I brought Fully Automatic Washing Machine Sr No: INB[protected] on 04/06/2009 from QRS, Kottayam. Within warranty period, Board Changed 3 times, Water pipe changed 2 times and lot of Small complaints also. in between this period your service centre suggest to for Voltage Protector and I paid Rs: 1320/- to your service centre. After guarantee period I paid more than Rs: 2320/- to your service centre at kottayam.

August fisrt week from centre they change some parts. Again machine dead. I Register the complaint on call centre. From the guarantee period 5 times complaint happends and rectified. from that time I am asking for replacement.
Now Finally they agree to change the machine. after that no responce and No responsibilty from Whirlpool.
Now we are calling the call centre they saying they will change the machine, but when ? No answer.
Its not only to me, my some friends also brought the Whirlpool fully automatic Wasing Machine they are also facing same problem and some body scrapped and change to another brands.

    I have purchased whirlpool washing machine WM 123NEXT 653H Grey from Grand agencies,Indore last year in August.15 days back it suddenly stopped,the service man from customer care visited & told that panel has to be changed but it is not available now.since last 15 days we are calling daily but they are not responding when the part would be available.Now they are not taking our call.

      Hi, I want to highlight the pathetic state of service which is faced regarding the service related issue which I got from WHIRLPOOL. On 11th Aug 2013 I logged a service call with WHIRLPOOL (Service no: - BG[protected]) about my washing machine for servicing and some parts replacement. I was given a ticket no and when the engineer called me I was told that the parts which I requested are out of stock. I acknowledged this and I was given assurance that once the parts are available I will be contacted, with a week’s turnaround time. After a week when I called up the engineer for a follow up I was told that the parts are still not available and I need to contact this manager. I contacted Mr Bharath on the number provided and I was assured that the issue will get resolved in 2-3 days. Unfortunately I didn’t receive any calls and I had to call up again after one week. I was given the same assurance and unfortunately no one called me. After a month of these series of calls and assurances I chose to call up the customer care to get a follow up on the complaint on 14th Sep and that’s when I was shocked. I was told that the previous complaint was already closed and it’s the service engineer who closed the call. Unfortunately they didn’t reveal the reason why it was closed. I had to log another call (Service No:-BG[protected]) on 14th Sep and I was assured that I will get a call. I received a call from the Supervisor and was given the contact no of the service engineer. In this case the service engineer was the same who was assigned for this case in the first instance. I called up the engineer however he has not picked up the call. I have reached a stage where in I don’t want to call up any one and take a legal action against this. Keeping confidentiality perspective I have not revealed any contact no’s in my complaint. If WHIRLPOOL can’t provide service to this machine and following this pathetic state of service I want WHIRLPOOL to take back this machine and provide a full refund of my money.         I bought Whirlpool Water Purifier worth Rs. 14000/- 2 years back. After applying for AMC in April 2013, only 2 filters in the Water purifier were replaced free of cost in June. Even if I consider the cost of these to be about Rs. 1000/- , only these were replaced under the AMC. For replacing them again within a matter of 3 months, they are asking me to pay again? While making us apply for AMC, the terms and conditions which were printed in many pages were not explained correctly to us. Even the bill given by their marketing agency only says that the AMC is valid for 1 year. It is indeed better if it is clearly said that AMC is valid only once in a year. Highly misleading confirmations have caused so much of hardship to us as well as loss of our money. Moreover, the AMC Terms and Conditions in Whirlpool's website, does not dwell upon these details. When I quoted this, they simply said that the AMC is dealt by their marketing agency - 360 degree marketing support pvt ltd and not by Whirlpool. By applying for AMC for the past 2 years, they have made me spend more than Rs. 8000/-, for which I have not enjoyed any kind of benefits. Inspite of my repetitive mails for the past 10 days, they have only asked me to contact their Customer care number and have not given any clear explanation about the cost benefits that a customer will be enjoying by AMC. This exhibits such a callous attitude from a company which boasts of its products and services. I cannot leave this as I feel that I have been cheated and also due to the reason that this has caused so much of hardship to me and my family since we have to keep buying can water inspite of having a water purifier at home. This spiralling expenses have caused so much of worries to us which needs to be definitely addressed.

          I was facing trouble with the Washing machine not working properly at times and at times not starting at all. The Whirlpool service executive had come down for inspection and said that the PCB board wasn't working. I instantly ordered a new one. It took he round about 20-22 days to supply me a new PCB board barring excuses that there was no stock of the spares and the PCB boards. The most important clause of whirlpool spares is that the company gives warranty of only 1 month for any spares purchased from them. Even the company is so sure that the lifespan of their spares they provide is very short, thus just ONE month warranty. Once replaced the board again started giving trouble in 16 days flat. The whirlpool executive again came down at my place and said that the PCB they had supplied was malfunctioning and thus he will change it as soon as possible. It took him another 7 days to bring me a new replacement for the defective spare the service center had provided. It was running fine for a month and a half to the max and again started giving troubles. Now this time the water supply abruptly is cut off by the mechanism in the machine and the "WATER REUSE" bulb blinked continuously leaving the machine at halt as dead without even draining the waste water leave aside drying the clothes half washed. This time when the service personnel was called from the Whirpool service center he came down and after inspection said that the PCB is again malfunctioning. I am now completely dissatisfied of the kind of service and spares the company as renowned as Whirlpool is providing, Now at my wits end finally I decided to type this whole scene in here.           I have also experiance with, Whirlpool Washing Machine very poor in Quality, in service persons ( Kottayam, Kerala) always replacing with poor quality parts, In August 10th they change PCB and some other parts on my washing machine now only one month my machine dead. better to avoid this machine.

            I purchased the fully automatic 6.5Kg whirlpool washing machine from a our local reputed dealer during July 2012 at Jamnagar. During June 2013 , we have seen that some water leakage is coming near water supply tapping point and finally we discovered that there are some crack in plastic made tapping point pipe connector set. As usual we complained the local dealer and they sent the Whirlpool service technicial. During May the Whirlpool service technicial told us that , the faulty part is not under warranty. Why? during purchased dealer told us that full warranty for 2 years but now how it is not under warranty? Technicial asked me the warranty book/manual. He opened one page from this 28-30 pages manual and studied the warranty portion. There are basically written that The washing machine is under warranty except.......... Now this "excepts........... are mentioned as all parts of washing machine body, tools,electronic parts etc etc". Finally we came to know that nothing parts of this washing machine is under warranty. During purchase time no body can study the full manual with 30 pages.Most of the time whatever dealer told we faith on that. So sir/madam, pls see the matter.

              I purchase a fridge from richa electronics vijay nagar kanpur u.p bill no. 2350 dated 9/12/12 company whirlpool model no.425TC9B4/ sr. No.7246
              In april bottel rack of the door suddenly fallen and all bottels of rack is also faal down . We complaint immidatly to the dealer and they forword it to the company.
              Reperensative of the company came and said that dont bother it is manufacturing fault we will replace the door/ fridge as soon as possible .
              But after many complaints we are still in problem they are not responding so please do the needful and oblige

                Complaint: The rubber seal of the Fridge door does not get closed properly because of which all the food and vegetables gets frozen. Unable to send Photos as mail is bouncing back. Extremely dissatisfied with Whirlpool I would like to bring to your kind notice that I am really dissatisfied with your service. I had purchased Whirlpool Neo Chill Fridge on 13th March 2013 from Reliance Digital. After delivery of the fridge I noticed that the wrong model was sent to me. After speaking with Reliance & Warehouse for days they agreed to send me the correct one. This was first instance of DISSATISFACTION. If I had not reported the in 2-3 days I would have stuck with a low model fridge even though I had paid more. I was happy that at least the fridge will be replaced and I will get correct model. But I guess happiness doesn't stays long when you have purchased a product from Whirlpool. I started experiencing problem with the exchange model. I reported this issue to the customer care and on the same day an engineer visit was done which I hadn't expected and I was happy with the service. But as I had said earlier happiness doesn't stays long when you have purchased a product from Whirlpool. The engineer who came to my place looked at the problem and told me that fridge needs to be replaced. I was surprised that the whole fridge needs to be replaced; they can’t just replace the door or rubber seal. The Engineer said rubber seal and door does not gets replaced and whole product needs to be replaced. He took the photocopy of the Invoice and said someone will get in touch with me in 2-3 days for replacement and pickup of the old Fridge. After 3-4 days when no one contacted, I called customer care and they informed me that Complaint has been closed by the engineer and stated that issue has been fixed. I was furious and this was the 2nd Instance of DISSATISFACTION. I again made a complaint and after waiting for numerous days the engineer visited, who said this issue can be fixed and no need for replacement. I was again surprised with the 2 different statements provided by the two engineers. He spent about 20-30 mins and told me that he has fixed the issue and if issue comes then I have to stretch the rubber. This was absurd but I agreed as he said that I only have to do this for few days and then rubber will be fixed. This was the 3rd instance of DISSATISFACTION. He went and again came back after 3-4 days and installed the rubber bolt & stretched the rubber seal and got the call closed. Again after couple of days issue again started happening. I was really upset that what my fault is. I guess I purchased Whirlpool Product. The same engineer came and said that rubber seal will be replaced and part is not available and he will come back when part will be available which will take 5-7 days. After waiting for almost 7 days I had to call engineer to remind him that he needs to fix the issue. He came after 3 days and started removing the original rubber seal and then he realized that he has bought wrong rubber seal. This was the 4th Instance of DISSATISFACTION. He said that he will bring the correct part in again 5-7 days. Since the time he has gone the rubber seal has gone worse from both sides. I am really not accepting this kind of service and product. I have given numerous attempts to Whirlpool to fix the issue but they have failed. I DON’T WANT ANY MORE REPAIRS AND WANT A REPLACEMENT. I hope somebody monitors this inbox and takes some action. If I don’t get a replacement then will I will be taking this to the CONSUMER COURT. I can understand that a product gets faulty but try to improve your after sales service or at least the complaint helpline. I guess neither whirlpool customer service, consumer helpline or Managing Director Arvind Uppal wants to take any interest in getting an issue resolved. VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE.

                  Hello Whirlpool India Team, This letter is being written on 31st Aug'13 from Narol, Ahmedabad Undersigned is aghast with the way complaints are handled by local whirlpool team for break-down of their microwave Magicook 25C model. This machine is currently under warranty. Registered complaint no with whirlpool is AH[protected] This machine was purchased from Chroma Showroom, wherein lodged complaint no is 96886 These complaints were registered more than two weeks ago & even after several calls made to service center no help is received so far but assurances.                     I bought a new air conditioner today from whirlpool showroom and it was installed. The fan was so noisy that it was impossible for anyone to sleep. Called the showroom from where I had purchased the ac and he was of no help. Called the customer service number [protected] to register a complaint and there is a voicemail....number is busy. I am very dissatisfied with the product. Spent Rs 22000 for my comfort and now unable to switch on the air conditioner. Had to book a hotel room and slept in the hotel room because the ac is defective. Whirlpool will have to reimburse the hotel bill.it has caused me a lot of discomfort.

                    The dealer replaced the unit in the evening at 5.00 PM on 25th August 2013.He has given a unit manufactured in 2012. The earlier unit was manufactured in the year 2013. Technically not sure whether one should buy a 2012 manufactured unit (1 year old unit).

                    The outlet to drain the water was not opened and drain pipe was not fitted in the unit. Another horrible experience. Called the dealer and informed him at 7.50 PM and he said someone will come tomorrow and till then do not use the air conditioner. I have also purchased a whirpool stabilizer for the air conditioner and it is installed under the air conditioner. Told the dealer if water starts dripping inside and there is a short circuit, the dealer will be responsible and will have to replace the stabilizer. The bill has a different serial number of the product and the unit installed today has a different serial number. Will have to run around to get the invoice with the correct serail number. This is a nightmare for us.

                    Last 3 days this what I have doing.

                    Monday to Friday there is no one at home from 10 AM to 7 PM (me and wife go to work). How will we get the drain pipe fitted and when will we be able to use the air conditioner. Spent money for all this? Rs 22000 was spent not to casuse discomfort......This has caused me a lot of inconvenience

                    Your engineer visited on 27th August after 3 days and did not have the drain pipe and he confirmed the machine is manufacture in April 2012. I don't want a 17 months old unit, the machine was installed in my absence.The color of the copper pipes is on the black-ish side compared to a new machine manufactured in 2013.

                    Pease help me to get a full refund or else get the unit replaced.

                    The dealer is not answering my phone and the area sales manager whirlpool has refused to replace the machine. Who will resolve this issue and when.

                    Escalated to Whirpool and they replied "we are unable to replace your appliance but we can arrange the Drain pipe for the same and if you want appliance replacement then we request you to kindly contact with your dealer"

                    NOT EVEN ONCE SOMEONE FROM WHIRPOOL CALLED ME TO DISCUSS THE ISSUE.

                      Ref. : Washing machine Model no. 11306 Serial no. ING[protected] Home care plan. Ref. HP[protected] valid till 20th November 13. Our Whirl pool washing machine is out of order since 30th July and we are not getting any service despite well over dozen contacts to the company. 1) Complained about my Whirlpool Washing Machine on 30.7.13 at No. GB[protected] which is under AMC. 2) Next day mechanic came but could not set it right - went away saying he will again come back within 1-2 days with parts that need replacement. But nothing happened. 3) As nothing was done complaint. Reminded again and again on 4.8.13, 5.8.12 and 6.8.13. 4) With great difficulty contacted office no. of Sh. Ravinder and reminder him. He promised to get it done in 2 days. Nothing happened. Reminded again also on 10th and 12th August. 5) Again with great difficulty took mobile number of Sh. Ravinder - and kept contacting him. But nothing happened. Finally he refused to take calls. Sent him messages to which he never responded. 6) I contacted Area Manager Mr. Ankit. He also assured on 17.8.13 to get it rectified in 2-3 days. But as earlier, nothing happened even after repeated contacts and messages. Machine remains unattended. We are much harrassed and troubled trying for weeks to contact Whirlpool. But we are receiving no response from you. Now our patience is exhausted and this email is being sent as a last resort. Please treat this as most urgent. If Whirlpool does not act to repair our machine, we shall be left with no choice but to approach Consumer court for relief and damages for inconvenience and mental agony.                           I have purchased on Whirlpool Oven from EASY Day Mysore on 20th July 2013. They showed us the model everything and said one new piece is there which we are delivering you. We brought the item and kept for the installation. We waited for a week time and their installation engineer did not come. Then, we opened the item and tried to operate it then we came to know that it is not in working condition. We called them 'N" number of times to send them the installation engineer but they did not responded. at last I registered a complaint in Whirlpool site and then one service engineer visited and confirmed that the item is damaged. They have given one damage piece in which the magnetron component it not working which is responsible for heating our food. Then we called again many times for the replacement. they never responded. Now it is happening that, when ever we call they pick up our call and just disconnect saying our manager is not here and once he comes we will call up.
                          It is almost a month now, nothing is happening with it. Neither it is getting repaired nor replaced even when it is under warranty. I am really fed up purchasing in Easy Day. they are real cheaters. They sell all damage and unwanted materials. They know how to cheat people in and around. I request every one to be cautious with this super market.

                          Try going to their office and office and create as big a scene as you can... This generally scares them to ... Also google up for some senior official's number, call him and shake his balls, threaten him as much as you can... Tell him you'll go to consumer forum... In case you are unable to get his number from google call the company's customer service and threaten them to sue them and eventually tell them that they are useless and so you want to talk to some senior fellow... If they say he's unavailable, ask them for his number... Remember they wont give you the number until and unless you dont hang the sword on their head... All the best... hope your problem gets solved at the earliest!!

                            We bought Whirlpool refrigerator in 2010. In 2013 February there was a problem in defrosting. So they charged me Rs 1500 to change two small - Timer and Bimetallic. I think cost of producing these two simple parts will be less than Rs 200 each but they charged me Rs 1100 for the parts alone. Just 20 days past the six month warranty period for the new spare parts, I am facing the same defrost problem once again. This time the technician is telling me that we have to once again change the timer and heater. Each will cost Rs 650 and Rs 1500 they say. I am annoyed to see the changed parts not lasting even a year. Within 4 years I have to spend Rs 4000 to repair the whirlpool fridge. I don't think whirlpool fridges have quality long lasting parts in it. Think again and do your research before buying whirlpool fridge.

                            Whirlpool — Problems with the refrigerator

                            I have a refrigerator and it's still under AMC.
                            I am now facing reoccurring problems with the refrigerator and it's not working. I logged a complaint with whirlpool on 20th April 2012 and with reference to same an engineer visited my site .As per the site engineer a critical part of machinery which has turn faulty, has to be replaced. The same was committed by the site engineer and WHIRLPOOL was supposed to change the faulty part ASAP.
                            As a consequence of this myself and my entire family is undergoing a torture in this fired hot weather. I tried to get back to Whirlpool executives many a times but have to console myself with the same answer” our engineer will visit you shortly”.
                            It’s been almost one and half month we have been undergoing this torture courtesy- Whirlpool and have been a victim of such unprofessional approach.
                            On the same note I request you to take the needful action so that I can finally breathe easy and tackle this situation smoothly.

                            I purchased whirlpool Proton 3 door 300 Lt refrigerator 1 year 6 months
                            back. But half the time the refrigerator has been giving problems.
                            Within last 6 months I have spent almost Rs. 4000 in repairing. Again
                            now The refrigerator suddenly stopped cooling. when contacted, post
                            inspection by the expert (!!!) revealed that the Timer and the biometal
                            is unserviceable. The cost of replacing is quoted as Rs 2300. Now we
                            don't know the genuinity of the parts as again there is no warranty on

                              I purchased a Whirlpool Microwave Oven in 2004 and have been continuing AMC without fail ever since the original guarantee expired. The last AMC was supposed to be due in Feb 2013. My Microwave oven(model No:MT263) stopped working in the first week of Jan2013 and service personnel came to inspect the machine on 4th Jan2013. They could see that error message"Door Open" was being displayed when the machine was switched on. The guy opened the machine to rectify this and ended up messing up the whole machine. The machine failed to switch on and he told me that the machine has to be taken to the sevice center for full check up.The machine was taken away on the 9th of jan 2013. Upon enquiry,I was told several times that parts are not readily available and will take some time to arrive from the HO. And in April 2013, he told the repair of the machine will be a costly affair since magnetron has to be replaced . I told him about the AMC but he said as per records with the company the AMC has already expired. I told about the AMC document with me showing validity till the first week of Feb2013. They wanted to inspect the document and a photocopy was duly provided to him. EVER SINCE I AM YET TO HEAR ANYTHING FROM THE SERVICE CENTRE. I contacted the Customer Care Centre of Whirlpool through e-mail and phone and they informed that the "Concerned Department" will get in touch with me but NOBODY HAS CONTACTED ME SO FAR.It is 7 months since the machine was taken away from me and NOWADAYS EVEN CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER of WHIRLPOOL ignores my mails regarding this. What should I do to get justice? IF they dont care about repairing old Microwave Oven , why should they take money all these years in the name of AMC? Is this the way helpless customers are treated and robbed by a mutlinational company?

                              Whirlpool — Cheated

                              I have purchased a fridge 16th July. They have delivered the fridge on Sunday and it has a dent on it. I have raised a concern on the same day and the said I'll get a new replaced fridge within 2 days. They are passing days by showing some reasons. Now after 15 days, they are saying they can give me only maroon colour fridge (they have given this information only after I called them for my replacement). They had promised me 4 times for 4 days in these 15 days span. Now they are not lifting my call by recognizing my number. They are even bluntly saying they can’t do anything as there is no stock with whirlpool. They don’t even have an idea when I can get my product back. Please let me know THESE THINGS
                              1) when can I get my new replaced fridge.
                              2) Do you want me to proceed legally.
                              3) Can I get my money back.
                              This is the worst experience can anybody have.

                                We have purchased RO model no.11778 sl no.KRA[protected] on 15/01/2011.After 2years and 4 months we have replaced 4(four) filters on 06.05.2013.Your service engineer has replaced prefilter,RO membrane,plus sediment and pre carbon filter ,service request no was 3546.At that time TDS was 514/47 and Work desc is MN-13402d7412c0301225p.3/12/12.Unexpectedly after two months, just before 2 days we have found that no water is flowing out from the disposal pipe,taking much time to get filtered water.So we called customer care(SR no.KL[protected] to get the service.Your service engineer had came and reported that it is a membrane filter defect and we need to replace it again on chargeable basis.No change in water,no change of place then why the filter was get blocked within 2 month?It is confirmed that it was happened due to the manufacturing defect in filter.Now please tell me is it possible to change filter in every two month? I also called your customer care number ,they also told me that I need to purchase it again.Why I should purchase it again within 2 month,is the life of filter is 2 month only? where is our fault?what type of misuses we have done?
                                I request you to change the faulty unit at free of cost as early as possible because this is a matter of drinking water.

                                Dear sir / Madam,

                                Ref our trailing mail reg MEMBRANE Filter faulty of Whirlpool RO, pls find the attachment "Whirlpool RO case history.pdf". We have purchased the Membrane filler @Rs 2150/- on 06.05.2013 along with three other filters. Total we have paid Rs 3545/- including IC of Rs 115/- against Whirlpool service request no (SRN) 3546. Suddenly with 2 months 10 days, our RO became non-functional & we booked SRN KL[protected] dated 16.07.2013. Service emgr came & confirmed that MEMBRANE Filter is defective & we need to change. I refused to pay service charge of Rs 280/- as it's ridiculous that such a costly filterof Rs 2150/- became faulty within 2 months only & that also without any damage from our endor change of input water. Informatively, we are living total 18 families in the same apartment & using same input water from common overhead tank & all other's ROs / Purifiers are working normal. It simply proves that MEMBRANE filter was itself having some manufacturing defects. Subsequently I have informed Whirlpool Helpdesk reg this issue on 17.07.2013 & 21.07.2013 but didn't get a single response from Whirlpool end. Finally I was forced to purchase an alternative purifier from Eureka Forbes @Rs 1699/- on 22.07.2013 b'caz it's day-to-day drinking water issue.Scan copy of that invoice is attached FYI pls. Fortunately I got a call on 25.07.2013 from one service engr & was told that our faulty Membrane filter will be replaced by another new one & accordingly I was asked to book the SRN KL[protected] dt 26.07.2013. Later on 27.07.2013, service engr visited my home & changed the membrane filter. Subsequently output water seems to be normal although TDS was at little bit higher side (110 ~140) but as per service engr, it will gradually decrease. Most surprisingly again on 27th, the service engr asked for service charge of Rs 280/-. When I refused to pay, he removed the new Membrane filter & take it away.

                                Now pls tell me is this a service? Shall a customer is accountable to pay service charges for a product's manufacturing defect? What's the fault from customer's side that we should pay service charges to whirlpool at a frequency of 2 months 10 days? On the otherside, who will compensate Rs 1699/- (price of Eureka Forbes purifier) which I was not supposed to spend at all if Whirlpool changed the Membrane immediately / next day? Why Whirlpool took 10 days (16th July ~ 25th July) time to confirm me that it will be changed free of cost? I, as a general customer is too much disturbed / upset at Whirlpool's customer support. Pls do the needful & revert.

                                i bought a water purifier purafresh deluxe from whirlpool but when their person came for installation he said the machine is defective.i call custumer care several times,its now six months i did not recieve any solution from them.

                                Whirlpool — Fault within 10 days of service

                                Complaints are as follows:-

                                Not providing extended warranty of the fridge.

                                Fault within 10 days of repair.

                                Customer support providing non-operational Head office number

                                Customer support seniors not wiling to speak to customers and customers being kept on hold for ages.
                                My whirlpool washing machine has shown defects after few years of running. Agitator had to be replaced twice then technicians were called because machine was making excessive noise, they replaced the gear charged Rs 4700/- again electronic system failed and they replaced that charged Rs. 4800/- total cost of repairs up till now Rs.11550/-. whirlpool franchisees in Bangalore are cheats from the time you call them they fleece you.

                                  as few days later i get a call from whirlpool company one of their employ told me that i must fill gas in my refrigerator they gave my all details correct after our talk i said ok and i gave him my new address the day after that one of the whirlpool employ visit my place and he said me to pay the respected payment and he told me that firstly i have to pay the bill and than whenever i want i can call on whirlpool customer care number and i can make them came at my place for filling gas in my refrigerator i gave him cheque of rupee on 27 july 2013 . than he gave me bill after some day i gave a call to whrilpool customer care and told him to came and fill gas gas then the employ came he refuse to fill the gas he told me that the bill that i had is fake .. and i have to pay again why should i pay again as i already paid earlier ..

                                    I had made a complaint for my whirlpool refrigerator vide complaint no mentioned above and have made reminder several times but regret to say that due to non co-operative attitude of your Indore staff, the refrigerator is out of order since last 2 ½ months and we are facing lots of problems.
                                    I had made complaint with your Mr Ranjeet Singh as well as Mr Rao several times but all in vain. They are not even ready to attned the calls. I have already paid for Fan assembly Rs 2786- vide bill no 1143 against complaint no[protected] . Even after that the problem did not get solved.
                                    Then they suggested to replace the Voltage established which also I did paying Rs 1350/-
                                    After that they suggested change of module form Rs 3500/- which they agreed against replacement of old module for Rs 1400/- . This has also been done but the problem stand as it is. Now the refrigerator has shut down completely and the local service centre is not responding at all.
                                    Now they are saying that the door is damaged and new hinges are being called from Delhi as the model has closed down . I am shocked by the attitude of employees of Multinational company.

                                        Our Washing Machine wasn't functioning last week, so we called up Just dial to ask for the nearest Service center number and we chose the call back option from service centers. Some guy from Whirlpool company called and asked me about the problem and told a technician would call the next day. The technician actually called, came to our home, checked the washing machine and he reported that there was some problem with the motherboard and replaced it. He didn't give any warranty card or anything for the product. The only thing he provided was a bill. After the First wash the motherboard again malfunctioned and the washing machine is not working right now. When I call they keep telling reasons like transport problem and stupid reasons like that for not coming to resolve the problem. He claimed himself an authorised Whirlpool Service staff. If that's so then Whirlpool's Service is very very disappointing. Just Dial hasn't sent me the address or name of the company but the guy from Whirlpool Service department told me that he got the number from Just Dial. So Justdial has also been leaking numbers to fraudulent companies.
