot get the Part. We asked for suggestion what to do so Mr Vaibhav of Satguru Enterprise told us to select another Microwave Model and we can give you replacement but we have to pay Addition amount and we agreed. We went to http://www.whirlpoolindia.com/ and selected the Model Whirlpool Microwave GUSTO GT 288 (25 Ltr) (also suggested by Satguru Enterprise). Satguru Enterprise raised the request immediately and we were waiting for the call from Whirlpool, but even after 2 and half weeks we didn’t get any call so I checked with MR Vaibhav and he gave me the Branch Manager Mr Vijay’s number. Mr. Vijay discussed about the pricing where he less the 40% as product is 2 year old and then gave me additional amount as 6000/ and asked me to make a DD in favor of “WHIRLPOOL OF INDIA LTD”, so that they can process the request. I crated DD on 22nd Oct 2014 after taking leave from office and doing a following almost every alternate day with Mr Vijay, and Mr. Vijay told us that they do not have this Model in stock and they can give us only Microwave 25BC as this is the only Model they have in stock and to be surprise, our old model is MW 30BC and they are offering me now MW 25BC which is the same, so the frustrating part is, they are not ready to repair the machine and replace the part stating this machine is out of production, then how they are giving the same model again to customer? What is the guarantee if something goes wrong then? During the discussion with Mr. Vijay, he finally said here is my number for my boss “ Bhupendar Singh” Please speak to him and raise your complain… Called 4 time to so called “Bhupendar Singh”. 1st call – he attend the call and didn’t utter a single word 2nd call – he attend the call and said there is a network issue you call me on Monday, without even asking my name, what I want and who is this. 3rd call – didn’t answer the phone 4th call – didn’t answer the phone Finally being a frustrated customer, I called whirlpool customer service center to speak to someone who can provide me some value and spoke to on floor supervisor “Faizan” who listen to me patiently and said sir we can’t do much here, here is number for “Area manager’s office” [protected]”, call here speak to “Reshma More / Shiddesh” and raise your complain they can help you. I asked 3 time are you sure the office is open during weekends? Faizan took time and confirmed YES sir. I called the given number and no one picking up the phone. I would like to raise this complaint because we have done whatever we could, but we are still not getting any support or response from Whirlpool they do not have parts, they do not have the latest model, also they are giving us the Model which is the same which we are using and it’s not working. We want our selected new Model, or our DD and 60% value of our not working Whirlpool Microwave so that we can buy another Microwave of different company. When I look at the whirlpool website I get to see the following lines which is inspiring, but the after sale service is pathetic. Whirlpool saying….. Innovation: Unique and compelling solutions valued by our customers and aligned to our brands create competitive advantage and differentiated shareholder value. (My comment – We make innovative idea to loot customer’s hard earn money) Operational Excellence (OPEX): A methodology for solving problems & continuous improvement of products & processes through pursuit, acquisition, and utilization of knowledge using critical thought and planned experimentation helps us achieve operational excellence. (My comments – We have exceptional expertise in lootofying customer and we have proven methods time on time, in fact we have done six-sigma on this) Customer Excellence: Excelling the customer expectation from the company, its brands, products and services are a three-step process. The three steps are: Know a customer, Be a customer, Serve a customer. (My comments – we do not have such things in our word culture.)

                Yesterday My Refrigirator faced an issue in cooling. The Service person came and checked the product and told that the timer kit is the issue and also gas leakage. But after filling the gas its working fine but unnecessarly they changed the timer kit. The main part is they charged me Rs.4800/- and cheated me. Its take that much charge for changing the timer kit and filling the gas. My contact number is[protected].                   firstly when i registered the complaint technician came timely and also replaced a part, at that time they took the visiting charges along with the replaced part amount. but again problem occured and then i called they told soon techician will visit, bt he didnt came, again i called at jaipur service center and reminded them about the problem, same reply i got that within one day technician will come, it is happening since last 10 days . i cant get that if service center cannot provide srvices then it must be closed so that the customer shall not be dependent on them. my question is "for providing this type of services these center are opened or they really mean the word service center and customer satisfaction" my request is to take a serious step against these center so that learn the value of customer satisfaction.

                    Purchased "WHIRPOOL FP 263D PROTTON ROY-STEEL KNIGHT" refrigerator from "Great Eastern Appliances Pvt Ltd, 20, Old Court House Street, Kolkata-700001 (Phone:[protected], [protected])" vide invoice no.: DH/SA/1415/15790 dt[protected] for INR 25800/-.One packed refrigerator delivered & received SR NO.: KL [protected] (satisfaction code-352) on[protected].Service engineer Sri Ratan Thakur unpacked, installed & demo on 01/10/14.We detected "DOOR INSIDE BODY BEARS DENT WHICH IS VERY PROMINENT", shown the same to the engg.He took photo of the damaged portion in his mobile.My son was then here, he also took photo & sent the same to the mobile of the engg.We noted in the service request form, duly filled in by the engg. on 01/10/14, "DOOR INSIDE BODY BEARS DENT WHICH IS VERY PROMINENT AND EXPECT REPLACEMENT AT THE EARLIEST TO AVOID ANY UNFORESEEN SITUATION".On Oct 6, 2014 we mailed to [protected]@whirpool.com & [protected]@geapl.in.Personally lodged complaint with customercare dept., Great eastn Appl. P Ltd on 09/10/14 & received further SR No.: KL [protected] (sat code 305) from BP-WPLSVC (whirpool).Since then I am sending mail reminders to the above including [protected]@whirpool.com, [protected]@whirpool.com, [protected]@whirpool.com (09/10, 13/10, 19/10, 21/10, 26/10, 27/10, 28/10, 29/10 & 30/10/14 respectively.I have talked to their [protected] & [protected] on 13/10, 21/10, 26/10, 27/10, 28/10, 29/10 (Ganpati Jha at 6-45 pm) & 30/10/14 (Ganpati Jha at 11-45 am) and [protected] (Sneha Mohanto, Care Manager-Kolkata) respectively. But to no result as yet.Since 13/10/14 they are telling that the supplied damaged product will be replaced shortly.But sorry to say that the timne has not yet come.Sneha assured me at 1.05 pm that after lunch she will talk with one some Prosenjit, who look after the same and ring back me.Now it is 6.40 pm.But till she has got time to ring back me.Moreover now I am not being able to contact over [protected]

                      My whirlpool washing machine body has started rusting in the second year, remember this is a product I bought by paying 22500. I brought to the notice of whirlpool consumer care recently but I was told the machine is out of warranty and hence I need to pay for the body panel replacement which will cost over 1800 + service charges. This is awful, whirlpool is selling such sub standard products to Indian consumers. They fail to respond to repeated emails. I have decided to campaign against whirlpool products in social media and other consumer forums so that whirlpool brand is dented. How can you make a product that is designed to last exactly for the warranty period? Don't you know washing machine is subjected to moisture and in contact with water by nature can't you use corrosion resistant and quality panels? This is broad day light cheating. I had two other friends who asked me for a feedback on whirlpool washing machine I blindly said No to them, which perhaps would have been a sure customer for you. I will do all I can to prevent indian consumers from being cheated from multinationals like you. Hell with whirlpool!!. Whirlpool customer care has not responded to my emails, their last reply was to contact their local service point.                           I had bought Whirlpool's fully automatic "Stainwash" washing machine a month ago... Suddenly it stopped working. I lodged a complaint with them. Their technician came after 3-4 days and said that the electric panel is defective and needs to be replaced. Then they took another week to come with the part. When finally they came, the machine started working automatically... I don't understand what had the first technician seen and why did he say the panel is defective!!! But now after 15 days again the same problem has occured... Either Whirlpool is cheating consumers or the machine is defective... I NEED A REPLACEMENT OF THIS DEFECTIVE MACHINE!!

                            I purchased on[protected] "WHIRPOOL FP 263D PROTTON ROY-STEEL KNIGHT' from GREAST EASTERN APPLIANCES Pvt Ltd., 20, O.C.H. Street, Kolkata-700001([protected]@geapl.in) vide invoice no.: DH/SA/1415/15790 dt.[protected] for INR 25800/-, The refrigerator was delivered on 30-09-14 in packed condition.On 01-10-14 service engineer Sri Ratan Thakur ([protected] / [protected]) opened the packet, installed the same.Then we detected "DOOR INSIDE BODY BEARS DENT, WHICH IS VERY PROMINENT" and noted the same on his service request form with request for "REPLACEMENT AT THE EARLIEST TO AVOID UNFORESEEN SITUATION', he took photo of the damaged portion, we also sent photo of the same in his mobile.Mailed on 06-10-14 to [protected]@whirpool.com, [protected]@whirpool.com & [protected]@geapl.in with subsequent reminder mails on 09-10, 11-10, 12-10, 21-10, 22-10, & 26-10 respectively.Lodged complaint in dealer's, as above, customer care dept on 09-10 and talked over [protected] on 13-10 & 26-10, [protected] twice each on 21-10 & 26-10 respectively.But neither received any courtesy mail reply nor telephonic call from either Great eastern appliances Pvt Ltd, 20, OCH st, Kol-700001 or whirpool.                               I Vinod Gupta, R/o 787/5, Shalimar garden Ext 1, 80 feet road, Sahibabad, U.P. purchased a Whirlpool Refrigerator S. N. 80503800 Model No. VX 1305 on[protected] from e-Zone, Home Solutions Retail (India) Ltd., V3S East Centre, 1st/2nd Floor, Plot No. 12, Laxmi Nagar District Centre, Vikas Marg, New Delhi - 110 092. Tel No. +[protected]/205. The Refrigerator got a problem of cooling and on the bottom area there was no cooling and upper area there was substantial cooling in February 2014. I lodged a complaint at the customer care on 15/02/2014 (complaint no. 2684) and a technician Mr. Manoj from Authorized Service Centre (Fair deal Enterprises, 116, Navyug Market, Ghaziabad - 201001) attended the complaint and told me that the stabilizer and a part are not working and he replaced both and told me that the fridge will now work properly. When the same was not working properly again and again i kept calling Fair deal and the kept changing my refrigerator's parts and still the same is not working. My refrigerator's main components PCB card, Stabilizer, and lot of other parts have been changed for which i paid (approx. 10000/-) but my refrigerator got into a worse condition and still not working properly. This whole year I am being facing harassment and had to miss office lot of times. You are requested to take necessary action for same at the earliest.

                                It is to bring your kind attention that I have purchased one refrigerator ( PROTTON) on 26nd Oct'11 for my family to keep medicine & insulin for my parents. On 16th Sept'14 suddenly it starts non functioning. On contacting the service center they claimed exorbitant service charge in place of giving remedy whereas during purchase it was conveyed to us that this model has 5 years warranty. It is complete technical/manufacturing fault which we don't have any control.In this juncture my family members are suffering as I am unable to use the refrigerator to keep life saving medicine.I had a trust & confidence on this brand which has given me urge to purchase the brand for second times. I have referred many friends & relatives to use this brands because of its quality & service. But, this incidence has broken my trust on this brand.                                   Hello, I am frustrated with the customer care of whirlpool. Compliant that the lights on my fridge start blinking and beeping. CN[protected]- board changed on 12.8.2014. Issue persistent Compliant raised again. Sensor changed on 19.9.2014. Issue persists complaint raised again and we are not getting a proper response for the last 3 weeks. CN[protected] CN[protected] CN[protected] Pathetic service for a pretty good brand which has pretty good hardware. Not sure what would it take for my parents to get them resolved.

                                    I have frustrated with Whirlpool service. My compliant pending for spinning noise from last two month (MB[protected] 3rd time complaint for same problem) whirlpool service station not even bother about it. When you are lodge your complaint customer care give you customer satisfaction number but service engineer not even ask for that.

                                      i requested about my fridge repair on 14/10/14 morning 10 am by complaint no LK[protected] but i am surprised no one has attended the complaint full day passed now a day if a company cant make sure that the complaint is attended in full working day it is very shame ful thing for company i will be posting this on all social media beliveing it you are not bothered about it..
