Whirlpool has the worst complaint redressal mechanism. i am experiencing it for the second time when the sensor box of 400 litre proton refrigerator is not being supplied by co. since 20th april'14. Call centre gives a mechanical response & several times their system is down. They promise but they dont call back. Whirpool refrigerators with sensor are a failure.
