Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased a Washing Machine SuperWash XL A-72h during Dec 2010.

I guess I made a wrong choice, from the time I bought this machine there has been a complaint very frequently and I am very unsatisfied with this machine, I regret for having bought this product from Whirlpool.

I thought this was the best product in the Semi Automatic Category but my thought was proved wrong.

I,strongly recommend that I get a replacement for my washing machine to be a loyal Whirlpool customer. Hope my problem is understood and this problem solved by replacement as there is always only a temporary solution.

      DEAR SIR;
      Last year May 2011 We have purchase AC. unfortunately we have changed my house & shifted in another house . Due to this we have not fitted the new A/c on my new house .as we are using the old a/c .

      Two months before we have fitted new AC .As we have not used this a/c hence their is no need to service this.

      Few days before we got information that A/S servicing period is valid for one year upto three services . As you one year period has just completed . hence for first service of your a/c we have to pay as service charges.

      We are requesting you as we have no idea for this service policy + not used this A/C last year .

      Hence their is no need to service the AC without using .currently new A/c is working in good condition . & no problem with AC.

      We have requeste to whirlpool customer care to provide free Services to newly purchased A/c.

      whirlpool customer care behaviour is very irresponsible agains customer comlaints.
      it does note matter what ever be the soloution.it may be possitive or may be negative. Bur atleast they must reply on customer mails . even repeted mails they does not reply on mails . this is very bad behavioury for a reputed company against their customer complaints.
      I dont know whirlpool company will be sentive about my complaint . This is worst experience for customer not getting reply of mails. details of mail are as below .

      Executive reply without any charges no one can visit at your door.

        • Harassment by whirlpool customer care and service
        Dear Sir,

        It is with deep regret and disappointment and as a consequence of REPEATED HARASSMENT by Whirlpool Customer Care and Service persons that I email you this letter.
        My name is Om Prakash and I am living in Darbhanga, Bihar. We own a Whirlpool Ice Magic , Model:13841 S. No. INC[protected] refrigerator, purchased in 19th April 2012.

        On 4th July, 2012, the refrigerator stopped working and I booked a complaint with Whirlpool customer care. The complaint was registered and one service technician was assigned. After three days on Sunday 7th July, attended the service call at our house and after assessment, gave diagnosis that compressor is not working and to be replaced. As per his statement compressor is not in our stock, will be available after two-three days.
        Continues i am following up your customer care but outcome is zero. One service engineer came & said that weather is not appropriate for replacing of compressor. He just made us fool.
        This episode has caused me and my family member’s immense stress. If I do not get service in next 24 hours, I will register complaint with Consumer Court.

          I was , till today a very happy Whilpool user,i bought whirlpool icemagic F41 elite in 2005 , on recommendation of my regular shop in panvel.It got some problem and stopped suddenly on 14 th and i registered a complaint on [protected] and was very happy when the person on the other end told me that soem one will call me in 2 hours.I thought we , as Indians are so lucky to have the WORLD CLASS customer service , calling back in 2 hours!!!.but that was like a bad dream, it si 2 days and no one has bothered to call me back,today when called the same number and asked explanation , the repetitive reply, when i asked to be connect to the seniors , so that i could complain to them , standard reply, all seniors are busy , i said i am ready to hold TILL ETERNITY , she hang me up!!.2 hoots for the service .may be i was expecting too much , we ,live in same old fashioned world , where once the product is sold , IF THERE IS PROBLEM the company will say , GO HANG U R SELF .

          i AM SORRY TO use such harsh language but try to live in summer without fridge and u will know .

          The Whirlpool fridge that we bought two years ago has been giving us problems from the very begining. The handle breaks off or the internal circuit stops working.
          In April, 2013 I made a complaint that our fridge had stopped functioning. A man was sent over and informed us that a defective curcuit had been placed in the fridge and hence needed to be replaced. This was shocking to begin with. After over a week of complaints this was replaced by an &quot;original curcuit&quot;. Thereafter there was no cooling happening in the fridge, an engineer was sent over to repair the curcuit. Thereafter the fridge stopped working again. Now they are saying that they have on original parts to replace the second defective curcuit placed in our fridge.
          It would be sensible for Whirlpool to invest in making their products more effecient rather than hiring big stars to endorse their products. That would ensure customer satisfaction.

              I BOUGHT WHIRLPOOL WASHING MACHINE AROUND 2 YRS AGO. I HAD COMPLAINT REGARDING LOOSE LID OF MY NORMALLY FUNCTIONING MACHINE . I CONTACTED CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE. NEXT DAY I RECEIVED A CALL FROM SERVICE CENTRE IN CHANDIGARH (INDUSTRIAL AREA ,PHASE II, PLOT NO 78) & SAME DAY THEY TOOK MY MACHINE TO CENTRE FOR REPAIR.AFTER MANY CALLS I GOT MACHINE BACK & FOUND IT IN NON WORKING CONDITION WITH WATER LEAKAGE.

              ABOVE ALL THEY HAD POOR KNOWLEDGE OF THEIR SKILLS & JOB AND EXTREMELY RUDE BEHAVIOUR. NOW MY MACHINE IS NON FUNCTIONAL.KINDLY LOOK INTO MATTER ASAP

              Whirlpool — Poor service and customer harassment

              I had bought a Whirlpool Microwave Oven 20G Magicook(Item code [protected]) from Ezone, City center, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad on 14/02/2009.

              1.On the second day of purchase(Ezone, Banjara Hills),there was a problem with the door and it wouldnt turn on. I never got a replacement and the whirlpool technician put some plastic tape inside the door switch and rectified it.

              2. There was a problem on the ON button in early Sept 2010. I lodged a complaint. The technician came one day and said the panel need to be replaced. Then started my wait. The part was not available in the stores and all my complaints were closed afterwards without solving my problem.
              I made 3 complaints one by one. No body bothered to call me.
              Complaint numbers are HD[protected], HD[protected], HD[protected].
              I fail to understand why no one takes the responsibility in your service centres, stores, technician and customer care. Not a single person has even once called and told me the status of my complaint. Everytime I need to call them.They closed the first two complaints without informing me and i got a sms. My microwave still doesnt work. They say the part is not available. They dont say how much time they will require.

              Now after hundreds of calling to top people, a technician came with a new panel on 12th Oct,2010. After putting the panel it too didnt work then they said it was not the problem with the panel but the electronic board inside.(Is it my fault for their wrong diagnosis initially?). They said the electronic board will cost Rs 2800 to replace.(My Microvave oven cost Rs 5390). Again after frequent appeals to top people I agreed to get it replaced with a discount (Rs 1500 total). My job has not been done. One of the service person in Hyderabad is so arrogant that he doesnt admit his mistakes.
              Still I am at square one at the mercy of the dishonest people of the company.
              Is Whirlpool a multinational company? Disgusting company and disgusting service and care it has. Isnt here a procedure to replace a machine if its part is unavailable or out of stock after a certain period of time. It is nearly 2 months since I lodged this complaint.
              I hope I will get my microwave replaced free of cost.

                Whirlpool fridge bought on January 2012 of 40k is a waste for me.
                Complaint done on June 28th 2012 and since then nothing has been done. The shelves of the fridge is all the time WET, the DOOR gasket or rubber is totally bent, the vegetables and fruits kept inside are all wet and have to throw the next day as they get ROTTEN...actually.
                This complaint is again been done on 4th July 2012. But nothing been done.
                I've talked to Indore MP people, MS ARTI, MR HIMANSHU some 10 times each but no response.
                A week ago they said the fridge will be replaced, but give us transport fees, i.e 500/...UNBELIEVABLE...got this fridge 6 months ago, in warranty and asking me for 500 bucks...WHAT A SHAME.
                Already sent my bill copy to Mr Himanshu Rawat last week but NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE.
                STOP HUMILIATING ME AND DO SOMETHING...
                AN ABSOLUTE SICK SERVICE BY WHIRLPOOL.

                Whirlpool — Door Replacement

                Sir,
                I purchased a 310 LTR FUSION REFRIGERATOR with serial number inc[protected] and model 10603. The door is completely damaged and i have intimated GLOBAL (Authorised Service Centre) at cochin and i am waiting for their response for the past 5 months and there is no reply or action. i am pretty sad to inform this and being a reputed manufacturer and as this model is not even outdated as they are still selling the same model in india at present. Kindly take up this matter for immediate action or else i will have to buy a new refrigerator for this reason.

                    Dear All,

                    We reside at Nagari, Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh. We have a whirlpool washing machine which is 5 years old. There was a problem in the machine and we called the service centre executive to sort it out. The lead time to rectify the problem was very long, and the response was very bad from the nearest service centre i.e Tirupati. At last, there was a person(Vishnu) who came after 1 month time and sorted out the issue and charged Rs. 1,500 to replace a part in the machine. In next 3 days, after replacing the part, the machine again started troubling. When we called the same executive his number was not reachable(many times the number was switched off) and this shows the worst service levels of Whirpool service centres.Hence, it is adviced to new customers not to opt for Whirlpool washing machines their service level commitments.

                    we have purchased an AC few years ago..we had a problem ..it suddenly stopped functioning..I called the Whirlpool Service (Call) Centre and placed a complaint with them. on 25/4/09..our complaint reg no is 9637.. the service representative.. had come the next day...he said that there was a problem with some part of the AC and it has to be replaced... he said he'll be back with the part within 3 days... he never came back.. we've been calling Service (Call) Centre [protected] since then frequently...the response was it will be done soon... but, no one turned to attend our problem ...

                    Whirlpool — Worst service

                    Hi All from Whirlpool,
                    This is an example of Very-very poor service from whirlpool.I have bought an 1.5 ton mastermind crome from Bigbazzar on 18th April 2010.I was promised of intallation the same within 24 hours.
                    After waiting I have lodge an complient with whirlpool on 20th April.I was again promised that somebody will contact me within 2 hours.

                    I have made repeted calls Everyday callcenter promised me that someone contact me in 1-2 hours.
                    They also refused my request to let me talk to their seniors saying that they are not available.
                    My complient no is GB[protected].
                    Hope someone will look into the matter and resolve it ASAP or Please let me know if you can do nothing so I will make it install from outside.

                    Whirlpool — worst service

                    I made a copliant to whirpool service center about non cooling of my refrigrator on dated 06/06/2010,
                    service personal came on 08th and suggeted that compressor of refrigator need to be changed,
                    their after they had taken the refrigarator to their workshop and made it ready on 12th but they din't changed the copressor and chrged me Rs 900/- gas refilling.
                    Again its stop working on 15th I made the compliant for same but they din't taken responsed to my copmplaint till now.
                    ultimately due to service center fault i am suffering from last 10 days

                      I had lodged a complaint on 14th June 2012(complain number PT[protected]) and again got a complain number PT[protected] on 15 june for my freeze which is not working and till 18th june I did not received even a call from the concern team or person, aside I got a message on 18th June 2012 stating “Dear customer your call has been closed in the system. If you were happy with our service please tell others if not tell us at 60008558 or [protected]” is this what the service whirlpool giving to the customers , really telling now I discourage my friends and family to buy any product of whirlpool as being a customer myself is facing so much of problem then I ponder what the laymen would be doing when they find any problem from product of whirlpool
                      aside from that on 23rd july Md. Sahbaz visited and told the compressor of freeze is not working and as itis in gurantee period it will be raplaced free of cost within a week, but till date my freeze has not been ractified. i have shot many mail at the Email ID '[protected]@whirlpool.com' but never got a revert.
                      From 14th June onward I am a regular caller of whirlpool Customer Care and every time I am being told your freeze will be attended within 24 hour but still awaiting for the care which I should get from whirlpool.

                        The most arrogant and unethical staff/franchisee owner of whirlpool service centre in goa,who does not have any value of customer nor interested in talking to the point and moreover the whirlpool company officials are caniving to save his skin and cover up for his arrogance the persons name is GOPAL([protected]) and although i made several calls to the helpline absolutely careless attitude.I REQUEST TO PEOPLE READING THIS MAIL KINDLY AVOID BUYING WHIRLPOOL PRODUCTS OR ATLEAST BE SURE WHO IS THE PERSON YOU ARE DEALING WITH IF IT IS THE SAME PERSON MENTIONED THEN REFRAIN FROM DOING SO.

                          On 1st July 2012 i have purchased Whirlpool Washing Machine 700h from Harsha Home Appliances Station Road Hubli. Still now no body is visited my premises for demo or any anything. Please arrange your engineer for demo ASAP els take back your product.

                          Its very disappointing from a brand like Whirlpool......!!! Pathetic!!!!!

                            I purchased fridge of whirpool model Fusion 310 ltr. from Paras Traders Karnal on 2nd of June 2012. I paid them 19000.00 Rupees for fridge. At first they delivered Genious 310 ltr. model not Fusion 310 ltr. I protest it. After two days passed they delivered me right model Fusion 310 ltr. But now this refrigerator does not working well. It does not cooling. Its six sence does not work too. Its bill no. is 1402. When I complaint the dealer Paras Traders about this. They didnot listen me. After some arguments they said me go to court. Now what is the way for me please tell me.

                            Whirlpool Fridge — Ineffecient and traumatic after sales experience

                            I registered a telephonic complaint on 11-May-2009 after my refrigerator stopped working suddenly. I was given Complaint number [protected] and was assured that the turn around time for attending the call would be 48 hours.

                            But even after 11 days and umpteen number of follow ups, no engineer has visited us. To escalate the matter, I spoke to Whirpool corporate office Gurgaon and reiterated my concern to one Ms Lakshmi (who, apparently, is the overall in charge of customer care) on 20-May-09. She assured me that the complaint will be looked into on an urgent basis and an engineer would visit our premises by end-of-day. Once again, we were left waiting and nobody visited us. On doing a follow-up call to her on 21-May-09, I was assured yet again that some engineer will surely visit us. Till now nobody's come. The branch Manager of customer care at Hyderabad, Mr Sukumar, was notified about this complaint by Ms Lakshmi. Under his assurance I was told that the matter would be closed soon.

                            As of now, we are stranded with a non-functional refrigerator for almost 2 weeks with 45 degree summer heat.

                            (Update)I just received a call from Whirpool Corporate office, Hyderabad informing that the call has been logged only today at 1 PM (i.e 21-May-2009) and that they were not aware of any such service call logged by me! I dont know what to say now-should I be angry or amused? I really dont know

                            I would like to throw this refrigerator onto Whirpool India's CEO's face

                              Purchased Whirlpool split AC on 25th july 2011 under one year spares warranty from Dhruv Electronics,1462/4,Rajpura Road,Ludhiana.From 18th june 2012,the AC started some noise and we asked our dealer to lodge complaint to send some engg.The Service engg. came and reported replacement of some component,till today the service center people are saying that the part is not available till the time of writting this complaint.We are facing lot of in-convenince as these are very hot days.


                              No positive response from service center.The complaint number is 1769 dated 19.06.2012

                              The complaint is yet to be addressed. We keep talking to the Call Centre with no result.

                                I complained about my whirlpool refrigerator on 13/6/2012 because of cooling problem (Complaint No DL-[protected]). The engineer visited and changed two parts giving assurance that there is no gas problem and refrigerator will start working but it dint work. Then again I lodged a complain dated 14/6/2012 Complaint No. DL-[protected]. The same engineer visited again and said that it has gas choking problem. I am highly dissatisfied with the service provided and unskilled engineer who is just making guesses about the problem the refrigerator has. I have been lodging complaints continuously and it not getting any response from your side (Dated 15/6/2012 Complain No. DL-[protected], Dated 16/6/2012 Complaint No. DL-[protected])
                                After that the refrigerator was taken by engineers to the workshop but still there is no cooling in the refrigerator.
                                I m highly irritated with the whirlpool's after sales service. Please take some action immidiately.

                                  i have a whirlpool fully automatic washing machine FP55 AQUA.
                                  of which a part called PCB is damaged (as told by whirlpool service person).
                                  after lodging number of complaints to whirlpool india,they denied the availibilty of the aforesaid part.
                                  we contacted bijnor(up) ,service centre many a times but they too denied the availability of that part,saying out of stock.

                                  by your means i want my problem,that the part of my washing machine would be made available by whirlpool india.

                                  Whirlpool Washing Machine — Damage of Parts

                                  I had purchased a Whirlpool washing machine from Belgaum City. During the primary inspection i couldn't find any damage. But after coming home i noticed that one of the part is broken and the service engineer from the whirlpool certified that it had happed during transportation. Now please let me know that whether i am eligible for replacement of the same part or not.

                                    I made a complaint GB[protected] for Whirlpool 310 fusion single door refrigerator, the cooling was not proper, and all the edibles started spoiling. The engineer came and replaced some part for Rs.800+Service charge Rs.276. But the problem is still not resolved. I called him again, he came and inadvertently said that the fridge is fine, just use plastic utensils in the fridge.
                                    But my point is, it was cooling fine just 4 days ago then what happened in just one night that the fridge is not cooling with the same amount of load.
                                    I need urgent attention on my problem.

                                    In June 2010 our refrigerator stopped cooling,its compressor was replaced, as its under guarranty/warranty . since then its walls used to be hot.again in august service engg. reduced the gas filled earlier. it has again stopped cooling and complaint no.DN[protected] was registered on 13/11/2010. a service engg. Aamir Khan reported in the evening and left after saying that gas has to be refilled and another engg.will repair on sunday. no one turned up. one fellow came on monday evening telling to remove all the things from inside the fridge, and left telling that he would come tuesday morning. its 18:10 wednesday, and no news nothing from their side.

                                    I am a consumer in India.
                                    Sorry for the mail for US consumers but the thing is that all my efforts on the Indian sites have not led to the repair of my fridge.
                                    I had given a complaint on 25 Dec 10 about my fridge (model Whirlpool 350 Icemagic Elite FF) not cooling (complaint no W 1784 )
                                    It is now around 15 days and no action has been taken.
                                    This is especially so when Whirlpool also sold me a Homecare Plan (Code No 1019610).
                                    I have not been able to store food for a fortnight now. It has caused me great inconvenience.
                                    I had gone with Whirlpool only due to its reputition.... which seems to be in question especially so when the company has already taken money for the homecare plan.
                                    Whirlpool does not seem to value its brand name and I now see the company as a fake company
                                    Ltr Refrigerator dated on 19/05/2012 in Uttam Sales in Jamshedpur. i have some problem in my Refrigerator in door point. i am complain in your call center and also your shop in uttam sales jamshedpur. both her said they are change the Refrigerator. i am lanch the complain in 9 days before but no action in your side. pls say what can i do...

                                      · We have purchased a Refrigerator and Washing machine (Font loading) which was installed on March 31, 2012.

                                      Our washing machine serial number is : CNJ[protected]

                                      · One of the your support staff has come for installation.

                                      Name – Supriyo Pal Mobile - [protected]

                                      · First time he has come for washing machine installation on March 24, 2012.

                                      · He has check and said that as product requirement he is not able to install without washing machine stand & magnetic water filter. Because this product is very have hence stand required and due to iron content in water filter is required.

                                      · We have accepted and place the order for stand and filter. We have paid 1550/- for Stand and 1850/- for filter. Total is = 3400 (By Cheque # 344491)

                                      · Again he has come on March 31, 2012 for washing machine installation with stand and filter.

                                      · Washing machine stand is installed is properly but at the time of filter installation he found some water leaked from filter.

                                      · He has done all the work on his on way and after that given me some paper for signature.

                                      · When I asked him about about filter he said that this is defective one and “I shall come on next weekend (Saturday) with new filter for installation” so please sing this document as this is just for documentation purpose.

                                      · Hence I have singed document on his verbal request and this is our last meting till date.

                                      · After that when I call him he is always saying that “I shall come on next weekend, I shall come on so on so time and date, I am busy, I am out of station, I am in a meting etc….”

                                      · Till date we have not used our washing machine till date and it is kept in as a new condeation.

                                      · Number of times communicated through “Voice Chat & SMS” but no result.

                                      · Last Saturday again I have called him and he is saying the he will on by 6.00 PM but as usual he come for filter installation.

                                      · He is a number number one cheater and fraud person and I have never seen this kind of support staff in my life.

                                      Now I am requesting to you please let me know what to do regarding this matter because I am very frustrated with this kind of support and service.
