I has taken Whirlpool AMC # 446593 in Pune on 12/04/14 via Whirlpool outsourced vendor Shree Enterprises for Rs. 2, 350 and I was assured that I can avail the facility all over india. Recently I shifted to Jaipur and during transit my washing machine got damaged. Also, the person who gave me the AMC paper mentioned the wrong model no and and hence I am not able to avail the facility. I am fed of following up with Whirlpool people in Pune and they provided me the no of some Priya Dang in Delhi, her phone is switched off since a long time. Can Some one please help me in geeting the issue sorted out.

    My Whirlpool refrigerator was taken by Customer Care Center (Supreme Elecro-Mech pvt Ltd) Industrial area phase 2 Chadigarh as it was not cooling properly, i was told its compressor had to be changed which would cost Rs 6, 000 plus changed the stabilizer for Rs 2, 000 and was told its changed, as i received the fridge, to my surprise it was still not cooling they took it back and kept it for a week and sent it back, now the fridge is cooling but goes to high voltage cut off again and again, i am fed up with such poor service would request no one to Purchase Wirlpool refrigerator.

        Sir/ Madam, I registered my 1st complaint with Whirlpool in October, 2013..for water leaking problem..for that till today..11 engineer has visited to fix the problem..but they are not able to fix it permanently.and now it's more than 3 weeks when I complaint for the same problem and no engineer has visited..even the escalation department of Whirlpool are seems helpless as customer care center of whirlpool are not able to provide good Engineer. so, the matter is taking round between escalation department and customer care department. It is so annoying I call them everyday who is coming to fix my fridge..and they are not able to provide answer. Details:whirlpool fridge that I am complaint is only 3 yrs old.           We purchased REF 205 I-MAGIC 5DG WINE EXOTIC W.P (S.No: [protected]) from Dawar International Electronics Pvt. ltd (Bill No: DOWB22233) Dated 02/11/2013. Ever since we started using this refrigerator, we have been experiencing issues wherein vegetables either get thaw or fungus. Initially we made complaint to Dawar international who further raised it with Whirlpool and one engineer (Haidev; [protected]/[protected]) visited at our place. He changed thermostat saying that was faulty and requested us to check for few days. We checked and informed that issue didn't resolve. But no one visited at our place. We were later informed that we need to raise another SR. We than registered complaint at whirlpool Service Center and the same engineer visited and he suggested us to keep distance between stuff & fridge wall but he didn't changed anything this time. And requested us to test for another few days. We have tested this also but didn't resolve the issue. Then we have visited Dawar on 14/06/2014 and requested Mr. Virender Dawar ([protected]) to escalate this issue. He said that they have informed Whirlpool Gurgaon Manager and engineer will visit at site in next 3 days. No one has visited at our place then I have informed him but no result. Then I called Whirlpool center and requested then to send engineer then one engineer visited in morning at 10:30 AM 19/06/2014. He has checked and informed us that they have modified thermostat for such kind of issue and he will changed it by 05:00 PM. But no one came after that. Today I called at whirlpool service center and get information that that call has been closed. We informed that we have not shared satisfactory code with that engineer then how come call got closed. We didn't get any satisfactory answer from him and he has shared new complaint number with us. Now we are getting fed up with services provided by Whirlpool on such small issue and I must say services provided by you/team is pathetic.             I have a fridge (wirlphool) ... On 16th june 2014 sudenly my fridge stop working ... On 17/6/14 i registerd a complaint on wirlphool customer care ... Complain no. Dl[protected] ... A person from local dealer visit at my home ... He just see the fridge and tell me for replace a part (dfroste kit) charge-1800/- ... I said ok and give him 1800/- ... That time product is working but after 1-2 hr stop again ... I call back to customer care and complaint again request no. DL[protected] ... And call again and again to customer care till today 21/6/14 ... But nobody visit at my home ... I never expirence that type service from any other company ... Bad bad bad expirence with wirlphool ... I never purchase any wirlphool product in my life .

                We bought wirlpool washing machine from snehanjali store from nallasopara west full cash payment in the month of June 2012. suddenly in the month of may we started having issues wit our machine, it used to stop while washing clothes in between and it creates a lot of problem as washing process gets stopped halfway. we called whirlpool customer service which were not helpful after struggling for a while we were able to post a complain. The technician came at our place opened the entire set, scratched wires on the main board and then asked us to pay to Rs.3000 and said its fault in the wire. Even After speaking to the head office and explaining them about the whole scene which the technician created, still ther was no help from anyone instead they were shouting at us and were trying to blame us for everything and they even said that it was rat bite or cockroach bite. I asked my friend to go to the same head office to get an insight of how do they manage there customer whose warranty is about to get over and the outcome was pretty shocking as they do it purposely so that the consumer doesn't get free under warranty repair, even if the customer agrees to pay the amount it gets distributes among the employees. Finally after struggling for months our warranty finally got over but no help was provided. I am a individual customer but there might be many like me, i would request everyone to not go for such companies whose intention is to just get money and provide no service. i wud never recommend whirlpool to anyone.                   I have whirlpool 2 ton Air conditioner, my AC is not working from last 5 days, I have regsitered my complaint on customer care number 4 days back for which I was assure that the person from the company will visit our premisis in next 24 hours & the complaint is booked for which a sms will be sent for complaint number & satisfaction code, but sorry 2 say no sms has been sent yet even no call is there at my number in last 4 days from the company beside regular reminders in last 4 days for which I was assured daily that your complaint will be resolved in next 24 hrs. I am very much disappointed from such a behaviour of the company, I want that a strict action should be taken against the complaint immediately. Hoping for your favourable & kind consideration.                       I have purchased whirlpool AC 1.5 ton 1year back. Exactly on 13th month, the AC stopped working. When I checked back with the service engineers ( who visited us after 2 weeks) said that your outdoor unit along with compressor need to be changed. I purchased the AC for 35, 000 Rs and they said that I have to pay 30% of it for servicing. I was shocked and I am in continuous touch with service engineer for the past 2 months. No use No respond. Really upset with the service as well as the quality of the product. Don't know what to do..Just to throw this in the street???????

                        My washing machine is out of order since 10days with E1 fault. i contacted people of "SMART SERVICE" who had attended same fault on 27.05.2014. and few days later same fault E1 is again appearing but no one turned up. the same has been registered in toll free number also and online also.kindly look up into the matter and resolve the E1 fault .

                        i had used all the available options to register the complain that my fully automatic washing machine is down with E1 fault since a month.but till now no one has turned up. the same complain was also lodged using this consumer complain forum but sad to say it also does not work. such is the apathy of Whirlpool that they are still unresponsive even after lodging the complain from this forum. kindly suggest where else i have to complain so that they will wake up to attend E1 fault and my washing machine works again.

                          After me consistent and repeated persuasion, finally people from smart service came to attend pending e1 fault of the washing machine on 27/05/2014. His casual approach to attend the fault was percursory that some fault will appear sooner than latter.Hardly after four-five days of the operation, the same old e1 fault is coming. Again i am busy since few days to persuade same person of smart service to give permanent solution of recurring fault and make the washing machine ok.
                          From this platform of consumer forum, i would like to appeal to give serious attention to after sale service and make our life easy.

                            One month back our washing machine was not working and we replaced the PCB. Within one month the replaced PCB( the PCB had a 6 month warranty ) started developing problems. We raised a ticket number on 22nd May. The service engineer came and assured that he will replace the faulty PCB "as soon as possible". Three weeks have gone by, there is no response from the whirlpool technician. Meanwhile we raised another ticket number BG[protected]th June). No one has turned up for even an inspection. Looks like Whirlpool is least bothered in providing after sales service. Please don't commit the same mistake of buying whirlpool products.

                              My whirlpool fully automatic washing machine is not working properly. On 24th May 2014, I lodged a complaint HR[protected], but without rectifying the complaint, the local service center has closed the said complaint on their own and instructed us to lodge a second complaint as some component of the gear box of the said washing machine is required. On 27 May 2014, I made a call on which I surprised to know that my previous complaint was closed without notifying me/repairing the said washing machine which is till date not working. In the compelling circumstances, I had again lodged a complaint HR[protected] on 27th May 2014. I am facing great hardship due to non-working of my washing machine and local service center are not taking my complaint seriously and behaving in negligent manner which is dangerous to the reputation of the whirlpool brand. They failed to rectify the defects which seems that the model itself has some manufacturing defects.

                                Hello Sir,
                                By keeping your goodwill in my mind I have purchased on refrigerator (neo I chill 292 liters) and washing machine on 4th May on 5th may same has been delivered. On 6th may an engineer (Wahid) came for demo and during demo session he broken the air flow nob which was in freezer.
                                I complained on 6th MAY (complaint no. DL[protected]) after some day they closed this complained with reason ‘wrong address’ and I am not able to understand that how the can deliver refrigerator at wrong address.
                                I again complained on 21st MAY (Complaint no. DL[protected]) Now I am calling on daily basic with customer care, escalation department, service center and engineer but no one is taking care of this while calling to engineer, he talking abusly and “saying that he will not repair do what you can”.
                                It would be a miracle if some concerned person read this and do the needful immediately. Or let me know the escalation email id or number which would help

                                  Hello, I am having Whirlpool washing machine. The internal water pipe of the machine is broken since 1 month. We have made several complaints in Whirlpool service center but still the person coming from the company couldn't repair it properly. Every time a person is visiting our place to repair the internal pipe instead of repairing the same they are destroying it. For just a pipe replacement, Whirlpool company is taking such a long time.                                     Ref: KL [protected] dated 01.05.14 and KL[protected] dated 06.05.14 In the name of my daughter (Aditi Sinha Ray)we purchased a REFRIGERATOR (WHIRLPOOL FP 263D PROTON ELTVINTAGE WINE REF) from Great Eastern, Kolkata, dated 19.10.12.Due to a TOUR programmed my Freeze was OFF 15 days. After arrival it was found that cooling system not working on 01.5.14 accordingly above complain are done. On 28.05.14 C.P.C.Board was changed at the cost of Rs.3000/-. NOW QUESTIONS ARE : 1)THE CPC BOARD IS ACTUALLY DEFECTIVE ? 2)DURING DEAD CONDITION WHY IT IS POSSIBLE? 3) TOTAL UNIT (CPCB)CAN DAMAGED AT A TIME? 4) IF THE BOARD IS REALLY DEFECTIVE THAT WILL BE REPLACE VICE IT'S id NO.& spares code no. THEN WHY THE CPC BOARD WAS PULLED OUT AND TAKEN BY YOUR REPRESENTATIVE (THAT WAS NOT RETURNED TILL DATE)? That means actually that was not defective. 5) RS.3000/- TAKEN BY THE BILL OF GOBIND REFRIGERATION WITH OUT ANY PRICE LIST OF WhirlPool CO.                                       I had bought a whirlpool Porton fridge on 2010 november. Since last year i have been facing cooling problems with my fridge for which i had lodged a complain last year at your helpline. I was told that some part at the back of the fridge was not working due to which there was no cooling. I spent 4800 on getting that part replaced.
                                      This year again i am facing that same problem.
                                      I therefore request you to kindly reslove my problem as soon as possible.

                                        I have bought an refrigerator(2 door) in the year of 2010. From last 3 months, it is giving some problem. Water is getting logged at the bottom of the fridge (inside, below vegetable basket). First complaint i have made in March 2014. Some mechanic came and replaced some part. Again in May 2014, the same problem started. The same mechanic came and told that every thing is okay. If still problem exists, we should stop the fridge for 24 hrs, make it complete dry and start again. We followed the instruction, but the problem still persists. I again made a complaint and requested that the same mechanic should not visit as he is not able to solve the problem, but the same mechanic calls me up. Again I called customer care and requested not send the same person. Till now, no one calls me up neither anyone visited. The problem continues... Is this the service provided by Whirlpool company??? Actually Lots of my friends told me that don't buy whirlpool products, service is too bad. I don't believed, and now I am suffering..In times of selling anything or after selling trying to make AMC etc. people from your company keeps on calling...but when actual time for service came, nothing...I am really upset...I am writing this mail in too much of pain and disappointment. If possible, please solve the issue as early as possible. My last Complaint/reference no. is KL[protected].
