i bought freeze fusion 310 ltr on 22.06.2014 we found water leakage in side freeze in this regard i lose comlaint on 25.06.2014 vide comlaint no. HR[protected] and i am again contact whirphool on 07.07.2014 to complaint my problem not solve then i very surprises to listen my previous complaint close with remark problem solve . now they give me new comlaint no. hr[protected] dt. 07.07.2014 So it is humble request to Whirlphhol to call back your product.And make me NEFT RS.21000.     I had bought a double door refrigerator (mastermind) in NOVEMBER 2010. However within 1 years5 Month(March 2012) the compressor of the fridge required a replacement which the co.. However, it resulted in requirement to fill the gas in the fridge. Since then every 6-9 months the fridge cooling goes down and whenever I call in whirlpool service people, they come and say gas needs to be refilled. I have till yet spent appx Rs. 10000 on gas refilling and misc works. on a fridge that costed me Rs. 18000 (appx). Whenever I ask for the reason why it happens, they just get away by saying it is a electrical equipment.
    Last time I got the gas filled in March 2014 and again nowTWO MONTH(June 2014)Complain No-PT[protected] DT-25.06.2014 are saying me to get it done again. I am asking them to provide a permanent solution to the problem but their response is very casual; as if they are not bothered at all.
    If I ask them if it is a manufacturing defect they just do not respond.
    Why should a customer bear the loss when he has paid full money for the product? Is the company not liable to either provide a permanent solution or to replace the product?

      Hi, This is inform you that i have purchased a 360 Bloomwash 7.2 kg washing Machine. And your sales representative of that store told us about the water Re-use option. But now when your engineer came to us for the installation he doest not know about this option. I called up on your customer care tollfree number where your customer care representative told us that this option is not available in this model. I have checked your website aswell where its clearly shows that this option ( water Re-use) is available in this model. So kindly help us to know that whether this option is available or not. Because we required this option at top most priority. If this option is not available then this product will not fullfill our requirement and we would like to return this asap.         it been 3 days now we have compalint on customer care vide complaint numner ch[protected]. this hopeless process is happeniing last for 3 mothns.
        we < me & my sister gifted 360 bloom wash washing machine to our parents. its was giving so much of trouble . we spoke to dealer Mainer time #Harjas Enterprise chandigarh to resolve the issue or provide the concerned person to put across this complaint's. in return we were just hearing " mam aaj aa jaeyega koi, mam kal apka kam ho jaega, mam mere haath mein kuch nahin hai, mam boss se baat karlo, mam service provider change ho gaya ... and so much of crap""" but it happened the same with customer care as well. " mam compalitn register ho gayi, mam 24 hours mein aa jega koi, mam reminder daal diye, mam engg ka numner le lo ( who is off to work), mam senior supervisor aapko thodi der mein call back krenge, mam sysytemm kharab hai """ its all hopeless guys..

        Em a journalist, i work with HT, i had worked with aaj tak... and with all moral and ethis i fillowed the system for comp plaints to be resolved . but unitll now .. no solution... My parents, they are getting bothered too much, my mother is so harassed with callingg to ten diff persson and listening tio same ... above all machine is leaving the clothes TEARED .. Timer and beepers are not functioning properly. its not even a year old buying product. and while spinning it shakes like hell and make too much of noises ... hopeless with Whirlpool product & services... plz look in to it ... i am so so so so sad and unhappy wiht all this poor services of FAKE WHIRLPOOL . and my mother, she is so much disturbed with this ...

          Service Request number: CH[protected]. I got the whirlpool washing machine serviced and paid Rs 3560 as service charge. I took the machine and got it back myself. When I got the machine home I found that the machine is not working properly and the water is draining out from under it. When I tried calling the service centre there was no response. After paying such a hefty amount for 5 yr old washing machine if it doesnt work after getting it to home, Its disgusting.

            one freeze purchase from sargam india electronics pvt ltd b-8, model townII DELHI, invoice no-S/MT-625 Dated[protected], price-23500,
            after some time freeze was failed in cooling, we made several complaints & paid for repair also the problem continued, they can repair freeze for 15-30days only.
            recently service request no 6552 dated 18-1-14, no-4599 dated 2-4-14, result is zero.
            at this time freeze is not working, we are thinking that a old and useless freeze was sold to us
            i want to complaint you th mail/ direct to company so that you may do the needful.
            please change my freeze if not repairable.

              Dear Sir/Madam I am writing to inform you of my dissatisfaction with your company product AKR 604 Platinum-60 cm Hoods, 10s. On 28-July-2014 I purchased a AKR 604 Platinum-60 cm Hoods, 10s. I made this purchase at HRRD Sanitations-Ghazibad, which bill is attached with this mail. Unfortunately, the product has not performed well. I did first complaint on dated: 14-Sep-2013 or 19-Sep-2013 which complaint no. was GB[protected]. issue is "The big burner was creating black spot on all pots." In This complaint the service engineer change the jet of that burner. Again I did the second complaint on dated: 25-Mar-2014 and 14-Apr-2014, which complaint no. was GB[protected]. Same issue is "The big burner was creating black spot on all pots." In This complaint the service engineer again change the jet of that burner. What have the updates been done by your engineer in your system, i don't know. Again I did the same complaints for replacement on dated 09-May-2014, Which reference is GB[protected]. Because same issue is continuous running with in a month "The big burner was creating black spot on all pots". For this complaint, I have done so many call on your customer care no [protected] and[protected] from my mobile no. [protected], I think all the call records are available in your system, please listen it carefully and what are the solutions provided by you customer care executive. Same thing I did the calls on[protected] to Mr. Nrendra Panchal, so many times he was not in office and when ever he picked the phone, he told me within 24 hr I will defiantly do the call or provide the solution, but till time I am waiting for his call. What is the work they are doing? What is the work doing by your customer care relationship manager? For your record I am sending some photo, video of that hob, Please see and then what is the problem I am facing by your product. To resolve the problem, I would appreciate.                 we have purchased new auto defrosr fridge 2 months before. from day one there is moisture problem n all vegetables get spoiling. after complain they changed the pcb n sensor twice but problem continous... fridge is registered by name of vinayak chawda n mob. no. is [protected] n compaint no. provide is NP[protected] kindly solve the problem within the week or replace the product. reply your decision. contact no.                   Ref: complaint for the defect in newly purchased whirlpool refrigerator as per below details.

                  Model no:[protected] dlx professional ttm 3s (E12) product chassis serial no: ina[protected]
                  Original tax invoice no: 26861 dt: 23.02.2012. Super electronics, borivli (E)
                  Home care plan application no: hg 06105451 gnf – proton 3 door 300 ltr – 24 m
                  Plan code: 1023509 product no: mb/ p / 0712 / 69280. Gnf – onyx.
                  Extended warranty purchased on 23.Feb.2013 expiry of extended warranty : 23 / feb / 2015.
                  Paid rs. 3575.00 vide receipt no: 3694 dt: 10.10.2012 for home care extended warranty

                  Sub : reply to your letter dated : 02nd / june / 2014.

                  Dear sirs,
                  I apologise for the delay in reply to your letter dt: 02.06.2014, as i was hospitalized for 8 to 10 days.

                  With regard to the above details, please go through our complaint as below & thereby request for the replacement of the new refrigerator door or with new refrigerator without any extra cost and for which we are not liable to pay it.

                  1) within 3 to 4 months from the date of purchase ( 23.02.2012 ) & installation ( 14.03.2012 ), the refrigerator was found to have water leakage problem & thereby we immediately lodged a complaint vide no: mb [protected] dt: 23.07.2012. Your service engineer visited our home & scrutinized that there was water vapour getting collected on the rubber gasket of both the doors & so water was flowing down. Thereafter he closed the complaint saying that the problem was due to external weather conditions. Lastly, he assured verbally that problem is solved permanently & won’t occur again.

                  We trusted your service engineer & insisted to give us the service report for the above problem which u have solved.
                  But he denied giving it & said it doesn’t require any service report as it is still under warranty.

                  2) not even completion of 24 hrs of solving the above problem, the refrigerator started functioning with excess cooling. Hence we again complained vide no: mb [protected] dt: 24.07.2012. Your service engineer visited our home, solved the problem & closed the complaint by replacing the cooling tower of a new refrigerator. Again he assured verbally that problem won’t occur again.

                  As usual, we again blindly trusted him & insisted to give us the service report for the above problem which he solved. But he again denied giving it with aforesaid statement.

                  3) again within 15 days, after the above visit, the same problem of water vapour getting collected on the rubber
                  Gasket & fungus was seen on the rubber gasket & again leakage occurred & complained vide no: mb[protected]
                  Dt: 07.08.2012. Your service engineer visited & didn’t have any explanation how to stop this problem !!

                  The above problem still persist & not yet solved …..

                  The above 03 visits within the warranty period in the 1st year itself from the date of purchase of
                  Refrigerator itself indicates there was some manufacturing defect in the rubber gasket of
                  Refrigerator. (Please kindly make a note of this).


                  4) going through the above pain, we thought of going ahead with extended warranty home care plan for 2 years !!, for which we paid rs. 3575.00 within the warranty period.

                  5) recently, we again lodged complaint vide no: mb [protected] dt: 14.05.2014 seeing breakeage of the rubber
                  Gasket.Your service engineer visited, he clicked t he pictures of broken rubber gasket & advised that as
                  The rubber gasket sealing system isn’t repairable, the entire refrigerator door is to be replaced with new one.

                  6) we agreed for the above & ordered for the replacement of the new refrigerator door at no extra cost as our
                  Refrigerator is still valid under home care extended warranty plan !

                  7) upon the above, when we agreed for change of door, ironically, we were amused to hear from your service
                  Engineer & consumer cell that the new refrigerator door of the above model is not available in the stock, now only
                  Option left out is to be replaced with new refrigerator by paying 40 % depreciation on total invoice amount!!!

                  The above charge is totally unjustified !! Your company being one of the leading brand in electronic goods in india
                  It’s ambiguous that your company can neither repair the rubber gasket nor replace it with new one, nor with the
                  Replacement of new refrigerator door, then on what grounds should we bear the cost of 40 % of new refrigerator ??
                  We don’t ask you for the new refrigerator, we only ask for the permanent solution of the above problem !!

                  The base punch is either you repair the faulty parts or repair or replace. Whatever you do … our concern is for
                  Permanent solution of the above problem without any cost from our end.

                  8) your home care extended warranty letter & policy clearly states that our plan covers : compressor, sealed
                  System, gas charging, capillary, drier, relay, thermostat, fan motor, timer & thermal fuse, visit charges.

                  You have cheated us by not repairing the manufacturing defective door inspite of having valid extended warranty &
                  Insisting us to pay for the entire replacement of the door !! Why should we pay when the product has manufacturing
                  Defect & inspite of having valid extended warranty.

                  But nowhere it’s mentioned that if the defective part is not in the condition to be repaired or to be replaced with
                  New one than the replacement of the entire unit ( refrigerator ) is to be borne by the customer @ 40 %
                  Depreciation of total invoice value ??

                  Settlement / relief solution :

                  We request you to please take the issue seriously, and resolve the problems immediately either by the replacement of part ( new refrigerator door ) or replace with new refrigerator immediately without any extra cost. In case problems is not resolved, we will be compelled to file complaint with the consumer court & forum for the loss of food, mental agony, harassment, defect in goods and defect in service and all other problems and trouble created to us.

                  Hope that the top management will take necessary action immediately against the guilty people and will punish them in appropriate manner so that they shouldn’t work in unethical and inappropriate manner in future and no consumer should be harassed by them.

                  This notice is served to the company’s managing director, all the authorized persons and other officials for necessary action. Please keep the copy of this notice for future reference.

                    I has taken Whirlpool AMC # 446593 in Pune on 12/04/14 via Whirlpool outsourced vendor Shree Enterprises for Rs. 2, 350 and I was assured that I can avail the facility all over india. Recently I shifted to Jaipur and during transit my washing machine got damaged. Also, the person who gave me the AMC paper mentioned the wrong model no and and hence I am not able to avail the facility. I am fed of following up with Whirlpool people in Pune and they provided me the no of some Priya Dang in Delhi, her phone is switched off since a long time. Can Some one please help me in geeting the issue sorted out.

                      My Whirlpool refrigerator was taken by Customer Care Center (Supreme Elecro-Mech pvt Ltd) Industrial area phase 2 Chadigarh as it was not cooling properly, i was told its compressor had to be changed which would cost Rs 6, 000 plus changed the stabilizer for Rs 2, 000 and was told its changed, as i received the fridge, to my surprise it was still not cooling they took it back and kept it for a week and sent it back, now the fridge is cooling but goes to high voltage cut off again and again, i am fed up with such poor service would request no one to Purchase Wirlpool refrigerator.

                          Sir/ Madam, I registered my 1st complaint with Whirlpool in October, 2013..for water leaking problem..for that till today..11 engineer has visited to fix the problem..but they are not able to fix it permanently.and now it's more than 3 weeks when I complaint for the same problem and no engineer has visited..even the escalation department of Whirlpool are seems helpless as customer care center of whirlpool are not able to provide good Engineer. so, the matter is taking round between escalation department and customer care department. It is so annoying I call them everyday who is coming to fix my fridge..and they are not able to provide answer. Details:whirlpool fridge that I am complaint is only 3 yrs old. I have been facing this problem since I purchased it. Complaint no: HR[protected] Contact no: [protected] I sincerely hope for you, to take some serious action against them.

                            We purchased REF 205 I-MAGIC 5DG WINE EXOTIC W.P (S.No: [protected]) from Dawar International Electronics Pvt. ltd (Bill No: DOWB22233) Dated 02/11/2013. Ever since we started using this refrigerator, we have been experiencing issues wherein vegetables either get thaw or fungus. Initially we made complaint to Dawar international who further raised it with Whirlpool and one engineer (Haidev; [protected]/[protected]) visited at our place. He changed thermostat saying that was faulty and requested us to check for few days. We checked and informed that issue didn't resolve. But no one visited at our place. We were later informed that we need to raise another SR. We than registered complaint at whirlpool Service Center and the same engineer visited and he suggested us to keep distance between stuff & fridge wall but he didn't changed anything this time. And requested us to test for another few days. We have tested this also but didn't resolve the issue. Then we have visited Dawar on 14/06/2014 and requested Mr. Virender Dawar ([protected]) to escalate this issue. He said that they have informed Whirlpool Gurgaon Manager and engineer will visit at site in next 3 days. No one has visited at our place then I have informed him but no result. Then I called Whirlpool center and requested then to send engineer then one engineer visited in morning at 10:30 AM 19/06/2014. He has checked and informed us that they have modified thermostat for such kind of issue and he will changed it by 05:00 PM. But no one came after that. Today I called at whirlpool service center and get information that that call has been closed. We informed that we have not shared satisfactory code with that engineer then how come call got closed. We didn't get any satisfactory answer from him and he has shared new complaint number with us. Now we are getting fed up with services provided by Whirlpool on such small issue and I must say services provided by you/team is pathetic.                               I have a fridge (wirlphool) ... On 16th june 2014 sudenly my fridge stop working ... On 17/6/14 i registerd a complaint on wirlphool customer care ... Complain no. Dl[protected] ... A person from local dealer visit at my home ... He just see the fridge and tell me for replace a part (dfroste kit) charge-1800/- ... I said ok and give him 1800/- ... That time product is working but after 1-2 hr stop again ... I call back to customer care and complaint again request no. DL[protected] ... And call again and again to customer care till today 21/6/14 ... But nobody visit at my home ... I never expirence that type service from any other company ... Bad bad bad expirence with wirlphool ... I never purchase any wirlphool product in my life .

(205 Ice Magic 5G model) from Sreema Electronics, 98/1, Gopal Lal Tagore Road, Kolkata - 700 036, West Bengal vide their bill no. 89244 dt.30/07/2013 (Date of delivery: 21/07/2013). My complain is my Refrigerator's cooling system is not working properly from 10 days. I informed Sreema Electronic on 112/06/2014. But till now problem has not been solved.                                   We bought wirlpool washing machine from snehanjali store from nallasopara west full cash payment in the month of June 2012. suddenly in the month of may we started having issues wit our machine, it used to stop while washing clothes in between and it creates a lot of problem as washing process gets stopped halfway. we called whirlpool customer service which were not helpful after struggling for a while we were able to post a complain. The technician came at our place opened the entire set, scratched wires on the main board and then asked us to pay to Rs.3000 and said its fault in the wire. Even After speaking to the head office and explaining them about the whole scene which the technician created, still ther was no help from anyone instead they were shouting at us and were trying to blame us for everything and they even said that it was rat bite or cockroach bite. I asked my friend to go to the same head office to get an insight of how do they manage there customer whose warranty is about to get over and the outcome was pretty shocking as they do it purposely so that the consumer doesn't get free under warranty repair, even if the customer agrees to pay the amount it gets distributes among the employees. Finally after struggling for months our warranty finally got over but no help was provided. I am a individual customer but there might be many like me, i would request everyone to not go for such companies whose intention is to just get money and provide no service. i wud never recommend whirlpool to anyone. I am still ready to get the issue resolved if the company is willing to help. Contact No : [protected]

                                    I have whirlpool 2 ton Air conditioner, my AC is not working from last 5 days, I have regsitered my complaint on customer care number 4 days back for which I was assure that the person from the company will visit our premisis in next 24 hours & the complaint is booked for which a sms will be sent for complaint number & satisfaction code, but sorry 2 say no sms has been sent yet even no call is there at my number in last 4 days from the company beside regular reminders in last 4 days for which I was assured daily that your complaint will be resolved in next 24 hrs. I am very much disappointed from such a behaviour of the company, I want that a strict action should be taken against the complaint immediately. Hoping for your favourable & kind consideration.                                         I have purchased whirlpool AC 1.5 ton 1year back. Exactly on 13th month, the AC stopped working. When I checked back with the service engineers ( who visited us after 2 weeks) said that your outdoor unit along with compressor need to be changed. I purchased the AC for 35, 000 Rs and they said that I have to pay 30% of it for servicing. I was shocked and I am in continuous touch with service engineer for the past 2 months. No use No respond. Really upset with the service as well as the quality of the product. Don't know what to do..Just to throw this in the street???????
