i am nagaraju. from hyderabad,

i have taken whirlpool washing machine on 28/10/12 from tmc hyderabad, my installation is still pending, i made several requests to call center, there is no response till now, product is good but the service is very very poor, there is no one to take care about customer complaints, once they have sold the product.

pls i request to close my issue immediately ,boz unfortunately i have taken your product, i have to pay for the mistake.

Whirlpool — very very poor customer service

Have been calling whirlpool customer care people for the repair of my wahing machine for the pat 13 days, but everyday they give false assurance saying the service engineer will turn up which never happens. I have lost somany working hours as i have to come early to wait for these people.

Pls dont ever buy any Whirlpool product, for once the product is under repair u will NEVER get any service from them.
Absolutely!! Whirlpool is the worst. I have had my frontloader since 2003 and they are trying to tell me that I bought it in 1997 just to get out of being responsible. They didn't even make front loaders in 1997!!!They won't even talk to me about this lemon that has been broken down more than it has been working. I can honestly tell you that practically everything on this frontloader has been replaced. The only thing is the horrible stench if you don't wash every day that heppens because of the water standing in the unit and not draining all the way. Save your money and never ever buy WHIRLPOOL. They are the rudest customer service and do not stand behind their horribly made products. I would rather use a laundry service than to buy another Whirlpool.

    First within 1 year warranty period machine worked properly only with minor problems. after that warranty period we have repaired it 4 - 5 times & had spend more than Rs.6000 for repairing purpose itself. No proper response in service centre. huge delay in attending repairs etc.,
    At present also it was not working ... repair informed to service centre before 45 days & daily we are getting only smooth & soft reply but yet not repair rectified.
    machine is not working properly big sound coming when machine is running .
    My Washing machine (whirlpool) is not working. after buying 6 months it is dancing on the floor and do not take water for second wash. l called customer care ([protected]) 5 times. They are telling it is toll free but my 55 rupees gone after 5 calls. very slow complaint registration.After 30 hours no response from service centre. l took the phone number of service centere in my area balaramapuram and called . But they do not take the phone. ringing ringing.......After 1 hour a lady took the phone and said they do not get any registraion and she register my complaint. Afternoon l again call them the phone is out of order[protected]. Very good whirlpool . Your washing machine is jumping on the floor after 6 months and your customer care and service centre do not responding.... very poor poor service. If you can do something

      My washing machine was not working so I raised complain to whirlpool India for repairing it. Service engineer visited and checked tha machine and told that PCB needs to be replaced, and he will come with new PCB by next day. After few days when I again call whirlpool India i came to know that my complain was closed without repairing machine.
      Service engg is forcing to buy extended warranty and I do not want to buy it. Because of this he is ignoring my complain.

        I bought Whirlpool refrigrator from Sangrur in May,2011.since then it is giving problems.lot of time complaints have been registered at service centre at Prem Basti,Sangrur(Pb.).They come, repair & problem starts again . I requested them to send some senior engineer because they seems to be very very untrained & keep on getting advice on mobile while doing repair work.HOW FUNNY IT IS? Its my mistake, i should have preferred SAMSUNG or LG over WHIRLPOOL

        Well it would be a month if its 28th July I raised a complaint to Whirlpool about my Refrigerator. I spoke to many people; the agents were Bala, Suraj (Manager) and Manoj (CCMT MANAGER) who all promised that the problem would be recovered in 2 days. Well, the Phrase" Promises are meant to Broken ", Truly applies to The Company WHIRLPOOL.Approxamately I had made 20-30 calls, at last I came to know it was a call centre in Delhi. They Seem to have a big Communication Gap with the Local people in Bangalore .Some how, I took the number of the local people .Here they seem to be absolutely Ridiculous, there are very careless to Customers .Inspite of giving N number of Chances the Repair is still not done. And its just a matter of a small screw to be replaced.


        If by any chance any RESPONSIBLE AUTHORITIES IN WHIRLPOOL, would get back to be as a last hope .If it doesn’t happen I would spread negative Remarks to my relatives and friends.

        last 4 month i purch a refrigerator for parent when we open this refrigerator one part is damage next day i complaint .no action in my complaint.i purch this refrigerator from reliance fresh(gaziyabad)

        Whirlpool Refrigerator — absolutely an harrasments inspite of complaints being made to its repairers

        i purhcased a fridge from Next inorbit on 9/4/08 till today i am only making complaints to various authorities but of no use the fridge is not working in proper conditions and the people in the company are giving the proper reply till date there are about 112 times telephones made but thereis no reply of any nature only what i receive to hear that some one will attend my first complaint to the whirpool was on 3rd may 08 i request some authorities to look in the matter and help me out
        A double door Refrigerator which we bought failed within the warranty period and in that place a replacement was furnished and commissioned on 31.08.2007.
        However the new product is also under warranty and it is not functioning properly. Lot of water is getting accumulated as against the promised service of no water accumulation.
        The Model No: 10857 Serial No: INA[protected]. The issue may be taken up with Whirlpool India authorities for rectification of the fault without which we are not in a position to enjoy the product's worth which we bought for about Rs.12000 .

        Yes this is a company that deserves to be a taught a lesson by the market and by the consumer courts. I have the same issues with my fridge, and like you, have made hundreds of calls. Finally, after many threats and pleas to them, they took the fridge away, and came back saying they couldnt do anything about it!
        recently we have got problems with our refrigerator(after four years of purchase)when it stopped cooling and we called the local number.An engineer came and gave an estimate of some amount and advised to change the stabiliser.
        2.he took the full amount by cheque and said it will take two days.
        3. we patiently waited for the above mentioned period, but when it did not come, we called and recalled the number.after many attempts, we were told IT WILL BE DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY.The next day we were told that that the loading rikshaw got stuck up in traffic and it will be delivered tha next day!
        4.the next day it did not arrive at the stipulated time and we were told that it is dispatched from the company and will be reaching shortly.we waited till evening when it finally arrived but without the stabiliser for which we paid in advance.the rickshaw wala doesnt know anything and when we enquired it with the company, nobody gave any answer as to when it will be installed!
        5.now the question is WHY WE AS CONSUMER CANT DO ANYTHING TO TEACH THEM A LESSON.??WHAT WE CAN DO??

        I have purchased a Whirpool refrigerator from Snehanjali with the following details:

        For the past almost one year I have suffered enormously due to the
        bad quanlity of the refigerator delivered to me.

        Following are the complaint numbers made by me whish I have had to follow up
        day and night to get resolved:

        For a company of your reputation it is a shame that you have still not replaced the
        refrigerator when almost all the parts of the refrigerator have been replaced
        including the compressor.

        Now there is a problem with the door.

        The service engineers who come to attend do not have the basic courtesy to talk
        to senior citizens and are really rude. They do not understand that they will also
        be old one day. The service engineer on the last ocassion has informed that the
        whole door will have to be replaced.

        In this age when the companys are doing so much to make their reputation your
        company does not seem to be worried about reputation or do you think that the
        consumer is fool and will sit at home doing nothing.

        It is my last request to you to give me a replacement or I am left with no other
        option but to file a complaint agaisnt your company in the Consumer Court.

        I want to complaint of refrigerator of whirlpool .i have changed gas kit before three months from company. now again its not working . company people are saying there is problem in compressur but they are not repairing it. refrigerator is in warranty.

On 11th of october I booked a complaint regarding no cooling and foul smell inside the fridge. the complaint number is 05675. a person came the next day and said the compressor got choked up and needs to be refilled. I asked him to refill and he said that an engineer will come and do the job. That was the day and today is the day, till now no one has turned up and nobody in your service deptt cares to attend my problem. Your customer care gave numbers of Muniraj ([protected]), prasad ([protected]), Anil ([protected]), Peter ([protected]) pertaining to my area. I called everyone but to no avail. They said Mr. Shankar has been alloted to service the fridge and he will call me, but he didnt. Mr. Anil is so busy that he has no time to answer my call. I called all the above persons several times and now i feel that i was a fool to believe your customer care promises that my problem will be resolved soon. My fridge is under repair since one week and nobody in your service deptt really cares to tell what and where exactly the problem is. Now the latest is they are telling that the compressor itself needs to be changed and the compressor is out of stock. Please let me know what your service deptt are capable of. If your so called service engineers cannot attend to my problem PLEASE let me know. So I that i can arrange to repair it from other source. PLEASE DONT KEEP ME IN DARK by making fake promises and dont give irresponsible answers. Please let me know that can your service people attend to my problem or not.

        This is the first time i called up your customer care and all what i can say is IAM NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR SERVICE.
        freezer and senser not working properly.i sent emai dt.04/11/2009 but reply not sent to me. icomplained on 28/10/2009.my coplain no as mb [protected].

        I purchased a Whirlpool double door refrigerator 3 yrs back, and it has given us constant trouble. The compressor has been changes twice, and several complaints have been made for poor cooling. This year we paid for an annual maintenance contract, after which, twice there was cooling problem and the gas was changes by company enginner. Even after that the problem was not rectified, and on the engineers insistence the machine was taken away on 24th July to the workshop for repair. Since then we have followed up everyday, and been misguided. The customer service number provided is totally useless, as people handling calls have no clue what they are talking about. We were told repeatedly that the fridge will be delivered the next day, and it never got delivered. We even received a call from the service center saying
        the fridge willbe delivered on that day, which never happened. Whenever we called we were put on hold and no response would be given. Our request to talk to someone senior was never responded to. I was tld that I would be rceiving a call back from the service station, which also never happened. I even mailed about this to [protected]@whirlpoolindia.com, but again it seems like this company is least bothered about the consumers.I am now planning to take legal action, as the mental harrasement caused in addition to the inconvenience of not having a refrigerator at home is just too much.Would request any one reading this to stay away from whirlpool due to the worst kind of after sales service.

        I bought a fridge Whirlpool ref-220 lt Model 230 Fusion Premium Titanium from Kamaliya Electronics a Authorised dealer of Whirlpool India, In Alambagh, Lucknow on 07/03/2010.It stop cooling with in 6 month.I filed a complaint on 15/10/2010.After filing complain a service man came and befooled my mother and taken away the satisfaction code without rectifying the problem of my fridge.After that we filed complain again on 22/10/2010 with complain no.LK[protected] which is alloted to some Mr. Shiv Charan, but no body came yet to check the fridge, I m annoyed from the pathetic after sale services of My Dealer M/s Kamaliya Elecronics and Whirlpool Both.
        hi . i have made a complaint on 18-10-10 for the replacement of my freezer door of my refrigerator and my fridge is under warranty till 22-11-10 a technician came and took photo of the fridge , promised replacement and left. since then have been waiting and making calls to cust care . but no one has been able to provide any info on it. customer care representatives are just of no use , the only word that they know is "sorry" that too in some super pathetic accent . my complaint no.10009. on 12-11-10 a technician came and wanted me to shell out Rs.5000 for a totally different problem which was no way related to the freezer door and hen i declined he said that a service man will come with in 4pm the same day and replace just the door i agreed and he left but as usual no man showed up and today again i called in cust care and some so called supervisor named "Pramod" id.6666. in his pathetic accent told me to make a complaint on some [protected]@whirlpool.com and for my surprise it does not exists at all . the only thing he knew was to any how convince me to wait and also wanted me to go to consumer court to and launch a complaint . Its so frustrating to go through so much of trouble just for a freezer door and customer care of whirlpool is hopeless.
        I have a Whirlpool 250 Liter Refrigerator bought from SOUND OF Music,Kolkata ABOUT one and half years back. Recently there was water leakage in the whole Refrigerator. Have contacted Local Service center and lodged complain (Complain No-2860) and Service Engineer (Mr.Amit Ghosh) came and diagnosed the case and told me to replace two parts @ cost of Rs.1730/. I have given money for repalcement. But no change came to our life. Same problem, same issue. When I tried to contact, all people are by passing the case and already 15 days gone, there is no solution. Every Engineer delegating the case. We consumer is suffering.

        The customer complaint center is a bunch if rookie jokers by itself as they keep referring the same service engineer. When asked for escalation of complaint, they lied about and escalated to the same SERVICE Engineer!!!! What a joke.

        we bought a whirlpool refrigerator but that was our huge mistake..... since we purchased this refrigerator it is out of order 18 times and till date we r suffering from the " illness of whirlpool " problem. so i m advice all o[censored] never purchase this substandard company's products. whirlpool India cheated with us and sold us a defected refrigerator. so that this refrigerator is out of order again and again. Engineer comes from company. check the refrigerator and do something in same defected thing but no result. it is out of order till date 29th dec 2011.

        FROM THE DAY OF PURCHASE THERE HAS BEEN PROBLEM WITH IT AS FOLLOW:-

        1. A CRACK IN INNER RUBBER DOOR .
        2. VERY LESS COOLING.

        THESE PROBLEMS WERE OCCURING SINCE I BOUGHT IT.

        BUT WHEN I COMPLAINT A FILE WITH DEALER . HE NEVER CONSIDERED THIS PROBLEM SERIOUSLY AS SUCH WARRNTY PERIOD COLLAPESED. CUSTOMER CARE OF WHIRLPOOL IS ALSO NOT TAKING ANY ACTION FOR ITS REPLACEMENT/REPAIR DESPITE OF SEVERAL CALLS .


        SO PLEASE TAKE NECCESSRY STEPS TO SOVE MY PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE . ITS MY HEARTEOUS REQUEST THAT MY REFRIGERATOR UNIT SHOULD BE REPLACED OR COMPENSATED.

          I had purchased a 7kg Whirlpool, front loading - sport model on 16th of October, 2010 from Viveks in Vadapalani with a 2 year warranty.

          IT got faulty on 20th of October, this year. that is exactly 4 days after the expiry of the warranty period. I had launched a complaint with their customer care and the engineer visited our place and said the machine's board has gone to a full toss.

          It has to be replaced and it would cost about 4000/- and odd. So, i had requested him to check because the machine was having some minor issues for the last two months and since the warranty has just expired, he should consider doing it free of cost.

          For which he had referred to his manager who in turn said would give me a 10% discount on the rate.

          I said it is not fair because such a renowned brand like whirlpool should do it free of cost or otherwise, it would only talk about the product. As, it only means that once the warranty expires, we should throw away the machine and get a new one.

          Then i was referred to their Area Service Manager Mr. Pragadish, who was not only rude in answering our queries but was also mentioning during his conversation that this was a faulty product and he was willing to return 80% of the rate of the machine - (as on date) - a 20% depreciation.

          I called up the next day and asked him for a 90% refund to procure a new machine. He said he would check with the Accounts person in Whirlpool at Ramavaram and get back to me... This happened on Monday last.

          Two days after the pooja holidays, and I am still to receive a call from him.

          I have been trying to get in touch with him.. he neither attends my call nor call back.. It goes for a full ring and then disconnects sometimes. At other times he disconnects it himself.

          I need a solution for my problem. I am a working women, and it is very essential that I have a new machine replaced immediately.

          Secondly, I went in for a Whirlpool because I started using TVS Whirlpool way back in '95 - '96.

          I was immensely pleased with the semi automatic and i thought Whirlpool would be equally good but it looks like I am mistaken.

            I buy Whirpool Fully Automatic washing machine and its outer pipe was broken in just 3 month.

            Why company is cheating people by saying we have guarantee/warranty of the product.When i called to customer care. they said we don't have g/w of that kind of product.

            Whirlpool India — old PCB board given within warranty

            Respected sir/madam,
            i had purchased washing machine on 05/05/2007, it warranty expire was 05/05/2009, before that your engineer came and change my PCB board on 18/03/2009 because it was damage and within warrny so they did not charge nothing but now he came again on 5th/august/2009 and told me your PCB board is damage again and its not under warranty period, so you have to pay Full amount, SIR ITS NOT POSSIBLE ONE PART of WHIRPOOL COMAPNY damage whitin 5 MONTH, when i see that PCB board, they had given OLD REPAIR PCB Board to me, when i had call to your coustmer care they given me[protected] number, when i had call to them, they are telling we had replaced new one not old one, and they do not accept the fault of engineer, if other part of washing machine was damage for that no problem i can paid but not for the PCB board again, it whirpool company not a small company electronic parts, so it my requist please do something, my srno:-KL[protected].               I am user of whirlpool washing machine for which I had taken AMC since its purchase in 2004. I registered not-working complaint of washing machine on 9th Oct.'12 (AH [protected]) that the start button is not working consequently we are not able to use washing machine.
              On enquiry by me on 13.10.2012, I was told that the electronic PCB needs to be changed and the same is not available with Surat branch office. Further, I was promised by the surat branch manager that the pcb shall be replaced positively on 16.10.2012 but on enquiry from the branch office today, I am being told that the PCB can be changed only on 24.10.2012.
              Is it the normal practice of Whirlpool to act ike this and if they cannot resolve the problem within specified norms, then why the company is taking AMC which cannot be honored by them. It is felt that consumer forum should debar the operations of whirlpool in India so that people should not suffer because of the company's insenstiveness to resolve maintenance issues within 2-3 days.

              I OWN A WHIRPOOL WASHING MACHINE WHICH HAS BEEN UNDER AMC FROM THE BEGINING. IT HAS BEEN OUT OF ORDER FOR PAST ONE MONTH. ON REPEATED PHONE CALLS, THE ANSWER WE GET IS THAT THEY WILL REFUND BACK THE MONEY FOR ONE MONTH AMC AND AMC WON'T BE FURTHER EXTENDED. VERY DIFFICULT TO REACH ANY OFFICIAL AND THE ALWAYS FAIL TO CALL BACK. VERY BAD TECHNICIANS AND OFFICERS. BAD ORGANIZATION
              whirlpool has given defective washing machine whose major parts are replaced in span of 10 mnths.


              i had taken whirlpool washing machine from one of dealer of Whirlpool.but during day of delivery its upper programming panel was not fitted properly after inquiring related to it they told its not any defect.and within period of 10 months after purchase its maximum parts has replaced and now also its not working properly.so i again called in service center they are saying you have to pay money for any other replacement in spite of warranty.my concern is why machine requires this much replacement with in 10 months.and major defect is occurred due to low skilled professionals of service center.model no 650d whirlpool white magic 123 fully automatic.dealer name viva supermarket virar east.now i want replacement.

                With reference to the complaint no.KL[protected], we have been following up since past one month for repairing the compressor, but week after week we are just getting delayed. Whirlpool being a global brand saying parts not available for one month is not acceptable.

                We want the parts to be repaired without any further delay as any home is not complete without a running refrigerator. We are suffering on a daily basis due to this non availability of spare parts. we cannot wait for any more time.

                Please look into the matter and escalate to resolve the same with immediate effect.

                  I have purchased a Whirlpool-230L-M-13428 Pre58 Orchardwine refrigerator from your dealer, M/S Shyamal Electronics on 23.04.2012.That the sold item was installed on 20.06.2012 by the local whirlpool service centre Engineer for domestic purpose, at my home.
                  That it was found the ice was melted regularly and preserved items’ were toxicated.
                  That the matter was informed to both of service Centre ,Contai & Kolkata(Code No.-259;Complain No.- KL[protected]) and dealer immediately.
                  That the deputed Engineer of Service Centre checked the Freeze and found product problem(Gas chocked)
                  That I requested the dealer to replace the item by new one which was ignored by him and advised me as, it is fully under your jurisdiction.
                  That the newly purchased item which was found defective should be replaced, not to be repaired any service centre as it is one of the product problems.
                  That my problem will be solved by means of customer care at an earliest.

                          PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT BUY WHIRLPOOL PRODUCTS...

                          I (In fact My Father) bought a Whirlpool Frost Free 310 Litres Iceberg Elite Steel double door Refrigerator in May 2007 for a cost of Rs.23000 From Viveks Limited, T.Nagar, Chennai.

                          5 years Warranty Ended in May 2012.

                          Just after 4 months, 4 days ago, my Refrigerator started making noise from Rear..
                          I Booked with Service and they sent me a Service Personal (Named Naveen, form Whirlpool Authorized Service Center) the next day. He checked and said, there is a Gas Leak from Compressor. And it needed a weld to correct the problem.

                          Two day after, thats today, an another guy (Sent by Naveen) arrived with Tools and Gas welding equipment. He Checked and said the tray for defroster is filled with water and dust and so the Pipe for compressor passing by the tray (which is immersed is the dust water) has got Rusted and Damaged and is now leaking and Can not be welded or Repair.

                          I asked him the Remedy and he coolly replied, "Take this Refrigerator to the Whirlpool centre (Or from Where you bought it) and they take the old for half the price and you will get an another new one for a price tag of around Rs.14000!!!".

                          This is ridiculous.. Just 5 years o[censored]se and now i got replace for new?
                          This is like a joke.. If you have a car and a door gets damaged due to rust, will you change the Car..
                          ..

                          I am asking the blood sucking Whirlpool these Question
                          1) "Is your Product life just 5 years??",
                          2) "Is your product Good to use only until the Warranty period??" (Ah what a trick..).
                          3) "What will be result with Cellphone product of yours with 1 or 2 yrs Warranty? Customers have to throw them off in just 2 yrs??

                          Not only this, the Sales department is also Worst.. when they Delivered the Refrigerator to me, The demonstrator never told us about the Cleaning of the Tray which Mr.Naveen said to my now (just 2 days ago) that i have had to clean that Tray system regularly.. Not even the manual Says about that cleaning process..

                          Shame on you Whirlpool..
                          My father bought a kelvinator Refrigerator in 1989. It was working 100% perfectly without any problem for 2 decades.. It was a gem.. I sold it in 2009 it because it was old, small, it occupied some useful space at home and rusted a lot.. But was working great..!! If Kelvinator company is still Alive, i will go for it.. But no.. Its Fate my father had to buy Whirlpool..

                          I swear, i will NEVER EVER buy Whirlpool product in future.. I will also inform to all my known and by every possible mode "Not to buy Whirlpool products"..

                          Also in my Experience, Don't buy Kenstar products too..

His reply is that we are at present engaged in audit till 10th October so services to the customer is not possible. And we are so engaged in audit that we can not talk to the customer also. Overall Mr. Pankaj threatened that you he will give services only after myself move in court/consumer forum only and he will answer me only in court.
                            I want to know that what is the responsibilities of your company for the appliances which are under AMC of the company?
                            In how many days/weeks/months/years your company give services after lodging complains?

                                I have compliant against WHIRPOOL INDIA , That they fool me. Details are as below.. I bought washing machine Fully automatic machine worth Rs 14500/- from Memorex Home Appliances Kothrud Pune. Date 26Sep 2012)
                                When They deliver me the machine they never mention me that I have to pay any extra towards Machine Then as soon machine arrived the game has started with me.
                                Whirpool India’s Service dealer come (Shree Enterprises) in Picture he charge me Rs 1200/- trolley which dealer Memorax has mention me it will cost me Rs 800/- . The stock of one year of calfre (Rs640) and Scalegon (Rs600) i.e. Rs1240 is compulsory. He insisted me to buy that and when I asked them why don’t you mention this when we select Machine he have no answer But I have to pay Shree Enterprise Rs 2480 in addition..
                                For me Machine cost me Rs 16980/- And I feel cheated out of this. At a time I can understand about Trolley, But why this calfre & Scalegon is sold to me and how company can expect me to keep stock of that of Year.. Isn’t that illogical.
                                Or is the case that Company people are there to give leverage to their Dealer to fool innocent consumer.
                                I am looking forward for sensible answer & explanation from WHIRPOOL INDIA .
                                Before this Machine I had LG as well but I never experience such adamant behavior ever from them, I also spoke to many friends but every one have this experience from ONLY WHIRPOOL INDIA
                                May I ? I make appeal to many before you buy Any product of WHIRPOOL INDIA Make sure you are going to get fooled.. And don’t expect any Season’s Gift or Expect such adamant cost of your Money from company.

                                  of my washing machine. After renewal I did not receive the AMC doc. Till date inspite of my
                                  regular complaints. I spoke to your AMC senior executive of DELHI named MISS.RENUKA( +91
                                  [protected]) regarding the AMC doc. So she asked me the bill of AMC to update my details
                                  in their system till date. Mr. Ashok (+91 [protected]) collected the bill from my place and
                                  informed that the doc. Will be received in 2 working weeks.

                                  incharge.

                                  Whirlpool, refrigerator — Cheating and non response

                                  We bought a Whirlpool Refrigerator Model # Ice Magic FF450 in the Year 2006. We had a problem with the refrigerator and we called Whirlpool Service center to see if it can be repaired. The Technician came and said that it can be repaired and we have to take annual maintenance contract with them and they would come and repair it. We paid Rs. 3,650 and after sometime the technician came and repaired it and we paid for parts Rs. 350.

                                  The refrigerator worked for two days and it started giving us trouble. We called the technician and he came and checked and said it cannot be repaired and Whirlpool will replace it with another model and we need to pay 50% of the cost of new one.

                                  We tried contacting everyone including the head office and no response, once they hear the complaint they hang up or say someone will get back to you and they never do it.

                                  The technician cheated us by taking AMC money and promising that it would repaired and the company does not want to take responsibility for it.

                                    Sir,
                                    Would you be kind enough to solve my washing machine related problems as whirlpool washing machine model no-11638,serial no-INF 09300815 was purchased on 21.09.09 from Great Eastern Trading Company,Uttarpara,Hooghly and after completion of 2 years it was working in badly noise.I contacted with Great Eastern Trading Company and the shop asked to lodge complaint in customer service of whirlpool which was Speed service,Konnagar,Hooghly. After lodging complaint the technicians came and brought the same to their workshop and after repairing about 1 month they returned the washing machine and for repairing charges claimed more than Rs.8000.00/- and I paid that.But after passing 15 days same problem was occuring and again contacted with Speed Service,Konnagar and again their technician came and after some repairing at a cost of Rs.300/- told that the machine would be in service the more it would be operated but surprisingly just after 15 days another type of murmuring sound was occured and again technician from Speed Service came and changed the circuit board at a cost of Rs.800.Again same problem has been occuring the machine in rinse time severely vibrating.The technicians of Speed Service have no knowledge in repairing and it seems they are changing original spare parts.But beside company authorised service centre where shall I repair the machine.This type of service centre is ready to demolish Company goodwill.Please advice what shall I do?

                                      Hi Team,

                                      Please take this as a formal complaint regarding Whirpool Refrigerator Customer/Repair service. We have purchased a Double door refrigerator 4 years back in Hissar, Haryana. 7 Month back we started having problem in the refrigerator. We lodged a request in Whirpool in March, No one came from whirpool that month.
                                      Refrigeration was not working properly, after 2 months a person came from Whirpool (he said) and repaired something and charged Rs 800. After that again refrigerator did not work properly. Now from last two months we are chasing whirlpool and no one is giving positive response.

                                      Our complaint got allocated to Mr Johny Kumar. He visited once and said that we have got refrigeration repaired locally. And he will come back to us with the estimate.
                                      He never came back. He Closed our req online.

                                      After that we contacted Whirpool numerous times but always we got bad reponse. Mr Pankaj Kumar Tiwari very rudely and arrogantly notified me that its your mistake and you have to wait.

                                      I am a senior Citizen. A very old man (Retired Advocate). And disappointed with Whirpool. Our Fridge is now not working at all.

                                      whirlpool washinh machine — rubbish service

                                      I AM FROM KOOTHUPATTY SALEM DT TAMILNADU.WE HAVE GIVEN SERVICE OUR WASHING MACHINE WHILE TAKING SERVIVICE THEY HAVE GIVEN 1500RS AS SERVICE CHARGE AFTER FINISHED THE THEY HAVE OFFERED 3800 RS.BUT WE HAVE PAID WHAT THE AMOUNT THEY OFFERED.BUT AFTER SERVICE THE MACHINE WAS NOT RUNNING PROPERLY SOME SPARES WAS NOT FITTED PROPERLY .THEN WE INFORMED MANY TIMES TO THE SERVICE CENTRE.AFTER 10TO 15 DAYS THEY SEND A MAN TO OUR PLACE BUT NOT WORKING HE TOLD I WILL BRING THE PARTS TOMMOROW AND I WILL RECTIFY IT.NOW ONE MONTH WAS GONE STILL THEY WERE NOT RESPONDING AND THEY ARE IRRITATING US.
                                      WE ARE VILLAGED BASED PUPILS.I THINK YOU ARE CHEATING US BECAUSE DURING GIVING SERVICE TIME 1500RS IS THE CHARGE,AFTER SERVICING 3800RS WITH OUT ANY INFORMATION WITH OUT OUR KNLOWDGE HOW THEY HAVE DONE THE SERVICE.OK WE PAID .BUT THE STILL THE MACHINE IS NOT RUNNING.WHAT TO DO.MY PHONE NO IS [protected].
