Whirlpool customer care provides the worst customer service. My washing machine was not working so I raised complain to whirlpool India for repairing it. Service engineer visited and checked tha machine and told that PCB needs to be replaced, and he will come with new PCB by next day. I had purchased a 7kg Whirlpool, front loading - sport model on 16th of October, 2010 from Viveks in Vadapalani with a 2 year warranty.
