      I had bought the Whirlpool REF 215 IMPRO ROY 4S INV SAPPHIRE ANTELIA 200L on 02/04/2022 Order number- PNV-C-SO147. Refrigerator is cooling more. Ice is forming from top to bottom inside the refrigerator. I had set it to 3-4 (monsoon season) but after setting to 3-4 also my refrigerator is cooling more and ice is forming. although i had tried using other modes of cooling. Same results i have been observed i.e, Over cooling.

      Please do the needful.

          Compressor of Refrigerator was changed by the company which became non function within one year of installation. The compressor was installed under warranty for replacement of the same within of one year, but neither the company nor the authorized service provider is taking up the matter.

            Please find the Attached with this Email Invoice and other Photo of Whirlpool Technician and his Job Sheet.
            The Whirlpool Airconditioner we bought on 13th March 2022 from Vijay Sale, Malad, Mumbai.
            Product Delivery done on the 16th March and Finally Installation was Done on the 23rd March 2022.
            Airconditioner is not working since since 27th June 2022.
            We Registered Complaint on[protected] with Vijay Sales
            Whirlpool Technician Visit:[protected]

            He told us that the Cooling Coil is fully Damaged as I have attached the Photo...
            The Technician had dismantled the Blower Unit with some PCB's disconnected till they replace the Cooling Coil.

            As you had called me today from +[protected], I informed you that since last 20 days we are awaiting the Cooling Coil Replacement.

            You informed me over the Phone that the Part Cooling Coil will be available latest by 29th July..

            I want to know that how your email above sent today mentions that the appliance has been rectified.

            I also told you that your Service Center Person was rude who called on the 19th July from Number: +91-[protected]

            I need your contact number to communicate this issue as an Indian Citizen in India ...I feel I am being Troubled unnecessarily.

            Awaiting your resolve...Please note that if you are persistent in not resolving or creating confusions by evading your duty to resolve the Problem as the Product is under Warranty...I will not hesitate to go in Social Media...

            After about 30 Days of the Airconditioner in non working Condition ... the matter when taken to many Whirlpool Executive... got the Problem Resolve... However very Upset with the False Claims made by Shubhashis Dutta the Care Manager of Whirlpool...he should be sacked for Troubling the Customers as He has a Persistent record of Troubling the Customers... Being an American Brand we respect the Product and it's people..

              Visiting Charges

              I recently complained to whirlpool as my washing machine was not working. The technician came and told me 470rs for visiting charges. Then he took out a small part and said it needs to be replaced and charged me 1450rs. When i agreed for it he still charged me 1450rs + 470rs. Which is very unfair as i am already taking replacement from the comapny. Lateron, when i googled the price for that price it was not more than 200rs. It is literally...

              At the end of last year i brought a whirlpool refrigerator from big bazaar after 3 months compressor gas leaked out and refrigerator stopped working and I lost its bill so i visited big bazaar and demanded for a bill copy but they said that big bazaar is sold to reliance group and all the equipments have been replaced so they cant retrieve bill copy and without bill copy i cant claim warranty and it'll cost around 3000 rs so i need a bill copy to claim warranty.

                I had ordered a 3 Door Refrigerator model Proton 300L on 18th July 2022 online through whirlpool India website www.whirlpoolindia.com detailed as below:

                Order No:[protected] dated 18/July/2022
                Amount Paid : Rs 32, 940/-
                Transaction ID :[protected] dated 18th July 2022 credited to Whirlpool/Pinelabs.
                Ordered for : Josephine Pinto in Mumbai

                This order got cancelled because when I logged into my account on whirlpoolindia.com after placing the order and obtaining order confirmation, my cart still showed the same product. Hence, I went ahead and cancelled it from the cart resulting in my paid order getting cancelled. This is flaw in whirlpool's online ordering system which should be rectified. However, I immediately e-mailed to [protected]@whirlpool.com on 18th July'22 to reinstate my order and to proceed with the delivery after confirming the receipt of my payment.

                Till date after 4 days of transaction, I have still not received any confirmation of receipt of payment after repeated request by email.

                I had ordered this refrigerator for my Dad and Mom who are senior citizens aged 85 and 75yrs respectively since our current refrigerator has malfunctioned and they are currently without a fridge and are experiencing difficulties managing their daily lives.

                I am making this complaint so that this issue is resolved at the earliest - payment confirmed, product is delivered and action taken against concerned whirlpool employees for dereliction of their duties to promptly address customer issues.

                  Frequent Issue with Fridge. To resolve Reliance Digital Has Visited More than 8 Times. Whirlpool team has visited 5 times. Problem cant resolved. I have requested for replacement of New product. They are Denying and saying whirlpool Team Needs to Confirm. Then what is the use of Purchasing the product in Reliance Digital. As a Consumer I had suffered a Lot, using the worst & repair product. Terrible and Worst Experience from Whirlpool Service team. Not Proper response and action.

                    We purchased a whirlpool refrigerator from Aligarh invoice number 541 dated 25/10/2019 for Rs 26, 500.Unfortunately a brand like Whirlpool did not work for long and the first complaint occurred in July 2020 ..Uptil now the refrigerator had been repaired by the company 6 times .And we had requested that every summer deprived of cooling, ultimately the service staff agreed for a replacement on 7 July 2022, unfortunately the company has been silent since then. Could you please confirm the upto when this issue is resolved. I have discussed multiple time with your customer care department but except frustration I didn’t get anything from whirlpool.There is no response from the service center and customer care already says "they dont have any solution" and service center not replacing my product as they are not picking up our calls.
                    We request the company to replace the refrigerator immediately to save their reputation. I am sure that the company will not like to be defame.

                        Our refrigerator, bought less than 8 months ago on 20.11.21 ( well within the warranty period ) has stopped working - there is no cooling whatsoever.

                        The ordeal keeps recurring.So far there have been three instances of the fridge failing and repairs being attempted by the service centre people but each time time the fridge has stopped working within 24 hours ! Between 17.07.21 and today 20.07.21, the fridge has stopped working thrice.

                        Shocked and disappointed by Whirlpool India's abysmal quality.

                        We need a replacement for this faulty product

                          We have purchased 3 door refrigerator 5year ago.. Since then we are facing unsolved problem of water licking throughout the fridge.. There is no service against this as it is manufacturing defect... Why don't you consider this basic defect while manufacturing.. Or else u could hv inform us before purchasing.. Why do u people cheat us? Highly disappointed

                            I have purchased Whrillpool Double door Refrigerator through Flipkart on 21st October 2021. In June 2022 Refrigerator cooling function stopped working. I have lodged the online complaint pn June 12 th 2022. Two days later technician visited and informed some parts of the Refrigerator failed and they have to be replaced. On June 29th technician informed that he is placing order to the Company to replace the failure parts. After that there is no visit of the technician and also no phone calls. On 4th July I reopened the complaint and without my consent they have closed the complaint. On 8th July again I lodged the Complaint. From 8th July to 18th July daily I'm calling customer care service but those people not even considering my complaint. Everytime they are keep on saying we will arrange callback within 10 minutes but till today they have not arranged any callback. In escalating department Mr. Sunil also not responding. On 18th July without my intimation they had closed my complaint without any solution me and they themselves opened the complaint on my name. The customer care service of Whrillpool is worst. From 12th June 2022 till today my Refrigerator stopped functioning and there is no solution to it.

                              I am having problem with whirlpool washing machine.it seems that motor got damaged and its not working.
                              we informed the whirlpool that we need to get repaired as soon as possible as it is very expensive to wash clothes at laundry shops. They mentioned that we need bill or warranty card.
                              But we dont have warranty card or bill.
                              we tried to ask dealer a duplicate bill but he is not providing me the bill and asking for warranty card. he is not at all responding well.
                              Whirlpool simply rejecting the request as we dont have bill
                              Please help me with this.

                                ghar lakar jab use agle din start kara, 2-3 din use kara to uski cooling bohot kam ho rahi thi, pani ki bottle tak bhi thandi nahi horahi, setting change kar ke chala phir bhi cooling nahi hui,

                                complaint kari 12 july, technician aakar dekh gaye unhone kaha isme gas dalegi, hamne kaha abhi liye huye 1 hafta bhi nahi hua ham to repair nahi karaenge hame replace kar k do, unhone kaha aisa nahi hota,

                                phir 14 july ko complaint kari Del[protected], technician ne kaha aapki replace ho jayegi, sara procedure follow kiya, bill, model no. sab whatsapp kardiya, unhone kaha tha 2 din me replace hojayegi, 5 din hogaye abhi tak kuch nahi hua,

                                DEL[protected], phir dubara complaint kari ab dubara wahi sara procedure follow kar rahe hai ki technician aayega,

                                ye jaan bhooj kar replace policy timing expire kar rahe hai, mujhe replace karani hai asap.

                                  I have raised complaint on 10th July BAN[protected]. This is regarding washing machine not working. It is fully automatic front loading. Till now no resolution has been provided. Technician visited only once and after that he stopped picking my call. His number is [protected] - Shibu. I have also called customer care more than 10 times but every time customer care executive gave a false commitment that it will be resolved today. I have never seen such a incompetent customer care and technician team. It was the biggest mistake of my life to buy a whirlpool washing machine (sic).
