Highly dissatisfied with the services of whirlpool service centre in Udaipur.

I am gaurav Kothari resident of 76 sarvaritu villas Udaipur rajasthan ,we have been using whirlpool products from last many years but this time our experience was the worst .
I am having a hotel in Udaipur by the name padmini palace which is also having many whirlpool products.
I am having a whirlpool double door fridge installed at my house from last 5 to 6 years and we had some cooling and beep noise issues in the fridge in the month of june 2012, so we complaint the tool free nos. then a attainder came at our house and said that there is a issue with the module in the fridge which control the cooling and the sound that comes in the night between 3 am to 6 am and all the lights which are there on the fridge in front starts blinking all this problem is due to module mistake so it has to be changed.
We said ok get a new module after 10 days they installed the new module and next day again the same problem of sound in the night like beep beep beep and all lights started blinking came which disturbs the sleep of the entire family and then we turn off the fridge and again turn it on and then the sound doesn’t come.
Again we complained next day they said we will get another module, they got it in few days and installed and next day in the night same problem came with the new module also.
They also said us to buy a stabilizer from whirlpool mentioning it will protect the module and we did that also we bought it at Rs 2900 from MASTER COOL 185 ROAD NO 12 ASHOK NAGAR UDAIPUR (RAJ) BILL NO.4907, SR.NO.[protected], DATED: 08 AUG 2012
Then again they got the 3rd module and installed and said it is the modified module and now you will not get any beep beep sound in the night and they installed the 3rd module and again the same problem of sound like beep beep beep is coming in the night between 3 am to 6 am and all the lights in the front starts blinking and our entire family’s sleep is getting disturbed.
The service engineers came at the house checked the module and did also the module testing process by opening the doors 4 times and upper door lower door and likewise whatever is there process and then they reported mr. Mahesh service senior executivethat the module is having mistake all these activity is done in this month of sep 2012 and last module changed on 18th sep 2012 and now today I called the land line no.[protected] and mr. dipak picked the phone and I told him that still the same problem is there , he gave the phone to mr. Khan telling me that he is the service head of the Udaipur city , I communicated him my problem and said that it has not been solved from last 2 months and the sound comes between 3am to 6 am .
Mr khan replied that now what should we do we should come and sleep at your house since this problem is coming in night only he replied in this manner which was very SHOCKING for me.
I said sir you should not talk to me like this being a senior executive of service, he said that all modules that we installed at your house are working at other places on another fridges then I said may be in my fridge there is some other problem then and you are telling that it is of module.
Then mr .khan said me that we will put a camera in front of your fridge and record that what problem comes in the night I said ok do that, then he said I don’t have camera you only do this I don’t understand what kind of service and behavior is this from a customer who is getting bugged up from last 2 months and his entire family’s sleep is getting disturbed from last 2 months from the sound that comes in the night
The module bill no is 4905, date: 07 aug 2012 installed from master cool 185 road no 12 ashok nagar Udaipur at rs.2900 for module and rs.395 service charge.
The total of Rs.6195 has been spent without getting the problem solved and getting unbelievable answers from the service heads and they are not trusting on me that I am getting this problem in the night of sound and light blink and because of that telling me of such things of slipping at house, camera thing.
Kindly take some action regarding the above issues of module and misbehaviors’ of the executives like mr. khan with us.

    I own a whirlpool washing machine.I called their service service centre a number of times stating that i want to get AMC done for my washing machine.
    I was told that their people here will call me asking for a time as to when they should come home. Instead all i get from them is a message on my phone that door found locked.
    Somebody has always been present at my house and nobody has ever visited my house and they have never bothered to call back. And this has happened over 5 times now inspite of my regular calls to their call centre.
    Also I got my machine repaired from your service centre here, they gave me a bill without a bill number and replaced a part which they took out of an unsealed box. When questioned your mechanic replied that this is how its done in whirlpool.Due to no AMC i had to pay them service charges, that explains their hesistence in giving the AMC.
    Whirlpool must check these malpractices done in terms of service centre. A company as reputed as Whirlpool is not expected to rob the customers of their money for a fault like buying a whirlpool product.

    Whirlpool — After sales Services

    I have purchased Whirlpool RO system Refrigerator and Microwave and this was the bigeest mistake of my life i think. After Sales Service of your products is so pathetic that i sometime feel how are u people are No 1. Anways i was called upoon twice by your Customer center that RO service is due no one turned up at the day decided. After my husband got ill due to drinking of bad water i called up 3 times to Call Center no one turned up next day a guy called up he had to come at 9 AM at 9:20 Am i called him up and he is saying that he will reschedule. I am also working and i dont have time to again and again call up to you guys. I am writing this because i am fed up with your services. Will not buy Whirlpool products ever even for free. The same thing happend when my Microwave was not working.

    We have purchased Whirlpool AC 'The Whirlpool Mastermind Aviator V 1 Ton ' from Home Town - Ishanya- Pune on 31st March 2010. At the time of purchase we have been told about Reebok Scheme .On paying 350/- We get gift vouchor of 3500/ of Reebok within one week .Its one month is over and no Gift voucher given to us .Kindly look on this and provide us what the scheme has been told us at the time of purchase .

      Bad service/Unresponsive Customer Care/Area Sales Manager
      My name is M.S BASHEER from nagercoil, address-20A-15/4 ground floor,thaleela nagar,Velladichivilai junction,nagercoil-2,kanyakumari district Mob.[protected].

      I got this refrigerator from Chennai on Jan 2008 Model no 11341 CLX double door 340 capacity.made a complaint that water is draining out regularly from vegetable section and sound from fridge on 22/7.2012.At that time their service engineer came on 24/7/2012 & told to replace timer bimet & charged Rs. 2000 for that.

      After 2 days same problem started and water leacked out of the fridge, again the refrigerator is not working, after contacting them again now they sent a service engineer named Ragu on 1st week of august but again the same problem started next day.

      I complain to whirlpool office on dt.10.08.2012. But no engineer visited till today to solve the problem. The company's service head is not taking it seriouly.Due to poor service company is loosing its goodwill & reliablity. Please look into it and get my problem solved.

      I found the services of Whirlpool very very bad & not conformimg to the standards in the industry.. Solve the fault otherwise consumer forum is the only way for me.

      DEAR SIR,

      THIS IS MY 1ST COMPLAINT NO BG[protected] / 20.09.09 & 2ND COMPLAINT NO BG[protected] / 30.09.09. ITS REG: YOUR DURO MAX APPLIANCE SERIAL NO 39294 DATE OF PURCHASE 03.01.09.
      THIS ABOVE SAID PRODUCT USED FOR MY REFRIGERATOR. TILL DATE NO ONE HAS ATTEND. AS I HAVE TAKEN AMC FOR HOME CARE PLAN WITH RECEIPT NO: HP04 184722. AS YOU AWARE THIS IS A RAINE SEASON POWER PROBLEM ALL OVER THERE IF ANY THING HAPPENS TO REFRIGERATOR, WHO WILL PAY ? PLEASE CONSIDER MY COMPLAINT ON PRIORITY. PLS DO THE NEEDFULL

      Whirlpool — Unresponsive Customer Care

      Dear Mr. Uppal,

      Please see the email trail below. I bought Refrigerator and Washing Machine on Dec 12th from eZone Bangalore delivered on Dec 13th. After waiting for 3 days for installation (I was told by eZone not to open the Product) I raised a complained (Numbers bg[protected] and bg[protected]). I have been trying to get the product operational and I am facing following issues:

      1: When I called up the Customer Service they raised the complain and gave me a number Mr. Someshekar who hung the phone on me. Later I was told that was his last day. How come the customer service could give such number. It clearly shows your systems are not in sink with each other.

      2: No response from the Whirlpool on the Complaints raised or on the follow up emails to Customer Care. Finally I follow up with eZone to get me connected to representative at Whirlpool. Finally I am connected to Mr. Harish, support lead (#[protected]) and Mr. Pravin, regional manager (#[protected]). I spoke to Pravin and SMS him the details with no response.

      3: Harish sent some trainee support engineer who had difficulty handling the Refrigerator and Washing Machine.

      4: Once opened, we find the Refrigerator door shelf is missing.

      5: My old Washing Machine was dismantled for the new Washing Machine. In the new Washing Machine the technician discovers that the water inlet hose pipe washer of washing machine is missing and hence cannot be connected. I was promised that some engineer would come and fix it and up until now after 4hrs I have lost hope some one will come to fix it. I am left with no washing machine as the old one is dismantled.

      6: There is no process of getting the warranty certified. It required the dealer to stamp the warranty card in the manual which is inside the packed product at customer site. Finally The support engineer agreed to get warranty certified at later date which is one more point of follow up for the customer.

      I bought Whirlpools products ONLY because of the support I had experienced on my old Whirlpool Washing Machine. I am thoroughly dis-appointed with the experience from a world class company.       I was reading your Annual Report which said the following: "Uncompromising Customer Care, launched in 2009-10, where the consumer is the focal point in deciding quality of service rendered, continued in 2010-11 with amazing results.".

      Frankly I did not get any customer care. I have already spent more then 8 hrs in following up, waited the whole of Saturday evening and still not complete with installation. I still have following follow up to do:

      a: Get the Missing Door Shelf for the Refrigerator.
      b: Get the Warranty Card of Refrigerator and Washing Machine sealed.
      c: Make my new Washing Machine operational.
      d: I have no Washing Machine till that time and live with un-washed cloths.

      I hope your company meets the standard set by yourself.

        I am very sorry to say you that your service is very bad in GUJARAT, BARODA 390001

        I have complaint on 6th sep. for washing machine, after complaint your service man came on next day it's good, but

        after problem finding the guy told me that he will reach you within 4 to 5 days with some part which require in washing machine,

        Still no response its commitment over due more that 12 days. After this issue i contact the customer care but still no further action

        taken, we are facing so much problem on every morning.

          I renew my AC complaint with Whirlpool. In month of June-2012. After that i didn't got any certificate from Whirlpool. I make a lot of phone to whirlpool regarding for that. But every time they given the time but i didn't got any response i make complaint that i have some issue in AC but no one came at my home. And they lock the call that problem has been resolved. After 2 months i got very serious problem in MY AC. When engineer came he say that this part doesn't cover in AMC. When i asked about that in Customer Care. They say speak to those guy where you buy AMC. This is very stupid answer from Whirlpool. If any person is seeing to buy Whirlpool product . According to mine service is very bad of Whirlpool.

          I have toploading model. I had taken an AMC which will expirein Jan 2010. Since August the machine has been frequently requiring maintenance. It is very clear that the service technicians are not doing a proper job as my AMC will expire soon. I would not reccommend the AMCfor any future customer, it is a big fraud.

            Worst service ever recieved by a company, did not expect this from Whirlpool. A company called Kool Care Services, office: Khasra No. 2/22, A-1 Block, Sant Nagar Extn.,Burari.I have been dealing directly with the owner Mr. Sharma and still no result. we have been lied to and taken money for issues which were not even there.This company which deals with your customer requests took our call as there was a problem in our washing machine: the machine was not completing the full cycle...on 9th August we raised in issue, the engineer came and took our machine saying some parts need to be changed. we payed Rs 3,545 and received the machine back with a broken lid, which was changed after a couple of days. but, the machine problem had not resolved till then. then i called the owner(Mr. Sharma) who was not happy to agree with us and used bad language towards me. Later, he sent another engineer who said there is some other problem, so that means the money we paid for the parts was unnecessary. He said that the problem is now resolved so he left confirming to Mr Sharma that it is all done. Same evening we told him that we need you double check but he didn't show up for two days and then when he ansered our called said that he will have to take the machine away to check it thoroughly..that means they hadn't done that in the previous visits and even when they had take the machine beofore, nevertheless, I said, ok, take it but get the problem fixed this time but ever since that the machine hasn't come to us and its been over two weeks. I contacted Mr. Sharma, the owner again (3 days back) who said you will have your machine back by today(fixed) at my house. When I called him today, he couldn't even recall my name or the problem we had been going through. I am fedup of this juggling about, even though I have bought alot of whirlpool products, now I feel I made a mistake and shound't have bought any of your products when the after sale service is rubbish. I would like my machine back fixed or not with the money(Rs3,545) which was charged unnecessarily.

              The whirlpool fridge of 310liters purchased by me on 5th Aug2012 from M/s Prerna Electronics,Sector-28, Faridabad, Receipt no. 1664. The fridged stop cooling all of a sudden from 14th Aug2012 night. It seems that M/s Prema Electronic is not a authorised dealer of Whirpool and make wrong commitments to sale their products. The tendency of service center of whirlpool is to avoid the complain instead of addressing it with immediate effect.They force consumer to get the work done as per their own convenience.They close the complain if they do not find timming as per his convenience.
              This act of service tarnish the image of the brand WHIRLPOOL. Pls. look into the matter on priority.

              I have purchased a Whirlpool M.MIND 23 DELUX Refrigerator set on 07/09/2009. Since its 2 yrs the refrigerator is not cooling properly and outside body gets heated. I had made a complaint to the customer care, but they told the item was defective from beginning itself. This is very frustrating and disappointing to hear such kind of thing. I would like to take this up higher since we as a consumer would expect nothing.

                  I Dr P.Vara Prasad, working as consultant in one private corporate hospital in Visakhapatnam city. On 19th May, 2012 i purchased a washing machine worth of Rs.27000, model 360J, 8kg, at Whirlpool authorised show room near Rama Talkies, Vizag. With in 3 months, on 30th August suddenly it was stopped working. On 1st September 1st i complined to the show room where i have purchsed and also to the autherised service centre so many times but they were not rectified my complaint till now. It's almost two weeks over, so u can take necessary action as early as possible by closing the shop or they can provide me new washing machine, because they may not provide good and immediate service to the customer and to the society. And also they are not answering with respect. So kindly help me.

                    Dear Sir/Madam,
                    I have purchased whirlpool washing machine (Model no.'12895', 6kg flash auto, Bill no. '9310', Registered mobile no.'[protected]') from Jalgaon, Maharashtra (Dealer Phone number[protected] on 27.06.2012. I have gifted it to my cousin on the occasion of his wedding. The company technician gave 1st demo in last week of August 2012 at my cousins house at Jalgaon. He open the machine after breaking seal (which was intact from the date of purchasing) and made ready for demonstration. During demonstration itself, 'Dryer Spinning Problem' observed along with abnormal sound. The company technician told that there is some problem in dryer spinning assembly and he will report to office and send another technician for the same. After 3 days another technician came and found same problem and told that assembly may be changed.
                    Dealer called my cousin after few days and asked for part replacement. But we asked for machine replacement as it is brand new and not used for single day till date. But dealer is not ready to replace machine and only ready for part replacement.
                    I want to ask one question only that the new machine which is having problem during demonstration in 1st day itself, how can it run in future without any problem? My request to company who is market leader in electronics appliances should replace machine itself rather than part replacement which is having problem from the first day itself. I am facing humiliation after such type of incident as the machine was gifted to my cousin.

                    I have faced problem of crack at bottom of brand new LG refrigerator which was find out by demo technician after 20 days. LG company replaced my refrigerator with another new one and sort out problem within one month. Similar type of service I expect from Whirlpool company.

                    On 04.09.12, I have talked with customer care ([protected]) and M/s Aarati, Branch coordinator at Pune[protected]/81) also. M/s Aarati gave me telephone number of Mumbai office[protected] for assistance but telephone number was not available.
                    As per dealer at Jalgaon, demonstration report was not submitted to Mr. Prashant Jadhav, Service partner-Jalgaon till 04.09.12.
                    On 13.09.12, dealer changed the defective part and made machine ready even after asking for replacement.
                    On 14.09.12, I got phone-call from company and informed that your problem has been solved and will look into matter if same problem arises in future.
                    I requested to dealer to replace the defective brand new machine and not to attend the problem. I was agree with company policy of warranty if machine was used for a single day by me. But during demonstration itself machine was having problem which company technician reported to dealer also.
                    I think whirlpool company has started new business of supplying faulty parts in new body cover to customer and then replacing that part under warranty. This is nothing but robbing activity. I have been robbed by company for Rs.13000/- for a defective washing machine and now company is denying to replace it.
                    Please look into the matter.

                    Whirlpool — Brand New Washing Machine is Defective

                    Hi,

                    We bought a Whirlpool washing machine (6.5 Kg fully automatic with built-in water heater) on Sunday, Jun 12, 2011 from Hari Om Electronics, Shakti Nagar (Close to clock tower). The whirlpool installation engineer arrived on Tuesday, Jun 14, 2011.

                    He did installation and full check-up and told us it is perfectly OK and left. Within 30 min, after the wash cycle finished and Rinse started, we noticed its leaking from bottom and also making crazy sounds during rinse (we have been used to BPL fully automatic machine till 2 days back, which was an amazing silent product) and finally is was shaking so much that some of its wiring just came out and we would see the wire dongle above the rotating drum (its top is transparent).

                    I could not believe that...
                    1) So called world's number 1, in washing machines, Whirlpool is making extremely low quality products. How come the machine was shipped out with so much of bad quality.
                    2) We called dealer Hari Om Electronics and he told us, we have sold the product now its Whirlpool Engineer, who will fix this problem.
                    3) I called Whirlpool engineer, and told him the problem, he told sometimes some part break during the transportation!!!! What the hell...? What did he do when he arrived to check & install?

                    Can anyone please help me with the process to file Police complaint leading to Consumer Forum.

                    I also urge to other readers to stay away from Whirlpool and also Hari Om Electronics, Shakti Nagar. When Whirlpool's top end products are failing like this, think about their middle range products!!!

As discussed with Mr. Imraan please do not give the satisfaction code to our engineer but after one day I have received a message on my mobile from "LM-WPLSVC" on dated 01.09.12 at 5:17:05 PM i.e. "Dear Customer your call has been updated in our system as Customer Refuse to pay. In case of any dispute pls dial call center 60008558 or [protected]" but I have already pay in cash excess amount to your service engineer Mr. Satish Kumar and I have a bill of your company which is given by your service engineer. My complaint has been closed without given the satisfaction code to your engineer.

                      You have give me the wrong two messages, one is that you provide free service of R.O. Water testing and second is your complaint is not closed uptill when you are not satisfied with the service.

                          We have complained more than 10 times that Spinner / drier of the washing machine is not working .. guy hasn’t returned after saying that he will be back to replace the cover in 2 days.

                          Whirlpool complaint no. KL[protected] .. registered in Salkia / Bandhaghat service centre .. We are harassed now because we cannot use the drier for a month now.

                          Whirlpool is known for bad service but now they have crossed all limits .. 1 month to replace the drier cover is beyond imagination. They also dont talk on the phone properly when we keep calling them. What can be done?

                            Dear sir/madam,
                            The compressor of my refrigerator has been defected after purchase of three years (with in warranty period) and I lodged a complaint for the same on 30.08.2012. First, the complaint has been attended by the company representative on 04.09.2012 whenever, according to the company the complaint should be attended with in 24 hours. Second, the company's representative told that more than Rs.2000/- will be born by me as gas charges, transportation charges, service charges and some other charges.
                            In my opinion no charges should be taken by the company because all the expenses will be occurred due to faulty compressor and the same is liability of the company upto warranty period.

                            Whirlpool — Defective Compressor

                            I had purchased Whirplool fridge model no. i32 Elite model last year.Within less than a year, fridge has stopped working which poses a big quetsion mark on WHIRLPOOL announcing itself as WORLD'S NO. 1.To add to the problem, Whirlpool customer care Delhi and Noida Centre is not attempting to fix the problem and have been making false committments.Since last 3 days I am being told that it will be done today but nothing has been done yet.SHAME ON WHIRLPOOL!!!WHIRLPOOL customer service is the worst I have ever receieved.WHIRLPOOL should understand that customer care service is not only about telling customers that it will be done but to get the problem fixed as soon as possible with customer's satisfaction.Take a lesson from LG and SAMSUNG'S Customer service and WAKE UP NOW!!!

                              I had lodged a complaint about my unserviceable washing on 16 Aug 2012 (complaint no.AH[protected]). The washing machine, Whirlpool Professional Sports, was purchased 3 yrs ago in Jul 2009. The warranty period had lapsed in Jul 2011.

                              The complaint was attended by a technician of Whirlpool service centre Ahmedabad. He found that the motor had got burnt. He took away the damaged motor saying he would be back with the spare. One week passed by and the spare part was not made available nor any information was given to me.

                              I contacted the technician, myself, and then he informed me that the spare was not available pan India. I lodged a written complaint with [protected]@whirlpool.com on the Whirlpool India website on 24 Aug 12 for which they replied that they would look into the matter and get back to me next day, ie Aug 25th. I did not hear from them after that.

                              I again contacted the technician on 27th Aug and he replied that the spare was still not available.

                              On 28th Aug, another technician arrived at my residence with a used motor of a different company. On confirmation, he informed me that the motor was a repaired spare part which they had managed from another company. On checking the cost I was told it would cost Rs 4500/-, which was almost as much as a new motor. I rejected the spare, since it was not a genuine Whirlpool spare part, and also because I suspected some form of corruption taking place with regards to the price.

                              There after I sent a number of mails, six to be precise, tried to contact telephonically, the customer care at head office in Gurgaon, with no suitable response. My machine is still unserviceable and I am extremely disappointed with the after sales customer service of such a reputed company as Whirlpool.

                              I am having an exactly similar experience and in my case there is a valid warranty for another year. What the technician did was put a motor in my machine after about 1.5 months and after that the machine has totally stopped working. Now they want to replace it with a lower model.
                              The service centre people are saying different things at different times and something is very wrong at their end.
                              I had the same problem for long time and have come out wiser.

                              This model is obsolete and they have to replace it
                              with a new machine of your choice. You pay 30% of the
                              cost after 2 yrs warranty. It is their company rule.

                                I am having a double door Whirlpool refrigerator which is not working well from the very first day with one or another problem.
                                Please note that we have complaint many times to Whirlpool Customer care for the repair of our refrigerator but not getting any satisfactory service from the person sent by Whirlpool for repairing purpose.

                                Note: My Double Door Whirlpool Refrigerator has cooling problem and keep on beeping all the way. First, the person came said this is a common problem with the Whirlpool double door Refrigerators. Last time he said put an stabilizer on the refrigerator, which cost me additional 15,00 rupees in spite of the quote written on the refrigerator that it works without the stabilizer. I again complaint, the same service came and said it has another problem. Their approach towards the problem is changing with every visit. I think the personal employed by Whirlpool in Rohtak region for repairing purpose are not well qualified to take the responsibility. I am concerned with the punctuality of the service men as well as their approach towards the problem.

                                Looking forward if you take serious step to correct my refrigerator as soon possible.

                                Whirlpool refrigerator double door — Non working

                                I purchase Refrigerator from Chandigarh in Dec 2008, During this season this is not giving cooling, I put a compliant No Ch[protected], Engineer came and charge visiting charges and change compressor. He charges Rs 2230 for this visit whereas the Refrigerator was within warranty. Now after a lapse of one week same problem came and I put another complaint vide compliant no MV[protected].                                 My name is sayoni roy and we would like to complain regarding our whirlpool double door refrigerator.

                                we had purchased the refrigerator in novemver 2006. The first time it started giving us trouble was in july 2008. it had taken us 4 to 5 months to finally get the problem rectified after complaining to the consumer forum.

                                this time in june 2010 the refrigerator again started showing cooling and water leakage(inside) problems. I had complained at their customer care number[protected] on 23rd june 2010. i had informed them to take action immediately as i have a 2 and a half year old daughter at home and to live without a refrigerator in this hot and humid climate is impossible.

                                the complain is in the name sumantra roy ( numbers [protected] and [protected]).

                                the engineer who was supposed to visit in 24 hours came on 3rd july 2010. so 10 days i lost there. the engineer visited , saw and went back without telling us what the problem was or what will be the next action and without rectifying the refrigerator. we kept on waiting for his 2nd visit to rectify the same. days passed and then months. even after repeated calls to the engineer nothing happened.

                                finally on 24th august i again called the customer care and they were asking me to recomplain since it was over a month since i 1st complained!! i was shocked!! the 1st complain was not solved so why will i recomplain and shut down the 1st case??
                                after arguing with the customer care person...then suddenly he said that it is mentioned in their details that they are waiting for our confirmation as the door needs to be changed and the cost will come upto rupees 4500 plus we have to give the engineer a revisit charge of rupees 500. i told him that we were not informed about the door or anything so how can they wait for our approval?

                                i requested him to send the engineer again and to tell us what the problem was. it was agreed but till date no body has come to revisit! today is 2nd september. i called them up the following day and every time i was reassured that someone will visit "by today". this by today never comes for whirlpool.

                                we are facing so much of trouble to live without a refrigerator for 2 and a half months.

                                i keep on calling the customer care everyday and some time i get to hear strange things like i have complained regarding the baffle tray crack...which i have never! the problem is with the cooling and water leakage and i donot know how the baffle tray comes in focus. there is no crack in the baffle tray and even if there was one, why should water collect in the same in a frost free refrigerator???

                                we customers are not fools....!!!

                                the last day that i called them(31.8.10), they told me that the door was out of stock so they are not revisiting!!! whose mistake is that???? ours????
                                firstly they were supposed to revisit us to discuss with us the problem because the money that they are mentioning(rs.5000) is not a small amount. then we would say yes or no to go ahead....without doing that they are telling us that the engineer is not visiting because the door is not in stock???

                                i asked them to give us a standby refrigerator till the time this one is rectied. LG offers this service.
                                the whirlpool customer care person(gaurav) rudely said that such services are not provided by whirlpool...then what should we do now?

                                i am wasting my entire morning everyday to call them up and to listen to the same promise which they never fulfil.

                                i have a 2 and a half year old kid at home.
                                please help.

                                Whirlpool Double Door refrigerator — SUPPLIED SUBSTANDARD FRIDGE

                                This double door Whirl Pool Fridge was purchased on 15th Oct 2009.Since then I must have complained at least 20 times including mails to their help desk,asking them to replace the fridge.The company is simply in the habit of sending mechanics and half heartedly fix the problem temporarily.The problem once again crops up and I have to complain once again to the company.

                                The following problems started right from the date of complaint. :
                                1)Water leakage
                                2)Gas leakage.
                                3)Handle coming out
                                4)Milk and vegetables getting spoiled inside the fridge.

                                These are only few compalints.I have time and again requested them to
                                repalce my fridge at the earliest .The company is avoiding to replace.The warranty is expiring on 15th OCT 2010.
                                Please let the message pass on to the CEO of the company as others are not interested in solving my problem.

                                  It is very difficult to me to explain about the worst support and response I am getting from whirlpool from 2nd Jul 2012 I logged my complaint regarding my 1 ton split A.C. to your customer care centre and I did not get any visit till 22th jul 2012.I again and again try to call in your call centre but no positive response. They gave me same response and then the dealer is not picking up the call giving lie statements everyday. I was so humble to everyone. Due to such disappointment, I have been forced to write this complaint letter.

As my washing maching was making too much noise i registered a complain : complain no hd[protected] on 19th August 2012. the so called service engineer(mr suresh) who came to check after 4 days could not find the fault and guided me that one new service engg will come to check that whether bearing problem or drum problem he is not aware. Since then i raised more than 4 times called informed higher person ( mr karthik) till now today its 30th august no action has been taken place ..

                                    i advice you all don't buy this product

                                        I own a whirlpool double door fridge for the last 5 yrs. Its hinge of the main door got sheared off on 25 jul12. A complaint was registered with the online system vide complaint no.DL [protected] dated 25 jul 12. Their engineer visited my place on 27th jul and said he will have to demand the component and will attend the compaint in two days. Since then its only promises made by the online help available at 60008558. I have been promised by the online help three times and the local service agent has also made big promises, but the fact is till date my complaint has not been addressed.Repeated mails on the customer support ID have also not been replied even once. I dont understand how a company of such repute can work like this!!!!
