Hi,

This is Pankaj Kr. Rai, I purchased a Whirlpool Refrigerator in 2010, it is having several issues since beginning, when ever I complained they came and rectified. But last year in October 2012, its Compressor got corrupted and when I called they asked for visit and other gas filling charges, because compressor is under warranty. But within a month same compressor that Whirlpool changed, got corrupted again and in second time after several days, company changed this faulty compressor second time in December 12, also they changed thermostat, blaming it for malfunction in compressor. Again same compressor stopped working and then When I complained company charged for gas refill and again repaired on 22nd May 13, on 26th May 13 same compressor again stopped working.

Still compressor is under warranty, but when ever I am complaining they are just opening a request and closing after a week, by writing whatever they want. I can provide last two complaint numbers, which were closed internally without providing any resolution.

Service Request number: DL[protected] was created on 19th May, engineer visited on 22nd may 13, charged Rs. 1200 for gas and repaired. Again on 25th May, same compressor stopped working.

Service Request number: DL[protected] was created on 26th May 13. Engineer visited and confirmed that compressor need to be replaced. After that no service. He confirmed that he dont know why compressor is getting corrupted. His remark was that in last few months all compressors supplied by Whirlpool were of not good. This request was not worked and they closed the request internally. The fact is after 26th no one called or visited, they closed call internally.

Service Request number: DL[protected] was created on 5th June 13, and remark maintained by service engineer is that customer refused to pay. According to whirlpool service manual, any repair within one month will not require payment second time. This call was for replacement of refrigerator and it was communicated by support center that within 2 days some of company representative will collect my original purchase receipt and process product exchange and it will take 21 days. Fact is that no one visited or called, they just closed the call.

Service Request number: DL[protected] was created on 14th June 13. No one is even trying to know from Whirlpool that whether their engineers are not capable or their compressors are of so inferior quality that it is not able to last for 1-2 months.

After every complaint, their service center is opening one service request and without replacing faulty refrigerator, they acer closing the call.

I mailed several times to [protected]@whirlpool.com,[protected]@caretelindia.com,[protected]@caretelindia.... but of no use. They are even not replying mails.

This faulty refrigerator must be replaced, because Whirlpool engineers tried 4 times and unable to provide permanent resolution. I can not keep paying Rs.1200 after every 1-2 month. I will provide all receipts if required.

Whirlpool Refrigerator — Refrigerator Does not work

Already submitted complaints, no response received yet. Refrigerator purchased 1 month back, water gets collected at the bottom. Made atleast 30-40 calls to customer service department, No follow up as of now. Website is also just a showcase, no response. Our 20, 000 Rs. gone now.

Whirlpool Refrigerator — complaint not resolved from last one month

i am residing in vadodara city i had locked a complain regarding my refrigarator in the customer care as well as the sales outlet but as on date the complain has not been resolved. the new refrigartor i purchased is just one month old WHAT CAN I EXPECT THE SERVICES IN THE FUTURE WARRANTY PERIOS

Whirlpool — Not providing the service for repair under warranty

respected sir/madam,
i had purchased a fully automatic washing machine of "whirlpool" 0n 8/8/2005 and got it under extended warranty on 9/8/2007 so that it remains under warranty till 2010.

there was technical problem of push button in my washing machine for which i had logded a complain on[protected]. the company executive replaced the push button after one month and that to with the part that was old and used .
i faced the problem even after replacing. since the replaced part also didn't work.till now i have been complaining and no solution has been done.

my complain no. is: kl[protected].

i had reminded about my complain on regular interval.
the dates being 16, 17, 18, 19, 28, 29, 30, 31 of month july.
7, 8, 9, 10 of august.

i will be gratefull to you if you provide me the way to file a comlain against them and teach the persons involved a lesson so that they provide service to their customers

I totally agree with you. Even I had a similar problem.Besides waiting for the technicians to fix the problem in my washing machine, I also fed up in spending Rs.5500 for the same. Even then no response from the company people.

Later on as my friend suggested i sent a legal notice to the company through a familiar advocate from my home town. Within a day, the technicians were waiting at my door for half an hour (i was not in home by the time they called and it took some more time to reach home) to fix the problem.

That was wonderful. Rather than spending Rs.5000 or Rs.6000, i spent just Rs.1000 to the advocate. Now whenever i get a problem, i just call the customer care and they are prompt in action these days.

whirlpool/refrigerator — part not replace

I have fridge of whirlpool, Model no. is (11812 ELPSS) SRI – INE[protected]. COMPLAINT NO -DLO[protected] Now I have a problem in that fridge, some parts of the fridge has damaged. I have placed many complaints in your call centre. They told us that we will come today or tomorrow. But till today I don’t get any positive response from your side.
So kindly take the require action and solve my problem as soon as possible.

Whirlpool Refrigerator — PART NOT REPLACED IN MORE THAN 1 MONTH TIME

WHIRLPOOL REFRIGERATOR PURCHASED IN THE NAME OF PUJA CHHOTARIA FROM SALES EMPORIUM LANSDOWN ON 9/01/08.
I LODGED A COMPLAIN , THAT THE HANDLE OF THE FRIDGE WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY ON 23/5/2011. COMPLAIN NUMBER WAS KL[protected], AND WAS GIVEN BY MR RAVI FROM THE TOLL CENTRE.THEN I RECEIVED AN SMS THAT MR RAJESH DAS WILL ATTEND YOU IN 24 HRS, WITH HIS MOBILE NO [protected].THEN ON 25/5/2011 A MECHANIC TURNED UP AND HE SAID THAT THE HANDLE IS BROKEN AND HE WILL REPLACE IN 8 DAYS. AFTER WAITING FOR MORE THAN 8 DAYS , I CALLED UP THE CALL CENTRE. IN BETWEEN THE DAYS MY HANDLE HAD COME OFF THE FRIDGE.IN THE CALL CENTRE ON 18/6/2011 MADAM KAVITA RECEIVED MY CALL. SHE INQUIRED ABOUT THE STATUS OF MT COMPLAIN AND THE HANDLE WHICH WAS TO COME FROM THE COMPANY. SHE SAID THAT THE HANDLE HAD COME AND WOULD BE REPLACED WITHIN 2 HRS.
AGAIN NOBODY TURNED UP.ON 20/6/2011 ,AGAIN I CALLED UP, AND MADAM JASWANT RECEIVED AND SHE INFORMED US THAT THE NEW CONSIGNMENT WHICH HAD COME ON LAST SATURDAY, DID NOT HAVE THE HANDLE. SO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR 1 MORE WEEK.AGAIN I CALLED UP ON 25/6/2001, AND MR DEEPANSHU RECEIVED MY CALL. HE SAID ME THAT HE HAS PUT MY URGENT REQUEST, AND AN ENGINEER WILL CALL ME UP. AFTER CALLING AGAIN ON 27/6/2011 MR GURPREET SAID ME THE SAME THING. AFTER LISTENING TO MY PROBLEMS, HE TOLD ME TO USE THE BROKEN HANDLE ON TEMPORARY BASIS, AND MEANWHILE HE WILL URGENTLY SOLVE MY PROBLEM. ALL OF THEM REFUSE TO GIVE THE LINE TO SENIOR EXECUTIVES OR MANAGERS NOR DO THEY GIVE E-MAIL ID OF THE COMPANY.ON 29/6/2011 MADAM NEHA AGAIN SAID THAT THE TECNICIAN WOULD CALL WITHIN 24 HRS.THE SAME STORY HAS CONTINUED TILL TODAY ( 11/7/2011) MY PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN SOLVED. I AM UNABLE TO USE MY REFRIGERATOR FROM SO MANY DAYS.
SUCH A SERVICE FROM A REPUTED COMPANY IS SHAMEFUL AND UNEXPECTED.THE REFRIGERATOR WHICH COSTED RS 27000/- HAS BECOME OBSOLETE FOR JUST A HANDLE. THE FRIDGE IS IN ABSOLUTELY NEW CONDITION BECAUSE WE MAINTAIN IT PROPERLY AFTER PAYING SUCH HUGE AMOUNTS. BUT TO MY UTTER SURPRISE IT IS A SHAMEFUL ACT.
TODAY (11/7/2011) I CALLED UP SALES EMPORIUM AGAIN.THEY TOLD ME THAT I WILL RECEIVE A CALL. THEN I RECEIVED A CALL FROM A LADY FROM NO[protected], AND SHE SAID THAT THEY DO NOT HACE THE PART IN STOCK AT PRESENT AND TO;D ME TO TALK TO MR AVIK ROY CHOUDHARY WITH NO [protected]. HE TOLD ME TO TALK AFTER 3P.M AND THEN HE WILL TELL ME THE STATUS THEN AFTER 3 P.M HE TOLD ME THAT HE DOESNT NO ANYTHING AND HE WILL LOOK INTO THE MATTER. I TOLD HIM THAT I WAS OPENING THE FRIDGE FROM SIDES AND I WAS FACING PROBLEMS.HE THEN TOLD ME THE THE RUBBER ON THE SIDES WILL ALSO GET SPOILT.
NOW I AM AT UTTER SHOCK IN WHAT TO DO WITH THE FRIDGE AND IN SUCH SCORCHING HEAT I CANNOT DO WITHOUT MY FRIDGE.

Whirlpool — Pathetic Service by Whirlpool

I filed a complaint- (complaint no- GB[protected]) with Whirlpool Customer Care on 29th Oct, 2011 regarding my fully automatic Whirlpool washing machine.

I had already taken an AMC for my machine.

A technician by the name of Mr. K. K. Singh visited my place on the day of complaint itself (Saturday-29Oct, 2011) and said there was a part required to be replaced which was covered under the AMC and the complaint would be resolved maximum by Monday (31 Oct, 2011)

He also gave us his contact number in case to remind him of the complaint.

No-one called up/visited our place till Monday evening and we decided to call KK Singh at the number provided- however even after repeated attempts the no was switched off.

Tuesday (1 Nov, 2011), we called up the customer care and they said part would be absolutely available and complaint resolved by Thursday (3, Nov, 2011) and gave us the new no of K K Singh.

On calling the person on Thursday, he said the part to be replaced was not available yet and would be available max by Saturday (5, Nov, 2011)
On asking him why his cell was switched off he informed he had changed his no. The person had not cared to even inform.

On calling the same person again today (7, Nov, 2011), we are told the part is not available and they cannot even guarantee when it would be available. The customer care as usual said the part would be available by Wednesday (10th Nov, 2011).

I am really disappointed by the way these people are functioning and fooling customers. The same problem had occurred in my machine 1.5 yrs before when I was in Hyderabad and had been rectified in 2 days without any false commitments.

I am wondering if this is a general trend for customer care in NCR or has Whirlpool service downgraded to this level that they are waiting for my AMC to expire so they can charge me for the part and service.

Can someone tell me where I can take a strict action against these guys?

Whirlpool — REFRIGERATOR REPAIR

WHIRLPOOL REFRIGIRATOR NOT COOLING COMPLINES AND ON 25TH FEB2012 COMPRESSOR WAS REPLACED BY AUTHORISED SERVICE ENGINEER (LAKSHMI SERVICE ENGGRS) .
IT WAS WORKING FOR 10DAYS THEN SOME FILTER PROBLEM, SAME WAS REPLACED.
NOW AGAIN DEEP FREEGER IS NOT FORMING ICE.

REPEATED PROBLEMS FOR LAST 60DAYS.
PLEASE RESOVE THE ISSUE.

    The water purifier bought in April 2012, and taken into Annual Maintenance Contract in April 2013 is not working properly. The machine keeps running but very little water gets filtered. We have recently changed all the filters, but the problem continues. We called customer care on 8th June. Complaint no. 14200. We were assured that someone would call us and come over to repair the machine. Thereafter I have been calling every day and getting the same assurance. As on the night of 12th June, no one has turned up for service.

      Our Whirlpool genius refrigerator (Model:DC19-2010) stopped working a couple of weeks back. Since we already had a contact number of a service representative (Name:Rohan; Cell#91-[protected]) from our previous complaint (Complaint#11466) we called him and asked him to come and check

      Rohan turned up couple of days later , checked the fridge and told me that it could be an issue with the compressor. He said that he will verify if it was really a compressor issue the very next day. He did not come the next day but came the day after, checked the compressor again and conformed that it was really an issue with the compressor.


      We showed him the warranty card for 4 years for the compressor and asked him to replace it since it was within the warranty period. He said we have to raise another complaint with the Whirlpool call center.

      I had called up the Whirlpool-Bangalore service/call center (Phone#[protected] and registered a complaint last week. I was told that a Whirlpool service representative will come over to look into the issue within 24 hours (It looks like it is the only sentence your call center parrots know). The complaint number is BG[protected].

      Since then I got no response from anybody, so I called up the call center again after 3-4 days, I was told to contact Tukaram (Cell#91-[protected]), who in turn asked me to contact Sivamurthy (Cell#91-[protected]). Sivamurthy told me last Saturday that the compressor will be available by today. I called him up today and I was told it would take 2 more days. I am not exactly sure whether this guy actually knows what he is actually talking about or just mouthing some garbage. He has not been picking up the phone when I call him since then.

      Its been nearly two weeks since the fridge stopped working and still your horrible service or "care" network has not done anything to fix it. I am writing this mail hoping that at least some professionalism or accountability from Whirlpool might come out of it.

      So far I am deeply frustrated and very angry about the whole experience.

      This is warning for all good people not to buy whirlpool products, They are horrible service provider.

        we have register a complaint with the whirlpool jaipur service centre on 5th june with the name of kulpreet singh. On 6th of june an enjineer came and he told that it will be repair in the workshop and till now no one has come to take the fridge .In january the compressor had been changed and acc. to the engineer the gas is blocked so again its a compressor problem which is in the warranty period. we have given them so many reminders related to it but then also nothing is been done. they also misguided us by giving them fake numbers that u can talk with the owner but that no. was o[censored].P owner. this is really a harrasment done to a customer.

        if soon no action will be taken then forcefully we have to go in the consumer court.

        Whirlpool — Repairs

        In the mont of Feburary 2008 i had a problem with my Microwave AVM542, i called up the service center, dealer ect, and after 1 week i had a thencian coming who took 400Rs to see and tell that a small plastic lock had broken and for that he will call for replacement as they dont keep such small parts, he promised to return in a couple of days, that has been till now sep 2008 he has not turned up.
        i have called everyone concerned the say they will revert and till date no one has,
        what action shall i take to get it working or do they want me to throw out the piece because they dont bother to repair small parts or replace them.can i take any legal action on them
        We bought Whirl pool Washing Machine on 1st Jan at viveks-mylapore(Chennai, tamil Nadu). But, the model (Lilac) which we selected was stopped and told they will replace with new model & upgraded features for the same amount. But motor which we selected was 760 and they hey gave 380 (downgraded one). After 3 weeks, We paid additional amount and bought 700S model. But they came after 1 week for the demo and when we try washing the clothes found rinsing is not working. Executive told they will replace it . But still they have not replaced yet.

        Today is 10th feb, still we cannot wash clothes with washing machine after 40 days of purchase.

        We are totally disappoint with the service. Please refund us or replace with new washing machine.

        Call center executive are not responded properly, disconnecting the phone calls, banging the phone calls.

        Expecting to do the needful at the earliest.

        Whirlpool Refrigerator — repairing of refrigerator

        we purchased freee for guest house and that is tarted giving trouble after three months . we have spoken to all whirlpool people bur we are not sure to whom we should contact for repairing . very bad and disgusting people are working service department of whirlpool . we made mistake but in fitire w e are not going for this brand in any product.
        my refrigerator purchased last year is not working properly of 230ltd.(double door).plz. check it immediately

        Whirlpool Refrigerator — No product Delivery

        We had purchased a Whirpool Refrigerator from Dass Electrical Aundh Pune on the 23/10/2010.They were supposed to deliver the product on the occasion of Diwali. Their shop has been sealed by the Canara Bank authorities and the product delivery is pending. Having been paid the full amount we feel like, we are cheated. I keep calling their Customer care number but they kept on extending the delivery date. I feel some action should be taken against them.

        I'm waiting from last one year for the repairment of my refrigator. Inspite of several visits to the srinagar service centre, they dont paid much attention to my problem and are just involving in giving lame excuses.

            I am facing the probmlem since I had purchased the refregirator
            continuously I have locked the complaint about my product to Customer
            care,Engineer visit & doing nothing to resolve the problem & Customer
            care was without asking/confirming to me closed complaints without
            resolving it.
            This time your Engineer Mr. Riaz suggested me to go for replacement
            because problem is serious & cannot be determinised & had taken
            writtern copy from me regarding complaint & replacement of product

            Kindly replace my product as soon as possible

              The Ac is not working from past 25 days and even after registering the complaint nobody is bothered to attend the call. Please don't go for any Whirlpool product - Very bad experience

              Whirlpool — New AC not functional

              I have purchased a new Whirlpool AC just pyesturday on the 21st of april at 7:30pm from Shree Sudarshan Electronics in Sector 3 Rohini Opposite main Bus stand.
              The AC is not functional. I called the dealer first about the matter and he told me to contact the customer care. Where I asked them to help me with my problem and in regard I requested for a Demo. The customer care executives have not responded well and are extending the waiting period. The AC is brand New and I am not getting any satisfactory response from anywhere.
              Hence I wish to acknowledge a complaint against this company.

              Whirlpool — Malfunctioning AC and Pathetic service

              Repenting the day when I decided to buy a Whirlpool AC and topped it up with an AMC. The service call center is a big sham and there is no coordination between them and the service center run by one Mr Gulshan Kumar at Ranjeet Nagar.
              Many of the so called executives are rude discourteous, and work with I care my foot attitude.Promises are never kept and commitments never honoured.

              When asked about the status of the complaint and promise by earlier executives to arrange a call back by the supervisor one executive says that "mera kaam poochne ka nahi hai. Jyada pata karna hai to direct chairman se baat kar lo. tumhare jaise bhatere line me lage hain jab time milega to superviser baat kar lenge. Unko sirf tumhara kaam nahi hai." So much for the consumer.

              They all are trained to tell lies . The supervisors are never available . One Rakesh Peon picks up the phone of Mr Vikram and knows nothing and you are on a perennial wait.The service center is run by a bunch o[censored]nprofessionals with no regard for the plight of the customer.

              Please look at the record of service of this particular AC.

              I complained on 2nd April that this AC is not cooling. I was complaining daily and to my surprise I was told that my Ac has already been repaired and on 15th the case has been closed as repaired . And that without anyone even having touched the AC . When I protested I was given a new complaint no and Ac lifted to workshop on 17th. It was brought back after 4 days by 2 people who said an Engineer would come to install it. No one came for 3 more days. When one person came he said the AC is not cooling and needs to go to the workshop. A few days later the Ac was again shifted to the workshop and brought back after a few days . It was partially cooling and made a lot of noise. The engineer had no answer. We went out on holiday and on return complained again that the AC was not cooling. After a few days an engineer came and said that AC needs to go to workshop. He had some word with Mr Gulshan Kumar and left. He came again to fill gas in the Ac. The Ac started cooling partially and now the compressor started to trip. They said it will be OK in a few days time . We had to go out because of a family engagement and on return found the AC not functioning again. A complaint was again lodged on 23rd June . An engineer came on 24th and said that AC needs to be shifted to workshop....No one has come after that.

              And this is not this year alone. Last year the AC was in the workshop for 17 days in summers at a stretch. 2 delivery men left the AC at my residence. On enquiry with the service center one Mr Arvind said the AC is being thoroughly checked and he was standing next to it when infact it had already been delivered at my house. So much for the integrity.

              And a year before that...

              I am completely harassed. What is my fault ...that I have bought a Whirlpool product. I know nothing is going to happen because this I Care My Foot Ethos percolates from above ...because if the seniors care the staff cannot take it as lightly.

              I had purchased one Whirpool AC in the month of April and from that day onwards i am following up with your local customer care center and dealer that the remote is not working properly & there is a crack in water oultet but till date nothing has happened.

              Last week when i called the customer care centre, latest record which was updated regarding my complain is that it is resolved, it was really shocking that false report was submitted by the local representative and on this customer care executive says that by mistake this has happened and we will resolve your complain within 24hrs but it is almost 5 days and no action has been taken.

              Whirlpool is such a big brand and these kind of things take place. I didnt expect this from company & their representative It is a big brand and has some prime responsibilities towards its customers.

              Whirlpool Ac complaint registered with company, but dealer has not served properly and now forcing us to replace the parts in order to serve us rather than serving the existing part. He is not ready to prove that there is a problem in the existing part. Not sure if this is the right attitude of a service. There has been lot of follow ups but of no use in return.               Our AC had worked or performed up to last year in good condition , But Now this year we gone for service then suddenly we informed by your service centre that your Compressor was not working properly so we need to fill Gas in the machine, We said ok fill it but after few days he said your Compressor is not supporting to the Machine or Gas So we have to replace the Hole Compressor & Gas etc. We asked them there is any choice, they said no, we said ok then repair it…They repaired and come back to us to fit the AC but at the time of AC installed A heave sound coming from AC like any Generator running and cooling come down at 50% level from the original condition from that Engineer is coming and going but are on same place ……………It not cooling & giving so heavy sound after a Hour or any time ………………..


              Now please help us, What we will do…………….We hopeless…………..

                  I have purchased a Whirlpool frost free fridge (Model NO 8057) on[protected]. I have taken home care plan which is to expire on[protected]. On 03-09-12, my fridge ceased to work and a complaint was registered on[protected]CO[protected]). They undertook some sort of repair and charged me a hefty amount in the name of consumables. The fridge never worked properly and complaints were registered on[protected]No CO[protected]) and on[protected]CO[protected]). The fridge was not repaired. Further I spoke to their Customer care on 23-11-12 and they booked another complaint based on my email complaint(CO[protected]). But since then no action was taken by the company. I could not proceed further on this matter with the company as they have locked my account and access denied to my calls by their interactive telephone system.

                    our 380 litre fridge was to be repaired under warranty ,the complaint was lodged on 28 aug and the service department did not find time before 31 to ifx the problem,they replaced the compressor and charged approx 2100 Rs for certain parts which were not covered under warranty the refrigerator is still not working despite the sservice engineers comung number of times,the service people do not respond to the phone calls.all ourstuff has gone bad but the company does not give a dam about it.

                    Dear Sir

                    Its amazing how companies such as whirlpool with such hige marketing and advertising budgets can afford such lousy customer service. The service is truly beaurocratic and all complaints fall on deaf ears. Can't imagine how the company is still surviving and how people are still buying there products but i am sure the way they are going it won't be too long before they are exposed.

                    In my case i paid Rs 5000 as advance for a 405 ltr elite Model at Seyno Enterprises, hall Bazar, Amritsaar. Complete pyt of balance Rs 26, 000 was made on 19th may with assurance that the refrigerator will be delivered to my place in Phagwara (100km from amritsar) in 2-3 days. I waited and waited and called them at least 200 times every time to get an excuse. They are so inefficient that every time they promise to call back in 5 mins and never do so and now they have stopped attending calls. i have cell phone details to prove how many call i have made them but these people are just not listening. I am prepared ti sue them and take them to the law for this...THIS IS BULL !!!

                    Whirlpool / Refrigerator — Customer Care has spoiled my Fridge

                    My Fridge had a gas blockage problem to resolved that problem they charged me Rs 1125/- on 07-July, 2009.
                    with a warranty of 3 month. but the problem is not yet fixed and now they are asking me pay 1550/- more to replace my fridger box which is spoiled by their engineers.

                    if they could have told me that the fix of the problem will cost me Rs 2675/-
                    then instead of paying them Rs 1125/- for no fix I would have proffered to replace the fridge with the new one.

                    We purchase a new refrigerator 310 ltrs from one of the dealers of whirlpool on 16/07/09. During installation we found many points which suggest this is not a new product from the company. So we pointed that same to the people who came to install. They informed us to report to the shop, which we did. The onwer informed us this is a brand new refrigerator. Then we checked in detailed and there are many points, which suggest that this is either a No. 2 product of the company or a repaired One. Next day we called the whirlpool representative to check about these points. He said this couldn’t happen because as the products are quality checked before dispatch. Then I informed him about my observation, on this he agreed to send a service Engineer to clear my doubts next day. I also told him that we will bear the cost of his visit. We waited the whole day but nobody came. We again called the service engineer but said I am on the way. After 3 hours we again called, now this guy not picking up the mobile. We tried from another no. he picked the phone but did not speak. After we tried many tines to call him but no response. Finally at 3.00 PM he picked the mobile and informed us that he has some urgent work so he is leaving to Chennai and will come to our house on Monday.
                    The whole episode and conversation with the dealer again has added my suspicion because now the dealer is ready to replace with another piece but then we have to give him an undertaking that we will not have any complaints.
                    Now we are waiting for the service engineer to come on Monday, which I know will not happen. So I would like you to guide me to proceed further to break the nexus between the dealer & service engineers and customer gets the good product. I am ready to go to any extend and ready to do anything to get justice.

                    I had purchased a Whripool Refrigerator on April 24th,2007 , A month later a tecnicial from the company visited me explain the benefit of extra paid warranty & service for 4 years after normal warranty expried. on his word I paid him money againt Bill No. 3473 dt. 28/06/2007 Rs. 2350/-. Subsequently I received a letter from the company - Service Contract No. HG07015941, Plan Code 1023213, start dt. April 23,2008 expires on April 22,2012. The letter also mention the 4 nos. visit date. in month of June,2010 when I contacted them regards to non adherence of their service I received a very rude answer from their SatishAppayya Desmane who was calling him as area head, that we have stop OR whether we have cancel the plan of extra paid warranty & service. even i had mailed whirpool comsumer cell ([protected]@whirpool.com) on 22/04/2010 butt till date their is no word from their end.Request you to look into my matter & help me to recover my money with Interest.

                    Whirlpool Refrigerator — No cooling

                    I purchased a whirpool fridge on 3.4.2007 - 450EL-Inox for Rs. 36900/- from Vijay sales. For the last one year I am facing lot of problem as it is not cooling & stuff kept in it gets rotten. I have been complaining regularly. Since then and have been paying for visiting charges, parts(kapillary, drain tray, gas refilling) which amounts to nearly Rs. 3500 but all in vain as the fridge was still not giving satisfactory cooling. In Nov. '11 again I lodged a complaint & after lots of pursuation with Co. their sevice engineer visited. He told me that the compressor of the fridge was not working properly. It was changed (perhaps by a refilled compressor & not a new one) by the Co. as it was under 5 yrs. warranty. It worked for about a month that too with lot of noise all the time. Again it is not cooling & complaint was lodged. Service Engineer who visited on Sunday (25th March '12) told that its gas has choked & that it would be set right on Monday. But till writing of this complaint no one has come to set right the fridge despite my repeated requests to their main call Centre & their authorised service partner(Mr. Viraj at Sanpada, Navi Mumbai) At various times for lodging complaint one has to wait for nearly 5-10 minutes hearing their adds & even leaving a message for contacting, they don't bother. This is a serious matter which may be looked into. It may also be looked into that since the compressor was not working properly, why parts were changed & I was charged for them. Even after changing parts the fridge was not not functioning properly & stuff(veg/non-veg) kept in it was turning stale & rotten. My complaints with your call Centre/service centre at Mulund at regular intervals would gauge my problem. Perhaps service engineers who visit are not experienced or qualified enough to find the exact fault & change parts for which poor customer who don't have technical know how suffer both financially & eratic functioning of the fridge. It is my sincere request that this may be attended urgently.

                      I can purchase one fridge 3 door PROTON for Rs.27,100 on 3.5.2012 from vivek limited north us man road, T. nagar ,chennai for past 15 days the fridge will not working properly. The freezer not in freeze and also not cooling in other two doors. Within guaranty period i.e.3.5.13 i make call to whirlpool customer care and they send a person who is not responsible in that date and again i make so many calls to the particular person (i don't no his name) and customer care. On 5..5.2013 one person came to my home and check the fridge and he want money to replace some parts in fridge. But i wont accept it. I told him i can report within guaranty period and also the customer care send me a message on that particular date i.e.3.5.13. and show the message to that person. Then he go to talk some his superior and check the fridge and go away. Then the same problem arise .Again i make a. call on 11.5.2013. what can i do. i am going to senior city zen. I am suffering from lot of mental agony. please i request u to kindly arrange me to replace the fridge and to provide NEW GOOD QUALITY FRIDGE.

                        Hi ,

                        We have Whirlpool double door refrigerator purchased in 2009 and it is giving sound when we turn it on.
                        This was the complaint created on 22nd April, 2013 with Complaint number 14925.
                        On 23rd April some technician came to our house and did something and told some part needs to be replaced.
                        Even after calling your technician they say it will take 1 week time.
                        The 1 week completed and its May 6th today.

                        I think one can imagine how hard its to live without a refrigerator after living with this for these many days.

                        On May 6th I created one more complaint and as per the customer service executive a new complaint was registered and escalated and had been given high priority.
                        2nd Complaint number is 03211.

                        On May 7th one of their technician called us and said as the motherboard is not available and motherboard will be available after 15th June, 2013.
                        And he also said that he can do a temporary solution which cost 1900 Rs till they get the mother board by keeping a hole to refrigerator backside and do something.

                        And when they receive the mother board we need to pay again for the mother board.

                        What a poor , disgusting, pathetic service is this.

                        I have mailed them and responded to me on 6th May asking for my mobile number so that they will need more details.
                        I replied them back with my mobile number but there was no reply for mail nor there was and call.

                        What a poor , disgusting, pathetic service is this.

                        Why should Indian Market entertain such kind of companies who do not provide service at all..

                        Could you please assist me in handling this issue.

                          I Aloknanda Dasgupta had bought a 1.5 split air conditioner on 25th may 2013 there was a lot of problem after the installation of the machine and with repeated comlaints the compressor had to be changed twice by thecompany before the machine started working. This year with the onset of summer the machine was not working and I booked a complaint on 13th April 2013. An engineer named Raja Samanta visited within a few days and after checking said that the compressor was faulty and has to be replaced and it will be done within a week. The compressor has not yet been replaced even after repeated reminders and requests. I have a very serious patient at home who is suffering immensely due to the heat please take immediate action and get my problem resolved

                            Serial Number:W[protected] on the 10 of Feb 2013......On delivery itself the Door had a (Damage) Dent.And from the 2nd week some weird loud noise stared coming From the Compressor motor..when switched ON. The customer service people are just a pain... they on the 2nd complaint... removed the whirlpool Motor fan and replaced with a Panasonic Motor Fan.....and still the problem has no solution....Who ever is the concerned person please take the necessary action as soon as possible....because The service people at Whirlpool are ARROGANT and just Hopeless... pointing fingers to each other.. regretting buying Whirlpool Product.Will never reccomend to any one.....

                              I purchased Whirlpool 6.5 L with MES on 04/05/2011 from M.K agencies ,Anand Comples, Sector 17-A,Chandigarh.

                              Last month(August 2011) i got a call from a number 0124-******** regarding a free service and asked that lady to send service person on a particular day to come.Again a got a call from a local service centre regarding coming of service guy and recieved a msg with a name of the service guy.but to my surprise nobody visitied to my place till date and i recieved a message that Service request is closed.
                              Again on the 2ndof September i sent a mail for reuqest of my free service............and the entire the episode happened again.........without any visit i recieved a message the my call has been closed in the system................Great experience.

                                I have purchased New Whirlpool Machine from Viveks Show room double road Bangalore on 19th of April.Till today no DEMO executive have visited my palce to educate about washing machine usage.Instead of making two complaints calls to service center and the compalint are 10197 and 1160.I have been receing falls promise call from DEMO execuetive assuring that they would be visiting to my home from 4 day and they never turned up.

                                    Your engineer Mr. Rajan / Mr. Sunil 91 – [protected] called for the third time in the past thirty days to repair our (Whirlpool Washing machine 12303 and SPIN601 Model) at the above address, and I am still without a working machine.
                                    He was unable to carry out the repair once more because the spare part (type/description/ref) was again not compatible He himself confirmed that spare parts cannot able fix. Without Washing machine very difficult to handle the situation.
                                    Your engineers have been excellent as always, but without the correct parts they can't do the job required.
                                    Can I ask that you look into this to ensure that the next service visit, arranged for, resolves the matter?
                                    If not able to solve the issue, it is coming under warranty period you can very well replace a NEW Machine. Otherwise I can go for a legal.
                                    I greatly appreciate your help.

                                    Whirlpool-washing machine — Not working

                                    Bought a whirlpool washing machine top loading last year . The shopkeeper had all good to say about the product and since whirlpool is a big known name in the market fell for it in spite of the very bad experince I had with their refrigerator which got repaired consecutively for three years from the first year of purchase. The service people from my town who used to be good before are running around not able to attend to the number of complaints off late. After repeated requests for two weeks they appeared and repaired the machine which worked exactly for two days and has gone bad again. I have again informed them today, but do not expect them to turn up soon. My experience with whirlpool has been expectionally bad and I vouch I shall never buy their product here in india.                                     I have purchased a whirlpool washing during Sep 2008. The machine is not working for the past 25 days. I have made a complaint on 26.03.2009 through M/S Prince & co, CHENGALPET (TN) from whom the machine was purchased, vide compliant No. 40661. A technician has come and saw the machine. He said that a part is to be replaced which will be done shortly. Now many days are over, and I made complaint to the Chennai office many times. But no one has come to rectify the complaint.
