We have complained more than 10 times that Spinner / drier of the washing machine is not working .. guy hasn’t returned after saying that he will be back to replace the cover in 2 days.

I had lodged a complaint about my unserviceable washing on 16 Aug 2012 (complaint no.AH[protected]). The washing machine, Whirlpool Professional Sports, was purchased 3 yrs ago in Jul 2009. The warranty period had lapsed in Jul 2011.

Sorry to say but trouble still continues. It worked just for 10 days. Post that it has given a problem of a loud sound while in rinse cycle. I bought washing machine 8 months back(model no. 650d ) which has a warranty period of 2 years. Washing machine washes clothes, drains the detergent, and then keeps draining the water being filled for rinse purpose. This way lots of water is wasted and so i have to keep watch on washing clothes. Then i have to stop the machine and restart it so as to rinse and spin the clothes.
