Worst service ever recieved by a company, did not expect this from Whirlpool. A company called Kool Care Services, office: Khasra No. 2/22, A-1 Block, Sant Nagar Extn.,Burari.I have been dealing directly with the owner Mr. Sharma and still no result. we have been lied to and taken money for issues which were not even there.This company which deals with your customer requests took our call as there was a problem in our washing machine: the machine was not completing the full cycle...on 9th August we raised in issue, the engineer came and took our machine saying some parts need to be changed. we payed Rs 3,545 and received the machine back with a broken lid, which was changed after a couple of days. but, the machine problem had not resolved till then. then i called the owner(Mr. Sharma) who was not happy to agree with us and used bad language towards me. Later, he sent another engineer who said there is some other problem, so that means the money we paid for the parts was unnecessary. He said that the problem is now resolved so he left confirming to Mr Sharma that it is all done. Same evening we told him that we need you double check but he didn't show up for two days and then when he ansered our called said that he will have to take the machine away to check it thoroughly..that means they hadn't done that in the previous visits and even when they had take the machine beofore, nevertheless, I said, ok, take it but get the problem fixed this time but ever since that the machine hasn't come to us and its been over two weeks. I contacted Mr. Sharma, the owner again (3 days back) who said you will have your machine back by today(fixed) at my house. When I called him today, he couldn't even recall my name or the problem we had been going through. I am fedup of this juggling about, even though I have bought alot of whirlpool products, now I feel I made a mistake and shound't have bought any of your products when the after sale service is rubbish. I would like my machine back fixed or not with the money(Rs3,545) which was charged unnecessarily.
Troubled customer
I am gaurav Kothari resident of 76 sarvaritu villas Udaipur rajasthan, we have been using whirlpool products from last many years but this time our experience was the worst .
I am having a hotel in Udaipur by the name padmini palace which is also having many whirlpool products.
I am having a whirlpool double door fridge installed at my house from last 5 to 6 years and we had some cooling and beep noise issues in the fridge in the month of june 2012, so we complaint the tool free nos. then a attainder came at our house and said that there is a issue with the module in the fridge which control the cooling and the sound that comes in the night between 3 am to 6 am and all the lights which are there on the fridge in front starts blinking all this problem is due to module mistake so it has to be changed.
We said ok get a new module after 10 days they installed the new module and next day again the same problem of sound in the night like beep beep beep and all lights started blinking came which disturbs the sleep of the entire family and then we turn off the fridge and again turn it on and then the sound doesn’t come.
Again we complained next day they said we will get another module, they got it in few days and installed and next day in the night same problem came with the new module also.
They also said us to buy a stabilizer from whirlpool mentioning it will protect the module and we did that also we bought it at Rs 2900 from MASTER COOL 185 ROAD NO 12 ASHOK NAGAR UDAIPUR (RAJ) BILL NO.4907, SR.NO.[protected], DATED: 08 AUG 2012
Then again they got the 3rd module and installed and said it is the modified module and now you will not get any beep beep sound in the night and they installed the 3rd module and again the same problem of sound like beep beep beep is coming in the night between 3 am to 6 am and all the lights in the front starts blinking and our entire family’s sleep is getting disturbed.
The service engineers came at the house checked the module and did also the module testing process by opening the doors 4 times and upper door lower door and likewise whatever is there process and then they reported mr. Mahesh service senior executivethat the module is having mistake all these activity is done in this month of sep 2012 and last module changed on 18th sep 2012 and now today I called the land line no.[protected] and mr. dipak picked the phone and I told him that still the same problem is there, he gave the phone to mr. Khan telling me that he is the service head of the Udaipur city, I communicated him my problem and said that it has not been solved from last 2 months and the sound comes between 3am to 6 am .
Mr khan replied that now what should we do we should come and sleep at your house since this problem is coming in night only he replied in this manner which was very SHOCKING for me.
I said sir you should not talk to me like this being a senior executive of service, he said that all modules that we installed at your house are working at other places on another fridges then I said may be in my fridge there is some other problem then and you are telling that it is of module.
Then mr .khan said me that we will put a camera in front of your fridge and record that what problem comes in the night I said ok do that, then he said I don’t have camera you only do this I don’t understand what kind of service and behavior is this from a customer who is getting bugged up from last 2 months and his entire family’s sleep is getting disturbed from last 2 months from the sound that comes in the night
The module bill no is 4905, date: 07 aug 2012 installed from master cool 185 road no 12 ashok nagar Udaipur at rs.2900 for module and rs.395 service charge.
The total of Rs.6195 has been spent without getting the problem solved and getting unbelievable answers from the service heads and they are not trusting on me that I am getting this problem in the night of sound and light blink and because of that telling me of such things of slipping at house, camera thing.
Kindly take some action regarding the above issues of module and misbehaviors’ of the executives like mr. khan with us.
