    hi, I need your help, since i have received the most pathetic post sales service for my Whirlpool washing machine I have logged two calls & yet i have not received the service as yet . It has been more than 3 months, i was told that the front door need to be replaced First complain date :- 10/03/[protected] Second complain date :- 13 /05/2014- SR [protected] I have not received any service since then. First i got to hear it is out of stock, hence i waited all this time i made several calls to the help line & the folks from whirlpool listed below Sunil @ [protected] & Srinivas @[protected] all i get to hear is dates & excuses, no resolution till date. I get calls stating they will come in an hour, during weekdays, which makes it impossible to travel back . or promises that they will come on the weekend & never turn up or answer my calls can you ensure that you have this fixed or i would have to check other options since it is pending for sometime I have spend money on laundry all these months, since i have a washing machine & had to make several calls to Sunil & Srinivas .

      on 9th may we have purchased new multidoor referigerator, right from the beginning its not working/cooling properly. on visit/check by service engineer replied jack/wiring was loose now it will work fine. Still the condition is same. I am now frustrated by this new referigerator purchesd with Rs 40000 . very disgusting, now I am planning to take help from lawyer if soon no action is taken by the company.

What is this "This is world class company" I don't like this so please take action from this complaint. In this summer I am live without refrigerator.         Bought double door refrigerator a year back, since then there is one or other complaints daily. No proper support from customer care, There is no direct technical team available . Funniest reply which i received lately is not to keep any item without closing the lid inside refrigerator.

          I purchased a 25 litrs Magic cook 25C microwave in November 2010 from G.V.pariwar, Whirlpool dealer at Haldwani, Nainital, Uttrakhand.The machine stopped working since September 2013. Immediately informed the dealer, after several visits by the service engineer I was told that the Control Panel / Touch Pad and the PCB shall be replaced therefore needs some time to procure the part from the ware house. This went on for over 6 months and even after changing the parts the Microwave had the same problem. The machine was again sent to the service centre for thorough check but it came back un-repaired. Strangely for all theses mails the CMD, service heads were kept in loop over the mails, but to my surprise there seemed very indifferent approach to the entire complaint and its handling. Whether it is being indifferent to a complaint or the company is used to such problems and is aware about the quality of its products. Now since the company is incapable of detecting the fault and repairing it they are offering replacement, where I have to bear the 50% charges of the new Microwave and Rs.1000/- for transportation which is coming to (5895+1000= Rs.6895/-). Harassing us for close a year, phone calls / mails and no standby provided, the company expects me to take this offer.Im highly dissatisfied with their behaviour and complaint handling.               Whirlpool has the worst complaint redressal mechanism. i am experiencing it for the second time when the sensor box of 400 litre proton refrigerator is not being supplied by co. since 20th april'14. Call centre gives a mechanical response & several times their system is down. They promise but they dont call back. Whirpool refrigerators with sensor are a failure. Sensor box stops working frequently and there is no option but to change it. Service is outsourced & service centre guys try to give you second hand sensor box. Co.is least bothered what is happening. I made the mistake last time of not disposIng this hopeless product with hopeless service on OLX.

                I bought a whirlpool A/C on 7th April and its found out to be defective. Whirlpool Engineer came and saw and recommended for replacement. More than a month is over and yet to get the A/C replaced.The issue reported to all level from customer care to Area Salas Manager to Dispatch department. Their behaviour is horrible as if they are doing a favour. Full payment was made at the time of purchase and the summer is gone when the A/C was required.

                  Really sorry to say that the worst After Sales Service setup witnessed by the undersigned in Consumer Durable Industry in India. Neither the Call Centre officials reply the correct information, nor seems the officials who control the email complaints lodged on " [protected]@whirlpool.com. . Ihave been in touch with your call centre ( at No. [protected]) in the Last week of March or 1st week of April and lately on 2nd May three times in a day and the answer given by the representative on all times was " System is under upgradation and to call after half an hour" and that half an hour never came and thereafter wrote the mail on 3rd May but no reply. This shows the strength of After Sales Service Setup of Whirlpool India, a subsidary of Whirlpool USA. I had purchased Whirlpool split Air Condition 1.5 Ton on 24th June, 2013 and till date not even a single after sales service provided by the company till date. CHOPRA [protected]

                    Within 5 months of buying a machine that costs 25, 300/-, the machine conks off suddenly. Snehanjali Electronics, Amboli, from where the machine is bought, lodges the complaint a day later than the day of complaint. And then comes the shock! For a new machine in the market, the AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER DOES NOT HAVE SPARE PARTS IN A CITY LIKE MUMBAI. And we get this reply only after calling the personnel each time. We ended up going to Snehanjali Electronics who did not even have working numbers of the customer care. After spending 25 mins, they tell us the same thing Whirlpool India told us. Why should we wait for a week for service even in warranty period ? Just because we do not have an option ? This has lead to serious mental torture and monetary loss. I would really advise never to buy from Whirlpool again. And do not try Snehanjali either because all they both do together is start the blame game. The concerned person at Snehanjali even asserts that spare parts sometimes take upto 15 days to reach the destination. In 15 days, when a person can travel the world, today, a spare part takes 15 days just to travel from FARIDABAD to MUMBAI for a new machine model (If it was obsolete and 6 - 10 years old, we were even ready to understand the argument they put forward) ???? !!!

                      I had purchased a new 262 litres Whirlpool refrigerator on 17th April 2014 from Dawar’s Open World, Jacobpura, Gurgaon after spending 30000/-. The refrigerator details are: - Serial No.- [protected] - REF NEO IC275 ROY 4S SAPPHIRE EXOTICA WP The fridge was delivered to us with a broken ice tray. I had registered 3 complaints with Whirlpool customer care regarding this but each one was closed without any action being taken by the service center team. - First Complaint - The first complaint regarding this issue with service no. HR[protected] was registered on 30th April 2014. Subsequently an executive visited my residence the next day, simply noted down the part number and left without changing it. This complaint was closed by the service center with a silly reason that we did not pick the phone. - Second Complaint – Was registered on 5th May 2014 with Service No. HR[protected]. This was CLOSED without informing us and without resolving the issue. - Third Complaint – Was registered on 6th May 2014 with service no. HR[protected]. This was again CLOSED without informing us and without resolving the issue. - I have registered another complaint today by sending an email to [protected]@whirlpool.com but I do not expect anything new given their history of throwing my complaints out of the window. I had switched from LG to Whirlpool thinking high about this brand, but the way we are being treated shows that Whirlpool is no different than other brands who are only interested to sell their product and then forget about the woes of their customer. Can't we expect a better service even after spending a whopping amount? What else is expected from a customer? BR, Dayanand Bhardwaj Gurgaon.

                        HI, For two years I have been extending AMC on my Split AC with whirlpool, now near to completion of the contract after two years when it was the fist time, I requested to check my AC raised request on 30th April, where the TAT of the service commited is 24 hours it has been 6 days that I am waiting and following up, but no one has yet turned out to my complaint, this is highly ridiculous and shame full . This is absolute fraud, in fact I am still receiving calls to extend the Plan for another year, Can I raise a Legal call against this please

                          I purchased a new Whirlpool Refrigerator on Thursday, May 01st, 2014, from E-Zone, Bangalore. The new Fridge was delivered to my residence on Friday, May 02nd, 2014. Till date (Monday, May 05th, 2014), no one has come from Whirlpool Service Centre for Demo / Installation of the Appliance. Also, I was informed by the Dealer (eZone), at the time of purchase of new Refrigerator, that a Vendor would come to my residence and take away the old fridge. Till date, no one has come, and, there is hardly any space in my small apartment to accommodate two refrigerators. Past 3 days, I have made several unsuccessful attempts to reach the phone numbers[protected] and [protected]. It is very difficult to connect; and, if I connect, I am unable reach anyone at Customer Service Center. Unfortunately, I do not have any escalation mechanism or phone numbers of Senior Officers. Please help - I am angry, frustrated and feel completely cheated by Whirlpool India. Now that they have my money - their attitude is 'go to hell'.

                            Dear Sir/Madam, COMPLAINT NO: DL[protected] You give the most pathetic service in the entire FMCG industry. We have been trying to reach your sevice engg and your serice centre however there is no response on the same. Time and again commitments are made without being bothered to meet the timelines. While we tried to contact the service head through your service centre, on asking details about the senior person or address the complaint centre they do not know THE ADDRESS or the SENIOR PERSON name and contact which comes as a surprise that where they are not aware. It has been more than 4 days since the service engg (Mr. Happy- [protected]) has taken a module for repair with the assurance that it will be done in next 2 days. We have been calling him and your service centre ever since and have been given false information and timing. Final time given to us was today morning & still no sign and response on telephone or sms. Our refrigerator has been off for four days in this heat and you guys do not even feel the need to understand the same. This is by far the best service from a world renown so far called MNC. Out of all our FMCG equipments (AC, TV, Micrwave etc) WHIRPOOL SERVICE IS BY FAR THE WORST OF LOT.                               I have got fully automatic top loading 8 kg washing machine by model name 360. The rat mesh is such that it can be easily eaten by rodents such as domestic rat. Any damage done by rat is not covered by company under AMC or standard warranty. This is really foolish. The company should bear all expenses in case of such grievance. The Magic technologies which undertakes the work of AMC does not give consumer the original bill for any bill raised during AMC period.

                                This is to inform u that, I am Rajarshi Dutta Gupta, Senior Reporter of ABP News, Kolkata bought 1 whirlpool 5 star Magicool 1.2 ton split AC on 14th April, 2014 from Khosla Electronics, Garia. 15th April company people came & installed the AC. From then till date the AC is not working & I repeatedly lodged complaint to Khosla Electronics & Whirlpool. Complain number is 21922 dated 24.04.14. But I am fully dissatisfied and shocked that nothing has been done. Now I want my cash back or my machine should immediately be replaced by the company or the dealer becoz both r equally responsible for this harassment & discomfort..                                   this i mail is in regards to the poor service i got from the whirlpool customer care executive and the engineer who visited my place .

                                  i have purchased WHIRLPOOL 1ton window a.c and my a.c wasnt working properly which resulted in lodging for a service of my air condition.i had a talk with the customer care executive on 26th of april 2014 approax @ 1300hrs, where he did give me a SR no- KL[protected] and assured me of geting my services done in the next 24 hours.the engineer dropped in where he said he wont be able to work alone and he needs another person along with him and went away, saying that he would be doing the service within sunday which is 27th of april 2014, by 1200hrs .. today when i called the engineer( whose name happens to be PROLOY) to enquire whether he would be coming or not, he behaved in a bad way saying that he cant do it today, whenever he gets time he will come and do it. i again informed the customer care @[protected] & [protected], but again the same thing happened, no one did turn up.


                                  is this the after sales service WHIRLPOOL provide to the customers, where they cant do things in time, don't know how to behave with customers.?? is this the reason you people say to buy products of whirlpool? i have been a loyal customer of whirlpool using a.c, refrigerator, washing machine but the behavior i got from your representatives, am very sure, i wont stick to you brand any more..

                                      I had purchased Whirlpool Refrigerator 11053 whirlpool ref 410 dlx Professional on[protected]. But almost 1 year back we started facing water leakage problem from it. On lodging the problem with your customer service center, an engineer was sent for the rectification of the same. But within 10 days of rectification of problem the same issue started over again. We raised the second round of complaint but it did not rectified. Like this we have go the service done for more than 5 times, however no fix is done, we were also told that this particular model has this problem and it will persist. We were asked to give the satisfaction code but when we did not give the same they called us many times and we were forced to give the same to them. We started living with the issue by keeping box to collect the water, but it is not the permanent solution and is full of hassels. Moreover vegetable box has also become frozen box. We are sick with it and now need a replacement, We are ready to bare some cost for replacement also Pls help us in resolving issue. Regards nipun [protected]

                                        Hi, This is Rakesh Kumar, a resident of 1647/A, chhota kaila near - hapur moad tiraha ghaziabad up india 201001. I am here to complaint against Whirlpool refrigerator which I purchased on 16/06/2013 from the Dealer of Smartbuy Stores pvt ltd(74, Navyug Market Ghaziabad 201001), Later on, i noticed some problem in refrigerator that is the cooling is not done properly and ice is not making in 2 days also. i called to customer care to solved this problem and they filled my complaint and sent a engineer on next day but when he checked the refrigerator he says that cooling power is over of the compresser and he sent somebody to filled the cooling power into the compresser on next day but when the cooling power is filled in the compresser by another engineer on next day then the same problem is happening till now. I'm looking for a compensation now. i would not want the same fridge replaced now but, I want the double door Whirlpool Fridge now as they have caused a lot of inconvenience to me. Please give a sloution at the earliest. Looking for a speedy and a positive response.
