Hello sir,
I had lodged a complaint on 14th June 2012(complain number PT[protected]) and again got a complain number PT[protected] on 15 june for my freeze which is not working and till 18th june I did not received even a call from the concern team or person, aside I got a message on 18th June 2012 stating “Dear customer your call has been closed in the system. If you were happy with our service please tell others if not tell us at 60008558 or [protected]” is this what the service whirlpool giving to the customers , really telling now I discourage my friends and family to buy any product of whirlpool as being a customer myself is facing so much of problem then I ponder what the laymen would be doing when they find any problem from product of whirlpool
aside from that on 23rd july Md. Sahbaz visited and told the compressor of freeze is not working and as itis in gurantee period it will be raplaced free of cost within a week, but till date my freeze has not been ractified. i have shot many mail at the Email ID '[protected]@whirlpool.com' but never got a revert.
From 14th June onward I am a regular caller of whirlpool Customer Care and every time I am being told your freeze will be attended within 24 hour but still awaiting for the care which I should get from whirlpool.

    The most arrogant and unethical staff/franchisee owner of whirlpool service centre in goa,who does not have any value of customer nor interested in talking to the point and moreover the whirlpool company officials are caniving to save his skin and cover up for his arrogance the persons name is GOPAL([protected]) and although i made several calls to the helpline absolutely careless attitude.I REQUEST TO PEOPLE READING THIS MAIL KINDLY AVOID BUYING WHIRLPOOL PRODUCTS OR ATLEAST BE SURE WHO IS THE PERSON YOU ARE DEALING WITH IF IT IS THE SAME PERSON MENTIONED THEN REFRAIN FROM DOING SO.

      On 1st July 2012 i have purchased Whirlpool Washing Machine 700h from Harsha Home Appliances Station Road Hubli. Still now no body is visited my premises for demo or any anything. Please arrange your engineer for demo ASAP els take back your product.

      Its very disappointing from a brand like Whirlpool......!!! Pathetic!!!!!

        Sir,
        I purchased fridge of whirpool model Fusion 310 ltr. from Paras Traders Karnal on 2nd of June 2012. I paid them 19000.00 Rupees for fridge. At first they delivered Genious 310 ltr. model not Fusion 310 ltr. I protest it. After two days passed they delivered me right model Fusion 310 ltr. But now this refrigerator does not working well. It does not cooling. Its six sence does not work too. Its bill no. is 1402. When I complaint the dealer Paras Traders about this. They didnot listen me. After some arguments they said me go to court. Now what is the way for me please tell me.

        Whirlpool Fridge — Ineffecient and traumatic after sales experience

        I registered a telephonic complaint on 11-May-2009 after my refrigerator stopped working suddenly. I was given Complaint number [protected] and was assured that the turn around time for attending the call would be 48 hours.

        But even after 11 days and umpteen number of follow ups, no engineer has visited us. To escalate the matter, I spoke to Whirpool corporate office Gurgaon and reiterated my concern to one Ms Lakshmi (who, apparently, is the overall in charge of customer care) on 20-May-09. She assured me that the complaint will be looked into on an urgent basis and an engineer would visit our premises by end-of-day. Once again, we were left waiting and nobody visited us. On doing a follow-up call to her on 21-May-09, I was assured yet again that some engineer will surely visit us. Till now nobody's come. The branch Manager of customer care at Hyderabad, Mr Sukumar, was notified about this complaint by Ms Lakshmi. Under his assurance I was told that the matter would be closed soon.

        As of now, we are stranded with a non-functional refrigerator for almost 2 weeks with 45 degree summer heat.

        (Update)I just received a call from Whirpool Corporate office, Hyderabad informing that the call has been logged only today at 1 PM (i.e 21-May-2009) and that they were not aware of any such service call logged by me! I dont know what to say now-should I be angry or amused? I really dont know

        I would like to throw this refrigerator onto Whirpool India's CEO's face

          Purchased Whirlpool split AC on 25th july 2011 under one year spares warranty from Dhruv Electronics,1462/4,Rajpura Road,Ludhiana.From 18th june 2012,the AC started some noise and we asked our dealer to lodge complaint to send some engg.The Service engg. came and reported replacement of some component,till today the service center people are saying that the part is not available till the time of writting this complaint.We are facing lot of in-convenince as these are very hot days.


          No positive response from service center.The complaint number is 1769 dated 19.06.2012

          Whirlpool — Non Availability of part

          The complaint is yet to be addressed. We keep talking to the Call Centre with no result.

            I complained about my whirlpool refrigerator on 13/6/2012 because of cooling problem (Complaint No DL-[protected]). The engineer visited and changed two parts giving assurance that there is no gas problem and refrigerator will start working but it dint work. Then again I lodged a complain dated 14/6/2012 Complaint No. DL-[protected]. The same engineer visited again and said that it has gas choking problem. I am highly dissatisfied with the service provided and unskilled engineer who is just making guesses about the problem the refrigerator has. I have been lodging complaints continuously and it not getting any response from your side (Dated 15/6/2012 Complain No. DL-[protected], Dated 16/6/2012 Complaint No. DL-[protected])
            After that the refrigerator was taken by engineers to the workshop but still there is no cooling in the refrigerator.
            I m highly irritated with the whirlpool's after sales service. Please take some action immidiately.

              i have a whirlpool fully automatic washing machine FP55 AQUA.
              of which a part called PCB is damaged (as told by whirlpool service person).
              after lodging number of complaints to whirlpool india,they denied the availibilty of the aforesaid part.
              we contacted bijnor(up) ,service centre many a times but they too denied the availability of that part,saying out of stock.

              by your means i want my problem,that the part of my washing machine would be made available by whirlpool india.

              Whirlpool Washing Machine — Damage of Parts

              I had purchased a Whirlpool washing machine from Belgaum City. During the primary inspection i couldn't find any damage. But after coming home i noticed that one of the part is broken and the service engineer from the whirlpool certified that it had happed during transportation. Now please let me know that whether i am eligible for replacement of the same part or not.

                I made a complaint GB[protected] for Whirlpool 310 fusion single door refrigerator, the cooling was not proper, and all the edibles started spoiling. The engineer came and replaced some part for Rs.800+Service charge Rs.276. But the problem is still not resolved. I called him again, he came and inadvertently said that the fridge is fine, just use plastic utensils in the fridge.
                But my point is, it was cooling fine just 4 days ago then what happened in just one night that the fridge is not cooling with the same amount of load.
                I need urgent attention on my problem.

                In June 2010 our refrigerator stopped cooling,its compressor was replaced, as its under guarranty/warranty . since then its walls used to be hot.again in august service engg. reduced the gas filled earlier. it has again stopped cooling and complaint no.DN[protected] was registered on 13/11/2010. a service engg. Aamir Khan reported in the evening and left after saying that gas has to be refilled and another engg.will repair on sunday. no one turned up. one fellow came on monday evening telling to remove all the things from inside the fridge, and left telling that he would come tuesday morning. its 18:10 wednesday, and no news nothing from their side.

                I am a consumer in India.
                Sorry for the mail for US consumers but the thing is that all my efforts on the Indian sites have not led to the repair of my fridge.
                I had given a complaint on 25 Dec 10 about my fridge (model Whirlpool 350 Icemagic Elite FF) not cooling (complaint no W 1784 )
                It is now around 15 days and no action has been taken.
                This is especially so when Whirlpool also sold me a Homecare Plan (Code No 1019610).
                I have not been able to store food for a fortnight now. It has caused me great inconvenience.
                I had gone with Whirlpool only due to its reputition.... which seems to be in question especially so when the company has already taken money for the homecare plan.
                Whirlpool does not seem to value its brand name and I now see the company as a fake company
                Ltr Refrigerator dated on 19/05/2012 in Uttam Sales in Jamshedpur. i have some problem in my Refrigerator in door point. i am complain in your call center and also your shop in uttam sales jamshedpur. both her said they are change the Refrigerator. i am lanch the complain in 9 days before but no action in your side. pls say what can i do...

                  · We have purchased a Refrigerator and Washing machine (Font loading) which was installed on March 31, 2012.

                  Our washing machine serial number is : CNJ[protected]

                  · One of the your support staff has come for installation.

                  Name – Supriyo Pal Mobile - [protected]

                  · First time he has come for washing machine installation on March 24, 2012.

                  · He has check and said that as product requirement he is not able to install without washing machine stand & magnetic water filter. Because this product is very have hence stand required and due to iron content in water filter is required.

                  · We have accepted and place the order for stand and filter. We have paid 1550/- for Stand and 1850/- for filter. Total is = 3400 (By Cheque # 344491)

                  · Again he has come on March 31, 2012 for washing machine installation with stand and filter.

                  · Washing machine stand is installed is properly but at the time of filter installation he found some water leaked from filter.

                  · He has done all the work on his on way and after that given me some paper for signature.

                  · When I asked him about about filter he said that this is defective one and “I shall come on next weekend (Saturday) with new filter for installation” so please sing this document as this is just for documentation purpose.

                  · Hence I have singed document on his verbal request and this is our last meting till date.

                  · After that when I call him he is always saying that “I shall come on next weekend, I shall come on so on so time and date, I am busy, I am out of station, I am in a meting etc….”

                  · Till date we have not used our washing machine till date and it is kept in as a new condeation.

                  · Number of times communicated through “Voice Chat & SMS” but no result.

                  · Last Saturday again I have called him and he is saying the he will on by 6.00 PM but as usual he come for filter installation.

                  · He is a number number one cheater and fraud person and I have never seen this kind of support staff in my life.

                  Now I am requesting to you please let me know what to do regarding this matter because I am very frustrated with this kind of support and service.

                    I had purchased a Whirlpool Refrigrator 230 FUSION SUPREME on 20 Oct. 2008 with a 5 year warranty. It was not functioning properly as stopped cooling for 4 to 5 hours now and then. I registered a complaint with service request no. HR[protected] on 13 June 2012. The service engineer suggested that there was a problem with the compressor and it needed to be replaced. I paid Rs.1700 for the new compressor.. But even after the replacement,the problem persisted and even worsened. The refrigrator now does trip after a particular temperature is maintained. I called the customer care atleast 20 times only to get fake assurances that my complaint will be rectified within 24 hours each n everytime i called. And now 9 days have gone by without any response.

                    Annoyed and harassed by the situation, frustrated by false promises and dissatisfied by services of Whirlpool India, I am writing this letter. Hopefully this will solve my problem.

                      A service request for a Front Loading Washing machine, which started making loud noise, only during spin for drying, just after completion of warranty period of 2 years, was made on 08.05.12, vide SR number KL[protected]. The work was allotted to Sri Sukanta Ghosh who wanted to visit on the same evening after finishing other works in nearby area. As I told him not to come in the evening hours but on next day, he himself cancelled my call. However, when I contacted again on next day he attended the job. He just opened the backside, telephoned someone (may be a senior engineer) and confirmed that “bearing needs to be replaced, may be at a cost of around Rs.5/6 thousands”. He took Rs.395 as “Inspection Charge” only. I wrote on the Service Request form “The machine was not working properly for which the call was made. However, the rectification could not be done by the Service Personnel”. Hence, I did not disclose him the Satisfaction Code provided by the company at the time of registration of complaint. He immediately requested my cellphone to make a phone call and I found he made another call for the same work (SR number KL[protected]) and noted himself the Satisfaction Code. From all these types of behaviour I doubted his credential of having enough knowledge and experience of proper rectification. I am confident that replacement of a major spare at such a huge expenditure just after completion of warrant period is not expected from a machine of highly reputed manufacturer “Whirlpool”. I remember, this type of problem occurred about 1 year back also and the mechanic deputed by Whirlpool could not rectify. The next day a senior engineer was deputed and he solved the problem in a minute telling that it was just a balancing problem. Under this circumstance I requested the company to depute a senior engineer urgently to solve my problem. The company did not reply at all.

                        I purchased a Whirlpool Ice magic Fridge on 6th May 2012 and it suddenly stopped working on 5th June 2012. After 7 days service engineer came and recommended for the replacement of appliance.I have called hundreds of time to customer care and other concerned persons for the status but no luck. Service center number is always ringing but it seems that no one is there to entertain the call.

                        I just wanted to raise my concern regarding the mental harassment I am going through in peak summer time. It has been more than 15 days and nothing is clear or certain whats going on !

                          Washing machine not working..complaint done..assurance given within 24 hours .. But no result ..no body attended the complaint ..its neen almost one month now ..reminded many a times 64668

                          Whirlpool fully automatic washing machine — Service after sales hopeless in Hyderabad

                          We have recently shifted to Hyderabad from Chennai during which our washing machines, times knob had broken for which we have raised more than 4 requests and complaints for which Whirlpool has not even considered to come home and check and let us know the status. Only once on phone they said that they didnt have the part with them and that they need to get it from Delhi. It has been 2 months now that they have not even bothered to respond and we are performing puja to the washing machine. I have never seen such a hopeless service of this product.
                          no attention on customers complain.

                              With deep regret and frustration, would like to share my inexperience as a customer on product, customer service and poor/no responsiveness

                              It’s been little over 2 years that I got into this state of misery, when I first replaced my Samsung washing machine (that I used with absolute no issues ) with the Whirlpool 7K front loading Sports model. Immediately within six months under warranty, the entire drum assembly was replaced, That time only I asked your technician for a replacement as was not comfortable with this product, but then was given a false assurance that there will be no problem and is just one off..after that I have had series of problems …replacement of
                              1. Power card,
                              2. User card - twice,
                              3. Electric heater,
                              4. bearing ..
                              5. door assemble,
                              6. rubber seal..

                              except the body which is also of an extremely poor quality .. I reckon every part has changed. Please understand the poor Turnaround time to fix the issue results in the poor availability of the washing machine is no more that 60% which resulted into enormous expense from my end,
                              1. To hire a temporary maid to wash clothes (6K INR in 2 years),
                              2. Based on your technician advice got the entire electric circuit checked (2K INR for this) – no problem reported though.
                              3. Paid for the spare part when the machine was out of warranty (4K INR)
                              4. Based on your technician advice put some chemicals / softening agent – (2.5K INR) - that I have not been using when used Samsung
                              5. Took AMC (~ 3K INR ) which is ongoing took sometime end of January or February 2012 .

                              Now again immediately after taking AMC, the machine went down in couple of weeks for pump not working and after multiple follow-ups I was told it needs a replacement but spare part is not available and again took 2 weeks to inform me that the machine needs a replacement that too after me calling multiple time, and requested me to present original bill (made me laugh), though I after a lot of struggle could get the bill and produced the same to them. Its nearly 4 weeks now no action been taken on this .. though have called not less than 15 times to your call centre ([protected]) spoke to Miss Shuba of Escalation department and kameshwari of replacement department .. (all talk with no substance).. “Apologies for the inconvenience caused” , “Understand your problem” et all.. sick of listening all these Gyan, as a customer, I need a quick solution to my problem .. and this inefficiency within your customer service team.. zero collaboration between your multiple department has really make me feel bad about my choice.. I am not going to stop here .. will launch a parallel campaign to ask people not to buy Whirlpool product if my request has not been taken up with in3 working days from now. .. Kameshwari gave me a lame excuse of she has been reaching to my old number (not sure why , as the new number was shared with them earlier only) .. though again shared the new number but then also she didn’t revert back to me, its more than 8 days .. I am highly frustrated, disgruntled customer of whirlpool and feel like replacing all other appliances of whirlpool at the first opportunity, due to all the in experience I had in this particular case… It’s an unfortunate that company spent million of dollars on Advertisement and publicity but don’t understand the power of mouth publicity, if you then would have not mishandled me in this manner.

                              Dropping a note to global team as feel they can quick take some action with the local team here in India Bangalore .. Appreciate a response back from your end …

                                Sir, we had complained many times in the regard of cooling problem in AC but we get poor response in this concern. Actually in our AC the problem start in such a way that; after switching on of AC it gives cooling only for 10-15 minutes then it automatically starts to gives heating. In this concern we make our complained on 16/5/2012 but the engineer came on 22/5/2012. After that he gave us a service request form with Gas leakage problem written on it and told us, they have to take away the indoor with them to check the leakage, their second visit was on 5/6/2012 and they recommend us that the indoor is ok but there is a problem in COMPRESSOR of outdoor and they suggest that to give the reciet so they will issue a new compressor for the AC.But we have lost our reciet & the dealer is out of station and we are unable to contact him. so we have to purchase a new COMPRESSOR ,SO TELL US THE SERVICE CHARGES FOR ITS PURCHASING.

                                Whirlpool / Ac — AC NOT REPAIRED UNDER HOMONTHS JUNE TO AUGUST CARE FOR 3 AND HALF M

                                Dear Sir,
                                I have a whirlpool AC under home care scheme.
                                My AC WINDOW TYPE became faulty in May 2011. The AC Remote was not working. I lodged a complaint but did not down the number.
                                Finally I lodged another complaint on 13 Jun tAND WAS ASSIGNED COMPLAINT No GB [protected].
                                Initial visit was after a month and the Mechanic replaced the PCB, But the remote did not work. After that the complaint was reopened and a fresh PCB was brought . but that too was tried and the remote did not work. There after I was told that the Fan motor is not working and that the part would be replaced the next day. The Mechanic disassembled the AC but did not return to repair. He was contacted again and he came after a week that the records regarding my AC didi not appear in the database and asked for a photocopy of the homecare registration.The Mechanic Mr Khan assured that he would come the next day as the fan motor had to be replaced as that was faulty. However there was no response.
                                In the meantime I approached your customer care several times. Finally I was given the numberof the following

                                Mr Naresh Gupta the Manger of Service Center
                                Mr Anil the Noida supervisor tele mobile [protected]/[protected]
                                Mr Khan Area Manager Number [protected].

                                Mr Naresh Gupta has been telling me since the last 10 days that we will get it repaired the next day as soon as the parts arrive.He assured that the repair would be done on Sunday07 August but no one turned up nether did he attend the telephone. On being contacted to day he replied that he has not got the part and also he denied having told me that someone would attend the complaint on sunday.
                                Mr Anil' s mobile and telephone was tried a number of times on a number of days but no one picked the telephone.
                                Area Manager Mr. Khan said that he would get back to me within half an hour but he neither contacted me nor responded to my calls thereafter.

                                In the meanwhile my AC is lying dia assembled for the last 15 days and non functional for the whole of summers.

                                This has resulted in my having wasted my money on your home care scheme and whirlpool has not fulfilled its sla for homecare.
                                May I request you to refund my money for home care and have my AC replaced, as also to take the necessary action against the erring 0officials who have not even bothered to respond to my calls, May I also request you to compenstae ne for the harassement caused to me.failing which I will be compelled to approach the consumer court if I do not have a response within 24 hours.

                                  We have raised complaint that our A.C remote sensor is not working. On 29-May-12, Mr Vivekananda Adhikary visited our premises and confirmed that the A.C remote sensor is not working. The service charge of Rs.395 has been charged to us and on payment, invoice number 5683 (Zen Appliance Sales and Services) has been provided to us. The site engineer has confirmed that the A.C remote will be sent by the whirlpool customer service and on receipt we need to pay the cost for the new remote.
                                  It has been now more than 15 days, and there is no update. Further, we have called the customer care number and your most inefficient and unprofessional customer care representatives have not been able to provide any update and abruptly disconnected the phones.
                                  I am seriously frustrated and need resolution to this very soon.

                                      I have taken a two year contract for my whirlpool 1.5 Ton A.C. from their Kolkata office. However I am not getting proper service from them. My A.C. broke down frequently but they repaired it on temporarily basis.I think there is major fault in my A.C. and in order to save money they are repairing it on temporary basis and waiting for my contract which is going to be expired on September,2012. I am a senior citizen and unable to bear such heat and humidity . I made a service call on 08.06.2012 ,however in spite of providing service in next 24 hours no one came to my house till date. Every time I call them they said that a mechanic will go today. You are therefore requested to look into the matter and do the needful.

                                        Non installation of Refrigerator

                                        Last month on 28may, 2012 I bought a Whirlpool 283tr. refrigerator from great eastern baguihati which was non installed till now. I purchase the same with full of cash and they commited the same with next day installation.I was request great eastern people several time for installation the refrigerator. But no any action has taken through their end. I think it's their regular practice and they cheat with customer. So please do the necessary action as soon as possible.
