Dear Sir,

My Whirlpool washing ever since it was delievered had been giving frequent problems and failing repeatedly. After much discussions, the Whirlpool managers agreed to replace the Washing machine and tool my original bills. After that there was no trace and my repeated calls only resulted in promise. Now when i rasied a compained, i am told i have to pay Rs 4000.0 to replace a faulty board because it is out of warranty.

This is the most painful thing a consumer can experience from both side a poor qaulity product and a even worse customer service and after putting up with repeated failures, i am told to cough up even more money.

I would like this to be taken up and the company be directed to replace the machine without delay

Dear Sir,

I have purchased Washing Machine White Magic Splash (description of which is given below) from E-Zone Lucknow.Now I am in Faizabad.It not been an year, all the plastic parts are wearing & tearing and worn out. How sensitive is it. It has been 3-4 months, in spite of repeated phone calls to Whirlpool customer service dept. no action has been taken so far.

I can’t stand this Washing machine anymore. I want the replacement or money back. Please do the needful as soon as possible otherwise I have to take strict action against your company.

    We bought a Whirpool Fully Auto Top Load washing machine from Khosla Electronics (madhyamgram) on the month of November 11, 2012 paying Rs 17900 and own an Electric Iron by scratching a card which was provided from Whirpool. According to the sales representative of Khosla Electronics Miss Shampa, we had to call her and whenever she will tell us to collect the gift...we have to go then...but after 2-3 weeks we gave a call to miss Shampa and she asked to submit a xerox copy of the bill. We do so. After that 4-5 week passed and we call them again....they said that they cannot provide the gift at present....we will get the gift when the stock will again fulfilled. This way they cannot harass a customer...and it is very much insulting.

        We bought a microwave of whirlpool brand "Whirlpool Magicook 25 BC Convection Microwave Oven - 25 Liters" which withing a month started giving problems .Its microwave feature started misbehaving it works for only few mins and then only turntable keeps rotating and microwave does not works after few mins it becomes cool and starts working.

        We registered a complaint ( Complaint no :gb[protected] ) and a technician visited and analysed the microwave saying PCB is faulty as it is getting overheated and needs to be replaced.This is what happened after a month of purchase only.He replied saying he will come back next day with new part and will replace it.

        After that day more then a month has passed we have done so many calls to customer care each time we receive a reply saying we don't have the part yet.We sent mails to their helpline mail id as well no reply from then as well.

        We would like you to help us in this matter .

        I have purchased one Whirlpool Microoven 22C vide serial no.[protected] from Khosla Electronics Pvt Ltd (371/1, Diamond Harbour Road, Kolkata - 700034, Ph:[protected]/78 ) on 23rd October 2008 vide cash memo no. BHM-1428.
        I have not able to use my microoven since 27th March 2009 due to some power system failure (Capacitor Problem) as communicated by Whirlpool Engineer Mr Atanu - [protected] who came to my house to attend my call no 1225 with Khosla Electronics.
        After my repeatitive followup too, my microoven not yet functional though the device is still under warranty.
        I request your help to resolve the issue.

        Whirlpool / Microwave Oven — Microwave taken by company for services but not returned

        I have purchased my microwave oven 3 months back. While using the microwave for more than 1 hr , ratation plate inside the microwave oven stops working. Hence I raised complaint to Whirlpool for service which is in warrantee period.

        After serveral calls and complaints there engineer visited to my home to service. After checking he said he has to bring the microwave to his workshop for repair. We allowed him to take the same and he said he will return the microwave next day.

        Till today it is passed 15 days and they have not returned my microwave dispite of the regular calls.

        I suggest not to purchase whirlpool product, since post purchase services are worst and time killing and i dont know what happened to my microwave.

        I am planning to register a police complaint for theft. Be ware when think of Whirlpool.

        Microwave — Not returned

        I have handedover my Micro oven against TTK service receipt no. my recipt no 3149 dated 9.12.2010 while taking itself they said the Main circuit has to be changed and it will cost around Rs.1800. Immediately I said ok, after 2 months in the mid of Feb I called them and informed in case if it is not repairable I can go for another replacement (exchange) they said they will check with higher officials and let me know the status. One fine day I have received call from their service head that my ovan is ready and they are sending the same. Till today 26/04/2011 I have not received.

        Whirlpool / Microwave Oven — Not responding complaint regarding non functioning

        My whirlpool micro-wave-oven stopped it's functioning on 04/09/12 when it was under warranty period.A complain was done then and there over telephone and a SMS was received from their end vied SR NO.- KL[protected]. But unfortunately more than two months has-been elapsed ,My microwave oven is still in out of order and no action is being taken from the end of Whirlpool Company.

          well this is with ref to my whirlpool refrigerator i bought some 8 years ago...the compressor went kaput some 2 days b4...the warranty is for 7 yrs..i think....

          i wanted to share how the old models of refrigerators continue to run to this day than the so called "technologically superior" models (this one i brought in 2004)...my old kelvinator is more than 18 yrs old and still going fine except for the rusting of the body....

          this cannot be termed a complaint bcoz my warranty period is over but wanted to share my views regarding some of the older models of our home appliances...

            I have purchased a washing machine from whirlpool (wpwm professional sports) from Value Plus Retail Pvt. Ltd. on[protected]. The cast of machine was Rs. 28000.00. This machine after 6 month of purchasing. After complain they promised it to return. But till now they are fooling me. They just passes phone line one person to other, Some time hours. I really fed up and want to teach a lesson to company. need help.

              I have a refrigerator (not is warranty) of Whilrpool which was giving high cooling for which I made a customer care request to Whirlpool. Their engineer came and changed the thermostat and charged INR 1250. Engineer was having the feel that current thermostat is fine but he was not able to find some other reason so changed thermostat and clearly told in case problem persist we will refund this money and out your old thermostat back. Problem didn't resolve with this, so again called Customer care, another engineer came and made some settings change which has resolved the problem.

              I have made multiple calls to customer care and the first engineer but no one is reverting now to refund my money which has been charged for thermostat.

              Please help.

              I have bought a refrigerator in december 2007 from Digital Shoppy Guntur. in september 2008 the refrigerator was stopped working.So i complained at the showroom and they have given the auth.dealers phone number.when i called certain dealer so many times they have visited my house and told that the compressor has failed, and we will replace it in a weak.But after my thorough following and number of calls they have completed the work in DEcember 2008 by charging me 1300/- as charges. Now the problem repated in this month april 2009 .then i have repeated the same process and they are saying in a weak we will replace the compressor. what do ?

                I am an aggrieved owner or Whirlpool washing machine Professional ABM551. The washing machine details are as follows.

                The washing machine isn't working between wash program no. 2 to 6. I have registered the complaint for the same through whirlpool customer care on 12 Dec 2012 vide SR No. PN[protected] and again on 17 Dec 2012 vide SR No PN[protected]. Since then your service personnel has visited my house once. I was told that some part of the machine needs to be replaced and he would come again with the part. Since then no one has visited. I reminded the customer care since then 2 times via customer care helpline number[protected] and 3 times via email (email ids: [protected]@caretelindia.com; [protected]@whirlpool.com; [protected]@whirlpool.com. Email sent to [protected]@whirlpool got bounced back). Every time I was promised a resolution within 5 days. However, even one and half month after registering the complaint I am yet to get my complaint resolved. I have also forwarded the complaint with problem and contact details to [protected]@gmail.com.

                The purpose of posting the complaint here is twofold. Firstly I want to bring the complaint to the notice of whirlpool management & secondly I want to make every consumer aware of the practice Whirlpool follows and factor customer support as as important parameter before buying a product. I have learned my lesson now its time other learn theirs too.

                  I am a Blind person ageing 58 years. In September 2012 my washing machine stopped functioning so I lodged complain in the call centre of the company. Then engineer came and told to replace a particular part. However my washing machine was not repaired for 20 days inspite of repeated reminders. Then we personally approached Mr Mitesh Patel, the manager of Digitronics Services (the service station) situated at 6, 1st floor, Camps Corner-2, Nr. Bikanerwala, Prahladnagar garden cross road, Satellite, Ahmedabad-380015. Instead of cooperating he roughly talked with us and told that 'I cant give gaurantee to you that your washing machine will be repaired, you can do whatever you can do'. Then we informed to HO about this. Since than uptill now, sometimes their different engineers tried to repair the machine. But on every visit they told that some parts will have to be replaced, those are not given to them by Mitesh Patel. On 06/01/2013 we once again lodged complain (complain no-AH[protected]) but till today my washing machine is not repaired and dead.
                  Hence I humbly request you to try to get my washing machine well repaired immediately or get replaced my washing machine against another one. I also request you for compensation for me for washing charges, visit charges, call charges and compensation for our mental upset.

                    Hi,

                    This is with reference to the poor customer service and cheating done by whirlpool India. Initially they have failed to provide us the service for In-warranty whirlpool front loading Washing machine, and after 3-4 months siting the reasons they provided us a replacement in the form of Top Loading whirlpool 360 Degree Washing machine, after taking a payment of Rs 10,500 From us.But the machine they have given was the defective one, and after almost a month of constant calls and mails they have replaced that machine with so-called new one. But from past a month this machine has also stopped working, and we are not getting any help from whirlpool customer care. Everytime they are giving us fake information.
                    Everytime they have given us defective machines, and now the customer care is not responding at all. From 6 months they have harassed us a lot. Now, we don't want the machine, as we don't want ourselves to be trapped again with Whirlpool. We want our money back so that we can purchase some other machine.
                    Please help us on this.

                    Whirlpool India / Washing Machine — Cheating of consumers!

                    i had purchased the refrigerator from the middle east traders from the exhibition in patiala in 2003 after one year my refrigerator has created some problem and when i was contacted to the company and he tells that there is a problem in its module at that time my fridge was in warranty and they had changed the module but now it has created the same problem again although module is very costly and it works not more than 1 year and we can't replace the module every year.

                    Whirlpool — Cheating/No after sales service

                    I had complained to Whirlpool Customer Care on 25th March 2009 regarding my refrigerator not working properly. Next day their engineer visited my place and changed some parts of the refrigerator, and committed that henceforth the problem is resolved. Whereas, nothing improved and since then the company has not bothered to look into the matter. I have made 4 complaints since then, everytime they commit that their executive will come and resolve the problem but no one turns up. Such shabby customer service, and the service engineers cheat by replacing parts and charging the customers un necessarily.

                    whirlpool washing m/c — service person cheating

                    I had registerd a complaint No. 18083 dated 11/09/09 with call centre. Service centre sent an unskilled man he did not know how to open the top cover of the washing machine . last he told that this part is to be replaced and he will and replace it .But he closed the complaint without completing it. then again I registered a complaint with service centre No.22311 dated 14/09/09 and another man came he opened the cover properly and told the one part is broken and the top body of the washing m/c is to be replaced . I told him the earlier man might have broken the same because of his unskillness.I am still in contact with the call center and sevice personnel but hey are responding responsibly and I told to sent the first man so he wil repair the m/c as he told me. but still no response from anybody

                    i had purchase i microwave of whirlpool through homeshop18 with money back gurantee if i dislike product. however when i got product on dated 19th sep 2010 but i did not like it so i had complaint it on homeshop18 on 20th sep 2010 but till now both whirlpool and homeshop18. i am very fed up they have a money back gurantee if a customer doesn't like product but till now they didn't confirm me that they will refund it or not.

                    Whirlpool/ Front Loading washing machine — Warranty not provided

                    Sir,
                    I had purchased a Whirlpool front loading washing machine from Ideal Appliances Trivandrum on 5-9-2007. When it had a complaint with the drum, the washing machine was replaced with a new one. The date of purchase of the new machine was[protected]. This has been authorized by the dealer in the warranty card. The machine is now in the warrant period according to the new date of purchase. Now the new machine is showing the same complaint and needs to be serviced. The manager at the service center mentioned that the warranty can be given only according to the bill date and not the warranty card. As the new machine was replaced by the company,a new bill was not issued.
                    I would like to know the company's version on this. Also why is the same complaint happening to the product at the same time always.

                      Whirlpool — leakage in refrigerator

                      Dear Sir,

                      I have taken a refrigerator from your "supposed to be prestigious Brand" but extremely sorry to say that the product taken is horrible and of no-use.I have made complaints to my dealor in AJmer ie Sharma Electronics which are of no use and time and again made complaints to Whirlpool service centre which is also not of any use.They have sent their employees who themselves are not aware of simple product knowledge .Kindly educate them and lastly Give me an advise as to what to do about this product which is of no use.
                      we bought refrigerator in the month of jan 2008 and refrigerator starts giving problem from the month of april 2008. We have started complaing from the month of april 2008 so for it is not rectified. In the last conversation it was declared there is no spare part for the leakage of water.

                      We hope to take the proper action to rectify the fault or to replace the fridge immediately.Please take this matter seriously because we have fed up with your service people.

                      Mine is also the same problem. I brought Professional 410 L. Whirpool sends office boys saying they are certified techinicans .Big cheaters. I have not even used the fridge for 2 weeks. They don't replace or repair.

                      They even don't know the meaning of appointment . because they never showup on promised day or time.

                      Any one please help file a lawsuite against this company, so that other consumers are not affected.

                        I have purchased whirlpool Duromax stabilizer (VX 1305D) on 02/05/12 (in warranty). After purchasing of 5 months my stabilizer getting out of control, (not controlling Hi Voltage, timer count down & 7 segment display problem). Due to this defected Stabilizer my Whirlpool Refrigerator will start produce sound. So, I gave the stabilizer 5 times for servicing just in 2 months. After submission of 3 times (KIT) replaced by service center. But the same problem still persists in the stabilizer. Again I reported the service center and they told me to submit your stabilizer in our service station and promised me to rectify it within 3 days. But they are not able to solve it.

                        So, I kindly request you to provide replacement of (VX 1305D) stabilizer that’s Serial No: - [protected]

                          I Purchased a fully automatic whirlpool Washing Machine from Next Show Room Chengalpattu. with in a weak the circuit board got damage. since it is in gurantee period they change the circuit board after 1 week. we face the same problem with in 6 Months. The whirlpool Service engineer suggest to use the whirlpool steblizer to avoid short circuit. after installing the steblizer we face the same problem in our machine. The whirlpool company is not taking any action on this issue. whirlpool india is not satisfiying the customer. the whirlpool is a very good company with waste service providers.

                          Whirlpool Washing Machine
                          My washing has not worked for nearly 2 months now. I have reported my complaint numerous times and on occasion an engineer has actually come on the day they promise. But they have replaced several parts and the computer panel twice. Once I paid for this (over Rs.2, 000). The engineer suggested that I paid for the "Care Plan" which I did. I am so happy that I made that decision as so many parts have been replaced since.

                          Every time an engineer visits they then replace a part and the machine does not work, they then promise that it is another part and they will come tomorrow. Then they do not come and I take a whole day off of work.

                          I have written to "[protected]@whirlpool.com" to let them know of the service that I am receiving and raise my concern as to the competence of their engineers. I also mentioned that I have been charged for parts that did not fix my machine. I have asked for there help. They did not reply to 2 emails. They just replied to an email but rather than refer to any of the issues I raised they basically told me to be patient (see below). The engineer did come on 24th June as promised and he replaced a part which also did not work and he has promised he will return. I remain shocked at the level of service and care for that matter.

                            i had purchase whirlpool semi automatic washing machine on 5jan2011, on 13dec2012 i had launch one complain about leakage in washer tank as machine as in warranty period. for ref they gave me complain number PN[protected], for that Mr Gholap (engineer) appointed who visited on 15dec and after full inspection he said he has to change full tank, for that same he has to order the part to company which it'll take min 6 days.
                            after four day on 19dec all of sudden i receive a SMS from Whirlpool a new complain number PN[protected]. i call them about this new number so they say as you complain took long time so in reference to old complain they launch new complain (may be this is their service strategy to show that they complete there complain task in short time duration) this fake. but i wait for their engineers to come with part and replace, after one week there was no reply so i mark mail on their whirlpool official site to take action, but no reply from them then i search for local branch and number to take followup, i called their pune branch in fatima nagar [protected]/83 (arti), then service branch number [protected] (savita), they provide me their BSM Mr Sachit patil number [protected]. every time i called them they ask me full story and with the promise that they revert me with update they cut the call, but never replied me after waiting whole day i use to call the for update. after 15days they said my machine part is not available in pune they have to order from outside. this conversation also done one week before, now three days left in my machine warranty period. no reply. you call N number of time to mr sachit patil he never pick phone and send SMS I am in meeting call me later. if by mistake he pick the call he promise to call me back with update or any solution but never call back. he is use less fallow company had appointed. since also month i am facing problem in ashing cloths, we are working women use machine for our convenience, but whirlpool had disappointed me. i want them to take their machine back and refund me full amount.
                            In Hope that I will get some support from your side, as com pany is sleeping without caring their customer, just for fantacy put on site that they care their customer.

                              The overall quality of Whirlpool washing machine is poor. Just after warranty period, the mother board went phut. Also during drying, the entire machine vibrates so much that we had to secure the machine with additional support around. Had a videocon machine earlier which worked fine for 5 years

                                Whirlpool India — Repair of WASHING MACHINE

                                I have paid over Rs 6000 for component change for the last 15 days but the machine is yet to be made serviceabled

                                Whirlpool Washing Machine — complaint for new washing machine & no body respond from the company

                                i had purchaged a washing machine on 6.3.11 in the name of Mr. Rajiv Gupta. Registered mobile no. is [protected] / [protected]. on 7.3.11 Mr.Nitin jain came
                                to install the machine but didn't operated it.when we tried to operate the machine it showed the problem of water overflow. i registered a complaint with no. DL[protected]
                                for which another engineer came the same day and told us that the machine will get replaced in 4-5 days.he also took photocopy of original bill. but nothing has happened
                                till now and our complaint has also been droppped. when we call to your cus. care no. they don't have any information about the replacement. also Mr. Manoj Pawar who
                                deals with such matters is not picking up the phone[protected].

                                I have purchased one washing machine from whirlpool dealer on 2008 but now its not working ,so after the complain lodge I have send it to their workshop on the date of 16/02/2011 for repair and that time they said that, your estimate charge will become 5500 /-.But now they are saying we cant repair your washing machine because o[censored]navailable of part and company is not making that part .
                                so what do and why the company is manufacturing these things if they cant give the proper service in future at least for 10 years .

                                Whirlpool of India Limited/Washing Machines — FAULTY Washing Machines

                                I bought this on Feb 26 Rs.27,260 it is hardly 2 to 3 months but from day one it is having problem, always there is complain with the machine. Already the main board of the machine is changed now

                                    I hv already regd a complaint re my washing machine not rpd for more than a month. this is an update of this complaint.
                                    I regd a complaint with the Whirlpool co on the 15th of Nov.'12. since no action was tkn fm their side 2 repair my machine i forcefully had 2 get my machine rprd fm outside even though my machine was on AMC. so finally i called an outsider who was quick enough & got my mother board repd in a day. now this was on Nov 23rd 2012, the expenses of which are : service charge 150/- + mother bd rprng charges 1250/-
                                    Total charges 1400/-.

                                    After i hv done all dis & amm peacefully started 2 use my machine agn the same day i.e. (23rd NOV) my dealer calls me up & asks me whether d company ppl hv rprd my machine 2 which i reply dat i hv got it rprd fm outside. the dealer is also bugged & calls up someone in whirlpool & informs dem. then finally i get a call fm d branch manager asking me as 2 whether i got it rprd fm outside & i say yes. then i give him an updt of d whole religious process i hv been doing fr the month (calling up these ppl one b y one) & he says he's very sorry abt d way things hv been happening & assures me that give me a new mother board & keep updating me on this. bt 1 week passes nobody calls.finally on the 30th of NOV, the same old technician calls me asking me whether he can cm home 2 replace the pcb since d new one has arrived. I call up the manager & tell him that you pay the expenses fr the part i rprd & tk it bt he says this is logically not possible.
                                    Bt now what they hv tkn fm me is a wkng part which otherwise they wd hv had 2 repair, the expenses i hv incurred r bcos of them. if they had replaced the part earlier this was not reqd.so i want my 1400/ refunded.I hv the rcts of 1400/- that i hv pd.
                                    it is bcos of whirlpool that i hv incurred such losses. not only 1400/- bt my valuable time & money has been wasted over the phone calls that i did 2 them.
                                    hoping fr some action & also hoping whirlpool will not do this kind of behaviour with other customers.

They have taken money and replaced the compressor of the fridge, however the same is not working since Day1. As per their engineers, their model was faulty so hey have stopped selling this kmodel but what is my fault in this & why they are not refunding my meny spent on engineer visits and compressor change:

                                        After much disappointment, i am forced to write directly to you. Unfortunately, i am one of the customer of Whirlpool who has not done mistake of buying a refrigerator from Whirlpool but also a washing machine and an air conditioner. I also work in an esteemed organisation like OUTLOOK magazine, however am surprised how the customers are taken for granted by your staff and ensuring that the customer's pay off completely and go through enough torture to realise their mistake of buying whirlpool products.

                                        I can see "Customer excellence" as one of your core competency mentioned on your website, however i hope my this complaint below will give you the experience of how your 16 year old customer is treated in reality.

                                        My complaint is with regards to my whirlpool refrigerator (double door, 400 ltrs) ICEMAGIC EF-400 Elite stopped functioning in the month of May'12 and i approached your customer care starting May'12

                                        May,22 2012 - Registered a complaint with the customer care (SR no GB[protected] )
                                        May,23 2012- Refrigerator inspected by a technician named Ankit, (Parihar enterprises) and diagnosed it as a compressor problem.
                                        May,26 2012- Mr Kashyap came and changed the compressor, re-filled the gas and i paid Rs.5000/- post his confirmation that the fridge is OK.
                                        May, 27 2012 Fridge stopped working again
                                        May, 28 2012 Logged another complaint (SR no GB[protected]). Again Mr Ankit visited and confirmed that this fridge and this particular model is a problem issue...a Japanese made lot, which always gives them a problem, so it turned out that the 'changed' compressor was not compatible with this model and that Whirlpool didn't have the spare parts for a model that it has sold. - My question in that case- WHY SUCH PRODUCTS WERE SOLD BY WHIRLPOOL IN FIRST PLACE AND EVEN IF SO, WHY I WAS CHARGED RS,5000/- WHICH I COULD HAVE SPENT IN BUYING A NEW FRIDGE ??
                                        Jun, 02 2012 Logged a complaint again (SR no GB[protected]) and after a few days the fridge was picked up from my second floor house to go to the workshop.
                                        There they again changed the compressor and checked (as they said) the cooling and returned the fridge after due satisfaction at their end, but sadly it still didn't function properly.
                                        Jun, 07 2012 Another complaint (SR no GB[protected]) and again came technician, then another engineer, but to no avail.
                                        Jun, 20 2012 Again i complained (SR no GB[protected]),this time i was told that it is a gasket problem, as there was "sweating" happening in the freezer, the technician stuffed some cotton wool in the freezer gasket. I requested for changing the 'gasket', which they said that it can't be done.

                                        Post this i stopped keeping record of my interactions with your teams in filed and in Customer care.

                                        And till now NOTHING has been done and I have spent the hottest part of the summer without a fridge, having a small child with milk/water requirements, making phone calls to customer care, waiting for engineers to come, having spent all the time and money (Rs 5000 plus the visiting charges Rs 395 plus Rs. 250 transport) but still my fridge is not working properly...it is cooling at half strength...we are keeping milk water etc only in the freezer.

                                        Sir i want to ask you ... that shouldn't Whirlpool first do all the R&D, all testing before bringing a product in the market, as i have been told that this entire model series had a problem and so after a few years of its launch, it was withdrawn from the market, so for the lesser mortals like me, who trusted Whirlpool by its mere "name", there is no support from the company with regard to replacing parts of this particular model, as the company doesn't have those parts.

                                        I recently bought a new washing machine and i categorically didn't choose Whirlpool for this very reason and went for IFB.

                                        Sir, You might find it strange that even after being treated like this, am still left with courage to write this mail to you. I am anyway planning to buy a new refrigerator since i hardly have any hopes left with Whirlpool, however still thought of writing to you with a hope of you refunding at least my money spent in repairing a product which Whirlpool doesn't have capability to repair and knowing that, charged me Rs.5645/-

                                        I sincerely hope, you being the MD of the company would at least live up to the vision of your Company " Every Home, everywhere, with pride, passion and performance".

                                        Whirlpool — New Fridge doesn't Cool

                                        I bought a fridge (Whirlpool Professional) about a week ago. I chose whirlpool as it is said to be one of the best companies providing Refrigerators in India. I had plans to buy Godrej as my last fridge was from Godrej as well. I used it for 16 years and it was still in working condition when I decided to buy a new one.

                                        Unfortunately my fridge has not been cooling since day 1 the way it should. To the extent that the ice tray after 2 days still contains water instead of ice. I had called customer service to complain and was given an SR number - DL[protected]. The mechanic did come over to my place to check what is wrong with the fridge. He gave me a reason as to why the fridge is not cooling and said it can be fixed (he will come back to do so).

                                        BUT, I would want the fridge to be replaced with a new set as I do not expect the fridge to ever work properly. I have seen this happen with most of the electronic stuff in India - once it is fiddled with, it keeps on giving you issues.

                                        I am sure changing one fridge for you guys is no big deal but for me it is, considering that I bought a new one after 16 years. I have reached you directly as the mechanic who had come to visit us told me that the fridge will not be replaced. I am sure you do not have time for all this, but, as you are a member of the CEAMA, I could not think of a better way than to approach you.

                                        I am sure that I am not doing anything wrong by writing direct to you. Please accept this email as a sincere request for replacing the Refrigerator with a new one.

                                        sir,I purchased 190L icemagic fridge.while open the door the body gets heated on the face of door touching the machine(left,top,right).this problem I asked technician he is telling this model will come like this only.open time more means heating also increasing.we cannot touch very hot.please cleare my problem.
