I had purchased a whirlpool refrigerator model Mastermind 26 classic with the REF.26m/m classic titanium 3s on 17th Novermber, 2009 from National Radio Electronics Corp, Payyanur. In the second week of August, 2014 we found that the refrigerator stopped cooling. When we informed to the Kannur service centre they sent a mechanic. After checking the mechanic said some gas leak and gas to be filled. He said it would cost Rs.2800 . When I talked this matter to my cousin who is a mechanic, he said he would fill the gas for a much lesser amount. After filling the gas we found again it is not getting cool. Then it was found that the compressor had the problem. We again talked to the service centre but they say they cant do it as we repaired it on our own. Now I admit the mistake of allowing an unauthorized company mechanic to repair it before the guarantee period is over. But the same would have happened if the company mechanic had filled the gas because the problem is with the Compressor. So I kindly request you to take necessary steps to replace the Compressor urgently. When I talkd the matter to the shop people they suggested me to write to you and they promised the company would definitely help me.     We purchased the washing machine on 17/08/2014 from store name adishwar banglore the heater stopped working the very next day. The spin drum having so called 10 year warranty on repeated inquiry we didn't got any response from the showroom... nor from the company

      4 months back I observed repeated sparks inside my Whirlpool Microwave Oven and informed Whirlpool Service Center/Customer Care with online registration/complaint plus call. 1. Complaint dated 7 May 2014, SR No: CN[protected]. 2. Followed by repeated calls to Customer Care and Technician. 3. After approx 15 days technician visits me, tells me that the circuit is faulty and assures to return and takes some part from the electric circuit with him. But he never returned till date. 4. Again repeated calls to Customer Care and technician and both of them tries to avoid my call/the complaint. 5. I wrote to Whirlpool main office/Gurgaon and Chennai and got assurance that someone will surely visit me within 3 days. 6. Mail comes to me from Customer care that part has been dispatched and problem will be fixed within 2-3 days. (3 months back) 7. With nobody responding I again called customer care and technician. 8. Informed the whirlpool customer care about same. 9. Customer care calls me and asks for negotiation and for exchange and asking for bill. 10. I gave the copy of bill 2 months back, but till today the problem remains same, my microwave oven is kept open as such on floor left by technician and nobody responding to my calls at customer care, Chennai/Gurgaon. Totally fed up with whirlpool service !! The Customer Care person in Chennai told me that Whirlpool have stopped manufacturing parts for Microwave Oven and that they can't offer any help to me in this regard. He even told me that I can give him DD of Rs. 5000/- and he will try to fix an exchange !! Sounds fishy !! So far have called customer care not less than 60 times and mailed more than 10 times, but no reply !!         I purchased a washing machine from ASHOKA Trading Company Sec16 Faridabad, vide invoice number 3500 Dated 13/10/2013 Model number 360, Bloom Wash 7.2 KG. Since August beginning I am having problem with the washing machine under code 'UB'. Service engineer founded some defect in the wiring of the machine and till date that is not available in stock.Having repeated talks with Mr Manoj Sharma (Ph No.-[protected]) yesterday he showed his inability in arranging the part and suggested to have a talk with service manager Mr Sherawat (Ph. No. [protected]) After making repeated calls and sms to Mr Sherawat since yesterday, He is not picking our calls and responding to our messages. Please suggest whom to contact regarding my pending complaint since last 17days while at the time of purchase I was promised prompt services. I now strongly ask for free replacement of my washing machine on urgent basis otherwise I shall have to opt for other options. Waiting for an early action for the same.           The Whirlpool washing machine was idle for 2yrs and when switched on by us the board got burnt. The service person attended the complaint the same day of informing them and it was rectified and the bill paid by me was Rs.3800. Within few days the water started going out through the outlet during the intake of water and i have made multiple call to the service off at Tirupur and nobody is bothered to attend the complaint. I personally went 2 times and informed and called them multiple times but nobody is bothered to rectify the problem. The service office no is [protected] and the person who attended the complaint is Mr.Niwas mob no [protected]. Just because the first complaint fetched a big bill they immediately attended the problem and the smaller complaints they are not bothered to attend. Kindly see to this issue and render help.             Complaint No. DL[protected] 12/08/14 Complaint No. DL[protected] 11/08/14 Complaint No. DL[protected] 30/07/14 Complaint No. DL[protected] 23/06/14 All the Complaints are regarding the PCB of the Machine, Each complaint took more than 7 days to resolve the problem.and the complaint made on 12th August 2014 has not been resolved till now.I have made a complaint on 12th august 2014, from last 14 days i am getting my clothes dry-cleaned. Is this how a reputed company works? First I was Assured by your floor supervisor Mr.Purshottam that my complaint will be resolved with in 2 days. when the engineer came, while replacing the PCB he broke the display Panel. After 2 days again he came to change the sensor then again 2 days he came to check the machine and told me to replace the socket and plug, I did that the same day then also the problem of E1 error was not resolved. This machine have been continuously troubling me from last 4 years. Twice I have Purchased the AMC from the company.I Have been a loyal customer of whirlpool from last 20 years but I have never received a service like this before. Before this complaint on 12th august the PCB of the Machine was replaced one week before that and company took 7 days to replace the PCB. So practically I am without a washing machine from last 20 days and I have nearly spend more than 12000 in dry cleaning. Last week I was assured my floor supervisor Mr purushottam that there will be an area manager visit and since the machine hasn't been working properly they will replace the machine. when I called yesterday he had no reply he has been continuously misleading me from the starting. My mother has a medical condition, she has been suffering from osteoarthritis and it’s not possible for her to wash the clothes without a machine. Now after 20 days I have no resolution from the company. I have spend more than 12 thousand in dry cleaning, the Display Panel is broke due to engineer's negligence. So I have only one thing to do, that Is to approach consumer court, so that the company pay for the mental harassment that has been caused by them.

              i had purchase washing machine on 26th sep 2008 from sales corner, kothi road, vadodara. On 23rd aug.2014 i call on service centre [protected].complain no.AH[protected]. for my washing machine repair top door which is not open properly. That customer car person had told me you have to pay Rs.350/-pay for his services and with in 4days engineer will came to your place (Sankheda, dist.Chhotaudaipur) and repair it. I agreed. Today the person name himself says Mr.Mustak (Mo.No.[protected]) is came to my home and repair the door with simple treat-which is now opens properly. Now main complain against the engineer is that he had charged Rs.270 for travelling+Rs.210 for service.and he had not issue any bill or voucher against received payment. Which payment he has to charge Rs.350 (including travel &service). Now whatever amount he is received more then Rs.350/- from my home, he has to pay back at my home, also he has to issue invoice against received payment.. ...(Umesh Bhikhabhai Mistry.                 I got my whirlpool washing machine serviced on 03 Jul 14 and replaced the electronic board for Rs 3560. The Service Request number: CH[protected]. The servicing was unsatisfactory and the engineer had to visit the house again on 11 Jul 14. The problems continued and finally the washing machine packed up on 20 Aug 14 with similar problem as earlier. The board appears to have gone un-serviceable. When enquired, they say that since one month has elapsed, the complaint has to be re-registered and the whole repair would be charged. I wonder if a reputed company like whirlpool would resort to such cheap gimmicks and poor quality servicing that it requires repair in 45 days.                   I purchased a whirlpool refrigerator on 30th June. It has manufactured defect in it. Water is dripping from the freezer since the day I purchased it. Initially, it was not cooling also. After repeated number of visits, it started cooling a bit not much though. The issue was escalated to area manager Mr. S.K Singh. I am continuously calling this person. Every time they say we will check and replace if it issue doesn't get resolved. Today, one of their support employees Ms. Anuradha spoke rudely. First she said "we will replace after this season if problem continues." Then she said "Do whatever you want, we won't replace your fridge". First of all, I am not a nut that I would call them without any reason and ask them to replace the product. There is a problem and that is why I am asking them to replace. I don't have free time to get involved in call process just for the sake of passing my time. Secondly, she is giving me a logic that water is dripping because of humidity. Can you please tell her to read science? Does water drips from freezer because of humidity? And that too in a city like Ghaziabad which is too hot. It never happens even in humid cities like Mumbai also. Is there any logic behind it? Would not the body of fridge be damaged, if water keeps on dripping continuously? Apart from this, I can't keep anything in fridge because water is even going inside vegetable basket and all its trays. On top of that, it doesn't cool properly. I am using fridge for ages. I have seen water dripping into fridge in any season. It is manufactured defect. They know it very well but trying to push their defected piece on to me. It's been two months. Since then, I am listening to all their dramas. Everyone passes on call to other person. They promise to replace and then say we won't do anything. What kind of professionalism is it? I am having real bad experience with whirlpool. They don't value their customers and complaints. Why is it then have got a tag of brand? It should be rewarded as a brand. I am cheated and harassed by these people. They don't know how to talk to customer and handle complaints. I wasted my lot of time and money in purchasing their product and also in calling them on daily basis. I request you to take an immediate action against them. I don't want to hear any excuses.The only thing I want is defect free product. I need resolution immediately.                   *I have never seen water dripping into fridge in any season. It is manufactured defect.
                  I also have the very very bad experience about whirlpool products as well as their services. I also have the same problem for last 5 years...and their engineers are worse then local ones who at least diagnose problem and rectify it. These engineers of whirlpool cudnt even diagnose the problem and they just apply hit n try formula . I still facing this problem and got fed up of these people. Made a point will never go for any whirlpool products now and warn others too about the worst products and services of whirlpool .

                      Hi, I bought a Whirpool NEO IC Royal 355 (Model No. 20100) on April 23, 2014 from Vijay Sales. Within 1.5 weeks of purchase, I realized that the lower compartment (other than freezer) is over-cooling leading to ice deposit all my veggies and hence all these veggies were perishing very fast. To this effect, I registered a complaint and one of the Whirlpool Technicians (from Pinnacle, Paschim Vihar) came and reset the Thermostat from Level 3 to Level 2 but still the same problem persisted. I again registered the complaint and this time a representative from Whirlpool visited and he took out the entire Thermostat from the refrigerator and made some adjustment. I was so disturbed that a 1.5 week old product was made open and adjustments been made to correct the manufacturing defect. He assured me that the problem is rectified and once I would be satisfied, then only he would close the ticket. But this technician never took any cognizance whether the problem is resolved or not and he closed the complaint ticket. Now after thermostat adjustment, my water is not getting adequately cold. I made it a point to live with this problem but after 2 months of further use, the door of the fridge started making creepy noise. Here I am standing peeved, annoyed and concerned, if all these problems have started cropping up in first year o[censored]se, how far it work for me. I really need a full-proof resolution for this faulty product from Whirlpool. Hope some somebody is reading it.

                        I have purchased whirlpool ice magic refrigerator from Sathya Agencies, Tuticorin on 26.07.2014. The compressor is not working from 14.08.2014 and the refrigerator could not be used. I have complained to the Tuticorin Service Centre, the mechanic is delaying and therefore I make complaint at Call Centre No.[protected] on 16.08.2014 morning. The Tuticorin Service Centre mechanic with supervisor has come at night 8.30 p.m. and do something to run the compressor and get my signature in a form and told us to call them on 18.08.2014 if the compressor is not run again because they can not find the exact fault. The compressor is not working from half an hour after they make it to run on 16.08.2014. We inform it immediately to the supervisor and he promised to come on 18.08.2014 morning at 10.00 a.m. to check and solve the problem. I contact the mechanic in person at Tuticorin Service Centre and the supervisor by mobile phone but they have not come forward to solve it and I am fed up with their response. I am staying in the house for their presence by postponing my appointment to see doctor for medical treatment in urgent need. I contact the supplier Sathya Agencies, Tuticorin to replace the refrigerator but they do not agree for that. I could not use the Whirlpool refrigerator just 20 days after purchase. Please help me to solve the problem at the earliest.

                          sir i have purchased a new ac from whirlpool vide invoice no[protected]. dated[protected]. My complaint is that i have been informing the costumer care for the last 2 months about the noise of the outer part and the remote control not working properly. there is a noise of motor and the fan. i did not meet any positive response from the costumer care. the complaint no given to me by the costumer care is[protected] dated 31/07/2014 and ch[protected] dated[protected].

                            Dear Sir/Madam,

                            I purchased whirlpool refrigerator on 20/10/2013 from the below mentioned dealer
                            SONY Electronics,
                            22-86, A-Square,
                            BHEL X Roads,
                            Hyderabad-50

                            I had an issue with the refrigerator in 19/June/2014.They identified this to be a compressor issues and fixed it after 15days as they were running out of compressor stock.
                            This created more problems. I spoke to supervisor, they replaced compressor again without any new complaint.However the issue is not resolved yet.
                            After several follow ups with the dealer/service center, the technician visited and they all are now claiming that it works the same way and cannot be replaced.

                            I request you to take kindly take up this matter and arrange for the refund my total amount.

                              Inspite of repeated requests & reminders, after 23th day from registration of my complaint for my frieeze (Within warranty period), There is no resolution against my complaint no. AH[protected] dt. 15.07.14, I am repeatedly receiving the calls only from HO but their is no solution at all. surprise to see the worst services provided by Whirlpool after a assurance of resolution within 24 hours to customers as per documents & huge advertisement and I did not expect this type of service from a worldwide reputed company & it is cheating and misguiding the customers. I would like to request to all my friends/well wishers to avoid any purchases from this type of fraud company who is not committed to customers after sale.

                                Respected Sir, I had purchased your semi-automatic washing machine serial number INB[protected] model number 12605 purchased on 11-12-12 registered mobile number [protected] by Rana Electronics & home Appliances tilak maidan muzaffarpur vied bill no. 1841. Sir i had made several complaints regarding complaint of my machine which was registered on 19th of July 2014 vied complaint no. 5362 given by your customer care. But sir till date nothing have done from your end. sir previously also in my whirlpool refrigerator also a complaint came i had registered a complaint but in that case also nothing has been done at your end in spite my refrigerator was in warranty. Sir please let me know a company just sell its product giving a false assurance to his customer a 24 months (2 years) warranty after sales because till date i haven't got a single service after purchase in spite my product was in warranty.sir please let me know this time also we have to pay and get my machine rectified.                                   This is regarding our purchase of an RO water purifier " whirlpool Purafresh". We booked this product on 15/3/2014 from Good Life, a dealer selling all brands of water purifier in new delhi. The product was installed on 7/4/2014 Ever since we bought this product, after every 15-20 days there has always been some problem in the purifier. We have also done the amc for 2yrs. The problems we have faced in these 4 months are stated below date-wise and the complaint no.: May 2014: Service Request no. DL[protected]: When the first defect occurred on 12/5/2014, we at first contacted M/s Goodlife and informed them about the problem, they told us that as the product being in its warranty period, it’s not their responsibility to give the service, so they told us to contact whirlpool. We then contacted whirlpool and the above complaint no. is generated, then on 14/5/2014, an engineer from whirlpool came and told us that the RO Membrane is defective and needs replacement and this part is not under warranty and have to pay for this part. It was a surprise for us that how come it failed in just one month after installation, the manual says, its needs replacement after 12 months as per the estimated life mentioned there in on the basis o[censored]sage of 15 liters water per day with maximum feed water tds upto 2000 ppm, (we would like to mention here, we are only two members living and our water consumption is less than 6 liters per day and moreover the tds level as tested during installation is 1325 ppm.) when he came to know that we purchased it from M/s Goodlife, his attitude changed, and refused to change the membrane but upon our complaint to good life and then to the senior management, the same (RO Membrane filter) has been replaced at the company's cost, he also told us that since we have not fitted the pre filter element, the RO membrane didn't last long. May 2014: After this we have installed a pre-filter element on 20/05/2014 to avoid any such problem. This pre-filter element is fitted by M/s Goodlife (from where we purchased the RO System) June end 2014: there was another problem that the tank is not filling, it is taking longer time to fill up the complete tank, we again gave a complaint to Whirlpool and the engineer visited and worked on the system and rectified it but he was not at all professional and he didn’t fit properly the complete system, a lizard entered the system after few days of the above mentioned service. July 2014: we again gave a complaint, the same engineer visited and removed the lizard from the system, this time the engineer who came was just like he is about to destroy the product, he was just holding a mobile phone in one hand and the purifier on the other and he didn't fit the appliance properly. July 2014: again we faced a problem of water not filling the storage tank, we gave a complaint on 16th July and requested to send a senior person instead of the earlier one, the same day a senior person visited in the evening of 16th July and found that the post sediment filter is blocked, he cleaned this filter and told that, this is a temporary solution for the time being, he rectified the problem of water not filling the storage tank. July end 2014: we felt that the water taste is not good and not as per the earlier days, it taste like a salt water and again a complaint was given on 01/08/2014, a engineer visited the same day in the evening and tested the water in the storage tank, the tds was around 1200 ppm and concluded that the RO Membrane filter is again a problem and this needed replacement, The engineer didn’t open the system to check properly and he misbehaved a lot, this was our observation yesterday on 01/08/2014. Here again, the engineer said that RO membrane filter is not under warranty and we have to pay for it. Asked the engineer to leave the system as it is and we are completely fed up with whirlpool service. Now after all these events, I as a customer of this product is fed up with the way this has performed in this 4 months of working, I don’t want to use this system anymore and request to take back the system and refund the complete amount with interest or else the whole purifier shoul be replaced with a brand new one.

                                    Dear Sir, My Name is Vikas & we have an 1 Ton Window AC which have been having water leakage problem for the last 2 years. Everytime we complaint to the customer care, Your service engineer to do general service & says that from today we will not have any water leakage problem. We have been complaining about this to the Whirlpool H., O also to take action on the service engineers. But nothing seems to happen. Moreover, we were allotted an Customer satisfaction code to provide to the customer care after the service is done. But we find that the complaining is closed without the issue is solved. Also, we find that the service engineer not attending the call once service is done. Disgusting is the way you people are misleading the customer & by this you are losing out on the customers faith in Whirlpool electronics. Two years & repeated failure of your service team to identify & solve the water leakage issue. It is high time & now if we dont get any solution to this issue, we are going to lodge a complaint against Whirlpool in the National Consumer Court for deficiency in service for which we will make sure that you are penalised.                                       I bought a refrigerator of Whirlpool 330 Ltrs Proton in Oct2011 but I have a very bad experience of it. After only 1.5 years suddenly its cooling stopped and the whole system of compressor was changed immediately also refilled gas at my own cost. Ideally this type of mistake should not be there in such a big and costly product of Whirlpool brand but it happened . Now after one year, this time again it stopped the cooling and today I called the service engineer at my cost and found that its Core Board not working and has to be replaced, it costs around 2600/- with warranty of only 3 months, I was shocked and surprised to hear that again and again this product is giving so much trouble to me and every year in the same season it is creating problem. I thought why I bought this type of fridge of Whirlpool brand. I am very disappointed now and have lost faith in Whirlpool products. Every year this piece of product demanding repairing of parts which is not genuine. It clearly implies that this particular piece of product is not OK and Ideally Whirlpool company should replace it with immediate effect otherwise I have to take some action against this issue. this repeat problem harassed me too much and intended me to take some appropriate action against it. The whole piece is defective and it should be replaced with new one immediately.

                                        Sir/Ma'am I have register a complaint from past 7 week for my white magic fully automatic washing machine (model # FSAH801) and this is 3rd time complaining for my washing machine but i have receive any service till date. My machine is not function from 1 1/2 months P.S- A engineer from whirlpool informed me that a part need to be replaced and then till date neither he showed up nor i got any service or response .
