We purchased a whirlpool refrigerator from Aligarh invoice number 541 dated 25/10/2019 for Rs 26, 500.Unfortunately a brand like Whirlpool did not work for long and the first complaint occurred in July 2020 ..Uptil now the refrigerator had been repaired by the company 6 times .And we had requested that every summer deprived of cooling, ultimately the service staff agreed for a replacement on 7 July 2022, unfortunately the company has been silent since then. Could you please confirm the upto when this issue is resolved. I have discussed multiple time with your customer care department but except frustration I didn’t get anything from whirlpool.There is no response from the service center and customer care already says "they dont have any solution" and service center not replacing my product as they are not picking up our calls.
We request the company to replace the refrigerator immediately to save their reputation. I am sure that the company will not like to be defame.

The whirpool customer services are worst, i suggest everyone not to buy any whirlpool product . They even not know how to talk their customers.

      Our refrigerator, bought less than 8 months ago on 20.11.21 ( well within the warranty period ) has stopped working - there is no cooling whatsoever.

      The ordeal keeps recurring.So far there have been three instances of the fridge failing and repairs being attempted by the service centre people but each time time the fridge has stopped working within 24 hours ! Between 17.07.21 and today 20.07.21, the fridge has stopped working thrice.

      Shocked and disappointed by Whirlpool India's abysmal quality.

      We need a replacement for this faulty product

        We have purchased 3 door refrigerator 5year ago.. Since then we are facing unsolved problem of water licking throughout the fridge.. There is no service against this as it is manufacturing defect... Why don't you consider this basic defect while manufacturing.. Or else u could hv inform us before purchasing.. Why do u people cheat us? Highly disappointed

          I have purchased Whrillpool Double door Refrigerator through Flipkart on 21st October 2021. In June 2022 Refrigerator cooling function stopped working. I have lodged the online complaint pn June 12 th 2022. Two days later technician visited and informed some parts of the Refrigerator failed and they have to be replaced. On June 29th technician informed that he is placing order to the Company to replace the failure parts. After that there is no visit of the technician and also no phone calls. On 4th July I reopened the complaint and without my consent they have closed the complaint. On 8th July again I lodged the Complaint. From 8th July to 18th July daily I'm calling customer care service but those people not even considering my complaint. Everytime they are keep on saying we will arrange callback within 10 minutes but till today they have not arranged any callback. In escalating department Mr. Sunil also not responding. On 18th July without my intimation they had closed my complaint without any solution me and they themselves opened the complaint on my name. The customer care service of Whrillpool is worst. From 12th June 2022 till today my Refrigerator stopped functioning and there is no solution to it.

            I am having problem with whirlpool washing machine.it seems that motor got damaged and its not working.
            we informed the whirlpool that we need to get repaired as soon as possible as it is very expensive to wash clothes at laundry shops. They mentioned that we need bill or warranty card.
            But we dont have warranty card or bill.
            we tried to ask dealer a duplicate bill but he is not providing me the bill and asking for warranty card. he is not at all responding well.
            Whirlpool simply rejecting the request as we dont have bill
            Please help me with this.

              ghar lakar jab use agle din start kara, 2-3 din use kara to uski cooling bohot kam ho rahi thi, pani ki bottle tak bhi thandi nahi horahi, setting change kar ke chala phir bhi cooling nahi hui,

              complaint kari 12 july, technician aakar dekh gaye unhone kaha isme gas dalegi, hamne kaha abhi liye huye 1 hafta bhi nahi hua ham to repair nahi karaenge hame replace kar k do, unhone kaha aisa nahi hota,

              phir 14 july ko complaint kari Del[protected], technician ne kaha aapki replace ho jayegi, sara procedure follow kiya, bill, model no. sab whatsapp kardiya, unhone kaha tha 2 din me replace hojayegi, 5 din hogaye abhi tak kuch nahi hua,

              DEL[protected], phir dubara complaint kari ab dubara wahi sara procedure follow kar rahe hai ki technician aayega,

              ye jaan bhooj kar replace policy timing expire kar rahe hai, mujhe replace karani hai asap.

                I have raised complaint on 10th July BAN[protected]. This is regarding washing machine not working. It is fully automatic front loading. Till now no resolution has been provided. Technician visited only once and after that he stopped picking my call. His number is [protected] - Shibu. I have also called customer care more than 10 times but every time customer care executive gave a false commitment that it will be resolved today. I have never seen such a incompetent customer care and technician team. It was the biggest mistake of my life to buy a whirlpool washing machine (sic).

                    After about 30 Days of the Airconditioner in non working Condition ... the matter when taken to many Whirlpool Executive... got the Problem Resolve... However very Upset with the False Claims made by Shubhashis Dutta the Care Manager of Whirlpool...he should be sacked for Troubling the Customers as He has a Persistent record of Troubling the Customers... Being an American Brand we respect the Product and it's people...

                      My newly purchased Whirlpool 265L Frost Free Double Door 3 Star Refrigerator is not working as expected from Day 01. First of all there is no "ice formation" in the Freezer and there is little to no cooling altogether in the fridge, making it not useable at all.

                      Not knowing about this issue, I have end up spoiling the entire meat, food items stored it.

                      Lodged a complaint and its Day 3 now, got the technician visited today. After checking he stated either the PCB and or the fan is complaint and has to be replaced.

                      Well, where is the Brand value? Aren't you supplying Defective Products to Customers without QA & QC check and making them to run behind service centers for replacing the components?

                      And how often can these 'so called replacements' be trusted for the Quality?.

                      Replacing components of a fresh product is resentful when considering the hard earned money spend on the product (close to 32.4K).

                      This product is Dead on Arrival and better is getting it returned and refunded.

                      Such a horrible experience. Whirlpool.

                          On 6th of July 2022 Whirlpool's Technician came and repaired the single door fridge. He changed the freezer and filled the gas. He charged 3600 excluding 354 amount as a service charge.

                          He said that cooling will start properly after 3 days but no response. No cooling was made. When the call was made again he didn't pick the call and finally complaint was registered through customer care toll free number of Whirlpool.

                          Today on 11th of July 2022 no technician came and he technician replied that he is out of station for 14 days.

                          Again call was made to customer care and got the reply that due to system's updation call after half an hour and repeatedly 4 times calling no positive response.

                          Now my service charge amount will decay soon and this system will be followed. It would be better If I would call or go to any other Technician, he would come again and again and amount I paid which was 3600 + 354 would be around 2000.

                          Nonsense and wastage of time and of course money. The very worst service I had and will not recommended to anyone. Not completely satisfied.

                          Today is 14 July 2022 and since 9th July 2022 no Technician has been come yet. Whirlpool is a malice practice company. Their service centre is such a wastage of time. Their service centre is absolutely good for nothing. Even their bill that they charge is too high and only and only for looting the customers.

                            We bought whirlpool washing machine in 2015, PCB of the machine stopped working on 26th june 2022, on 9th july service centre informed us that the part is discontinued and the only option is to buy new washing machine, the machine has warranty for motor for 10 years yet other part are not available in whirlpool so we have ro buy new machine for PCB?? What kind of resolution is that

                              Kindly note that we had purchased whirlpool IF-INV-CNV-305-Alfa-Steel refrigerator product number-21271 on[protected].
                              This product is having issues from the very starting.

                              In first year itself, we had already raised 6 complaints and each and every time the interior part of refrigerator is changed by the technician but still the same issue persists. In month of May 2022 we raised many complaints but technician didn't visit and after calling many times and following up on helpline mail IDs the technician visited then he changed a part but issue is same as before. Now refrigerator is not working since 2 months and we are fed up of this whirlpool refrigerator. And we called the technician again because the issue was not resolved and this time he told us that this refrigerator is not going to work any more not even after changing all the parts and if we change the part again it will again get damage.

                              We had a conversation about the same with ASM Agra. First he stated that he will replace our refrigerator and now he is stating that company is refusing to replace and we will change your PCB on next monday. And he also said that you can have your refrigerator's part replaced as many times you want but we will not replace the refrigerator.

                                Friday, July 1 2022:
                                - Service person namedIkrama Faiz, visited on Friday, July 1, 2022.
                                - After diagnosing, he said that there's a problem with the washing machine gearbox, took Rs. 4, 500 payment via UPI for Annual Maintenance Contract and said that I will receive SMS confirmation the following day (on Saturday, July 2 2022) for AMC activation. Post that, another person will come on Monday, July 4 2022 to fix the issue.
                                - No SMS confirmation came through on Saturday or Sunday

                                Sunday, July 3 2022:
                                - After repeated requests on Saturday (1 day earlier), Ikrama Faiz gave me the mobile number of Ajith (manager at service center) and told me to talk to him as they are not responding to his requests either
                                - When I spoke to Ajith, he said the person will visit on Monday and fix the gear box

                                - Ajith is effectively non-responsive now. I have reached a few times, once he responded via SMS that he's driving and once he said he will call in 5 minutes. for that 5 minutes, it has been over an hour now. 😥

                                Finally, It is sad to see representatives / contractors of such reputed companies like Whirlpool, turning non-responsive on their customers in today's day and age. Quite a poor experience.
                                Even if money is foregone, it leaves a lasting experience to never come back to companies like Whirlpool again. Finally, I hope this leaves some meaningful remarks on your conscience.

                                  I brought whirlpool refrigerator from doon music centre dehradun on 7th May but it has big scratches inside.installation guy came, took photos and send it to office for replacement of refrigerator.After 15 days on reeptitive calling they told refrigerator has arrived from ncr in depot but it's dented so new one will come.After one week new refrigerator was send by their auto who charged 500 Rs but that was also dented and he took it back..Since then nobody is responding and neither call is coming from their side..We even requested that we are ready to pay extra if higher model is also present and in good condition but they refused for the same at that time...My replacement request is by ne Prakash Mahara

                                    I have purchased a refrigerator online but I have received a defective one so I raised a ticket for replacement and received a replacement after paying ₹500 for transportation but the replacement unit wat also damaged so again I raised a ticket for the same and now whirlpool is again forcing me to pay ₹500.
                                    My concern is why should I pay transportation charges multiple times if whirlpool is not able to deliver me a quality product?
                                    They keep sending defective/damaged item again and again and forcing their customer to pay transportation charges.
                                    Why should customer pay for the failures of whirlpool logistics team?

                                    I'm tired sending mails but I'm not getting any revert.

                                    Whirlpool has updated non serviceable e-mail addresses over their website l, [protected]@whirpool.com and [protected]@whirpool.com both E-mail addresses are not active.
                                    This clearly reflects the intention of whirlpool to not serve their customer complaints after sales.

                                        We raised a complaint on 2nd June 2022 to Whirlpool service centre located in Thirumullaivoyal, Saraswathi nagar. Service men came and said that wiring has to be replaced. He requested to pay the amount initially and we paid 5700. It is been more than a month, the guy is not reachable and the service centre is cutting our call from last 1 week. This is really annoying from the Whirlpool service. It’s already been more than a month. Kindly help us to fix the machine asap and take an strict action on this.
