Worst service ever recieved by a company, did not expect this from Whirlpool. A company called Kool Care Services, office: Khasra No. 2/22, A-1 Block, Sant Nagar Extn.,Burari.I have been dealing directly with the owner Mr. Sharma and still no result. we have been lied to and taken money for issues which were not even there.This company which deals with your customer requests took our call as there was a problem in our washing machine: the machine was not completing the full cycle...on 9th August we raised in issue, the engineer came and took our machine saying some parts need to be changed. we payed Rs 3,545 and received the machine back with a broken lid, which was changed after a couple of days. but, the machine problem had not resolved till then. then i called the owner(Mr. Sharma) who was not happy to agree with us and used bad language towards me. Later, he sent another engineer who said there is some other problem, so that means the money we paid for the parts was unnecessary. He said that the problem is now resolved so he left confirming to Mr Sharma that it is all done. Same evening we told him that we need you double check but he didn't show up for two days and then when he ansered our called said that he will have to take the machine away to check it thoroughly..that means they hadn't done that in the previous visits and even when they had take the machine beofore, nevertheless, I said, ok, take it but get the problem fixed this time but ever since that the machine hasn't come to us and its been over two weeks. I contacted Mr. Sharma, the owner again (3 days back) who said you will have your machine back by today(fixed) at my house. When I called him today, he couldn't even recall my name or the problem we had been going through. I am fedup of this juggling about, even though I have bought alot of whirlpool products, now I feel I made a mistake and shound't have bought any of your products when the after sale service is rubbish. I would like my machine back fixed or not with the money(Rs3,545) which was charged unnecessarily.

I AM FROM KOOTHUPATTY SALEM DT TAMILNADU.WE HAVE GIVEN SERVICE OUR WASHING MACHINE WHILE TAKING SERVIVICE THEY HAVE GIVEN 1500RS AS SERVICE CHARGE AFTER FINISHED THE THEY HAVE OFFERED 3800 RS.BUT WE HAVE PAID WHAT THE AMOUNT THEY OFFERED.BUT AFTER SERVICE THE MACHINE WAS NOT RUNNING PROPERLY SOME SPARES WAS NOT FITTED PROPERLY .THEN WE INFORMED MANY TIMES TO THE SERVICE CENTRE.AFTER 10TO 15 DAYS THEY SEND A MAN TO OUR PLACE BUT NOT WORKING HE TOLD I WILL BRING THE PARTS TOMMOROW AND I WILL RECTIFY IT.NOW ONE MONTH WAS GONE STILL THEY WERE NOT RESPONDING AND THEY ARE IRRITATING US.WE ARE VILLAGED BASED PUPILS.I THINK YOU ARE CHEATING US BECAUSE DURING GIVING SERVICE TIME 1500RS IS THE CHARGE,AFTER SERVICING 3800RS WITH OUT ANY INFORMATION WITH OUT OUR KNLOWDGE HOW THEY HAVE DONE THE SERVICE.OK WE PAID .BUT THE STILL THE MACHINE IS NOT RUNNING.WHAT TO DO.MY PHONE NO IS [protected].
