It is now 3 weeks since my Whirlpool 360 washing machine is not working. Complaint no. is MB[protected]. Finally managed to reach the area sales manager Mr. Nilesh who says they now need to take it to the workshop. The machine has been experimented on by their enginer many times and is now ruined. How do I get a replacement? TERRIBLE SERVICES!!

    I sent my washing machine to Whirlpool service centre on 26th September, 2012(SR Number LK [protected]).But still I do not have any idea when they are returning it back. I called Whirlpool call centre several times but they did not give me satisfactory answer.
    Even I tried to call their service engineer to whom this complaint was assigned (Mr.Rasevak Paul), but he did not responded.
    Therefore please look in the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

    white magic washing machine from whirlpool — washingmachine is not working

    complaint already lodged inconnection with this and not yet attended that the machine is continiously running as soon as power on.
    It is now 3 weeks since my Whirlpool 360 washing machine is not working. Complaint no. is MB[protected].       Company Address - Whirlpool Of India Ltd., Whirlpool House, Plot No.-40, Sector- 44, Gurgaon - 122002, Haryana, Tel.[protected]
      Whirlpool Refrigerator, - Model - 11807 DLX 5S , 450 DLX PROFESSIONAL , Sl. No. --INE[protected] , With 1 Year Comprehensive warranty , valid till - 2011,
      At the time of purchase I also paid Rs. 2539/= for Whirlpool Home Care Plan- HPO4 - Ref. No. 238364. valid for 24 months , 21/03/2011 to 21/03/2013 .

      The Refrigerator stopped cooling on 03/09/2012, and Registered Complaint - No. DL[protected], Repeated - DL [protected], on 18/09/12, DL[protected] on 26/09/12, also daily tel. to remind for repair, but till date the Refrigerator remain out of order.
      E- mail and reminders sent to , homecareconsumercell @ whirlpool.com and [protected]@ whirlpool.com , still no action

      Please I request your advice and help.

        PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT BUY WHIRLPOOL PRODUCTS...

        I (In fact My Father) bought a Whirlpool Frost Free 310 Litres Iceberg Elite Steel double door Refrigerator in May 2007 for a cost of Rs.23000 From Viveks Limited, T.Nagar, Chennai.

        5 years Warranty Ended in May 2012.

        Just after 4 months, 4 days ago, my Refrigerator started making noise from Rear..
        I Booked with Service and they sent me a Service Personal (Named Naveen, form Whirlpool Authorized Service Center) the next day. He checked and said, there is a Gas Leak from Compressor. And it needed a weld to correct the problem.

        Two day after, thats today, an another guy (Sent by Naveen) arrived with Tools and Gas welding equipment. He Checked and said the tray for defroster is filled with water and dust and so the Pipe for compressor passing by the tray (which is immersed is the dust water) has got Rusted and Damaged and is now leaking and Can not be welded or Repair.

        I asked him the Remedy and he coolly replied, "Take this Refrigerator to the Whirlpool centre (Or from Where you bought it) and they take the old for half the price and you will get an another new one for a price tag of around Rs.14000!!!".

        This is ridiculous.. Just 5 years o[censored]se and now i got replace for new?
        This is like a joke.. If you have a car and a door gets damaged due to rust, will you change the Car..
        ..

        I am asking the blood sucking Whirlpool these Question
        1) "Is your Product life just 5 years??",
        2) "Is your product Good to use only until the Warranty period??" (Ah what a trick..).
        3) "What will be result with Cellphone product of yours with 1 or 2 yrs Warranty? Customers have to throw them off in just 2 yrs??

        Not only this, the Sales department is also Worst.. when they Delivered the Refrigerator to me, The demonstrator never told us about the Cleaning of the Tray which Mr.Naveen said to my now (just 2 days ago) that i have had to clean that Tray system regularly.. Not even the manual Says about that cleaning process..

        Shame on you Whirlpool..
        My father bought a kelvinator Refrigerator in 1989. It was working 100% perfectly without any problem for 2 decades.. It was a gem.. I sold it in 2009 it because it was old, small, it occupied some useful space at home and rusted a lot.. But was working great..!! If Kelvinator company is still Alive, i will go for it.. But no.. Its Fate my father had to buy Whirlpool..

        I swear, i will NEVER EVER buy Whirlpool product in future.. I will also inform to all my known and by every possible mode "Not to buy Whirlpool products"..

        Also in my Experience, Don't buy Kenstar products too..

        Maxi Whirlpool Refrigerator 310 Litre — Change of Door

        Dear Sir, Dated 30.06.09

        I have booked a complaint of my refrigerator on[protected] on 14.06.09 at 4.30 pm for door rubber (gasket) had been loose. My complaint no. is DL[protected]. The company sent his representative Mr Sushil Sharma on 15.06.09, who inspected properly and told that the door will be changed after 3 or 4 days. I again remind my complaint on the same number on 22.06.09 and 25.06.09. More than 2 weeks has been passed, I could not get any further response from the company.

        Whirlpool iceberg refrigerator — refrigerator not working

        i had purcahsed a refrigerator WHP.REF 310 L ICEBERG DLX CARBON 4S-10917 SLNO-INA[protected] from PATRA ELECTRONICS JAYSHREE PLAZA BADAMBADI,CUTTACK-9 ORISSA on[protected] the refrigerator stopped cooling due to some reasons. The dealer is not willing to give quick service while the company says 100% customer satisfaction nd immidiate service. Therofore i request you to please take immidiate action over this.

During the purchase, I was told that the refrigerator would be covered in a 1+6 year, i.e. a total of 7 years of warranty. I am also in possession of the invoice and the warranty card.           Received your response, which is vague and ir responsible . Are your company sleeping from[protected]/[protected]? Today I.e.[protected] I contacted your area sales manager Mr. Pankaj ( Moblie no. [protected]) about the matter. His reply is that we are at present engaged in audit till 10th October so services to the customer is not possible. And we are so engaged in audit that we can not talk to the customer also. His manner of talking is such that the he is obliging me to talk with me on mobile. It so shamefull that it can not be explained. Overall Mr. Pankaj threatened that you he will give services only after myself move in court/consumer forum only and he will answer me only in court.
          I want to know that what is the responsibilities of your company for the appliances which are under AMC of the company?
          In how many days/weeks/months/years your company give services after lodging complains?
          I have lodged complain on[protected] PT[protected]) and on[protected]PT[protected]). But till the date it is not complied. You have regretted for it in your response made to me. Thanks for it. But will you imagine that after saying sorry everything will be forgotten and my washing machine is started working. No, it not.
          As you have written that that parts is out of stock and you are arranging on urgent basis. Can you also explain what is the meaning of urgent basis for your company? More than two months has been elapsed after lodging the complain. If this is your priority o[censored]rgent basis than what will be of normal basis.
          You have also requested me to co-operate? I want to know that what kind of cooperation do you want from? If you want that we give the money to your company as AMC and never expect for service from your company. Is it not? Overall area threatening that he will give service only after myself move in court/consumer forum and he will answer me only in court. Is it not?
          Now I am requesting you to kindly co-operate me. Since your company is unable to give after sale service, so take back my said washing machine and refund the money of machine as well as of AMC money which is paid by me Because your company is completely failed in providing the services and harassing me only mentally, financially physically and making threat from your employee Mr. Pankaj.
          No doubt it is horrible.

            I lodged an complain to the customer care of the company Whirlpool India about my front loader washing machine bearing complain no. PT [protected] dated[protected] and PT [protected] dated[protected]. But till the date the said company always makes lame excuse. My washing machine is under AMC Plan of the company. When asked about compliance, it is said that reminder has been made/ it will be done in a day or two/ I will be reported to you in a day or two/ and other so many lame excuses or promises but service is not given to me.Kindly look in the matter advice me that what can I do and which type of help will be made by you?

              I have compliant against WHIRPOOL INDIA , That they fool me. Details are as below.. I bought washing machine Fully automatic machine worth Rs 14500/- from Memorex Home Appliances Kothrud Pune. Date 26Sep 2012)
              When They deliver me the machine they never mention me that I have to pay any extra towards Machine Then as soon machine arrived the game has started with me.
              Whirpool India’s Service dealer come (Shree Enterprises) in Picture he charge me Rs 1200/- trolley which dealer Memorax has mention me it will cost me Rs 800/- . The stock of one year of calfre (Rs640) and Scalegon (Rs600) i.e. Rs1240 is compulsory. He insisted me to buy that and when I asked them why don’t you mention this when we select Machine he have no answer But I have to pay Shree Enterprise Rs 2480 in addition..
              For me Machine cost me Rs 16980/- And I feel cheated out of this. At a time I can understand about Trolley, But why this calfre & Scalegon is sold to me and how company can expect me to keep stock of that of Year.. Isn’t that illogical.
              Or is the case that Company people are there to give leverage to their Dealer to fool innocent consumer.
              I am looking forward for sensible answer & explanation from WHIRPOOL INDIA .
              Before this Machine I had LG as well but I never experience such adamant behavior ever from them, I also spoke to many friends but every one have this experience from ONLY WHIRPOOL INDIA
              May I ? I make appeal to many before you buy Any product of WHIRPOOL INDIA Make sure you are going to get fooled.. And don’t expect any Season’s Gift or Expect such adamant cost of your Money from company.

                Subject : very poor service and not caring the customer for the complaint lodged.

                Iam P.Ramkumar lodged a complaint for repair of refrigerator on[protected]. I was felt boredom with their convincing that we will solve your problem soon... But they didn't respond to my repetitive calls to customer service centre. Product details: whirlpool elite double door refrigerator. I was really frustrated with this product. We were facing a lot of inconvenience with perishable goods from one month onwards. So please give me a solution from this pain.

                Whirlpool Refrigerator — not repair no response

                Mr.Sanjay Jain( +91 [protected]) purchased a refrigerator on[protected] from TMC –HYD(
                malakpet). Before the completion of warrantee I had taken the AMC plan from 30-12-07 to 29-
                12-2010. Before the expiry of current AMC which I renewed on[protected] to[protected] by
                chq.831737 amounting Rs.3500/- through STATE BANK OF MYSORE it as well included AMC
                of my washing machine. After renewal I did not receive the AMC doc. Till date inspite of my
                regular complaints. I spoke to your AMC senior executive of DELHI named MISS.RENUKA( +91
                [protected]) regarding the AMC doc. So she asked me the bill of AMC to update my details
                in their system till date. Mr. Ashok (+91 [protected]) collected the bill from my place and
                informed that the doc. Will be received in 2 working weeks.

                But till date I haven’t received any doc. Yet….., inspite of regular complaints to the person
                incharge.

                My refrigerator is not working in good condition from past one year. And no action has been
                taken on my complaints till now. Though Mr.Rafaq your executive agreed to replace with some
                amount settlement. Since we did not received the AMC DOC. They did not do the needful.

                Mr.Raghu the present senior manager of this region told us that the same model is not
                available. He asked the bill details and AMC doc. Xerox. As we don’t have the AMC doc. He
                tried to cheat us on by saying that warrantee period of our AMC is over. Though we have it
                till[protected].

                Whirlpool, refrigerator — Cheating and non response

                We bought a Whirlpool Refrigerator Model # Ice Magic FF450 in the Year 2006. We had a problem with the refrigerator and we called Whirlpool Service center to see if it can be repaired. The Technician came and said that it can be repaired and we have to take annual maintenance contract with them and they would come and repair it. We paid Rs. 3,650 and after sometime the technician came and repaired it and we paid for parts Rs. 350.

                The refrigerator worked for two days and it started giving us trouble. We called the technician and he came and checked and said it cannot be repaired and Whirlpool will replace it with another model and we need to pay 50% of the cost of new one.

                We tried contacting everyone including the head office and no response, once they hear the complaint they hang up or say someone will get back to you and they never do it.

                The technician cheated us by taking AMC money and promising that it would repaired and the company does not want to take responsibility for it.

                  Would you be kind enough to solve my washing machine related problems as whirlpool washing machine model no-11638,serial no-INF 09300815 was purchased on 21.09.09 from Great Eastern Trading Company,Uttarpara,Hooghly and after completion of 2 years it was working in badly noise.I contacted with Great Eastern Trading Company and the shop asked to lodge complaint in customer service of whirlpool which was Speed service,Konnagar,Hooghly. After lodging complaint the technicians came and brought the same to their workshop and after repairing about 1 month they returned the washing machine and for repairing charges claimed more than Rs.8000.00/- and I paid that.But after passing 15 days same problem was occuring and again contacted with Speed Service,Konnagar and again their technician came and after some repairing at a cost of Rs.300/- told that the machine would be in service the more it would be operated but surprisingly just after 15 days another type of murmuring sound was occured and again technician from Speed Service came and changed the circuit board at a cost of Rs.800.Again same problem has been occuring the machine in rinse time severely vibrating.The technicians of Speed Service have no knowledge in repairing and it seems they are changing original spare parts.But beside company authorised service centre where shall I repair the machine.This type of service centre is ready to demolish Company goodwill.Please advice what shall I do?

                    Hi Team,

                    Please take this as a formal complaint regarding Whirpool Refrigerator Customer/Repair service. We have purchased a Double door refrigerator 4 years back in Hissar, Haryana. 7 Month back we started having problem in the refrigerator. We lodged a request in Whirpool in March, No one came from whirpool that month.
                    Refrigeration was not working properly, after 2 months a person came from Whirpool (he said) and repaired something and charged Rs 800. After that again refrigerator did not work properly. Now from last two months we are chasing whirlpool and no one is giving positive response.

                    Our complaint got allocated to Mr Johny Kumar. He visited once and said that we have got refrigeration repaired locally. And he will come back to us with the estimate.
                    He never came back. He Closed our req online.

                    After that we contacted Whirpool numerous times but always we got bad reponse. Mr Pankaj Kumar Tiwari very rudely and arrogantly notified me that its your mistake and you have to wait.

                    I am a senior Citizen. A very old man (Retired Advocate). And disappointed with Whirpool. Our Fridge is now not working at all.

                    whirlpool washinh machine — rubbish service

                    I AM FROM KOOTHUPATTY SALEM DT TAMILNADU.WE HAVE GIVEN SERVICE OUR WASHING MACHINE WHILE TAKING SERVIVICE THEY HAVE GIVEN 1500RS AS SERVICE CHARGE AFTER FINISHED THE THEY HAVE OFFERED 3800 RS.BUT WE HAVE PAID WHAT THE AMOUNT THEY OFFERED.BUT AFTER SERVICE THE MACHINE WAS NOT RUNNING PROPERLY SOME SPARES WAS NOT FITTED PROPERLY .THEN WE INFORMED MANY TIMES TO THE SERVICE CENTRE.AFTER 10TO 15 DAYS THEY SEND A MAN TO OUR PLACE BUT NOT WORKING HE TOLD I WILL BRING THE PARTS TOMMOROW AND I WILL RECTIFY IT.NOW ONE MONTH WAS GONE STILL THEY WERE NOT RESPONDING AND THEY ARE IRRITATING US.

                      Highly dissatisfied with the services of whirlpool service centre in Udaipur.

                      I am gaurav Kothari resident of 76 sarvaritu villas Udaipur rajasthan ,we have been using whirlpool products from last many years but this time our experience was the worst .
                      I am having a hotel in Udaipur by the name padmini palace which is also having many whirlpool products.
                      I am having a whirlpool double door fridge installed at my house from last 5 to 6 years and we had some cooling and beep noise issues in the fridge in the month of june 2012, so we complaint the tool free nos. then a attainder came at our house and said that there is a issue with the module in the fridge which control the cooling and the sound that comes in the night between 3 am to 6 am and all the lights which are there on the fridge in front starts blinking all this problem is due to module mistake so it has to be changed.
                      We said ok get a new module after 10 days they installed the new module and next day again the same problem of sound in the night like beep beep beep and all lights started blinking came which disturbs the sleep of the entire family and then we turn off the fridge and again turn it on and then the sound doesn’t come.
                      Again we complained next day they said we will get another module, they got it in few days and installed and next day in the night same problem came with the new module also.
                      They also said us to buy a stabilizer from whirlpool mentioning it will protect the module and we did that also we bought it at Rs 2900 from MASTER COOL 185 ROAD NO 12 ASHOK NAGAR UDAIPUR (RAJ) BILL NO.4907, SR.NO.[protected], DATED: 08 AUG 2012
                      Then again they got the 3rd module and installed and said it is the modified module and now you will not get any beep beep sound in the night and they installed the 3rd module and again the same problem of sound like beep beep beep is coming in the night between 3 am to 6 am and all the lights in the front starts blinking and our entire family’s sleep is getting disturbed.
                      The service engineers came at the house checked the module and did also the module testing process by opening the doors 4 times and upper door lower door and likewise whatever is there process and then they reported mr. Mahesh service senior executivethat the module is having mistake all these activity is done in this month of sep 2012 and last module changed on 18th sep 2012 and now today I called the land line no.[protected] and mr. dipak picked the phone and I told him that still the same problem is there , he gave the phone to mr. Khan telling me that he is the service head of the Udaipur city , I communicated him my problem and said that it has not been solved from last 2 months and the sound comes between 3am to 6 am .
                      Mr khan replied that now what should we do we should come and sleep at your house since this problem is coming in night only he replied in this manner which was very SHOCKING for me.
                      I said sir you should not talk to me like this being a senior executive of service, he said that all modules that we installed at your house are working at other places on another fridges then I said may be in my fridge there is some other problem then and you are telling that it is of module.
                      Then mr .khan said me that we will put a camera in front of your fridge and record that what problem comes in the night I said ok do that, then he said I don’t have camera you only do this I don’t understand what kind of service and behavior is this from a customer who is getting bugged up from last 2 months and his entire family’s sleep is getting disturbed from last 2 months from the sound that comes in the night
                      The module bill no is 4905, date: 07 aug 2012 installed from master cool 185 road no 12 ashok nagar Udaipur at rs.2900 for module and rs.395 service charge.
                      The total of Rs.6195 has been spent without getting the problem solved and getting unbelievable answers from the service heads and they are not trusting on me that I am getting this problem in the night of sound and light blink and because of that telling me of such things of slipping at house, camera thing.
                      Kindly take some action regarding the above issues of module and misbehaviors’ of the executives like mr. khan with us.

                        I own a whirlpool washing machine.I called their service service centre a number of times stating that i want to get AMC done for my washing machine.
                        I was told that their people here will call me asking for a time as to when they should come home. Instead all i get from them is a message on my phone that door found locked.
                        Somebody has always been present at my house and nobody has ever visited my house and they have never bothered to call back. And this has happened over 5 times now inspite of my regular calls to their call centre.
                        Also I got my machine repaired from your service centre here, they gave me a bill without a bill number and replaced a part which they took out of an unsealed box. When questioned your mechanic replied that this is how its done in whirlpool.Due to no AMC i had to pay them service charges, that explains their hesistence in giving the AMC.
                        Whirlpool must check these malpractices done in terms of service centre. A company as reputed as Whirlpool is not expected to rob the customers of their money for a fault like buying a whirlpool product.

                        I have purchased Whirlpool RO system Refrigerator and Microwave and this was the bigeest mistake of my life i think. After Sales Service of your products is so pathetic that i sometime feel how are u people are No 1. Anways i was called upoon twice by your Customer center that RO service is due no one turned up at the day decided. After my husband got ill due to drinking of bad water i called up 3 times to Call Center no one turned up next day a guy called up he had to come at 9 AM at 9:20 Am i called him up and he is saying that he will reschedule. I am also working and i dont have time to again and again call up to you guys. I am writing this because i am fed up with your services. Will not buy Whirlpool products ever even for free. The same thing happend when my Microwave was not working.

                        We have purchased Whirlpool AC 'The Whirlpool Mastermind Aviator V 1 Ton ' from Home Town - Ishanya- Pune on 31st March 2010.                           I got this refrigerator from Chennai on Jan 2008 Model no 11341 CLX double door 340 capacity.made a complaint that water is draining out regularly from vegetable section and sound from fridge on 22/7.2012.At that time their service engineer came on 24/7/2012 & told to replace timer bimet & charged Rs. 2000 for that.

                          After 2 days same problem started and water leacked out of the fridge, again the refrigerator is not working, after contacting them again now they sent a service engineer named Ragu on 1st week of august but again the same problem started next day.

                          I complain to whirlpool office on dt.10.08.2012. But no engineer visited till today to solve the problem. The company's service head is not taking it seriouly.Due to poor service company is loosing its goodwill & reliablity. Please look into it and get my problem solved.

                          I found the services of Whirlpool very very bad & not conformimg to the standards in the industry.. Solve the fault otherwise consumer forum is the only way for me.

                          Whirlpool — Unresponsive Customer Care

                          Dear Mr. Uppal,

                          Please see the email trail below. I bought Refrigerator and Washing Machine on Dec 12th from eZone Bangalore delivered on Dec 13th. After waiting for 3 days for installation (I was told by eZone not to open the Product) I raised a complained (Numbers bg[protected] and bg[protected]). I have been trying to get the product operational and I am facing following issues:

                          1: When I called up the Customer Service they raised the complain and gave me a number Mr. Someshekar who hung the phone on me. Later I was told that was his last day. How come the customer service could give such number. It clearly shows your systems are not in sink with each other.

                          2: No response from the Whirlpool on the Complaints raised or on the follow up emails to Customer Care. Finally I follow up with eZone to get me connected to representative at Whirlpool. Finally I am connected to Mr. Harish, support lead (#[protected]) and Mr. Pravin, regional manager (#[protected]). I spoke to Pravin and SMS him the details with no response.

                          3: Harish sent some trainee support engineer who had difficulty handling the Refrigerator and Washing Machine.

                          4: Once opened, we find the Refrigerator door shelf is missing.

                          5: My old Washing Machine was dismantled for the new Washing Machine. In the new Washing Machine the technician discovers that the water inlet hose pipe washer of washing machine is missing and hence cannot be connected. I was promised that some engineer would come and fix it and up until now after 4hrs I have lost hope some one will come to fix it. I am left with no washing machine as the old one is dismantled.

                          6: There is no process of getting the warranty certified. It required the dealer to stamp the warranty card in the manual which is inside the packed product at customer site. Finally The support engineer agreed to get warranty certified at later date which is one more point of follow up for the customer.

                          I bought Whirlpools products ONLY because of the support I had experienced on my old Whirlpool Washing Machine. I am thoroughly dis-appointed with the experience from a world class company.                           I was reading your Annual Report which said the following: "Uncompromising Customer Care, launched in 2009-10, where the consumer is the focal point in deciding quality of service rendered, continued in 2010-11 with amazing results.".

                          Frankly I did not get any customer care. I have already spent more then 8 hrs in following up, waited the whole of Saturday evening and still not complete with installation. I still have following follow up to do:

                          a: Get the Missing Door Shelf for the Refrigerator.
                          b: Get the Warranty Card of Refrigerator and Washing Machine sealed.
                          c: Make my new Washing Machine operational.
                          d: I have no Washing Machine till that time and live with un-washed cloths.

                          I hope your company meets the standard set by yourself.

                              I renew my AC complaint with Whirlpool. In month of June-2012. After that i didn't got any certificate from Whirlpool. I make a lot of phone to whirlpool regarding for that. But every time they given the time but i didn't got any response i make complaint that i have some issue in AC but no one came at my home. And they lock the call that problem has been resolved. After 2 months i got very serious problem in MY AC. When engineer came he say that this part doesn't cover in AMC. When i asked about that in Customer Care. They say speak to those guy where you buy AMC. This is very stupid answer from Whirlpool. If any person is seeing to buy Whirlpool product . According to mine service is very bad of Whirlpool.

                              I have toploading model. I had taken an AMC which will expirein Jan 2010. Since August the machine has been frequently requiring maintenance. It is very clear that the service technicians are not doing a proper job as my AMC will expire soon. I would not reccommend the AMCfor any future customer, it is a big fraud.

                                Worst service ever recieved by a company, did not expect this from Whirlpool. A company called Kool Care Services, office: Khasra No. 2/22, A-1 Block, Sant Nagar Extn.,Burari.I have been dealing directly with the owner Mr. Sharma and still no result. we have been lied to and taken money for issues which were not even there.This company which deals with your customer requests took our call as there was a problem in our washing machine: the machine was not completing the full cycle...on 9th August we raised in issue, the engineer came and took our machine saying some parts need to be changed. we payed Rs 3,545 and received the machine back with a broken lid, which was changed after a couple of days. but, the machine problem had not resolved till then. then i called the owner(Mr. Sharma) who was not happy to agree with us and used bad language towards me. Later, he sent another engineer who said there is some other problem, so that means the money we paid for the parts was unnecessary. He said that the problem is now resolved so he left confirming to Mr Sharma that it is all done. Same evening we told him that we need you double check but he didn't show up for two days and then when he ansered our called said that he will have to take the machine away to check it thoroughly..that means they hadn't done that in the previous visits and even when they had take the machine beofore, nevertheless, I said, ok, take it but get the problem fixed this time but ever since that the machine hasn't come to us and its been over two weeks. I contacted Mr. Sharma, the owner again (3 days back) who said you will have your machine back by today(fixed) at my house. When I called him today, he couldn't even recall my name or the problem we had been going through. I am fedup of this juggling about, even though I have bought alot of whirlpool products, now I feel I made a mistake and shound't have bought any of your products when the after sale service is rubbish. I would like my machine back fixed or not with the money(Rs3,545) which was charged unnecessarily.

                                  The whirlpool fridge of 310liters purchased by me on 5th Aug2012 from M/s Prerna Electronics,Sector-28, Faridabad, Receipt no. 1664. The fridged stop cooling all of a sudden from 14th Aug2012 night. It seems that M/s Prema Electronic is not a authorised dealer of Whirpool and make wrong commitments to sale their products. The tendency of service center of whirlpool is to avoid the complain instead of addressing it with immediate effect.They force consumer to get the work done as per their own convenience.They close the complain if they do not find timming as per his convenience.
                                  This act of service tarnish the image of the brand WHIRLPOOL. Pls. look into the matter on priority.

                                  I have purchased a Whirlpool M.MIND 23 DELUX Refrigerator set on 07/09/2009. Since its 2 yrs the refrigerator is not cooling properly and outside body gets heated. I had made a complaint to the customer care, but they told the item was defective from beginning itself. This is very frustrating and disappointing to hear such kind of thing.                                       I Dr P.Vara Prasad, working as consultant in one private corporate hospital in Visakhapatnam city. With in 3 months, on 30th August suddenly it was stopped working.
